noswamp – no, he isn’t kidding! The wheels of the Federal government turn slowly. I work on a contract to the Federal government and the managers at a very low level, for example a team of 6 people, were tasked at the beginning of the fiscal year (October 1, 2019) to have their people take “diversity” training before September 30, 2020.

Last week 2 managers sent out notifications to their respective teams that they are short for the number of people who were scheduled to take the training. It’s a quota that has to be met; 80% of their team has to have had the training.

The thing is, ALL of these people, the managers and the individual team members receive a performance evaluation that factors into whether they receive a good pay raise or none at all. Taking the training helps the individual’s performance evaluation and the team members taking the training reflects on the managers performance evaluation! If they want a good rating and corresponding pay raise, they must take all the training on their training list. Diversity training is only one of many, there is also Safety, proper use of Federal government equipment, etc.

Training requirements have to be taken off the training list by higher level managers than these, and I’m sure that the paperwork to remove that training has not filtered down to that level. It can take months for things to take effect. Meanwhile, back in July and August before the EO, an entire month was devoted to “diversity inclusion”, nearly every day newsletters were published and points awarded to people who attended the special training. It was pushed and pushed heavily. An entire group of people were assigned to conduct the brainwashing sessions.

So, in summation, Fed’s are talking about the EO and they know about it, but either they comply with their first line manager and get a better rating, or ignore the training and receive a mediocre performance evaluation because they didn’t meet the required training sessions.

This is how who is President affects ordinary people! It was important to BO for the Feds to be brainwashed and it’s important to President Trump to remove the brainwashing requirements.

Here in Canada, the Gov’t “employees” have been “indoctrinated” to be Liberal sheep for yrs. now!

I can recall meeting Gov’t employees (& I use that term loosely, because they would never survive in the private sector) for yrs. telling me that they are told not to watch Fox News, but to watch CNN instead! BUT, nowadays I guess it’s OK for them to watch Fox News.

They ALL believe in Global Warming, save the forests, save the environment, electric cars are the answer & “Diversity is Canada’ strength”!

Doug Ford here in Ontario just announced maximum fines for anyone not wearing a mask & he ran as a Conservative in order to get elected! What a “traitor” he turned out to be!

              Liberalism is a Mental Disorder!

He was in the running for a Seattle City Council seat in 2018 until Leftists started going after his lovely wife and two young children. He dropped out of the race and moved his family out of the city for their safety. And look at the dumpster fire that Seattle has become with the Lefties that they elected instead!

He would be an excellent addition to any team the President put him onto and I would love to see him get more prominence on a National level!

Try either “Americans must recognize…” or “Patriots must recognize…”

Get rid of “conservative” unless it is carefully defined and get rid of “on the right.”

The Amish do not isolate. They follow a philosophy of (extreme by today’s standards) self-sufficiency. They do not use products that their community cannot create and maintain. That is why they till their land with horses, eat the food they grow, and use wind power water pumps. They also are Mennonite Christians, a Dutch sect of religious pacifists.

That being said, many are Capitalists. They trade for what they can’t make, run food stands, antique stores, craft furniture, make and sell clothes. They are known for being high quality carpenters and craftsmen. They vote as a community on what tech they allow into their group, which is why phones and electricity are used in the barns for safety, but not the homes. Teens are encouraged to go on cultural excursions to “our culture” and make the choice as adults where to remain. Many return to the home culture of God, simplicity, and self sufficiency.

Think of the electronics in your life. If they broke, can you make your replacement parts? How dependent are you on your supply chains? What happens when the grocery store runs out of “essentials” like paper towels and soaps? Did you stop and say, I’ll just use cloth towels? Did you know how to make your own lye if you had to?

CCP helplessly itching for the flirtatious Taiwan-US strategy | Johnny Lau Yui-siu

    Excerpt.

“ U.S. Under Secretary of State Keith Krach is the second high-profile American official visiting Taiwan within two months after U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar’s visit in mid-August. Krach is in fact even more senior in rank. The intentions of the U.S. are very obvious. For one, it wants to create more established facts, normalize contacts between U.S. and Taiwan officials and warm up the relationship between the two countries. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) may not like it but there is nothing it can do but be forced to accept it for the time being. Another purpose is for the U.S. to take the lead and encourage other countries to send delegations to visit Taiwan. A third reason is to increase international exposure for Taiwan.

