If Fauci were a meteorologist his forecast was for a FOOT of snow and we are getting a DUSTING. Schools, businesses, everything closed for a DUSTING of snow. But he will be lauded by the media for saving the nation via shut down even though unemployment rate will be 10% soon.

Come on. What makes you think Dr. Fauci is the single authority to make critical decisions? Beside that, it’s apparent, you have no clue about the consequences of inaction.

      • Charles Darwin says:

Consequences of inaction would’ve been a highly infectious viral disease taking sweeping the plant, killing almost exclusively the weak and frail, while the rest of us get a little sick and develop immunity to the virus. This has been nature’s process since the beginning of life on this planet. By interfering in it mankind is extending the time it will take to develop “herd immunity” and increasing the risk of another COVID-19 flare up next winter since there will be no viable vaccine by that time. Won’t it be fun to go through this all again?

Wow. Your name really makes it clear where you stand. I remember some population control proponents actually advocating the value of epidemics and famine to “cull out the weak and frail” and lower the population size. Just never expected it here.

          • Okay, but as long as you realize that economic self-destruction will cause suffering, illness, and death on a scale that would make Social Darwinists blush.

Moreover, Charles Darwin (the CTH poster) is suggesting – rightly or wrongly – that the impacts from the Wuhan Virus will be just as bad, if not worse, in the long run by delaying “herd immunity.” If he is right, it’s not a question of who supposedly cares more about people (virtue signaling), but between good v. bad public policy.

Actually, it by no means “swept the planet.” It was about as infectious as any cold, and more than 90% of the time it either did nothing or produced a cold that was harder than usual to shake. It might well have been among us for months before it was formally identified in China.

A key take-away from this experience is – well-intentioned though our actions might have been – the entire world over-reacted massively. And, we have watched “brave new world” government intrusion being field-tested because of it.

Many of the multiple millions of jobs lost … won’t be coming back. No matter how much money rains down from the sky.

Great post Mike Robinson! I think that some people started to see that this was way too much Gov’t intrusion into our normal ways of life here in North America & figured China & her Globalist puppets were behind this Scam!

I’d like to thank Sundance for having the foresight a couple days ago, to write a blog asking for people to check the Hospitals across the Country for exactly how busy they were with all this Coronavirus Panic & guess what, it was exposed that they were not busy at all & were laying-off doctors & nurses & staff! I think this was a main turning point in the history of this “war”!

AND, more & more people are now waking-up to this Scam. This morning on AM 730, Barry Foster & his two elderly commentators were discussing this Scam. Barry Foster made a comment that “this was Chinese Viral Warfare because they saw that Trump was winning the Trade War” & he stated that “this Scam did not start till AFTER Trump had imposed the restrictive trade sanctions against China”.

After this is all over, we must investigate how exactly they did it (along with their traitorous supporters across the World), charge everyone who can be & to use the Democrat’s own analogy, “Prevent this from happening again” ( when they were talking about Trump’s surprise Election in 2016)!

Although, I am Canadian, wrong is wrong & it is even worse up in Socialist Canada! We have always depended on the USA for almost everything ( up until NAFTA) & IF the USA goes down, so does the rest of the free World… this is how important this is to me!

the 2 choices were not shut down or nothing … there was a range … if death count is so important then there were many other choices that would keep the total deaths down for corona + action … many choices …

and I understand choices were made with the data on hand … why are those choices not being modified now that we have 2 weeks more of data …?

Sometimes I think we give too much credit that Fauci is the decider here. I think it is more of a group decision and he is just the information feeder who they let speak about what he thinks he is seeing because that’s his specialty. I may be wrong, but I find it hard, with all those expert people on the task force, plus others who are giving information all the time, that he is the lead on all of it and his opinion is the factor to making the end policy.

I agree he needs to speak much more thoroughly about what other options we should be using now after all this time though. We have to begin the open up process asap.

