What about the people who got emails saying their loans were paid off? And actually were? Do they have to give the money back? Maybe some of those 87,000 extra tax agents could switch gears and work towards recouping those funds.
Although I imagine that would be the same as Washington state trying to recover the tens of millions in Covid relief funds that ended up overseas.
That is my question too. I have seen three people post their notices that their loans were terminated.

I’m as thrilled as anyone that Julian is finally gonna be free. But I gotta tell you, I don’t trust our gov’t or DOJ one tiny bit. Hard telling what conditions are gonna be attached to this. And even if not, even if there’s no strings attached, I guarantee there are some ulterior motives to this. If nothing else, just to prevent Trump from getting any credit for it… since he was almost certainly gonna get Assange released once he’s sworn in in Jan.
Regardless, this is GOOD news. I just can’t help but being a bit cautious.
Hasn’t Assange claimed that he had evidence of who or how the DNC computers were accessed which would prove the Russians did not do it? I wonder if part of Assange’s release agreement is a promise to destroy that evidence?
