Israel Update:
-Edan Alexander the Israeli American soldier is back home. Edan was born in New Jersey to an Israeli family who immigrated to the US. At 18 years old he decided to immigrate to Israel and he joined the Golani Infantry Brigade of the IDF. He was 584 days in captivity.
He looks good but there is a report of serious torture. I will not elaborate before I know it to be accurate.
Everyone in Israel is very happy to see him coming. See video that I complied on his return. I will post after the update.
As to how it happened? A combination of a strong military pressure and the call in of reservists for the major expansion of the maneuver. Combined with Trump’s pressure through Qatar and Egypt. There is no known cost but Hamas is trying to stop the upcoming significant expansion of the maneuver and are taking it as a step to a final deal which will stop the war and keep them alive and in power in Gaza. We all want to stop the war but we want it after they are gone.
-A statement by Bibi. He said that he spoke with Trump and Trump is committed for getting back all the hostages and the achieving of all the goals of the war including ending the rule of Hamas.
-Some very concerning reports about Qatar financial ties to the Trump’s administration.
I hesitated because I don’t want to appear as a hater but I can’t not report this.
Remember that Qatar was a key sponsor and host of Hamas and there is a long list of their ties to Taliban and other Jihadi groups. They are basically the financial wing of the Muslim Brotherhood. Not small Devils and you can google it, there is a long list of their use of bribery that they use to excert influence on nations and people.
It started with a report that Trump will get from Qatar a gift of a 400 million dollars airplane to replace Air Force One. The report is saying that after his term it will go to the Trump Organization and stay in his possession. I am not sure about the second part, if true that is very bad. But the first part is true and Trump posted that basically “it’s good because it’s free and saves money”.
AG Bondi said that it’s “not illegal”. Then I see that Bondi herself was registered as a Lobbyist for Qatar a few years before she joined the Administration and was getting paid over a $100,000 per month. This is certainly true, it’s public knowledge and she is not hiding it.
Then I see that Mr. Witkoff was financially saved by Qatar some years back.
Now Trump’s son is about to sign a multimillion real estate contract in Qatar.
Oddly enough the Israeli Internal Security agency arrested a close Aide of Bibi under suspicion of getting Qatari Money. There are other politicians who got Qatari money I suspect. It would be good to investigate. While this arrest seems suspicious, they got a judge to extend the arrest a couple of times now.
-A report that Trump is considering removing the Syrian Leader (ex-terrorist) from the sanctions and terror list. This follows a talk with the Leader of Turkey. Note: There was an earlier report that the leader of Syria may agree to normalize relations with Israel for removing him and Syria from the list. If he normalize than it will be major. I sense that maybe Trump will try to add nations to the Abraham Accord treaties. But most of them are coordinated for stopping the war in Gaza and pro Palestine State so it is not worth it for us if Hamas stays around or if we have to make a terror state in our narrow lands.
-Latest Survey done by Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza:
80% want the Leader of the Palestinian Authority of the West Bank to go. (He is very old anyways).
50% Will elect Marwan Bargwatti, an Arch terrorist who is in Israeli prison for multiple murders of civilians. This is at the West Bank.
64% are satisfied from Hamas and only 24% like Fatah (the organization of Abbas the leader of the Palestinian Authority of the West Bank that was in the past the PLO a terror organization of Yasser Arafat).
If the current leader of the PA will run against a leader of Hamas who lives in Qatar (Saad Mashal) Hamas would get 68%.
70% oppose the PA to take over control in Gaza.
82% oppose disarming terror organizations.
Note that the pole didn’t include The Islamic Jihad terror organization and others.
Conclusions: 1. Most of the Palestinians support terrorism Hamas and others. 2. The idea of letting the PA (Palestinian Authority) to take over Gaza as was suggested by Biden, Europe and others is not going to work both because they have the same goal of annihilating Israel and because they don’t have the support of the population.
-So now Mr.Witkoff visited Bibi and he is pushing to end the war.
Of course for that Hamas would have to be disarmed or be expelled.
This is not realistic unless there is a sly manipulations of the Arabs to make Hamas stay but under other name or other trick to keep them there as if they surrendered but not really, they would still be there and armed. Maybe under the Palestinian Authority name or as an “Armed Political Wing” or otherwise. Even the idea of an Arab third party is not trustable as they support each other.
So Bibi sent representatives to Qatar and the report is that he gives it 72 hours to see if it’s serious. Three outcomes are possible: 1. Hamas agree to a final deal and to be demilitarized. 2. We see that they are serious and extend the negotiations while delaying the expansion of the maneuver in Gaza. 3. A partial deal for some hostages and a couple of months ceasefire. 4.They are not serious and the maneuver is expanding. Remember that it’s tricky as the soldiers have already been called in for reserve duty.
Note: There is a new statement of Bibi in a meeting of wounded soldiers that “The decision was made and there will not be Hamas in Gaza nor PA or Islamic rule.” This could mean what he said or a pressure against Hamas to get them to do a deal.
-Bibi in an open meeting : “We must wean off American Aide”.
-Edan Alexander to his mom: “I was alone against 30 terrorists in 10/7”.