Therefore, the focus and highlight of Krach’s trip were not on the economic collaboration between Taiwan and the U.S. Instead, it is to further reinforce America’s support for or use of Taiwan. The CCP watches and yearns as the two sides make sheep’s eyes at each other. In terms of U.S.-Taiwan cooperation, high-tech and strategic-materials are more eye-catching. But no one knows the details of the particular contents, which is certainly undesirable for the CCP. At the same time, the diplomatic community has discovered and the international civil society has sensed that recently some countries (especially Western ones), have shown signs of increasing research and presentation on the situation in Taiwan. This is precisely the U.S. strategy to offset the influence of China while promoting Taiwan.
With this trend, the world is concerned whether the mainland will accelerate the process of unification of Taiwan by Force. There are three points worth noting when it comes to this issue.“

I hope this doesn’t seem macabre, but about Ginsburg passing, and the SC opportunity it grants:

The situation brings to mind the story of The Drowning Man. You’ve heard it before:

    *****

    T̲h̲e̲ ̲D̲r̲o̲w̲n̲i̲n̲g̲ ̲M̲a̲n̲

A fellow was stuck on his rooftop in a flood. He was praying to God for help.

Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof, “Jump in, I can save you.”

The stranded fellow shouted back, “No, it’s OK, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me.”

    So the rowboat went on.

Then a motorboat came by. “The fellow in the motorboat shouted, “Jump in, I can save you.”

To this the stranded man said, “No thanks, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith.”

    So the motorboat went on.

Then a helicopter came by and the pilot shouted down, “Grab this rope and I will lift you to safety.”

To this the stranded man again replied, “No thanks, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith.”

So the helicopter reluctantly flew away.

Soon the water rose above the rooftop and the man drowned. He went to Heaven. He finally got his chance to discuss this whole situation with God, at which point he exclaimed, “I had faith in you but you didn’t save me, you let me drown. I don’t understand why!”

To this God replied, “I sent you a rowboat and a motorboat and a helicopter, what more did you expect?

    *****

The opportunity for President Trump and the GOP to nominate and confirm this Justice – is God sending the boat and the helicopter.

That is critical race theory. These groups hold out that American freedom creates inequality and not equality, and since their Freedom hasn’t worked out for them no one should have any freedom in our country.

So like all progressives liberals they blame others. The others being the essence of America; Free Speech, Free Religion and the GOD given RIGHT to LIFE, LIBERTY, and THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. To them these things are the reason for their failure and hardship.

But these human rights are unalienable and cannot be taken away by our government or anyone else. They are the core to the founding contract for this country. That is the Bill of Rights and the United states Constitution. You know the documents just below the Bible!

This is the socialist lie that liberal elites are feeding their base of power. I think only a few believe this nonsense, but corporate MSM’s new social media tool for multiplying their propaganda is bringing the lie into everyday public view.

In what alternate reality can the year 1776 suddenly become 1619? In a Fascist reality where the powers that be would be peddle such BS because no one will buy their true message.

Today the President holds the power to nominate a Supreme Court Justice and the Senate holds the power to confirm. Do it, without delay or apology. You think the Left would wait til a new President was elected to fill a Supreme Court vacancy? Remember the Kavanaugh hearings!

Now that Ginsburg is dead, we are in for an inevitable rollercoaster ride in the form of a Senate confirmation battle. Most likely we’ll see massive protests if Trump’s replacement is confirmed ahead of the election, but it’s important that we have a fully-stocked court to make important decisions on said election. After all, the Democrats and especially Hillary want to contest the election regardless of the result.

“Roe v. Wade stands as the model for revolutionary change, a “law” miraculously “discovered” in the Constitution, and enforced by judicial fiat, never by popular vote or congressional debate.

The revolution has used a new technique known as “Borking” (what was done to Robert Bork). Clarence Thomas made it through, but a major success was achieved in 1993 when Ruth Bader Ginsberg, a lawyer for the ACLU and favored lecturer at the National Organization of Women, was named to the Supreme Court by a 96–3 Senate vote. The Supreme Court website says Ginsberg “leans towards the liberal side of the Court’s political spectrum.” Ginsberg actually hangs over the edge of the extreme left fringe of American society. She favors a constitutional right to prostitution and polygamy; declares that the Scouts must be gender–integrated or abolished; has proposed replacing Mother’s Day and Father’s Day by a single androgynous Parent’s Day; has called for an end to single–sex prisons; and works tirelessly for a gender–less society, liberated from all sexual boundaries. Ginsberg does not echo the voice of America’s past nor that of middle–of–the road contemporary Americans. This Supreme is a Sixties extremist revolutionary in a long black robe.” – Written June 6, 2005 by Dr. Peter Jones

