        Sessions…..pushed my button…..here goes…

        1. He was the top law enforcement official in the nation.

        2. He wielded all the authority and power of the highest law enforcement agency in the nation.

        3. He permitted a criminal (Comey) to remain as the head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

        4. He silently tolerated another criminal (Rosenstein) to remain in place as his #1 deputy.

        5. He permitted Rosenstein to seat, direct, and support another criminal (Mueller), with an effectively unlimited budget, to attempt a covert framing and overthrow of a duly elected President of the United States.

        6. He sat on his thumbs for nearly two years while the statute-of-limitations clock ticks away on all the crimes of the Clintons, Comey, Rosenstein, Lynch, Mueller, et al.

So the Attorney General of the United States, Jeff Sessions, didn’t know FBI agent Strzok *DID NOT* have his security clearance revoked.

        So……AG Sessions was:

        Misinformed?
        Intentionally Misled?
        Or AG Sessions was lying?

What has Sessions misled, misinformed, or lye about?

Enough……don’t get me started on Pence….

I agree some of them don’t, but a tweet like this might be just the thing to annoy petty, thin-skinned Roberts and prompt another anti-Trump vote.

Robert objected to the “Obama judges and Trump judges” comment, but every litigator knows about forum shopping for the “right” court or “right” judge (with a little assistance from the clerk who assigns judges, if possible). Why does Roberts think so many challenges to Trump were filed in the Ninth Circuit, and usually in the USDC in San Francisco.

But Roberts is trying to maintain the fiction of an impartial judiciary that even non-lawyers know is fiction,

Chief Justice John Roberts rebukes Trump and defends federal judges in rare statement

      https://www.businessinsider.com/chief-justice-john-roberts-rebukes-trump-defends-federal-judges-2018-11?op=1

Chief Justice John G. Roberts defended the federal judiciary in a remarkable statement just a day after President Donald Trump suggested a federal judge, who he called “an Obama judge,” let political bias determine his decision to halt his administration’s ban on granting asylum to migrants who illegally cross the border.

“We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges,” Roberts said in an unusual Wednesday statement. “What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them.”

Samantha-Jo Roth: “Chief Justice Roberts writes on page 14 of the opinion: “The dispute before the Court is not whether DHS may rescind DACA. All parties agree that it may. The dispute is instead primarily about the procedure the agency followed in doing so.””

What a pantload. The porridge will always be too hot or too cold for Chief Justice Goldilocks. President Trump shouldn’t even be in court–The Supremes should have struck this down the minute it came off Obongo’s pen. Roberts is trying to stall until a fellow Democrat might get in. He keeps short-circuiting the political process, whether its ObamaCare, Transgenders or DACA. He can’t resist the urge to play god-tyrant.

Short answer on why Postmodernism is so incredibly dangerous: it doesn’t believe in LOGIC or even the utility of COMMUNICATION between manufactured “victim” groups. BOTH are presented as simply tools for the maintenance of POWER by a dominant group.

And from THAT comes the widespread doublethink: racism and sexism must be fought with racism and sexism: “destroy the racist and sexist white male patriarchy.”

United Nations Now Muscling In on U.S. Police Reform

The New World Order ever-seeking United Nations is about to jump, four square, into the U.S. reformation of police force initiatives—politicizing them even further than they already are.

Little known and rarely ever written about, the World’s biggest bureaucracy, by virtue of city mayors and councillors aiding and abetting ‘peaceful’ protesters now holding cities like Seattle hostage, is the biggest player in the globalist fight to defund and even abolish American police forces.

Not only is Seattle a ‘U.N. Agenda 21/30 City-so are some 600—and still counting—other American cities.

I will vote for Trump in Nov as I did in 2016, but until there is action from the “we the people” in counter to BLM and Antifa, big tech et al….nothing will change.

Specifically what remedies are there specific to Justice Roberts?
I am asking because I am a bit ignorant to how you counter a “legislative” Judge that rules it is a violation of law to stop an unlawful act but must be remedied with in the law. Seriously what can be done about Roberts? Can he be forced to resign.

Impeachment? yeah good luck with that in this congress…..

The Republic has died a little each day since Reagan left office, but the last couple of days it has died ALOT….more has happened to limit our freedom in the last 10 years than what happened in the 10 years leading up to the American Revolution.

