The fact is that I have never felt closer to God than while roughing it in the mountains. No Church or sermon has ever come close. Perhaps it would be different if I had visited the Holy Land.

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

“Wanna be prophets we can do without” – Indeed. I find it bewildering that anybody would WANT to, or think/believe themselves to be a “prophet” – or as quite a few have over the centuries, even the Messiah. Do people understand the absolute “weight”, the “bonds” that are placed upon those who ARE chosen by God to bear this “sacrifice”?? Nobody in their right minds would even contemplate such a mission, and would never believe themselves “worthy” of such. Each and every one from Moses onwards tried to convince God that they were not the “right” person. “Hey, what do I know – who will listen to me??” and so on. It’s a very lonely and precarious place to be. As is the verse “ “A prophet is not without honor, except in his own country, among his relatives, and his own household” In other words, he/she will most certainly be rejected by those “close”. Better to just keep your head down, unless of course God decides otherwise 🙂

Good to see you, Brother Rob. My best to you and Sherry. I posted online on NextDoor asking if any churches were going to televise the vigil – would have been great to have a pot luck fellowship together – watch the service – and then open for public dialogue. It is through that public dialogue that we are called to commit to the tasks set before us through our Providential Lord.
I will watch the service, but preferred to do it with someone else. I am not watching the memorial to worship Charlie Kirk – I want to hear the messages our leadership brings to this. I want to see their faces and hear their words. I want to know what they are saying to the world in response to someone being martyred.
Our pastor did a fantastic message this morning honouring Charlie Kirk, but also exhorting us all to be prepared to suffer for our faith in Jesus.
A co-worker called me a while ago and said that he had never really heard Charlie Kirk speak. His death caused this man to begin listening to his past speeches and debates. Millions are now beginning to truly learn what Charlie died for. Charlie will certainly probably be more impactful in death than in life. God is sovereign.

The ‘last Trump’
As you know, I have been attacked harder than I ever have Spiritually in my life and I recently lost my daughter to systemic lies. (I have not seen her since August 7th)
She was only online on social media for a year – first through WhatsApp due to a Revelation Bible study we took together. It bled into Instagram. My daughter was two weeks away from being lured by an online predator to Louisiana. (Fortunately through Discernment and The Lord’s Leading – I interrupted the scheme!) Then she had her identity stolen and her bank account looted by the second. Then the third was also “in love” with her pleading her to send him gift cards.
She promised she stopped talking to online strangers. Only to “known” people. Well, the last – was a “known predator” from her former high school who was such a problem for her – I actually placed his name in my mailing list back in 2022 – to remember he was a “problem” and to look out for him.
Well, the lying didn’t stop. It got worse. So much so – that I no longer felt safe leaving her alone in my home. I feared she would bring them here while I was away. One of the unknown predator wanted pictures of both of us.
Despite the stern warnings given to her by a 20 year veteran of our local police department – she persisted in lying to me. In the end – the predator who overtook her – used the very same tactics that the unknown first predator did – only from a “known to her” person. Same tactics.
I came across these videos last night and I sat enraptured in them – watching the queues perpetrators give. My father was 34 year career military police officer narcotics division – who trained 400 men a year to become police officers for the South Korean military. My ex-husband was military intelligence. I am not “intel” but I was created with great discernment and surrounded by those who are “watchers” and one learns what to look for.
I share these with you – so that you too can learn queues. But in ALL THINGS – seek first THE WORD OF GOD for in it is the keys to unlock all mysteries of this world and to grow Spiritual Wisdom and Discernment that we can use to unearth the lies of those sent to harm us.
My daughter is brainwashed and “gone” – but not forever. She is of the Lord and she was baptized of her own volition at 9 years old. She is God’s and God states plainly that it is “better to have a millestone about one’s neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea than to harm a child of God!” I stand on His Word. I trust Him – and thus I must let her testimony play out – for she was saved to do mighty things. Even as a baby – she was saved from death at birth – I knew!
There is some vulgar language and unsavory content – but we must know what we’re dealing with when it comes to demons.
Love you Sis. Wish I could carry you with me today. Joining the local Republican party in a vigil today at 7 pm in Zionsville… the town of Pence.
But let that park be overflowing and may our praises lift louder and may evil tremble in fear and flee.

Evening Prayer For Forgiveness
Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me through this day and Lord, forgive me for the times when I have wandered outside Your best will for me, instead of trusting You implicitly.
Thank You, that You are such a gracious Shepherd to me and that You come and rescue me even when I lose my way and stray from the path that You have laid out for me.
As I look back over today, I know Lord that there were things that I should have said and done differently, and times when I reacted in a manner that was not honouring Your holy name. Forgive me I pray, but thank You, Father, that You always faithfully prepared to gently bring me back to Yourself.
Give me a good night’s sleep I pray, knowing that there is no condemnation because I am in Christ, and may I wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to do Your will. In Jesus’ name I pray,

Evening Prayer For Future Guidance
Heavenly Father, as I lie down to sleep tonight, I pray that You would guard my sleeping and protect my mind from wandering thoughts and unnecessary planning. Teach me to wait for Your perfect timing and not to try to plan my future in my own strength.
Lord, I know that You have scheduled every day of my life. Help me to trust You in all things and rely on You to lead me along the straight path and guide me in the direction that You would have me to go.
Give me patience to wait for Your perfect timing, and may I not trust in my own abilities and scheming, but rather rest in Your love and trust my future into Your hands.
And so now Lord, I commit this night to you, asking that I would rest soundly and wake refreshed and strong to do Your bidding. This I ask in Jesus’ precious name,

Praise Your holy name Heavenly Father, for granting yet another day in my life and for being with me every step of the way. Thank You for the many blessings that You have provided and the love and fellowship that I have with the friends and family that in Your grace You have placed in my life.
My heart is so thankful for all the many blessings that I enjoy day by day, and today I am once again reminded that Your mercies are new every morning and Your faithfulness endures from generation to generation.
Thank You, that I have been brought into Your family and have been made a child of God and a citizen of heaven. Words cannot express my love and devotion to You Lord
I pray that You would watch over me as I rest tonight, and that You would give me a restful nights sleep so that I may wake up in the morning refreshed in body and spirit and ready to do Your will.