        • Per Mark Levin Show, 9/17/20 hour 1, segment 1: So what should be done about this? The Pennsylvania legislature is Republican, both the Senate and the House. It has a Republican legislature. It should call an emergency. Meeting of the House and the Senate. Because under our federal constitution, regardless of what the Pennsylvania Supreme Court says, it is the state legislature that decides how to account for the Electoral College. And there’s not a damn thing the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania can do about it. The final say is not the court, the final say. Is the elected representation in the House and the Senate. In Pennsylvania. So the legislature trumps any court. So the Republicans of both houses of the Pennsylvania Assembly. Should have an a meet an emergency session. They should overrule what the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has done. They should overrule what the executive branch in Pennsylvania has done, both of which are controlled by left wing Democrats, both of which are intended to harm the president of the United States, and they should do it now immediately. And take control. I’ll be right back.

I joined two of the sessions.

The sessions began with scenarios of what might happen on Election Day—a big Biden win, a narrow Biden win, a Trump win in the Electoral College coupled with a loss in the popular vote—and then played war games to ponder what might follow. The goal was not to make predictions, but rather to test scenarios and identify potential weak points in the system. The approach is common in the national-security world, but has not often before been applied to domestic politics.” https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2020/07/how-2020-election-could-go-wrong/614842/

Even Graham’s support of moving forward with SCOTUS nominee is only because he is in a tight race for his seat. He is smart enough to support Trump now, because it will mean victory on November 3, 2020.

That being said, I trust McConnell to get our new SC Justice confirmed. Remember, he has no balls for anything else to support the President, he is a total political animal without any principles or scruples. He would have happily impeached the President if he had the political cover to do so. THAT BEING SAID,

the guy turns into HULK when he fights for a judicial nomination. McConnell fights like I have never EVER seen a US Senator fight before!

You know what? I trust McConnell 99 percent in this area. Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and record appointments of federal judges is a solid track record that has earned the nation’s trust of having McConnell as the conservative gatekeeper for the federal judiciary and the Supreme Court.

That goes a long way in my book. Law and order, remember? No law and order and we don’t have a country. Trump said that too.

Many folks like me and others on here trust him to get this done, he has done it before, he has a solid track record, and the President’s trust and our trust.

McConnell will get the nominee confirmed. God bless you sir. (And I am sorry for every bad thing I ever said about you here in this post). 😉

I am conflicted about the matter at issue as well as about whether these two judges acted appropriately. While I oppose voting for convicted felons, if these are people convicted of state crimes, it is the prerogative of the state to decide the matter. Thank you for posting an interesting article (even if it is from Slate).

This article is a load of leftist tripe. Calling the requirement to pay fines owed to the court a “POLL TAX” is semantic excess. The state has select tools to use in order to remedy compensation owed by the convicted. They can garnish wages. They can also require payment in full prior to obtaining the return of suspended rights. Lagos is correct that the ballot item to return voting rights to felons had stipulations, of which one requires payment.

Slate is referenced with regularity by my most liberal friends. Nuff said.

The dissenting judges were all appointed by Democratic presidents.

The majority – Pryor, Kevin Newsome, Elizabeth Branch, Britt Grant, Robert Luck and Barbara Lagoa – were appointed by Republican presidents.

Last year, the Campaign Legal Center, ACLU and NAACP sued the state and, after an eight-day trial in May, U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle, a Bill Clinton appointee, ruled the 24th Amendment prohibits Florida from conditioning voting on payment of fines and fees.

The law, Hinkle said, was a “pay-to-vote system.” His decision required county supervisors of elections to allow felons to fill out a form attesting to indigency before registering.

Days later, Republican Governor Ron DeSantis lodged an appeal to the 11th Circuit, which halted the voting registration of thousands of felons in the run-up to the August primary and November general election.

Friday’s ruling overturns Hinkle’s injunction against SB 7066.

Thanks Old Sneakers!! I read Rush’s transcript and the very long article he is referencing in the Trumpet by Mike Lee. It really brought sooo many things together for me and confirmed my suspicions. As a Journalism major, Media Law was a favorite course. For years I have wondered “what happened?” – and the truth is laid out here: the unregulated tech companies “defunded” journalism when we started getting “news” for free on platforms that aren’t subject to the FCC.

