The President believes the Supreme Court will decide the election. Neither side will concede without contesting the outcome on a fast track to the SCOTUS. He knows, better than any of us, how things will go down. His recent twitter history and comments at rallies leave no doubt.

      https://politicalwire.com/2020/09/23/trump-says-supreme-court-will-decide-the-election/

Hence, the outcome of the election may depend upon the confirmation of RBG’s replacement, particularly since Roberts has been a hater since the President wrecked him during their twitter confrontation.

I seriously doubt that even a reelection landslide will prevent the lawfare chaos.

The Dems appear to be informing everyone that they are going to rob the nation’s biggest bank, and are daring anyone to stop them.

Biden is to debate President Trump next week. What’s the betting that the democrats will role out a Biden double? There is no way that dementia Joe could ever debate anyone. The fix has to be in. We will obviously be seeing a double. The president’s team should demand their people be allowed to perform a DNA test on whoever is rolled out. All it takes is a Q-tip swab of their mouth. I positively assure you that it will not be Joe Biden who turns up for that debate. Remember, with communism the ends justify the means. Think how it would help the president if the plan and the high level people behind it could all be caught red handed.

    Excerpt:

(U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s chief China policy adviser and Chinese-American scholar Yu Maochun advocated that the United States be tough against China. He made a rare public appearance a few days ago, refuting China’s multilateralist position reiterated at the UN General Assembly and saying that China has no true allies that he can trust.

Yu Maochun also mentioned that the US government attaches great importance to the Hong Kong issue, saying that “Hong Kong is the only factor that can make US President Trump willing to sacrifice trade interests.”)

The more I’ve learned about the Jacobson decision that judges have relied on to justify lockdowns, the more I hope Barrett is not the pick. Have a feeling it will be Lagoa, but am hoping for Rushing.

This was a very interesting listen while house cleaning earlier today.

It never made me lunge for the mute button, despite the fact that a couple of the participants were somewhat to the left. It was actually encouraging to hear them acknowledge how stupid the DementoRats have been about everything, and to hear some mainly sane voices (wish they would all get a lot further redpilled).

Barnes’ argument that Lagoa would be a better pick than Barrett is pretty strong. I just had a couple of caveats:

      1) He’s pretty full of himself and in love with his own opinion.
      2) He simply doesn’t get PDJT’s intelligence (the part about possibly selecting Lagoa based on her looks was rather telling).

Otherwise he says good things about populism and the need not to succumb to big government entrenchment (he calls it “authoritarianism” – not the perfect word for it, but whatever).

The opening conversation about Brianna Taylor case was also very educational to me. I need to circle back and read sundance’s article again now more carefully…

      Thanks for the post.

(I still will be happy with whomever PDJT picks on Saturday.)

The thing that is so ironic about the Brianna Taylor thing is that had the police actually done a no knock raid, it’s likely no one would’ve been shot. Everything reported about that incident was either completely wrong or incomplete.

  36. Raptors2020 says:

Americans have always been ambivalent about the uniformed policeman. There’s a surprising lack of positive stories in pop culture about the cop in uniform. Mostly, he’s portrayed as a comic figure (Keystone Cops, Barney Fife, Chief Wiggum, many more).

Contrast that with the endless positive stories about the western sheriff or the private detective. The long-running TV franchises of Law and Order and CSI involve plainclothes police. The cops/ scientists of CSI are assigned almost magical powers to solve crimes. On NYPD Blue, the cops rarely wear their “blue”, their uniforms.

The American Left hates the cop in uniform; if you think rioting is the path to leftist utopia, and the uniformed cop blocks that imaginary path, you would.

Paradoxically, the Left worships the State. The police, the courts, the prisons: you dummies, these are the State!

The Left’s nebulous plans to defund and re-imagine the police will devolve into more secret police. Every leftist state depends on the spy and the informer. Easier to identify and round up the troublemaker early, than to separate him from his violent followers at a riot. Julian Assange has been jailed for years without a trial: that’s how good leftists do it.

Liberals were long distrustful of the FBI. Ominously, as this organization has degraded (moved sharply left) they’re now worshipped by the modern Left. The American Left will certainly have their own police, and there will be no uniforms to give them away.

    — Fisher’s Federal and private projects, their methods of construction, and overall wall progress in general… including border wall content from other wall contractors.

I may add to, trim back, or simplify from time to time as projects/events progress or come to completion. If there is any new wall news I’ll list them in the update below. Otherwise, feel free to page down or scroll past.]

