Bah. I heard on the radio tonight a $70,000 figure. Baby stuff. Now, when the Massachusetts Speaker Of The House ends up in The Big House, now you’re talkin’ pro-level stuff. And his predecessor, Finneran, got rung up on his own Federal charges. Big stuff… obstruction… perjury. Probably a bunch of other stuff that wasn’t even worth pursuing at the time.

Now you know why Howie Carr has had such a distinguished career up this way. These idiots pretty much do his job for him.

I’m curious about the wording on that tweet vs what I’ve seen on a couple of websites. Other places said Barr is considering resigning over Trump’s tweets.

One can “consider” resigning without actually having “plans to resign”.

Are the tweets Trump’s way of expressing displeasure with Barr while he’s still publicly saying he trusts him.

Is Trump trying to push buttons to actually get Barr to resign?

Would Barr resign with the herd of people out there calling for just that resignation, and let the media destroy his reputation with false stories about the reason for resigning?

I genuinely don’t know the answers to these questions.

Could someone replace Barr temporarily who would do a better job? I don’t think Trump could possibly get a non-swampier approved bu the senate. Is Barr actually going to clean things up? Sometimes I think yes, sometimes no.

But could this be a way for Trump to push buttons to get Barr to resign?

I have been listening to all the junk tonight about Barr quiting and I don’t understand why he would quit over the President being up set and tweeting after all is said and done Pt has stayed out of this mess for months until they let McCabe go free and that’s when he said this whole thing was unfair and Im sorry but I totally disagree with what was said on Laura’s show tonight. She and the congressmen are both wrong. None of the things which have happened with Roger Stone or Flynn has been fair or good judgment but knowing the President when the judge hands down what ever she wants Stone to have then the President will really go all out and fight for his friend

If Barr quits over outside influence then he is not the man the President has so much faith in
and if he resigns over what the President might say or do then he not the kind of person that the President could have counted on anyway.. President Trump will never stop being honest about what he thinks and feels and He will never stop tweeting so anyone who tells him to do so is banking up the wrong tree Sorry Laura You lost me tonight

Rusty: I totally agree with you. It has been many many months the president released all documents to Barr and we are still waiting. If we had to resolve problems at the same pace the government does we’d be bankrupt. Financially and morally.
Justice delayed ( Flynn, Manafort and Stone) justice denied.

Question? What no one talks about is how quiet Durham is. Shouldn’t that mean he is doing some serious digging? All I’ve read about him is he keeps his investigations close to the vest, and will follow the path wherever it leads until he reaches the end. I think he himself will do the right thing. He doesn’t sound like a person that does cover ups. Any thoughts?

Thank you for that post. Interesting dynamics going on here between Barr and Trump. Maybe we are watching Kabuki Theater.