But even better, I worked in Hollywood for 22 years. And saw the flood of “China money” come in and change everything. And change the mandate for material that would help big network/studio corporate relationships with China, wanting to put our American movies in their theaters for great profit from the newly emerging Chinese middle class. This paragraph is so true! But the CCP had to approve the movie, actually they usually wanted to co-produce and share in profits while guaranteeing distribution and their stamp of approval.

“American political and corporate elites didn’t choose decline. They chose to get rich. By shipping America’s manufacturing base off to China, they seized a business opportunity the likes of which had never been seen before—an enormous captive labor force controlled by an authoritarian regime that guaranteed the steady production of goods at a fraction of what it would cost at home. American cultural elites (Hollywood, sports, art, etc.) who exploited the increasingly large Chinese market for their products provided cover for the China Class cohort with messaging that dovetailed with CCP propaganda.“

Fantastic article explains more about how all these pieces (tech, China & all the American new elites China made rich to rob our Peter to pay their Paul, and the Pentagon types out to feather their nests) fit together. Some of you may know this.

Also watched SOCIAL DILEMMA on Netflix this week. Before you cancel over CUTIES be sure to watch that doc on the truly frightening tech industry. Honestly, I can’t believe Netflix is airing it!!!!! Everything you suspected is confirmed and worse. Social Dilemma and this article dovetail nicely for good Red Pilling.

Health officials concede COVID precautions will help protect us from flu

“While flu season is fast approaching, we still don’t know which strains of flu virus might be coming.

There is some evidence that in the southern hemisphere, where flu season has been underway for sometime, there are reports of a milder season so far.

That has led to predictions of a less severe flu season elsewhere.

Logic suggests face coverings, hand sanitizer and other precautions being taken against the coronavirus will also guard against the flu, which is similarly transmittable.

Keep wearing the mask, but get a flu shot, says the Santa Clara County Health Department’s Dr. George Han.”

        Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 US 11 (1905)
Jacobson challenged mandatory smallpox vaccination as an unreasonable invasion of his liberty. The Mass. Supreme Court held that the vaccination program was constitutional. The U. S. Massachusetts has always been an outlier when it comes to enforcing their medical mandates, the most recent is the young girl who was taken away from her family and forced to undergo medical treatment because a therapist had a theory that her medical condition was a result of parental wrongdoing. Her name escapes me right now, but it took several years before she was returned to her family.

Virginia used to have a law, wasn’t repealed until the mid-1980’s, that any girl who was committed to one of the state’s institutions, whether through voluntary or involuntary commitment, often for simply being a runaway because of family abuse or any reason, they were automatically, without the need for any parental permission, sterilized so they would never be able to have children, something about the state not wanting imbeciles giving birth.

States have these rights regarding healthcare decisions for their citizens, because these rights are not given to the federal government in the constitution; the authority to make these decisions are retained by the individual States or the citizens thereof.

Vaccines will fall into this same category so it’s our duty to know who we elect to represent us on the local and state elections. I think this is why the President emphasizes the State’s making these decisions on masks and shut downs, in his way reminding us to not slack off when it comes to local elections.

No other person would have reacted so thoroughly and quickly as our President Trump!
    -Creation of hospital centers.
-Retrofitting and deployment of two hospital ships.
    – Redirecting manpower, doctors, nurses, etc. for these units.
    -PPE manufacturing.
-Ordering emergency use of theraputics by the FDA (though they are still fighting HCQ).
-The Stimulus, PPP and EO against evictions for the American worker. (The Dems only care about climate change and mail in voting)
-Allowing all theraputics to be given a chance. (Though the information is being suppressed on purpose to allow for more deaths, crashing of the economy and hurting our President, Americans are finding out about and using treatments like Dr. Zelenko’s HCQ and Dr. Bartlett’s nebulized steroid treatment: https://www.trialsitenews.com/west-texas-doctor-flirts-with-trouble-making-claims-of-silver-bullet-off-label-use-of-inhaled-steroid-as-covid-19-treatment/ and others.)
-Dr. Fauci, knew in 2005 that HCQ was effective for COVID viruses: https://virologyj.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1743-422X-2-69

I really hope President Trump also starts talking about how the China virus fatalities and positive cases are greatly inflated. This will cause a complete meltdown on the left, but it is true. Following is a long detailed article but the take- aways are:

-At the end of March, the CDC changed the data collection on deaths used since 2003, and ordered doctors, medical examiners and coroners to list covid deaths as the primary cause of death, regardless of the actual reason, with or without a positive test. Also, this may now lump pneumonia and flu deaths in the covid fatalities as well. (It would be interesting to see how the cancer rate has dropped this year!)
-Contract tracing is usually performed by non-medical people and evaluations are considered probable cases which eventually get lumped into positive cases.