How about the inaction that occurred in the actual time that this virus hit our country months ago. This is the single most un-talked about dynamic of this whole event. As a funeral director, I know about mortality. I can say that starting in November we had a spike in deaths here in Minnesota especially in the nursing homes and also general elderly population. For me, this happens quite often and is nothing new to me having spent 43 years in my profession. I don’t remember where I saw it, but the year to date mortality rate in Italy has not change from last year to this year. The single and only reason this whole so called event has happened, is because impeachment was not successful and the deep state need to go to plan C, in their unending attempt to force President Donald Trump out of office. So the pandemic scheme was launched with their ever faithful media. The two people with on the task force with a lot to say, and that have the backing of the media, are Fauci and Birks. They get their so called facts from guess where “academia”. Who we all know wants Trump out of office also. People need to WAKE THE HELL UP! Now after the wave has hit most western states, the stats are just not there to support the made up un-factual models that the press are running with. Oh I saw that the death rate of Covid 19 dropped yesterday in New York and also number of new cases dropped by 7000 yesterday. Oh and why is California only reporting a few 100 case deaths compared to New York?

So we should call it the Minnesota flu? After all, it must have been in Minnesota long before it was ever in Wuhan, to have caused all those deaths.

BTW, there is a reason why the first two cases of Obama’s Swine flu were discovered in California and the second two cases were discovered in Texas, when it is thought it originated in, or at least came to America through Mexico.

America has an advanced medical system that finds these things. And finds them early.

Or at least that was true in 2009 before Obama Doesn’t Care took over our medical system.

Don’t you know, published papers are ‘anecdotal’ evidence. /s

And frankly, the year or more is simply the FDA slow rolling vaccine approval. According to the CDC:

        First detected April 15, 2009

Test kit developed and approved April 28, 2009. (Two weeks is a hell of a lot faster than this time. Fauci didn’t start lying about this time being fastest ever this quickly.)

Vaccines in trials. July 22, 2009

4 vaccines Approved by FDA September 15, 2009. (It took less than two months for testing and approval, not a year or a year and a half. Fauci began lying to the President from day 1.)

October 5, 2009. Doses of vaccine first administered.

December 18, 2009. 100 million doses ready for distribution. (That is 8 months from first discovery to mass distribution of vaccines tested and approved by FDA.)

        https://www.cdc.gov/flu/pandemic-resources/2009-pandemic-timeline.html

Just like we have changed how we respond, i.e. shutting down, we have changed how we develop, test and approve of vaccines and test kits. And we are hiding these changes with blatant lies.

And we are demonstrating a lot of incompetence too.

  13. Below is an article that includes a concept that needs to be a part of the national conversation and fast!

I ran across this yesterday when Twitter user Aaron Ginn, @aginnt, tweeted out the article posted on medium.com. The article was almost immediately censored by Medium so naturally my curiosity was peaked.

The gist of the article is that based on the CDC’s data on Influenza-Like-Illnesses (ILI) there is a reasonable argument that COVID-19 arrived at least 60 days earlier than assumed and spread throughout the country much earlier than assumed.

The CDC tracks data reported from states on both cases that test positive for Influenza A/B and cases that have flu-like symptoms but didn’t test positive for Influenza A or B. One can make the case that ILI cases are a reasonable proxy for COVID-19 cases before there was any testing available because the ILI cases are so much higher for the 2019/2020 season.

One can see this data on cdc.gov / flu / weekly / index.html

Scroll down to the ILINet graph and ILI Activity Map. Both are interesting but be sure to “Play” the ILI Activity Map.

The article states that if the assumption about ILI is true then the peak death rate is occurring now. Perhaps more significantly it means that the models the country’s leaders are using to make decisions are wrong, leading to wrong decisions with significant consequences outside COVID deaths.

Broad testing for COVID-19 antibodies will confirm the above theory. Or, a quick antibody testing of 1,000 random people would be very helpful.

The article is now in at least three places. Read the whole thing before the censors do their wack-a-mole thing.

At the tail end (about 4-5 days into it) my head felt odd – like I was wearing a foam helmet and my ears plugged

I never got any tests because I usually just weather any illness I have and I rarely get sick.

