***Today’s Fisher Industries / Border Wall posts***
    — Fisher’s Federal and private projects, their methods of construction, and overall wall progress in general… including border wall content from other wall contractors.
    — (Previous posts:

[The praises (much of which are older news) have been provided for those who wish to give thanks for them before praying for the wall prayer requests. I may add to, trim back, or simplify from time to time as projects/events progress or come to completion. If there is any new wall news I’ll list them in the update below. Otherwise, feel free to page down or scroll past.]
    – – – – –
Friday night update – 9/18/20 – (See link above.)

    — Chief Rodney Scott’s Constitution Day tweet w/ video: An Agent’s sacred promise

    — Deputy Chief Raul Oritz tweet with video where drone operator assists agents in the apprehension of illegals along the border.
    * “USBP + Technology = Safe & Secure Border”

    – – – – –
    Saturday night update – 9/19/20

    — More drone footage of border wall access roads being built in the Coronado National Memorial (Huachuca Mountains) in Arizona.
    — 8 photos from video above.

    – – – – –

✅ (9/14/20)… Border Wall System Update: 321 miles completed.
(Update tends to lag by a few days.)
    This years goal: 450 miles.
Total goal for full operational control of southern border: ~1,100 miles… some of which will be secondary barrier.

    – – – – –
✅ 🧱 (Project 1: May/June 2019)… Fisher Industries was able to build a half mile wall up the side of a mountain in 11 days (with zero safety incidents), cutting off 19 major drug cartel trails, and closing off one of the worst areas along the border… (Sunland Park, NM)
✅ 👍 (11/20/19)… DHS Secretary Chad Wolf & CBP Chief gave a huge endorsement to the Fisher industries wall project while visiting Project 1. CBP Chief called it a “Game Changer”. It’s the only time CBP or DHS have ever endorsed a wall builder.

✅ 🧱 (12/2/19)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $400M border wall contract to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona.

✅ 🔍 (Reported on 12/18/19)… Senator Kevin Cramer was able to complete his in-depth review of the USACE’s procurement process and send a letter with his findings and recommendations to President Trump on 12/6/19.

✅ 🧱 (Feb 17)… Fisher Industries was able to build 3.5 miles of wall along the Rio Grande River in Mission, Texas. Project 2’s “water wall” design is the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the floodplain.

✅ 🧱 (5/6/20)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $1.28B border wall contract to build 42 miles of wall in southern Arizona, most of which will run from Nogales to the eastern boundary of the Tohono O’odham Nation. It’s the largest border wall contract that’s ever been awarded.
(Complex terrain, which includes rugged mountains and water crossings)

✅ (7/6/20)… Fisher has partnered with Holcombe Mixers “to fast-track border wall construction.”

✅ 🧱 (8/3/20)… Fisher Industries was awarded a $289.5M contract to build ~17 miles of contiguous new border wall in Laredo Sector located in Webb County, Texas.
✅ … With the above contract, Fisher probably has at least 112 miles of border wall contract(s), 90 miles of which have been reported on.

🙏 Prayer for the work crews. 🙏
Heavenly Father, we pray in Jesus’ name (& according to Your will):
    — for safety, health, and good weather for the work crews as they continue working on Fisher’s Federal contracts, and any other projects they may be working on; that Fisher would be able to continue uninterrupted until completion.
    — for the safety of other wall contractors and those involved in building the wall.

    — that work would go smoothly with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency and quality of construction; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to be able to build 1+(to 2?) miles of wall per day.
(Tommy Fisher has previously stated that, given a large enough project(s), they would be able to build 1 mile of wall per day within 3 months. As early photos taken on March 24 reveal, this process has been going on for at least 5 months. My guess is that Fisher has already scaled up to 1 mile per day, assuming they had enough projects to justify the increase in equipment/manpower required for that output. I’m still waiting to for news to confirm this though.)

    — that the DoD IG’s office audit of the $400 million border wall contract which the USACE awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel would show everything is fair and above board; that the swamp in DoD and USACE wouldn’t be able to corrupt the process; & that Fisher would be authorized to proceed with the project as planned. (Backstory/timeline)
✅ (4/15/19)… Fisher Industries has been awarded a 7.6M contract modification to build 800 linear feet of 30-foot bollard barrier while the original 400M contract is still under review by the DoD IG’s office.