    19 Sep 2020

    https://taibbi.substack.com/p/the-post-objectivity-era-00f

We live in a time of incredible political division. Many of us have had the experience of talking to someone whose idea of reality seems to be completely different from our own. It’s become difficult to have an argument in the traditional sense. People with differing opinions are often no longer even working from the same commonly-accepted set of facts. It’s a problem that has a lot to do with changes in how we receive and digest information, especially through the news media.

I’ve worked in the press for thirty years. In my lifetime the core commercial strategy of the news business has changed radically. At the national level, companies have moved from trying to attract one big audience to trying to capture and retain multiple small audiences.

Fundamentally, this means the press has gone from selling a vision of reality they perceive to be acceptable to a broad mean, to selling division. For technological, commercial, and political reasons this instinct has become more exaggerated with time, snowballing toward the dysfunctional state we’re in today.

  33. If anyone has any doubts about the unbridled evil that we are up against, check out this disgusting video of Antifa/BLM thugs busting up a car with a DOG inside it.

For some reason, I am way more affected by seeing this poor terrified dog trying to protect his human than I am at seeing and of the low life “humans” get the crap beat out of them as they so richly deserve.

I find it absolutely horrifying that these young people are so consumed with hate for our President and US that they would abuse an animal like this, not ot mention what they were going to do with the owner. There is no hope for these creatures; they need to be taken out just like you’d do to a rabid dog. No mercy.

Greetings Seneca the Elder! Your opening line reminded me of some lines in the pamphlets of the German Catholic, anti-Nazi group The White Rose:

“… whoever today still doubts the genuine existence of demonic powers has woefully failed to grasp the metaphysical background of this war. Behind the concrete, behind that which is discernible to the senses, behind all factual, logical considerations, there lies the Irrational, i.e. the fight against the demon, against the messenger of the Antichrist.

Everywhere and always, demons have lurked in the darkness, waiting for the day on which man would become weak; the day on which he would forsake his position in the divine order, freely ordained for him by God; the day on which he would surrender to the forces of the Evil One, unbind himself from the powers of a higher order and, having taken the first step of his own volition, be then driven forcibly towards taking the second and third steps at an ever more furious pace. In all places and at all times when man has found himself most in need, men have taken a stand; prophets and saints who, in asserting their freedom, have pointed towards the one and only God and, with His help, beseeched the people to reverse their course. Man is undoubtedly free, but he is defenceless in the face of evil without the one true God…”

The leaders of The White Rose were all caught and executed for publishing such pamphlets.

That was my first response too, Matthew, but then I had second thoughts about stupid “authorities” that would arrest me and put the dog down…with fear of the dog being put down being a greater deterrent than me being arrested. Escape was the best route to take, as the driver did…a bit too slowly, IMO, but fear makes people hesitate sometimes. If there had been no escape route…

A while back I heard about a guy, who lives out in the country, that came home to find his pit covered in gashes and bites. He rushed him to the vet. The dog survived and was fine. Later, he followed the trail of blood into the woods his dog had left as it came back home. There he found 10 or 12 dead coyotes. Pits are very loyal to, and powerful protectors of, their people. There’s story after story of pits saving their people from human and animal threats.

Several pantifas wouldn’t even cause that big guy to break a pant. The only thing that stopped him from going out that back window was the falling glass, maybe his person having the other end of a leash or the dog’s instinct to stay close to his “protectee.” I don’t know, but I do know he could have chewed them up like a cheap made-in-China squeaky toy and they would have been to blame, not the dog.

A pit bull going out into the woods to kill wildlife is not defending its owner. (As you said, the guy wasn’t even there.) It’s not even a matter of being territorial, which is a common trait of many dog breeds.

Rather, it’s just following its fight-to-the-death instincts. I pity any poor soul (animal or human) who happens to cross paths with this dog. It should be secured in fencing.

          • 7delta says:

Yes, I realize the dog wasn’t defending his owner at that point. My point was the physical power of a dog like these dimwits were messing with.