We got great new trade deals. We have less taxes. We have fewer regulations. The UN small arms deal got rescinded. We are no longer members of the WHO. We provide less funding for the WHO. The President has the obligation to ignore this unconstitutional travesty.
I’ve posted previously that the President of the United States is the only authorized ‘doer’ regarding governmental action, meaning that the other branches only provide ‘words on a page,’ whereas the President converts those ‘words on page’ to action (and he alone!).
In so much as this ruling does not stem from any constitutional basis, and that there is zero constitutional grounds for such a ruling, the President should ignore it and continue maintain his authority over immigration matters.
I’ve also posted previously that the President of the United States is our last safeguard against, rogue, unconstitutional activity, including ‘rogue, unconstitutional words on a page!’
In conclusion, since there is no constitutional principle in this ruling that is consistent with our previous constitutional separation of powers or with judicial precedent itself, therefore, there can be no constitutional act stemming from it that can, in any way, lead to constitutional government. I, personally, would take this farcical writ and tear it up!!!

If only that could happen. Sounds great and actually a good, rational solution, but before an election of this magnitude not sure if that would play really well or not. Defying the SC is ok for the Obama/Dem admin. because the media will cover it up. For the Trump admin. the media would blow it up.

I am not one to favor playing it safe or keeping quiet for the PT team, but we are in a life and death of our country struggle here and the issues to emphasize need to be chosen very carefully. Maybe extending this out to beyond the election is a prudent choice right now.

Who knows, but the one thing clear is this decision rivals the Flynn judge convoluting all the precedents and laws to achieve the goal of ‘getting’ PTrump but in a much higher legal format.

The Demcommies tried to set this up to correspond to Trump’s rally in Tulsa, which was originally planned for June 19th. They are scurrying around trying to find another connection to Black history for his rescheduled date of June 20th. Don’t worry, no matter what the Demcommies will try to tar Trump over his alleged insensitivity to plight of the darling Muslim Communists at BLM.

I guess already everyone knows what Juneteenth is by now. This is a mild rebuttal to the people who tried to tell me I was making a big mistake to be concerned about PDJT making an unforced error last week in setting up the rally for June 19th. The Demcommies are controlling the narrative and they will perform this act every time Trump has a campaign rally until the election.

I believe its time for us to aknowledge, WE’VE BEEN HAD!
Specifically, the oft repeated notion regarding the filling of Federal Judiciary with “Conservative” Judges.

Its yet another “Con”, and we have fallen for it, hook, line and sinker.

Firstly, the idea that McConnell is “helping” PDJT, by pushing through Democrat obstruction, to fill these positions: McConnell, through action and inaction has consistently obstructed PDJT’s MAGA agenda, at every turn.

Anything PDJT has accomplished, has been in spite of McConnell. Refusing to recess, blocking PDJT being able to make recess appointments, and as Ratcliffe’s first nomination illustrates, perverting “advice and consent” into “you’ll nominate who we tell you can get confirmed, and we are only going to confirm those who will undermine you!”
The list of ways McConnell has undermine PDJT is long, and known to most treepers.

On the subject of these open Judiciary seats; McConnell has been Majority or Minority Republican leader of the Senate, for MANY years. So, along with Chuck Schumer, it is,THEY that share the responsibility for creating this situation of so many open seats.

By focusing so much of Senate confirmation activity on Judges, McConnell has effectively taken the focus of such activity off off confirming nominees to PDJT’s administration.

Recently, PDJT and Ag Secretary Sunny Purdue highlighted this, by pointing out a nominee for a crucial position in the Ag Dept, for dealing with effects of Whu-Flu on food supply, has been languishing for over TWO YEARS in the Senate Confirmation process.

And yet, we are supposed to take comfort that all these 200+ judgeships are being filled by “Conservative, originalist” judges,….like Gorsuch and Roberts, you mean?

Put it all together, my conclusion is we have been had. Rather than secure the Judiciary for the next 40-50 years by putting in Scalia types, the enemy has filled the Judiciary with Roberts and Gorsuch types (somebody prove me wrong, PLEASE!)

In 1965, when Congress wrote legislation prohibiting descrimination in employment on the basis of sex, they MEANT to include “transgenders”, even though nobody knew what a transgender WAS in 1965? PUHLEASE!

Now, McConnells “push” to fill as many federal Judgeships as possible, as fast as possible, makes sense.

    IMHO, We have been HAD!

We can take absolutely NO comfort in these judgeships. They are seeding the Judiciary with trairors to the Constitution, NOT upholders OF the Constitution.

