Funny how no one ever speaks of scientific PROBABILITY (vs. possibility) when it comes to alien intelligent life off-planet and discussing UFO’s, much less truths like the absence of detected radio signals from extraterrestrial civilizations remains a profound mystery encapsulated within the Fermi Paradox, to name just one of the inconsistencies.
Then there is the fact that, in total, science dictates that 25 elements are considered essential to life on Earth, with carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur being the primary building blocks of biological molecules. In fact, the elements science considers essential to life on Earth include carbon (C), hydrogen (H), oxygen (O), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), calcium (Ca), potassium (K), sodium (Na), magnesium (Mg), chlorine (Cl), iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), selenium (Se), cobalt (Co), boron (B), iodine (I), molybdenum (Mo), silicon (Si), strontium (Sr), arsenic (As), vanadium (V), and rubidium (Rb).
And the percentage of each of these must fall within a very limited value of range in order for biological life to be “viable”, as any single value outside of these specific ranges for each element “spoils the soup” so to speak.

Why does it have to be “biological life” as we know it? I would think “alien life” consists of other things we know nothing about.
You are right in laughing at “Alien UFOs in the earth” and I agree with your statement that a planet must be fine tuned in material and environmental conditions to support life but the probability of life elsewhere in the universe is not just normal probability because of the existence of Almighty God. Without the “God hypothesis” the mathmatical probability of the universe existing at all falls to essentially zero. As for the lack of detectable radio signals the shear vastness of the distances involved can explain that. Those distances also make me regard the possibility of ” alien visitors” as laughable. Yes I am aware of the concept of warp travel but I regard that only slightly more likely than time travel wich is completely idiotic. You can’t travel to somewhere that doesn’t exist. The whole concept of time that even most scientists consider is completely idiotic. Time is merely a mathematical variable conceptualized to supply a formulaic variable for rate of change in our algorithms. I was required because of the physical universe exhibits entropy. Time is just a value for rate of entropy and doesn’t exist as some ethereal concept the can be manipulated or “traveled through”.
How far, measured in light years, have the broadcasts of the 1936 Olympics now traveled in space?
For fify plus years, when I’ve heard the government is hiding the UFOs and knows there are aliens, I’ve asked how many countries there are in the world? In how many countries are there sightings? Are you telling me that every nation state is in collusion to hide UFOs and aliens? They can’t agree on anything, and you expect me to believe they’re all in agreement on this?
And, the percentage of oxygen, between 19% and 21% if I remember my training is critical. It’s fatal on either side of those numbers.

They changed their name to Landmark awhile ago. My brother got involved. A lot of hoopla and hypnotism but the real money maker is persuading vulnerable women from families with money to marry down or sleep with less than desirable partners. Naturally a lot of men thought it was great – gave them a chance with women who would normally not give them the time of day. Also a lot of fishing for blackmail material.
I had not heard from my brother in years. Out of the blue he called one day and said he was attending a seminar, as part of it he had to do something outrageous he thought could not possibly happen but he wished for — so he was calling me to see if we could re-establish a relationship. I was surprised, but polite, encouraging, and of course asked about the seminar. “Landmark” was explained in non-explanatory terms. Later I was invited — repeatedly. He called me several more times over the months to pursue the relationship, apologize, say nice things and … oddly, ask me questions. Personal questions. A bit odd, but he had been lost in an alternative world for over a decade. Suddenly a light went on — he was calling me from a room with dozens of other people, from a switchboard. There were supervisors around, many of the questions were scripted and some unknown organization – EST/Landmark was recording me discuss rather personal information he was asking. I ended that talk and told him never to call me from that place again. To me it’s 1-800-Blackmail. I am sure a lot of families have paid a fortune to get their kids out of that cult.
I did the original version, many decades ago. As for being a cult, the one factor inconsistent with cult status is that, at least from the beginning through the early 2000’s (can’t speak to years following) is that anyone could leave at any time no matter how far into the program(s) the individual was. There was no effort to stop someone from turning their backs on est/Landmark; there was no organized effort to get anyone to return.
I can cite many criticisms of the programs and organization, and of the founder. However, I don’t think I would be alive if I hadn’t done the original program in my mid-20’s. I’m not kidding or exaggerating.