I don’t know this specific dog, but lots of people out in the country don’t fence dogs in. If you own 50 acres, nobody should be roaming around anyway and the dog isn’t going far from home. Most are porch pooches, but act as a deterrent to burglars. Pits aren’t, as a matter of character, prone to attack humans for no reason…unless they’re poorly bred and socialized to be vicious, like some nitwits in the hood do, but bad owners span all breeds and they end up with dangerous dogs.

Like all dogs, pits are pack animals. The person must establish themselves as top dog, whether it’s a pit or a poodle. The dog must be loved and cared for. Obviously, the pit in question was cared for, since the owner rushed to the vet to save the dog’s life. It wasn’t a cheap trip to the vet.

Pits were specifically bred, back in the day in England, to fight other dogs. They were socialized and trained to be handled by strangers, including his owner/handler, his children, etc., and the owner of the other dog that would be in the pit during during the fight. If they bit a human, they were put down. Yes, it was barbaric and thankfully, it’s illegal now and has been for a long time, but by nature, pits are good dogs when raised, trained and cared for properly.

I do know that well loved and trained pits are as safe, if not more so, than many other breeds, but woe be unto anyone who attempts to harm their human. The dog didn’t go out and attack Bambi, the local wildlife, for no reason. Since we know coyotes will attack humans and other animals, alone or in packs, it’s more likely the pack attacked the dog. Yes, he defended himself…with the same muscle and power most will use to defend their people…and that was my point. Sorry I wasn’t clear.

As an animal-lover, I have rescued a Pitbull until it could find a good home. But I do not trust them, particularly with other animals. Not a fan of bully breeds.

My dog and I were attacked by a loose Pit, in my own yard, years ago. It was horrific. A co-worker’s “sweet” Pit killed his two pet cats in his home, out of nowhere.

Currently, there’s a guy who walks his Pitbull past my house, and that thing snarls at me and strains the leash whenever I’m out front – even on my porch. He’s a big guy, and can barely contain the animal, which is all over my front yard trying to get at me. If he can’t keep that beast on the sidewalk, I will call the police.

The most recent one got attacked by another PB when she was around 5 months old. The only thing that saved her was my husband who was able to pry the jaws of her attacker off of her neck.

It is pit bull owners who turn their dogs into monsters. Our first pittie was the sweetest most loving guy. Everyone who met him fell in love with him. Cats loved him. He was gentle with all beings.

Do you agree with Hilary that young, black men are “super predators” because of the actions of a small percentage of them?

The meanest, most vicious dog that I ever met was a black Lab. I’ve also met some vicious Chihuahuas.

In my opinion it is wrong to stereotype people and animals.

I’m sorry you’ve had such bad experiences. Just for the record, if I lived in the country, I wouldn’t leave my dog outside, with or without a fence, because of coyotes. They’ll climb a fence. We have a fence and don’t leave our springer out, if no one is home.

I’ve had a pit, not by choice, but by child…as many parents understand. One of the best dogs I’ve ever had. All dogs need to be under control, at all times, but with one the size of a Mac truck, it’s a must. I took my inherited big guy to a trainer that trains for police, DHS, and the FBI. He laughed about my dog, because the big guy didn’t work for treats, just for “God and Country” and to please me. My pit minded well and loved his family. He adored his “sissy”, the springer. We lost him about a year and a half ago at age 12. He always slept by my side of bed and still does, in a nicely carved wooden box, which will, by hook or crook, go with me to the grave. Pays to know the undertaker. He just has to outlive me.

“The plaintiffs’ evidence reflects that WeChat is effectively the only means of communication for many in the community, not only because China bans other apps, but also because Chinese speakers with limited English proficiency have no options other than WeChat,” Beeler wrote.

Nor does the order escape First Amendment scrutiny under an easier standard known as intermediate scrutiny, the judge said, because the ban on WeChat does not provide enough evidence that it is narrowly tailored to resolve the U.S. government’s national security concerns with respect to the app.”

Well, 2020 is turning into quite the donnybrook. The good news, we have the right man in the right place at the right time, Thank you Lord. Along with all of the swamp gas, comes great opportunity. This was never going to be easy. The election of our Great American President Donald J Trump in 2016 was the first big step.