About 1/2 the commentary articles I read on sights like AmericanThinker are saying or implying its inevitable.

When you have,a populace divided, and neither side is prepared to accept the, results of the election if they lose, THAT is the recipe.
Pretty obvious the other side isn’t going to accept a DJT win, no matter how much of a landslide.

And honestly, is anyone here going to accept or believe a Biden ‘victory’ at this point?

PDJT won, in 2016. As improbable (without Gods intervention) a victory, as when a skinny little teenage boy, with no armour, entered into mortal combat, against an experienced, armed and armour clad,..literally GIANT of a warrior, for the fate of a Nation, and was likewise victorious.

Really, could there possibly be any more unlikely warrior for God? A reality TV show host.
A real estate tycoon, from NYC.
An “Orange man”, fer gosh sakes, who is a bare knucklers brawler, when challenged.

Oh, my God has such a sense of humor. Guys never run for ANY public office, has ALL of these satans forces lined up against him, …and he wins,…

Satan spends 100 years, slowly setting up this whole conmunism scam, involving millions of people,..
And meanwhile God is quietly preparing this ONE, most improbable warrior, to expose and undermine Satans well layed plan.

Perhaps DJT being so improbable, prevented Satan from seeing him coming, and attempting to neutralise him, prematurely?

                Man, Satan must be p.o.’d!
His minions TDS must just be a little leakage, reflecting his responce to DJT gambit, pulled off by God.

Klinger’s problem is he was going for a Section 8 ( if I remember right that is what it was called)

He was trying to get out of the military on a mentally ill disability.

That was then and this is now and Klinger would really be stuck trying to find a way home from Korea since men wearing a dress is now a protected class.

He was pretty funny and the first picture that comes into my mind when the “guy dressing as a gal” sexual gender identity is discussed.

A guy with a hairy chest and hairy legs and a day old beard clomping around in high heels, big red earrings on his ears.

SCOTUS:. POTUS can rescind DACA….he just has to jump through hoops first. Or, something like that…..

    ———-

    Excerpt:

“Roberts made clear that the administration does indeed have the power to rescind DACA, just not in this fashion.

“The dispute before the Court is not whether DHS may rescind DACA. All parties agree that it may,” the chief justice wrote. “The dispute is instead primarily about the procedure the agency followed in doing so.”

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote in a dissenting opinion that the decision to repeal DACA was correct, and that the majority is holding the Trump administration’s decision to a higher standard than the order that established DACA in the first place.

“These cases could—and should—have ended with a determination that his legal conclusion was correct,” Thomas wrote. “Instead, the majority today concludes that DHS was required to do far more.”

He continued: “Without grounding its position in either the APA or precedent, the majority declares that DHS was required to overlook DACA’s obvious legal deficiencies and provide additional policy reasons and justifications before restoring the rule of law. This holding is incorrect, and it will hamstring all future agency attempts to undo actions that exceed statutory authority. I would therefore reverse the judgments below and remand with instructions to dissolve the nationwide injunctions.

EXCLUSIVE: Facebook’s Fact-Checker ‘Lead Stories’ is Staffed by Exclusively Democrat Party Donors, CNN Staffers, And ‘Defeat Trump’ Activists
    18 Jun 2020

    https://thenationalpulse.com/news/facebook-lead-stories-democrat-donors-cnn/

On Wednesday, in a clear conflict of interest, Lead Stories flagged a viral National Pulse investigation into Black Lives Matter, Joe Biden, and Act Blue as “party false.”

The National Pulse stands by its reporting, and upon contacting Lead Stories’ Editor-in-Chief Alan Duke by telephone, were told he would not discuss the matter, and that the only way to appeal was by e-mail. No e-mail address was given.

Now, a National Pulse investigation reveals the dubious claims to neutrality from within Lead Stories, and raises the question as to why a partisan outfit is allowed to police news on social media?

    [snip]

Responding to a query about the inherent bias and obvious conflict of interest from Lead Stories, Facebook told The National Pulse that their fact checkers are certified by Poynter’s International Fact-Checking Network.

The Poynter Institute’s International Fact-Checking Network is a think tank which critics also allege has an inherent left-wing bias, and is funded by a host of progressive entities including George Soros’s Open Society Foundations.

Despite these clearly partisan indictments, Facebook is keen on having users believe its fact-checkers are “independent.”
