I just finished spending 7 hours of quality time with my oldest Granddaughter. Nikki’s daughter. I was damned good for me and I think good for her too. We didn’t talk that much about her mom. We talked about all kinds of stuff.
She is such a good girl. Sherry and I are blessed to have her living so close to our home. she brought with her a homemade pecan pie, her first, A jar of homemade apple butter, and a jar of black plum jam which she made and canned.
I feel more at peace now than I have for a couple of weeks.
You and Sherry have been in my daily prayers. I didn’t know your granddaughter lived close by…what a blessing for you and Sherry.
My oldest Granddaughter is 28 y/o and married and live about 6 miles away.