The swamp coalesced just like in the 2010 Tea Party shellacking where they used their secret police the I_RS, DOJ, FBI, CIA and attacked “We the People” …and in present day, by attacking VSGDJT our duly elected president. They have thrown the kitchen sink at this great man now they’re throwing fits, literally. Just like a petulant child whose never heard the word “NO!” they must be spanked and sent to their rooms.

I SAY AGAIN! If we hold together “We Will Crush Them!” The death of RBG is an opportunity. With the threats coming from the left and their intent with overt vote cheating, this is a God send. Their entire snow job is based on the premise that President Trump is evil personified so anything goes. Along with the help of all of the news actors in the MSM and pre-positioned judges think they can sell the con. Ain’t gonna work!

We Know! History is replete with governments over stepping their bounds and the people rise up and throw off their oppressors. This is exactly what we started in 2016 by using the ballot-box. Let us pray the ballot-box continues to work, correction, the swamp rats better pray the ballot-box still works.

The bum-brigades are picking a fight with real America and that’s stupid. Everything happens for a reason and I believe God made a change and took RBG off the table. President Trump will replace her and part of the vile, evil left/uniparty scheme to cheat gets legally neutered and will allow the ballot-box to still work?

Thank you Lord for our Great American President Donald J Trump and along with his Deplorable Army it’s time to march to victory. Please God watch and keep us as we again face-off again with evil, this time in our beloved USA.

Note to all swamp rats, there are worse things than losing an election act accordingly. You can be certain that Free America is paying close attention and we don’t like what we see. We Know!

    …………From the article:

A couple of damaged books would likely been accidents. A dozen or so may have been coincidence or may have been intentional. With around 1000 reports of damaged copies of Candace Owens’ new book, Blackout, being sent out by Amazon, this is very clearly a targeted attack on the conservative’s merchandise as well as those who order them.
    […]
According to Owens, she’s receiving tons of reports about damages to her books before they’re shipped that include getting stepped on and even having Vaseline or similar substance smeared on them.

    .
“The pettiness will do nothing to thwart sales. Let’s try to get the next 100,000 that I plan to sell out of your warehouse, treated with a bit more respect by the looney lefties packing the product, please,” Owens tweeted.

    https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2020/09/an_old_veteran_explains_why_the_flag_should_be_planted_everywhere.html

FTA: “I am 64 years old. I am a veteran.

I have been working from home these last five months…reading, watching, and listening to everything I can…but when I see all the bias, the flatout lies, and the endless deception in the mainstream media and so many other sources…I feel like I have to do something…that “we” have to do something.

I was reminded on this past anniversary of 9/11 of how we as a nation came together after that horrific day. Specifically how we as a nation were all on the same page…the values and truths our country and flag stood for were unquestioned and understood by all. I remember all the American flags that went up…everywhere. In windows, on houses, in yards, on almost every passing vehicle. How neighbor talked to neighbor, stranger talked to stranger…the unity and the love for our country I have never felt stronger.

Years ago, I worked for a company with over 200 people…a call center.

I had always displayed an American flag on the top of my cubicle wall, and one day I was approached by a boss and told I had to take it down. Someone had complained. The cancel culture we see now came earlier than supposed.

I was told I could still display it, but I had to put it on my desk, behind the wall…hidden from all who might see.

I refused, and that night I took home all my personal photos and things I had displayed on my desk, and the next day I brought back two boxes full of items to replace them with.

In those boxes I had my ribbons and insignia from my time in the U.S. Army. I had pictures of the gravesites in France with all the crosses on all the graves. There was a picture of the Statue of Liberty with a chain and lock wrapped around her face and mouth and a warning about how freedom is never free. I had a photo of my great grandfather from World War I with his rifle, his grandson, and a huge American flag. My boss approached me and asked if I was trying to start trouble. I smiled, said no, and proceeded to put up 20 items or more…and that flag never moved.

I tell you this so that I can tell you “the rest of the story” as Paul Harvey liked to say.

They never did push the issue and that flag stayed up every single day that I worked for that company. But the best part of the story is what happened next.

As word got around the floor about what had happened, a wonderful thing took place. An American flag went up on another wall…and then another…and then another. After a few days there were flags everywhere. It was not a planned event…it was just heartfelt love for our country and our shared values…displayed proudly for all to see, by all who cared.

Which brings me to what I would suggest everyone do…

For lack of a better name I call it simply, “Plant a flag, watch it grow.” This is not a flag day thing, this is not a Veterans Day thing…this is a “from this day forward, everyday type of thing.””
