I have always said that Elena Kagan may be Left leaning in her views but she is NOT a stupid woman (much like the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg, with whom I disagreed on many things, but nevertheless respected for her ability to reason out and clearly explain her rulings).
The other two Leftist woman are indeed stupid and every time they write an opinion they expose their lack of intellect and prove that they were selected solely for their gender and race! I think even ACB, who briefly flirted with being “one of the girls” has realized that she is doing herself no favors by hanging out with, and pandering to, people who have no business being on the highest court in the land. Sounds like Kagan is getting a bit tired of them as well!
RBG was a vile communist dirtbag. Kagan is close.
As I said, I disagreed with almost all of RBG’s positions but still believe that she was a highly intelligent person…I cannot say the same for Sotomayor or Jackson.
I suspect Jackson’s draft opinions and memos to the justices are really bad in terms of spelling errors, grammar, and absurd logic. The court’s staff probably cleans up the misspellings and grammatical errors, but it is clear that a number of justices on the court don’t have any respect for her as a judge.
If we all know that Jackson isn’t working with a full deck of cards, then surely the other justices know. One of them needs to speak up and support what ACB did. Somehow, Jackson needs to find herself a new job.

Things like this make it imperative that there is a national moratorium on any climate engineering.
Engineering is happening already and we have got to make it illegal.

I grew up in the area just after WWII… Rivers there have limestone bottoms, rain water doesn’t soak in, rain just causes what we called “flash floods”…
It happened virtually every year, back then, folks knew the rivers would flood and we stayed out of the river bottoms during the rainy season…
Whoever decided to let kids camp there needs to have their head examined.
Sad but true , being on the shore is pretty but very dangerous. Local planning commissions need to up their game . Valleys are valleys for a reason . In Northern Alabama we planted our crops in the river bottoms and lived on the hills .

No taxes on overtime is particularly beneficial to LE, first responders, teachers and those who often have to work overtime to make ends meet! Now something needs to be done for real legitimate farmers and ranchers who don’t get paid by the hour or have a salary but are always working!!! I would make them all exempt from paying taxes, or better yet end the income tax altogether for all of us!!! Live off tariffs forcing Congress to cut spending!!! Just a wild thought!!!
A man just left our home, he came to replace our oxygen concentrator with one that works, he told me he got paid double time today due to the holiday; he said he’s been very busy all day.
He’s another who’ll benefit, and he’s just a delivery man.
The only things that will save farming / ranching are stop overproduction , eliminate government interference / subsidies , returning to demand driven markets . Also eliminate any agricultural company from operating across state lines . In order to be healthy we need to be eating locally .

President Trump was very disappointed with the result of this call. Putin is not going to consider ending the war with Ukraine.
Well, in my opinion it is no wonder. The Biden administration allegedly raided our own arsenal to give to Ukraine and they gave them so many weapons our own arsenal is now allegedly seriously depleted. So much so that we had to turn around flights that had shipments going to Ukraine. The Russians know this and realize that the Western countries are running out of arms themselves and have no more arms to give.
If this depletion is real, the Biden Administration should be sued individually for knowingly putting this country in jeopardy.
