“…eventually Kremlin connected sources, to gather info on Donald Trump. ”

      Speaking of “Kremlin connected sources”…

According to FBI / Steele info obtained by Judicial Watch, Steele was paid eleven times by the FBI in 2016. Although our friend Adam Schiff claimed that Steele was NOT paid for the dossier. So what was he being paid for ?

One thought I had was: I wonder if Steele was one of the 702 contractors the FBI was using ?

…but, i wouldn’t think those contractors would be paid as “confidential human sources”, but by some sort of contractor reimbursement.

Still, someone like Steele, along with Nellie Ohr, would be very useful to people trolling thru 702 data, looking for a hook to operate against the Trump campaign.

My latest water bill, which includes sewer and no swimming pool, just my kiddos blow up that we filled 1 time, was $215.00. Im not kidding. Tiered payments and VERY severe water restrictions beginning in January. I think moonbeam wants us to run outside if it rains to bathe, brush our teeth and wash our clothes. Liberaism does stain after all.

Another “ignitionless” fire in CA. I read the whole article, and there wasn’t ONE word about the ignition source of the fire. Nothing. Nada. Typical. The current “narrative” is that fires … are goooood mmmmmkay? Fires are “natural”. The native peoples of CA routinely set the brush on fire … so should we. WE are the “unnatural” inhabitants of this State who value every shrub. So … there are NO MORE Smoky Bear PSA’s reminding you that … “only YOU can prevent forest fires”. Nope. Instead, the Forest Service now believes every fire is “natural” … and should BURN the HELL out of this State. Yes, the forests need to be managed … however … I would hardly call BURNING THEM TO THE GROUND … “natural”.

I have grave suspicions about the number and locations of the recent FIRESTORMS in CA. Grave suspicions. Beware the Firestorm-Industrial-Eco Complex … to paraphrase Eisenhower’s warning about the profitability of WAR. In this case … the profitability of a FIRESTORM CRISIS.

Its very aggravating that the news from tv to print either ignore or never ask about ignition. It took way too long to say the Carr fire started from a tire rim spark, and that sounds like they just spun the wheel to see what they could win.
Largest fire in CA history, the Mendocino Complex, plus Carr, the Holy fire, and another up north. Heat wave underway too.

CA pols & Gov. Moonbeam are INTENTIONALLY creating a water shortage.

      Why would they do this??

A: Because liberal socialists always run out of money, and CA is drowning in debt.

Fire = disaster = BILLIONS in Fed aid $$$.

Federal disaster aid is worth BILLIONS to CA’s liberal pols.

The State Water Project had several reservoirs planned, locked, and loaded when Moonbeam was governor in the 80s — he cancelled everything. Since then, immigration (and illegal immigration) has nearly tripled the population. Jerry Brown is personally responsible for every California drought. His tree-hugging bureaucrats stifled logging and fire management, to the detriment of all the local forests adapted to regular wildfires. Jerry Brown is personally responsible for every wildfire outside one standard deviation from the average since 1980.

The recent IDP/TIPP Poll that was released made me realize that when it comes to our President’s Approval Rating, people polled are either afraid of being honest or they are somewhat turned off by our President’s approach.

However, once the questions get into other areas, the truth about what he is doing is very appreciated in comparison to previous Presidents.

The exciting thing for me is that when it comes time to vote, they will pull the lever for our President!

Hopefully they will do the same for Republicans because our President is crisscrossing the country for them. I believe that is exactly what will happen!

We get (I kid you not!) about 10 calls per day.

Recorded Voice: “Would you please take a few moments to ans…” CLICK!

Real Person: “Hello I’m with Murky Research and…” CLICK!

They’ll get our opinion at the ballot box.
          —————————————————-

Pro Tip: The recorded polls are voice activated and then use the touch-tone to record your responses.

It just occurred to me only a few weeks ago to just pick up the phone and say nothing. If there’s silence on the other end while the program waits for your ‘Hello’ to activate the recording, it’s a robo-poll. I found that they have their program set to time out if there is no response in one minute. So I say nothing for 10 seconds, and if I get nothing I know it’s a robo-poll and I set the hone down for a minute or so (go back to reading Treehouse 😜) and then hang up.

