Comey’s own words show his sensitivity to such actions, if only regarding one candidate:

      https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2018/08/22/despite_comey_assurance_vast_bulk_of_weiner_laptop_emails_never_examined.html

Comey: “Assuming, as nearly everyone did, that Hillary Clinton would be elected president of the United States in less than two weeks, what would happen to the FBI, the Justice Department or her own presidency if it later was revealed, after the fact, that she still was the subject of an FBI investigation?”

Uh, where was this concern of having the current president under investigation? Oh yeah, you’re the one who said you leaked in order to prompt a special counsel investigation! Can you even fathom not only the hypocrisy but the complete pass the media and law enforcement have given this guy as the constitution appears to be thrown to the dogs on his watch?

    • “ Biden will be resting…” Out of breath after walking 60 ft. to his speech podium? Slight dry cough before speaking in a weak voice? Sounds to me like the first act in a drama called “Why I Cannot Debate, Even Though I Want To”. Coming to our news sources soon.

Being a NASCAR fan, I pondered that for a split second and decided that most races are won by drivers who did not have the best car. Too many things can and do happen in a race and since the races normally have several pit stops a car that runs poorly early in a race can be the fastest car later on if the pit crew hits on an adjustment that brings the car up to full song. I would suggest that the driver of the lousy car has an incentive to go out there and compete because even if the best car crashes, there are many other cars still in the race.

Watch a race and focus on trying to understand the strategies of a single driver and crew. You may see that there is a lot more involved than who has the fastest car. All this drivel now out there, I would admit that the fastest car will often win if nothing goes wrong, the crew chief uses a winning strategy, and the driver sticks to it.

I haven’t watched much racing of any kind since the NOOSECAR hoax. But I do miss racing and will watch it again as soon as the broadcasting networks quit with the political BS.

    • I can remember hoping there would be a full declassification reveal before the 2018 midterms, yet there wasn’t…..then the Mueller charade sputtered and died , then the preposterous phone call impeachment imbroglio came & went, but all we got were scraps.

There is so much being sat on right now, it ain’t funny.

Release it all NOW and compliment it with the corresponding indictments, damn it!

Remember, Trump was going to say, eff-it and declassify all of it, But Rat Rosenstein said that would be obstruction of the Mueller Witchhunt. …He probably even said it like that.

Do you realize how significant this is

the NSA Director stops contractor access to the database 7 months prior to the 2016 election, after identifying:

      • unauthorized searches
      • searches beyond the query audit system
      • unsupervised private entities accessing the database
      • memorandum allowing the FBI to give access to individuals unbeknown to the NSA and FISA Court

During the time period of contractor access cutoff we have the following:
      • Contractor (Fusion GPS) CEO’s wife visits the White House (day after contractor access cut off)

      • At least 1 FISA is denied ( of the thousands submitted to the court less than 20 have been denied)

      • Hillary Clinton Email “matter” is closed

      • Anthony Weiner Laptop is found during an NYPD warrant for Child Sex Crimes (online activity with underage female)

      • Hillary Clinton Email “matter” re-opened, due to Weiner Laptop illegally syncing emails with his wife’s computer (Human Abedin – Assistant to Hillary Clinton)

      • FBI announced hundreds of thousands email of Hillary Clinton found on Weiner laptop. To many to review in a timely manner.

      • FBI announced miracle tool that allowed review in days of emails. Says all emails okay, and the matter can be closed.

      • Hillary Clinton Email “matter” closed

      • Government pays Western Assets to lure Carter Page and Page in separate situations overseas, and records the conversations that create the appearance of Russian collusion

      • To this day – No formal Western Intelligence products have been identified as supporting or provided to the US regarding the Trump Campaign and Russia Collusion

      • FBI gets a Wiretap on a Trump Campaign member (Carter Page) gaining complete surveillance of Presidential Candidate Trump and his Wife and Children due to the 2-Hop surveillance authority of a FISA.

      • Donald J. Trump wins the Presidency of the United States

      • Lame Duck Period from election to inauguration of the next president – President Obama kicks Russians out of the country

      • Incoming National Security Director is contacted by Russian Ambassador to understand the kicking out of their diplomats. He is informed to equally retaliate, but to not escalate.

      • This conversation is used to removed General Flynn from the WhiteHouse and has resulted in a 4 year trial that has cost him his home, and the possible threatening of his son (We have still not see the Rosenstein 2nd Scope Memo in October for Mueller Special Counsel)

      • SSCI makes joint statement they have no evidence the President was wiretapped

      • Next day, request review of the wiretap of the President (03/03/17) the FISA on Carter Pages with 2-Hop authority to surveil 2 levels of contact from ever Carter Page Contact.