Then I started hearing more about Covid and figured I must have had that…

Social Distancing is preventing the spread of IMMUNITY.

Over 80% of CV+ are ASYMPTOMATIC. No cough, no fever, no doctor, no hospital.

If the disease were allowed to spread, it would not have any hosts left and would die off over the summer.

Social distancing is ensuring that CV will return in the fall and probably be worse.

          Couple of things:
First, COVID-19 is not the flu- please stop saying that it is. It is another type of virus, and a flu shot will not protect you from it.

Second, the shut-down measures were to keep the hospitals from being overwhelmed by those patients in acute cases. It is not meant to and cannot keep the whole general population from getting exposed to the virus. What is happening, unseen by us as of yet,
is a much more gradual achievement of herd immunity than if we had “done nothing”.
It was not, at the time, a bad idea.
It was, however, a vector for overreach by the usual suspects.
This is the second battle (first is the bad cases of the virus) we are fighting now.

Flu sweeps through the same place multiple times. They are called waves, and well documented.

And the models say 97% of us will not have immunity after this wave. And that was over predicting how many of us get sick.

Well I was half-kidding about the flu shot keeping me from getting it. Although it would be interesting to see a comparison between those who had flu shots this year and the results of their antibody test.

It would seem to me that allowing herd immunity to take place as fast as possible would do just as much good as far as preventing hospitals from being overwhelmed as shutting down everything and isolating/quarantining everyone would.

If you were to liken this to a race between the number of people who develop immunity to it and the number of people who contract it AND suffer symptoms from it, (since those would be the only relevant number of people here) then what we are doing would be preventing all those asymptomatics from catching it and fighting it off and therefore becoming an obstacle to its spread and helping the hospitals as far as their ability to handle any influx of patients.

Id say theres a good chance I already had it. You very could have too. But I would happily catch it considering I have no underlying health conditions. There’s over an 80% chance that I wouldnt even have any symptoms whatsoever. And even if I did have symptoms Id say there was a 99.99999% chance Id survive it just fine. Because hydroxychloriquine+zinc+zpak. Not joking at all.

At that point, I will have become part of the solution and no longer part of the problem.

I have been wondering how much of this is aimed at fundamental transformation and how much is just from a bunch of know-it-all idiots abandoning past practices because they were somehow politically incorrect.

This could be a false choice, it could be that the latter is the mechanism used to dupe the usual suspects into going along with the former. Much like the plight of those needing the old medicine for treating other diseases is the tool that is used to get medical professionals to deny treatment to those with the flu despite massive quantities being made available for both uses. The end result is the same, needless deaths caused by the health profession, leading us to destroy the economy and enact (Pelosi) fundamental change.

But both of those things leave records. The fundamental transformation people and the PC people both create voluminous arguments for their actions and causes. The western bureaucrats all acted in unison, and nothing creates more records of its policies and actions than a bureaucracy. Even the Billionaire meddlers like Gates and Soros leave tracks.

So, where did all this come from? Who is this action’s Cloward-Priven? What UN agency pushed this change? Where are the intellectual treatises, the conference proceedings, the science papers, the talks like for TED or CSPAN, the think tank publications and lectures, the op eds. Better still, where are the changes to government policy and emergency procedures.

How does such a big change happen in government response between the 2009 pandemic and the 2020 pandemic without that change being thoroughly documented in advance. How does a spur of the moment change get implemented across so many bureaucratically dominated countries all at once. Bureaucracy slows down change. And it documents everything.

And yet, nobody is even admitting that they have changed anything. Blatant lies are spewn to obfuscate the changes. And nobody even challenged the obvious lies.

This is much vaster than the conspiracy to oust Trump. And the actors are all under tremendous pressure. Yet nobody is leaking to cover their asses. Fascinating and frustrating.

In other news, China seems to have mobilized their agents to buy up protection from these same Western countries and shipping much of that to China. Yes, they needed it and it was for sale. But that also makes things worse in the west. Though not as bad as some of the west choosing to not replace or keep up their stockpiles of emergency equipment.