    — for Fisher Industries regarding the ongoing lawsuits; that both sides would be able to resolve any potential issues(erosion, construction, maintenance, differences of opinion on potential deflection of water off the wall during flood events, etc.) and the lawsuits would be dismissed.
    (September 10)… Hearing summary…
At the request of both sides, the lawsuit could go to trial September 2021.
“Judge Crane said he would hold one final status conference on the case prior to Christmas to determine whether the case will be scheduled for trial.”

    — for Fisher crews working at the private border wall along the Rio Grande as they continue to fill/fix any issues related to erosion, reseeding of grass, and applying various erosion control solutions on the site.

    — that Fisher would be able to come up with affordable, scalable, innovative solutions to greatly shorten the landscape establishment period, provide some initial protection against erosion during the establishment period, and strengthen the long-term stability(resistance to erosion) for all types of riverbank soil & grades/slopes which may be encountered so that the landscape can handle the stronger hurricanes/floods which may arrive in the future

    — that Project 2 will eventually benefit the natural habitat; perhaps with the formation of its own riparian zone to prevent erosion at the river’s edge and benefit local flora/fauna… but without preventing operational access & visibility in CBP’s enforcement zone.

    — for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction/salvation(through faith in Christ Jesus) for the work crews, security personnel, legal teams, CBP, DHS, Army/USACE, National Guard and all involved in Fisher Industries’ private or federal projects (& other wall contractors)

    — that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit

🌟 “The more that a broken system tells you that you’re wrong, the more certain you must be that you must keep pushing ahead. Because it’s the outsiders who change the world and will make a real and lasting difference. Nothing worth doing ever came easy. Treat the word impossible as nothing more than motivation.” ~ President Donald J. Trump 🌟

Durham was counsel to the US Attorney for the District of CT at that time. Not unemployed for one second.

“On February 22, 2018, John H. Durham was sworn in as the presidentially appointed United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut.

Mr. Durham had served as the interim U.S. Attorney since October 28, 2017, after U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions signed an order appointing him to the position. President Donald Trump nominated Mr. Durham to serve as U.S. Attorney on November 1, 2017, and the U.S. Senate confirmed his nomination on February 16, 2018.”

        • Sherri Young says:

I went to Durham’s wiki page because I couldn’t recall the name of the US Attorney under whom he served during the Obama years. Her name is Deidre M Daly. A check of her wiki page helps fill in some gaps.

“Daly submitted her resignation when it was requested on March 10, 2017, but the resignation was declined so that she could continue serving in office until October 2017 and thereby complete 20 years of service with the Justice Department. She was, along with Richard S. Hartunian, one of two U.S. Attorneys granted this extension. She officially resigned at midnight on October 27, 2017.”

Look at that. Rod Rosenstein was not confirmed as DAG until sometime in April 2017. That means that either Jeff Sessions immediately assigned Durham to investigate while Daly sat as a figurehead or the assignment came directly from the White House.

We know that FBI general counsel testified in 2018 that Durham had him under investigation in a criminal leak matter from Spring of 2018. What all was going on?

          Very interesting indeed.

The GOP Senate Damn Well Better Confirm Whoever POTUS Appoints
By Kurt Schlichter – Posted: Sep 20, 2020 12:01 AM

Perhaps it is glib to observe that, at the end of the day, Republicans should confirm a replacement for Justice Ginsburg because they can confirm a replacement for Justice Ginsburg, but there is a lot of truth to that observation. They can do it because the president has the power under the Constitution to appoint a nominee (I expect it to be Amy Coney Barrett, but Barbara Lagoa is a possibility and a great one), plus because the Senate has the power under the Constitution to confirm said nominee. And they better do it, because the Democrats intend to crush us if they can, and if the GOP wimps out, our voters will melt down.

The GOP can do this, so the GOP must.

They have provided constant turmoil in our country for four solid years. They shamefully tainted the best President in two centuries with an undeserved impeachment which will forever be recorded by his name in history, and Nancy. Rowed at this accomplishment.

Majority of Americans want Senate to move on Supreme Court decision: poll

Most Americans, regardless of whether they are Republican or Democrat, believe the Senate should move forward with confirmation hearings for a Supreme Court Justice this year, a new poll says.

The Marquette University Law School poll found 67% of respondents believed confirmation should proceed in 2020 while just 32% said the chamber should hold off.

The survey was conducted between Sept. 8 to Sept. 15 — just days before the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg from cancer Friday evening.

The poll did not suggest a strong partisan divide over the issue, with 68% of Republicans and 63% of Democrats holding that a nomination vote should take place. Independents supported going forward by a 71% margin.