      • SSCI republicans leave the country as SSCI Vice Chairman reviews the 03/03/17 FISC clerk stamps Carter Page FISA (Wiretap of the President via 2-Hop authority)

      • the SSCI requested FISA is leaked to a Buzzfeed Reporter

      • Buzzfeed publishes the content, CNN reports Buzzfeed published it, The media starts the Russia, Russia Russia narrative.

      • This narrative evolved into Congress and the Senate doing the “moral thing” and appointed a Special Prosecutor to look into “Russia Collusion”

      • Special Counsel attacks the entire staff and family of President Trump

      • Special Prosecutor finds $75,000 Facebook ads purchased by a Russian Company

      • He indicts them and allows the media to frame this as “Russia Hacked the election” conflating this with the DNC hack (that again, the FBI never reviewed – instead a Ukrainian Contractor called Crowdstrike did – that you’ll see later the President gets impeached for bringing this company’s name up)

      • The indicted Russian ask for a trial to demonstrate they only bought ads. Special Prosecutor declines and case is never brought forward (however, the narrative of Russia hacked the election is set in the media, and keep in mind this was all done on days the President was overseas trying to secure peace with North Korea)

      • Ultimately, the FISC court finds all 4 FISAs on Carter Page lacked candor (2 were renewed under the Special Counsel)

      • FBI lawyer pleads guilty to falsifying documents provided to the FISA court that granted the Carter Page FISA renewal

      • At the close up of the Mueller Probe, his entire team “accidentally” put their phones into airplane mode and attempt the pass code 10 times that results in a reset to default (clearing the data).

      • The Steele Dossier is identified as the sole source of the FISA ( and the primary sub source is interviewed and tells the FBI he cannot corroborate any of the information attributed to him within the Dossier)

      • The primary sub source is identified as a co-worker and friend of Fiona Hill via Brookings Institute (Russian expert with the State Department that testified against the President in the Ukraine Impeachment). Later we find out Shearer with Brookings is the other avenue the Dossier gets into the government and media talk stream.

      • Oh yes, forgot about that, the House of Representatives – impeached the President of the United States for calling the Ukrainian President after he won his election, and also mentioning an oligarch, a server, and a company called Crowdstrike.

      • Crowdstrike was the company that investigated the ‘DNC Hack” (shocking right? the FBI never reviewed the DNC and instead took the word of a contracted [remember contractor access to NSA database? via Comey Memorandum – unknown to NSA and FISA court? good])

      • Prosecutor Durham was appointed during this time – evolves into a Criminal Inquiry

      • Currently the FBI and DOJ appear to be cooperating in the Crime Victims Rights Act holding unauthorized data obtained on Carter for Litigation

      All sundance efforts

Note: Jake was an Iraq war vet who suffered 2 traumatic brain injuries. Jake submitted to a full interview following the shooting. Answered every question. I disagree with the advice his attorney gave him .If anyone gets involved in a similar situation and you are forced to shoot someone,,,Never talk to the police. Never.

Multiple sources confirmed 38-year-old Jake Gardner’s death by suicide to KETV NewsWatch 7

On May 30, Gardner was confronted and attacked by a Black Lives Matter mob outside Gardner’s Hive bar amid protests in the Old Market, a neighborhood in downtown Omaha. When he was knocked to the ground, Gardner fired two warning shots in an attempt to rise to his feet, prosecutors cited. Then a scuffle broke out with 22-year-old James Scurlock before Gardner shot Scurlock dead. The black rioter had repeatedly broken windows to Gardner’s bar and other neighboring businesses.

Gardner was indicted by a grand jury on counts of manslaughter, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, attempted first-degree assault, and terrorist threats. Douglas County District Attorney Don Kleine originally ruled the case an act of self-defense and decided not to pursue charges

Forgive me if already addressed, but I have received various text addresses, and I was wondering in your experience, which is the best to ensure that the donation goes to Trump’s campaign and not the RNC first? I have my original 88022 that I used for the Orlando kickoff rally last year – then 80810 (is this RNC?) … and now several more recent ones, most common is 855-584-8315 (appears to be “Eric Trump” or “Lara” or… various others in the texts). p.s. – all these 2x, 3, 5, 8x matching donation offers… so who’s doing all this matching? Sounds fishy.

IIRC, ACB was passed over for both the Gorsuch seat and the Kavanuagh seat despite a hardcore press for her by many in the conservative commontariat. My guess is there was a good reason for that.

I find it odd that there are about a dozen women on PDJT’s SCOTUS list but most seem to think it’s a choice between only ACB and Lagoa. My prediction is that it won’t be either of them.