Now, masks are a good counter example. There is a huge amount of idiotic scientific literature that justifies not maintaining stockpiles by claiming masks are useless. This idiocy oozed it’s way into government procedures and policies. It is easy to find it everywhere. Then they found that there was a shortage. They then blamed their lack of preparedness and China’s stopping distribution and China’s buying up Western supplies on anonymous Western hoarders and scalpers. And they conducted their own hypocrisy by telling us masks don’t work while demanding that only they can have masks.

And of course, real life is showing that masks are a key ingredient on minimizing the spread and impact of this virus. Much more effective than shutting down the country.

Some of the other ingredients look to be abuses and violations of western rights. But you are justified in quarantining and tracking the sick and who they came in contact with. You are not justified in quarantining and tracking the entire nation, nor in destroying the economy.

And, we had a healthcare system that would easily have found it if it were here. The 2009 finding of the Obama Swine Flu is a great example. But it only attacks those who are already immunocompromised. And for them, we have a proven, very effective treatment.

So all we have to do is safeguard the elderly and immunocompromised, and if they develop symptoms, test them and if they are positive, take two HCQ and call me in the morning.

One number. And, I mean one number only is still way too high to permit lifting the 2020 economic shutdown: Trump’s approval rating number.

Because, in states where the impact of the virus from a medical standpoint is negligible, the point of an extreme shutdown that devastates an economy wasn’t to stop the virus — it was to stop Donald Trump from being reelected.

Do you know that little voice in the back of your head it starts to make sense that maybe it is on to something? That little guy has been saying that the government scientists are covering their backside/careers on at least 2 fronts.

    1) Remember when wearing a mask would cause you to touch your face more often and thereby make you more likely to get the virus? It just so happened that there was a shortage of masks at that time. Now, supplies are up. There are tons more masks, it has become a very good for everybody to wear one. To the point that reporters who agreed with not using masks three weeks ago are now hectoring the president because he is not.

    2) The government scientists are warning against the use of hydroxychloroquine because we have not had time to run 18 month’s worth of double blind tests on its effectiveness against a disease that is four months old, despite the fact that the drug is FDA approved and Doctors have been prescribing it for over 50 years.

Pharaoh Fauci is a control freak who knows hydroxychloroquine supply was considered insufficient to be widely employed against COVID-19, until Trump surprised him by getting the private sector ramped up to make hundreds of millions of doses. Problem solved.

If they had said a month ago that everybody needed to wear a mask there would have been riots as people tore stores apart looking for masks. If they were to say today that everybody in the country needed to take HCQ as a therapy and a prophylactic that would not be enough.

Although it would be the best choice to stop the virus in its tracks, the Pharaoh wants to decide who gets the drug and who doesn’t until the deep state government tells him everybody can.

The problem is that thousands will die needlessly because in the view of the CDC and NIH the measure of HCQ’s effectiveness is thought to be only anecdotal…today.

They spent massage amounts of money, had tents set up and protocols for usage. We never saw even on patient. What a waste and panic they created. I can only imagine what is going on now. In Dayton Ohio a few weeks ago they had employees getting their temperature taken before entering. They always over react. Glad I retired I n 2018. I don’t believe this situation was called for either. Now the public gets to see how the government reacts to every situation. Always to the extreme.

And – if you require a ventilator, you’re probably going to die. Nearly everyone who contracted even a serious case of this disease did not require one.

The “deaths” are also being wildly overstated by including “COVID-19” on almost every death certificate issued lately. The doctor is told to include it when they think that it “might” have been present in the decedent, but is not required to test for it. Someone very obviously wants to paint this “over-glorified cold virus” as being far, far more lethal than it actually is. They want to hype the paranoia for as much as it is worth.

Covid-19 had us all fooled, but now we might have finally found its secret.

In the last 3–5 days, a mountain of anecdotal evidence has come out of NYC, Italy, Spain, etc. about COVID-19 and characteristics of patients who get seriously ill. It’s not only piling up but now leading to a general field-level consensus backed up by a few previously little-known studies that we’ve had it all wrong the whole time. Well, a few had some things eerily correct (cough Trump cough), especially with Hydroxychloroquine with Azithromicin, but we’ll get to that in a minute.