Wednesday night update – 9/23/20 – (See link above.)

    — Chief Rodney Scott tweet with prayers for injured Border Patrol Agent.
    — Article/Video: Deputy Chief of U.S. Border Patrol visits new RGV border wall

    – – – – –
    Thursday night update – 9/24/20

    — New photo of Holcomber Mixer on a Fisher wall project in Yuma, Arizona. Fisher appears to be using a new method for placing individual bollards on steep slopes, much like other wall contractors, but with a steel post/bracing system for panel support.

    — Chief Patrol Agent John R. Modlin tweet w/ photo in Miami Sector.

    – – – – –
    ***Praises***

✅ (9/21/20)… Border Wall System Update: 331 miles completed.
(Update tends to lag by a few days.)
    This years goal: 450 miles.
Total goal for full operational control of southern border: ~1,100 miles… some of which will be secondary barrier.

    – – – – –
✅ 🧱 (Project 1: May/June 2019)… Fisher Industries was able to build a half mile wall up the side of a mountain in 11 days (with zero safety incidents), cutting off 19 major drug cartel trails, and closing off one of the worst areas along the border… (Sunland Park, NM)
✅ 👍 (11/20/19)… DHS Secretary Chad Wolf & CBP Chief gave a huge endorsement to the Fisher industries wall project while visiting Project 1. CBP Chief called it a “Game Changer”. It’s the only time CBP or DHS have ever endorsed a wall builder.

✅ 🧱 (12/2/19)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $400M border wall contract to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona.

✅ 🔍 (Reported on 12/18/19)… Senator Kevin Cramer was able to complete his in-depth review of the USACE’s procurement process and send a letter with his findings and recommendations to President Trump on 12/6/19.

✅ 🧱 (Feb 17)… Fisher Industries was able to build 3.5 miles of wall along the Rio Grande River in Mission, Texas. Project 2’s “water wall” design is the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the floodplain.

✅ 🧱 (5/6/20)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $1.28B border wall contract to build 42 miles of wall in southern Arizona, most of which will run from Nogales to the eastern boundary of the Tohono O’odham Nation. It’s the largest border wall contract that’s ever been awarded.
(Complex terrain, which includes rugged mountains and water crossings)

✅ (7/6/20)… Fisher has partnered with Holcombe Mixers “to fast-track border wall construction.”

✅ 🧱 (8/3/20)… Fisher Industries was awarded a $289.5M contract to build ~17 miles of contiguous new border wall in Laredo Sector located in Webb County, Texas.
✅ … With the above contract, Fisher probably has at least 112 miles of border wall contract(s), 90 miles of which have been reported on.

🙏 Prayer for the work crews. 🙏
Heavenly Father, we pray in Jesus’ name (& according to Your will):
    — for safety, health, and good weather for the work crews as they continue working on Fisher’s Federal contracts, and any other projects they may be working on; that Fisher would be able to continue uninterrupted until completion.
    — for the safety of other wall contractors and those involved in building the wall.

    — that work would go smoothly with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency and quality of construction; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to be able to build 1+(to 2?) miles of wall per day.
(Tommy Fisher has previously stated that, given a large enough project(s), they would be able to build 1 mile of wall per day within 3 months. As early photos taken on March 24 reveal, this process has been going on for at least 5 months. My guess is that Fisher has already scaled up to 1 mile per day, assuming they had enough projects to justify the increase in equipment/manpower required for that output. I’m still waiting to for news to confirm this though.)

    — that the DoD IG’s office audit of the $400 million border wall contract which the USACE awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel would show everything is fair and above board; that the swamp in DoD and USACE wouldn’t be able to corrupt the process; & that Fisher would be authorized to proceed with the project as planned. (Backstory/timeline)
✅ (4/15/20)… Fisher Industries has been awarded a 7.6M contract modification to build 800 linear feet of 30-foot bollard barrier while the original 400M contract is still under review by the DoD IG’s office.

    — for Fisher Industries regarding the ongoing lawsuits; that both sides would be able to resolve any potential issues(erosion, construction, maintenance, differences of opinion on potential deflection of water off the wall during flood events, etc.) and the lawsuits would be dismissed.
    (September 10)… Hearing summary…
At the request of both sides, the lawsuit could go to trial September 2021.
“Judge Crane said he would hold one final status conference on the case prior to Christmas to determine whether the case will be scheduled for trial.”