How’s Harmeet Dhillon on the pro-life issue?

As it is, ACB, while apparently very pro-life, is already threatening to recuse herself from hearing certain cases, and Lagoa’s father-in-law was a Clinton appointee … which has been correctly pointed out as “guilt by association” … though to my mind calls for at least a little bit of research.

Given the above, so far I’m leaning towards Lagoa … understanding that in reality, no nominee will be perfect, as all of us are only human. And also, this preference depends on whether the nominee pool really is limited to women only … To my mind, if the best nominee would be male, I’d be fine with that. May the best woman or man win.

Admittedly too late in his term, but he could ditch wray and get an FBI Director who would release all of the evidence of DOJ/FBI wrongdoing that wray has been hiding. Get Judicial Watch all their requests, get Sidney Powell all of the records hidden from General Flynn, release records to the house and senate requested over the past 4 years.

Plus, make a Supreme Court recess appointment too – was reading Eisenhower did that and when Congress came back from recess the Senate voted to confirm that Justice too.

    18. We really don’t have a 50/50 country on most of the major issues. It’s more like 70-30% or 80-20%. The problem is that the 20% controls the media and most of the politicians so it’s easy to create an illusion that’s it’s 50/50.

    19. So how does the uniparty defend against this? Well they make people hate the man that supports the 80% issue. They call him a racist, a traitor. They spy on him and automatically take the opposite of every issue to make it appear he is wrong, evil or a dunce.

    20. I like the fact Trump fights but I love his positions on the issues. The 20%ters know that if 10-30% more people wake the hell up their entire world will change. There are $$trillions at stake.

You have to think of it as coming from a mindset of control. They want to control the environment… they’ve assumed that as their responsibility… but, underneath it all, it’s really more of a “right” than a “responsibility”. They control the environment by controlling you and me. By exercising their control, they can save the environment from us, save us from the world ending in… what is it now… 11 1/2 years or something… save us from ourselves, etc. Control, control, control.

Globalists are dead serious about ending the USA because individual rights and freedoms have absolutely NO place in their New /One World Order. Totalitarians must first deconstruct our culture so they can remake us into submissive collectivists.

They are planning a voter fraud. You don’t need field offices for that. Their “ground game” is all about ballot harvesting so a bit too early. Also, the post office workers will deliver as many ballots as needed to win after the polls close.

I sincerely hope the RNC and the Trump Campaign are not asleep at the wheel and will be watching but you can’t prevent all fraud, especially if it is being done on a massive scale and the “authorities” are the active participants themselves.

We are officially a banana republic now.

Also if you call your Elections Dept. for your county you can hear the list of requirements for mail in ballots – here is the one that struck me as strange:
If you are in jail you can have your mail in ballot sent to a family member

1/ The United States of America is enveloped in crisis. Not since the Civil War, have we faced an insurgency and resistance movement with the capacity, capability, and very real potential to fundamentally change the structure of our republic. All, without passing a law. . . .

2/ We are near a tipping point of insurrection and unlegislated change, from which the nation thus changed, will cease to be recognized or function as a representative republic. . . .

3/ The purpose for writing is to alert you to this fact – we are under attack by an ‘insurgency syndicate’ employing unconventional warfare tactics. The North American Insurgency Syndicate (NAIS) is currently gaining strength and they are on the offensive. . . .
4/ This book endeavors to deliver an understanding of the insurgency, their goals, strategy and tactics. Then, to provide a framework to respond and protect your family, your property, your freedom, and our country.

Damn but I hope Miss Lindsey is tough for a change on this.

One thing I hope for…if nominee has already had a Senate vote for a Federal judgeship, then no hearings. Offer each Sen on Committee a one on one interview over the course of no more than 3 weeks. Then hold Committee vote. Then take to floor.

A couple thoughts on the Ginsberg vacancy:

My guess is that Mitch will talk Collins into voting “abstain” so she can say she was against holding the vote, but not necessarily against the nominee.

He could/should pressure Murk to do the same by promising her that if she votes “no” she will have no Committee assignments if Mitch is still majority leader next year.

Abstaining instead of voting no hurts Dem chances to derail. Up to 6 GOPers could abstain, which would result in a 47-47 tie that Pence could break.

One more thought: Dem Doug Jones would 100% ensure his defeat in AL so he might vote yes or abstain. In addition, Manchin might do likewise. Thinking that there are 47 immutable Dem no votes might be wrong 🤗

I agree with your track. No need for Mitch to talk anyone into abstaining. That’s, what they have said they would do.

“I will not vote on a nominee before the election”

So your plan looks like a winner.