There is no ‘pneumonia’ nor ARDS. At least not the ARDS with established treatment protocols and procedures we’re familiar with. Ventilators are not only the wrong solution, but high pressure intubation can actually wind up causing more damage than without, not to mention complications from tracheal scarring and ulcers given the duration of intubation often required… They may still have a use in the immediate future for patients too far to bring back with this newfound knowledge, but moving forward a new treatment protocol needs to be established so we stop treating patients for the wrong disease.

“The past 48 hours or so have seen a huge revelation: COVID-19 causes prolonged and progressive hypoxia (starving your body of oxygen) by binding to the heme groups in hemoglobin in your red blood cells. People are simply desaturating (losing o2 in their blood), and that’s what eventually leads to organ failures that kill them, not any form of ARDS or pneumonia. All the damage to the lungs you see in CT scans are from the release of oxidative iron from the hemes, this overwhelms the natural defenses against pulmonary oxidative stress and causes that nice, always-bilateral ground glass opacity in the lungs. Patients returning for re-hospitalization days or weeks after recovery suffering from apparent delayed post-hypoxic leukoencephalopathy strengthen the notion COVID-19 patients are suffering from hypoxia despite no signs of respiratory ‘tire out’ or fatigue.”

Here’s the breakdown of the whole process, including some ELI5-level cliff notes. Much has been simplified just to keep it digestible and layman-friendly.

Your red blood cells carry oxygen from your lungs to all your organs and the rest of your body. Red blood cells can do this thanks to hemoglobin, which is a protein consisting of four “hemes”. Hemes have a special kind of iron ion, which is normally quite toxic in its free form, locked away in its center with a porphyrin acting as it’s ‘container’. In this way, the iron ion can be ‘caged’ and carried around safely by the hemoglobin, but used to bind to oxygen when it gets to your lungs.

When the red blood cell gets to the alveoli, or the little sacs in your lungs where all the gas exchange happens, that special little iron ion can flip between FE2+ and FE3+ states with electron exchange and bond to some oxygen, then it goes off on its little merry way to deliver o2 elsewhere.

Here’s where COVID-19 comes in. Its glycoproteins bond to the heme, and in doing so that special and toxic oxidative iron ion is “disassociated” (released). It’s basically let out of the cage and now freely roaming around on its own. This is bad for two reasons:

    1) Without the iron ion, hemoglobin can no longer bind to oxygen. Once all the hemoglobin is impaired, the red blood cell is essentially turned into a Freightliner truck cab with no trailer and no ability to store its cargo.. it is useless and just running around with COVID-19 virus attached to its porphyrin. All these useless trucks running around not delivering oxygen is what starts to lead to desaturation, or watching the patient’s spo2 levels drop. It is INCORRECT to assume traditional ARDS and in doing so, you’re treating the WRONG DISEASE. Think of it a lot like carbon monoxide poisoning, in which CO is bound to the hemoglobin, making it unable to carry oxygen. In those cases, ventilators aren’t treating the root cause; the patient’s lungs aren’t ‘tiring out’, they’re pumping just fine. The red blood cells just can’t carry o2, end of story. Only in this case, unlike CO poisoning in which eventually the CO can break off, the affected hemoglobin is permanently stripped of its ability to carry o2 because it has lost its iron ion. The body compensates for this lack of o2 carrying capacity and deliveries by having your kidneys release hormones like erythropoietin, which tell your bone marrow factories to ramp up production on new red blood cells with freshly made and fully functioning hemoglobin. This is the reason you find elevated hemoglobin and decreased blood oxygen saturation as one of the 3 primary indicators of whether the S*** is about to hit the fan for a particular patient or not.