I’m praying for peace and comfort for all of you… waiting on what is being decided without having or knowing any input, is nerve-wracking.
I pray for an acceptable outcome for Israel, that allows a safety barrier from your most virulent enemies – those that want no less than extinction for your people!

It has a name: “Operation Gideon’s Chariots”. It has a date. The soldiers and tanks are on the borders waiting for it.

When we couldn’t get to a base hospital, he would check us kids out when we weren’t feeling good. He was the epitome of the country Doctor and was well loved and respected in the neighborhood. He was an excellent Doctor and demonstrated what a doctor should be, not what we have to deal with in the present.

I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

Browsing The Burning Platform this morning I was reminded of a Treeper abbreviation from Trump’s first Presidency – VSG P DJT.

I didn’t mention it but the guy who replaced the notorious Yahya Sinwar in Hamas is his brother Muhammad Sinwar.
He is likely responsible for the stubbornness of Hamas regarding a hostage deal.
Today the IDF did a targeted assassination against him at Khan Yunis by a hospital in a tunnel. 9 banker buster bombs similar to what was done to Nasrallah in Lebanon.
The results are not yet known.

The IDF cleared and destroyed hundreds of tunnels near Khan Yunis already. And this guy must have been very deep if they needed 9 bunker busters!!!!! What kind of tunnel system do they have? It must be truly unbelievable.

Hundreds of miles of tunnels. The UN and others gave them money and services for civil as to enable Hamas to be fully utilized for building tunnels and not bother by civilian financial matters.
We only got a quarter to a third of the tunnels. I keep seeing tunnel demolition every few days.
It was not 9 bombs. This was the initial report before it arrived to the broad media.
We now know that it was about 40 one tone banker buster bombs. The same like they did in Lebanon to Nassrallah. The IDF released a video that shows how this tunnel went under a portion of a hospital and used as a command center.
The moment to use a civil structure for war it is no longer a civil asset. This may be a game changer. It was not only one, may be a group of leaders too.
Also there was another targeted attempt a couple of days before. If it was successful too then we changed the game.

Prayer for Serenity 1: When Things Seem Out of Control
You did everything you could to assure a positive outcome, but it didn’t turn out the way you wanted or expected. We’ve all been there. It tests our faith. Maybe you accept the outcome or maybe you’re frustrated. God wants to help you put the situation into perspective and remember that he is always in control of every situation—even those you so desperately want to control.
Dear Lord, It feels like everything is out of control in my life right now. I know good things are happening too but the stress is overshadowing them. I wanted a better answer, things to change, but my hopes are dashed. Many people try to comfort me by saying that you’re in control, but it doesn’t bring me comfort. It seems condescending.
Lord, I want to understand and discern the plans you have for me. Father, restore my faith as I trust that you’re omniscient and I’m not. Envelope me with your peaceful balm to soothe my questioning mind. Remind me that you hold the whole world in your hands and all things work for good to those who believe in you. I do believe! Amen
Prayer for Serenity 2: When Anxiety Overtakes Rationality
God didn’t create doubt, anxiety, or worry. Satan did to rob us of our joy, peace, and sleep. God knows common sense can flee when we’re under stress, so he gave us a remedy when we experience mind hijackers: “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7). Charles Spurgeon advised that, “Our anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strength.”
Lord, you know how irrational I can become when I’m anxious. I can’t reign in my thoughts. Instead of expecting the best, I worry and wonder. I fret. My stomach churns, my heart races, and I can’t take my mind off the issue. I know you don’t want me living in a constant state of turmoil. It’s not good for my physical or mental health. It makes people around me miserable and keeps me living in a perpetual state of chaos instead of calmness, which I crave.
Father, you tell me in your Word to cast all my anxiety on you and so I’m doing that in this prayer. I lay at your feet the things I’m struggling with and I implore you Lord to free my mind of concerns. Remind me please to take deep breaths and trust that you can make a way even when the path is not visible to me. Father, please lead me to refreshing Scriptures when I feel anxiety approaching. Holy Spirit fill me with the serene peace and joy of the Lord. Amen