Okay. Let’s break that down a little. Silenced the “whistleblower.” What does that mean? Did she bind and gag him? I could maybe understand with Eric Holder running roughshod over the Department of Justice how somebody might be a little nervous sticking their neck out. But we’re in our fourth year of President Trump. So let’s not glorify this guy by giving him a title like “whistleblower”. I have some alternative suggestions. How about, “weenie”? Or “quisling”? America wasn’t made by men who got told to sit down and shut up buy some middle management woman. Oh but I forgot, what about his pension? It’s a religion to those people. How about we just make all federal pensions 50 grand, and you start getting it the day you turn 65, and you got to have 40 years of service.

I told this story before, I don’t mean to bore anybody. My father worked for NOAA, and I knew exactly what he did every day when he went to work. Pat Buchanan called my father’s outfit one of the best uses of tax money in his lifetime. My brother-in-law on the other hand, works for Freddie Mac. He works in a huge building, with thousands of other people. And nobody in my family has any idea what he does all day. I’ve asked him some things a few times, and he really can’t answer. It’s the damnedest thing. They pay him a bunch of money, I’m just not so sure it’s well spent. All those giant buildings in DC are full of government drones just like my brother-in-law.

DC is stuffed with people and they are paid quite well. I knew a husband was wife duo that were both on “temporary assignment” in DC for a decade. Both were paid per diem for a decade on top of their salaries. Temporary duty isn’t supposed to be more than 90 days.

However, out in the real world there are federal employees that go to work every single day and do their jobs. The men and women protecting our border and a host of other people. It’s the DC cesspool that rightfully gives federal employees a bad name. It’s part location, but it’s mostly the culture.

Its like the kid you pay to cut your grass stealing the lawnmowers you keep replacing to help them do the job.

FREDDI MAC: is a public government-sponsored enterprise (GSE)…AND THAT IS JUST ONE…

‘ Parliamentary staff urged to profess feelings online about ‘white privilege’ after BLM protests,

“There were claims on the wall that support from white “allies” was no more than “performative allyship” and just a gesture towards the BAME communities. Indeed, staying “apolitical”, according to a chart shared on the wall by Parliamentary staff, was the base of a “pyramid of white supremacy”. Believing that we “all belong to the human race” was also cited as a part of the pyramid structure which supports “lynching”, “hate crimes”, and “genocide” at its apex.“

“People who break coronavirus rules will be fined up to £10,000 from next week after Boris Johnson’s most senior scientific advisers warned him that the public’s failure to follow lockdown rules was allowing the pandemic to spiral out of control again. As deaths and infections continued to mount this weekend, Prof Chris Whitty, England’s Chief Medical Officer, and Sir Patrick Vallance, the Chief Scientific Adviser, told the Prime Minister that compliance with the rules was among the worst in Europe.

“The new fines – starting at £1,000 for a breach and rising sharply to £10,000 for repeat offenders – apply to anyone who fails to self-isolate after being contacted by the NHS’s Test and Trace teams from Monday next week. Police will be ordered out on patrol in areas with the highest infections (see graphic below) to check people who have been ordered to isolate are complying with the new laws, with neighbours also asked to report their suspicions.“

An opinion piece comes from Prof Mark Woolhouse, Chair of Infectious Disease Epidemiology at the University of Edinburgh and a member of the UK SPI-M advisory group and of Scotland’s Covid-19 Advisory Group:

“ It is profoundly disappointing that six months into this pandemic, having rejected every alternative proposed, we keep coming back to lockdown, a strategy that is visibly failing around the world. If we must go this route, let us at least avoid earlier mistakes. The March lockdown was too harsh, failed dismally to protect those who most needed protecting, and had no exit strategy. A circuit breaker must be targeted to minimise disruption, especially to health care provision and education, but also to business and services; it must focus on protecting the elderly and frail; and it must be time-limited, come what may.”

The UK has turned into a real shut hole. Unfortunate for the decent normal folks living under tyranny. It is a window into our future in America if Democrats take all 3 branches of government.

Does AOC really think a “hearsay” or alleged final death wish from a Judicial political opponent should take priority over exercising his Constitutional right to call a Senate vote that he was elected to do.

WHAT!!!!????? ⬆️ NOOOOO! ⬆️ I just saw a crowd of ppl being disruptive and causing a disturbance and naturally assumed that it was the ANTI-Tifa’s. Good grief. I’ve had way too much exposure to the ugly side of life I guess and that’s shame but it is of my own doing. ’nuff.