    2) That little iron ion, along with millions of its friends released from other hemes, are now floating through your blood freely. As I mentioned before, this type of iron ion is highly reactive and causes oxidative damage. It turns out that this happens to a limited extent naturally in our bodies and we have cleanup & defense mechanisms to keep the balance. The lungs, in particular, have 3 primary defenses to maintain “iron homeostasis”, 2 of which are in the alveoli, those little sacs in your lungs we talked about earlier. The first of the two are little macrophages that roam around and scavenge up any free radicals like this oxidative iron. The second is a lining on the walls (called the epithelial surface) which has a thin layer of fluid packed with high levels of antioxidant molecules.. things like abscorbic acid (AKA Vitamin C) among others. Well, this is usually good enough for naturally occurring rogue iron ions but with COVID-19 running rampant your body is now basically like a progressive state letting out all the prisoners out of the prisons… it’s just too much iron and it begins to overwhelm your lungs’ countermeasures, and thus begins the process of pulmonary oxidative stress. This leads to damage and inflammation, which leads to all that nasty stuff and damage you see in CT scans of COVID-19 patient lungs. Ever noticed how it’s always bilateral? (both lungs at the same time) Pneumonia rarely ever does that, but COVID-19 does… EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

    — — — — — — — — — — — — –

Once your body is now running out of control, with all your oxygen trucks running around without any freight, and tons of this toxic form of iron floating around in your bloodstream, other defenses kick in. While your lungs are busy with all this oxidative stress they can’t handle, and your organs are being starved of o2 without their constant stream of deliveries from red blood cell’s hemoglobin, and your liver is attempting to do its best to remove the iron and store it in its ‘iron vault’. Only its getting overwhelmed too. It’s starved for oxygen and fighting a losing battle from all your hemoglobin letting its iron free, and starts crying out “help, I’m taking damage!” by releasing an enzyme called alanine aminotransferase (ALT). BOOM, there is your second of 3 primary indicators of whether the S*** is about to hit the fan for a particular patient or not.

Eventually, if the patient’s immune system doesn’t fight off the virus in time before their blood oxygen saturation drops too low, ventilator or no ventilator, organs start shutting down. No fuel, no work. The only way to even try to keep them going is max oxygen, even a hyperbaric chamber if one is available on 100% oxygen at multiple atmospheres of pressure, just to give what’s left of their functioning hemoglobin a chance to carry enough o2 to the organs and keep them alive. Yeah we don’t have nearly enough of those chambers, so some fresh red blood cells with normal hemoglobin in the form of a transfusion will have to do.

The core point being, treating patients with the iron ions stripped from their hemoglobin (rendering it abnormally nonfunctional) with ventilator intubation is futile, unless you’re just hoping the patient’s immune system will work its magic in time. The root of the illness needs to be addressed.

Best case scenario? Treatment regimen early, before symptoms progress too far. Hydroxychloroquine (more on that in a minute, I promise) with Azithromicin has shown fantastic, albeit critics keep mentioning ‘anecdotal’ to describe the mountain, promise and I’ll explain why it does so well next. But forget straight-up plasma with antibodies, that might work early but if the patient is too far gone they’ll need more. They’ll need all the blood: antibodies and red blood cells. No help in sending over a detachment of ammunition to a soldier already unconscious and bleeding out on the battlefield, you need to send that ammo along with some hemoglobin-stimulant-magic so that he can wake up and fire those shots at the enemy.

    The story with Hydroxychloroquine
All that hilariously misguided and counterproductive criticism the media piled on chloroquine (purely for political reasons) as a viable treatment will now go down as the biggest Fake News blunder to rule them all. The media actively engaged their activism to fight ‘bad orange man’ at the cost of thousands of lives. Shame on them.

How does chloroquine work? Same way as it does for malaria. You see, malaria is this little parasite that enters the red blood cells and starts eating hemoglobin as its food source. The reason chloroquine works for malaria is the same reason it works for COVID-19 — while not fully understood, it is suspected to bind to DNA and interfere with the ability to work magic on hemoglobin. The same mechanism that stops malaria from getting its hands on hemoglobin and gobbling it up seems to do the same to COVID-19 (essentially little snippets of DNA in an envelope) from binding to it. On top of that, Hydroxychloroquine (an advanced descendant of regular old chloroquine) lowers the pH which can interfere with the replication of the virus. Again, while the full details are not known, the entire premise of this potentially ‘game changing’ treatment is to prevent hemoglobin from being interfered with, whether due to malaria or COVID-19.