    — for Fisher crews working at the private border wall along the Rio Grande as they continue to fill/fix any issues related to erosion, reseeding of grass, and applying various erosion control solutions on the site.

    — that Fisher would be able to come up with affordable, scalable, innovative solutions to greatly shorten the landscape establishment period, provide some initial protection against erosion during the establishment period, and strengthen the long-term stability(resistance to erosion) for all types of riverbank soil & grades/slopes which may be encountered so that the landscape can handle the stronger hurricanes/floods which may arrive in the future

    — that Project 2 will eventually benefit the natural habitat; perhaps with the formation of its own riparian zone to prevent erosion at the river’s edge and benefit local flora/fauna… but without preventing operational access & visibility in CBP’s enforcement zone.

    — for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction/salvation(through faith in Christ Jesus) for the work crews, security personnel, legal teams, CBP, DHS, Army/USACE, National Guard and all involved in Fisher Industries’ private or federal projects (& other wall contractors)

    — that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit

🌟 “The more that a broken system tells you that you’re wrong, the more certain you must be that you must keep pushing ahead. Because it’s the outsiders who change the world and will make a real and lasting difference. Nothing worth doing ever came easy. Treat the word impossible as nothing more than motivation.” ~ President Donald J. Trump 🌟

      Note:
      — Go full screen and use “ctrl +/-” as needed to zoom in for details.

      — It’s hard to tell exactly how Fisher is installing the panels in this photo but Fisher appears to be using a different technique to support the bollards on this steep slope.
      — With the CAT hanger system Fisher would have had to create level steps for the CATs to rest on while positioning multiple panels at once.
      — Here it looks like Fisher is using a CAT to hoist individual panels on the steep slope, much like the method other wall contractors use.
      — It will be interesting see how Fisher uses one method (of panel installation) or another depending on the terrain.

      — In this photo the panels have support braces which are attached to steel posts which appear to be driven into the ground, perhaps by another CAT or Bobcat with an appropriate “post driver” attachment.
      — The support braces appear to be expandable. Notice the short handles on each brace which are probably used to twist part of the brace to lock it in place when the desired length is reached.

      — Also, notice light poles on the left.

Good to see Fisher again! Can you take a guess at the angle of the slope the cement mixer is on? It looks pretty steep to me!

My guess is the slope may be 25 degrees. Hard to tell though.

I’ve been trying to think about what scenarios Fisher would use this method with single panel placement vs. the CAT hanger system w/ multiple panels.

          Possibilities:

          – cutting flat platforms for the CATs is time consuming.
          – Hilly terrain may have narrow access roads so not enough room for the platforms.
          – Soil type could determine the method. (Need stable surface for heavy CATS w/ hangers holding multiple panels…)

While everyone will be focused on the Supreme Court nomination, keep in mind PDT has now selected 25% of the Fed Appellate and District court judges. Should he fill the remaining 58 openings by the end of the year, quite probable, it will then be 33%!!! Reminder, this is where almost all legal decisions are made. Not inconceivable to think that a second term could get close to half of these appts being made by Pres Trump!!!

“Inch by inch everything is a cinch.” As our brilliant Sundance has framed the coup perfectly, the things we’re reading now confirm what we at CTH have known for some time.

Along with the duplicitous swamp rats this also lays bare the MSM, you know, “speaking truth to power”. The MSM is now a confirmed enemy of the USA. Anybody who gets their information from the news actors, is being fed leftist globalist gobbledygook that fears anything close to the truth. TURN IT OFF!

We now understand and has been confirmed that the swamp/uniparty is completely corrupt. We Know! To think had Hillary won, our great land would have been thrown into the proletariat abyss and all of these criminals would be ballyhooed in the swamp as heroes. Just WOW!

Thank God for our Great American President Donald J Trump!

Look’s Like Jerry Nadler Had Another “Code-Brown” Incident Yesterday At Pelosi’s Presser. Upon Cursory Examination Of The Video I Noticed Nadler Turns Ashen-White, Then His Face Contort’s Into A Twisted Grimace. It’s As If He’s Making A Valiant-Attempt To “Clench His Cheek’s” And Hold On Through Nancy’s Psychotic Bloviations… But Alas Jerry Looses The Battle And Waddles Out Of The Frame…. Nadler’s Continued Bouts Of Narcolepsy Coupled With His Chronic Bowel Problems Are Troublesome To Say The Least And Maybe He Should Retire……….
