Judge James Boasberg has been knocked down twice today. [RULING HERE]
(VIA CNN) – A divided federal appeals court ruled on Friday that US District Court Judge James Boasberg cannot move ahead with criminal contempt proceedings against Trump administration officials involved in a high-stakes immigration case.
The 2-1 ruling from the US DC Circuit Court of Appeals wipes away a ruling from Boasberg, an appointee of former President Barack Obama issued in April that said “probable cause exists” to hold administration officials in criminal contempt for violating his orders in mid-March halting the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members.
The appeals court had temporarily put Boasberg’s plans on ice while it weighed the government’s appeal of the ruling, and Friday’s ruling represents a significant setback for the judge, who had vowed to hold officials involved in the matter accountable.
In a separate decision on Friday, the DC Circuit wiped away a different ruling from Boasberg that required the administration to give the migrants flown to a notorious mega-prison in El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act an opportunity to challenge their removal from the US under the sweeping wartime law. If we lived in times that weren’t so corrupt, the Congress would have impeached him by now for not holding his position during “good behavior,” but instead arrogating to himself prerogatives the Constitution never envisioned for the judicial branch.

Katharine Boasberg, the daughter of the federal judge who halted the Trump administration from using the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to send alleged Tren de Aragua members to a megaprison in El Salvador, conducts “capacity building work in public defender offices across the nation” for the nonprofit group Partners in Justice.
Partners in Justice removed Boasberg’s biography page from its website after her father was assigned to the Alien Enemies Act case.
He was “assigned” to the Alien Enemies Act case…seems he gets assigned to all the cases in order to stick his thumb in our President’s eye. Who does the assigning?

Judge Boasberg never had jurisdiction over this immigration matter. He usurped the power of the executive, and defied Congress which had removed Article III Courts’ jurisdiction, as per Article 3, Section 2, Clause 2. The appealate court, though they found for the executive, did not affirm that Congress had removed their jurisdiction, and in neglecting to do so, continued this usurpation.
Immigration and Nationality Act
This strips the Article III courts’ jurisdiction over immigration cases. This was passed in 1952, and has been amended several times. (Authority: Article III, Section II, Clause 2) To ask the Supreme or Appellate (Article III) Courts to rule that they themselves are in violation of the Act is a pipe dream as they have been usurping the powers of the other two branches since Marbury vs. Madison (1803). The solution is to impeach each judge in violation. The President is required by his oath to defy and ignore such unconstitutional orders, in order to “…preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
On September 30, 1996, President Bill Clinton signed the “ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION REFORM AND IMMIGRANT RESPONSIBILITY ACT OF 1996” Under Sec 302, it states that illegal aliens can be “removed from the United States without further hearing.
Hopefully, President Trump can or will do something about Federal judges being born outside this country. Many of the rogue judges railing against Trump are Demonrat appointed judges born in other countries.
Like the Presidency……no one born outside this country should make it to the Federal level. There are plenty of jobs and positions throughout this country, they should have NO say at the Federal level….they are NOT natural born citizens.