No longer can the media and armchair pseudo-physicians sit in their little ivory towers, proclaiming “DUR so stoopid, malaria is bacteria, COVID-19 is virus, anti-bacteria drug no work on virus!”. They never got the memo that a drug doesn’t need to directly act on the pathogen to be effective. Sometimes it’s enough just to stop it from doing what it does to hemoglobin, regardless of the means it uses to do so.

Anyway, enough of the rant. What’s the end result here? First, the ventilator emergency needs to be re-examined. If you’re putting a patient on a ventilator because they’re going into a coma and need mechanical breathing to stay alive, okay we get it. Give ’em time for their immune systems to pull through. But if they’re conscious, alert, compliant — keep them on O2. Max it if you have to. If you HAVE to inevitably ventilate, do it at low pressure but max O2. Don’t tear up their lungs with max PEEP, you’re doing more harm to the patient because you’re treating the wrong disease.

Ideally, some form of treatment needs to happen to:

Inhibit viral growth and replication. Here plays CHQ+ZPAK+ZINC or other retroviral therapies being studies. Less virus, less hemoglobin losing its iron, less severity and damage.
Therapies used for anyone with abnormal hemoglobin or malfunctioning red blood cells. Blood transfusions. Whatever, I don’t know the full breadth and scope because I’m not a physician. But think along those lines, and treat the real disease. If you’re thinking about giving them plasma with antibodies, maybe if they’re already in bad shape think again and give them BLOOD with antibodies, or at least blood followed by plasma with antibodies.
Now that we know more about how this virus works and affects our bodies, a whole range of options should open up.
Don’t trust China. China is ASSHOE. (disclaimer: not talking about the people, just talking about the regime). They covered this up and have caused all kinds of death and carnage, both literal and economic. The ripples of this pandemic will be felt for decades.

“Make no mistake: The complaints about media politicizing this crisis are accurate and well deserved. If anything, considering the magnitude of the crisis before us, these criticisms are understated.

In a story that diagnosed the president as “pathological,” Slate offered a different but equally snarky take. “This isn’t Trump’s Katrina,” Slate said. “It’s stupid, slow-motion 9/11.”

Meanwhile, The New York Times’ Gail Collins’ contribution to fighting the pandemic has been to suggest a new sobriquet. Coronavirus, she suggested, should be renamed “Trumpvirus.”

Beware- your head will be in danger of exploding after you read it.
The FDA and CDC are deliberately standing in the way of stopping the “epidemic”. All those DEEP STATE BUREAUCRATS who are responsible for crimes against humanity need to be arrested and put in prison till this is over.

Trump should invite prof. Didier Raoult to participate in the next task force briefing by video conference.

The problem with Navarro or Trump arguing with Fauci re the potential usefulness of hydroxychloroquine is, the “you’re not even a doctor” argument.

To counter this, I believe that the President should invite Dr. Didier Raoult from Marseille to give a brief summary of his experiences (probably by videoconference, as the Dr. has his hands full treating patients with CoVid in Marseille).

I believe that relatively few Americans are aware of the impressive results that the Marseille team has had with CoVid, and they are acknowledged experts in the field of diagnosing and treating infectious diseases.

One additional point. Prof. Raoult believes that a randomized trial of hydroxychloroquine with a placebo controlled arm would be unethical. This is a good debate to have (Raoult vs. Fauci), but then it is a debate between (loosely put) “equals” in terms of professional credentials. Dr. Raoult is actually treating patients with CoVid, and has now treated at least 1000, so I think it would be useful for the country to hear him out. Plus, the media than can’t accuse Prez. Trump of trying to play doctor. His job should be to let individual physicians decide, but to make sure that a sufficient supply of hydroxychloroquine is available, so that patients with lupus or rheumatoid arthritis do not suffer.