It’s not much, but at least I’ve cost them 1 minute for them to get nothing. If others pick up on this, we could put a serious dent in the number of calls they can push out in a day.

As Bugs Bunny would say, “Ain’t I a stinker!”

Something about that which lends itself for one to think negatively about him, but when broken down, people do approve of what POTUS is doing. Weird contradiction, but that’s what the pollsters are going for. Any negativity they can find.

And far too many follow and believe this hysteria. Sadly, our side does nothing to counter these lies. Waiting to see if Bill Shine has a game plan or if we ever bring any charges for anything. It is beyond critical to do something differently.

A rational person asked me, “how bad were Awans, DiFi driver, Huma/Weiner? There are no charges. These crazy right wingers see conspiracies everywhere. Where is their proof?” Reasonable observations and statement of facts. Until there is action, all the analysis in the world doesn’t make it true. On the contrary, the longer we wait, the more Trump’s only action is tweets, the more validity is given to their argument. We know the extreme left has exposed themselves, but there is a rational argument to be made of a right wing conspiracy too. Deplorables wearing Q shirts fuels their argument.

If there truly is any basis for any of our theories, waiting to bring it to trial is not the best course. Jmo

          It is indeed.

This is precisely why the left poo-poo’d losing both the House and the Senate….and played the loss of both off as no big deal, because Obama was still in the WH and the center of the media’s attention.

This is also why….having lost the WH and unable to pretend anymore….the left has gone utterly berserk in the time since.

Relatedly, I was just watching a video of a leftist protest (about 100 people). Guys could be heard in the video telling everyone “EVERYBODY SPREAD OUT!! SPREAD OUT!!”….attempting to make their small group appear bigger than it was.

There is no leftist equivalent to the exploding, grassroots #WalkAway movement….which is itself a perfect bookend to the Tea Party movement.

Corporate banks privately own the Federal Reserve.

It is neither federal nor does it have any reserves. It began in conspiracy and got it start in 1913 with the promise of ending booms and busts. What we got were bigger booms and busts, along with endless war from which those private banks profited. Adding fuel to the corruption, the central bankers also enjoy fractional reserve banking. They get to abuse that and become rich and powerful while We The People get to pay interest on endlessly increasing debt.

The first step in ending the Fed is an audit…

In Dr. Paul Williams latest book, The Killing of Uncle Sam, he details the formation of the Federal Reserve Bank by a cartel of rich bankers (think JP Morgan, etc.) and that the image of Federal control is a complete ruse and was understood since the beginning. Because Americans opposed a central bank, those meeting on Jekyll Island to plot the bank’s formation, had to be crafty and give a certain impression, but really it is a private entity owned by a banking cartel who can do what they want.

I think much of what has happened has been desperate improvisation since the 2016 election, rather than following a long-constructed preset plan. They’re throwing turd after turn against a wall hoping somethings sticks. Hence the head-snapping changes from Stormy to Trump Tower Meeting to Mueller’s latest gotcha to a Playboy bunny and so on. That happens to be Alinsky tactics too (#7, “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”), but it’s very tiring to the non-woke, and feeding the walkaway movement bigly.

The left sends trolls in to pretend to be conservatives and say vulgar amoralistic things in order to make the sites look like they only support “racists and conspiracy nutjobs”, thus driving many away.
The government has worked with Google, Facebook, etc. to create regulations etc. that make it basically impossible for any new company of that sort to get anywhere.
In the long run, if one of them does become popular, the media and the big corps will have them shut down due to “hate speech” through either lawsuits, character assassination, or simply telling their banking buddies to no longer do business with the platform.

    Today is the day!!
    The Michigan Primary Election.
Please cast your vote for Patrick COLBECK in the Michigan Primary.

Like President Trump, Colbeck is NOT taking ANY $$ from special interests and as MI’s most conservative State Senator he has consistently fought for the best interests of the people of MI over those of lobbyists in Lansing.

The same polling company that predicted Trump to win MI has COLBECK WINNING by 1%!! So we need EVERY VOTE!

PDJT endorsed Schute a while ago, not knowing how DIRTY HE IS!!

If Schute wins the primary the democrats will bring up a bunch of dirty stuff he did in Lansing and he WILL LOSE the general.

Please vote COLBECK for Governor on August 7th and November 6th!

Patrick Colbeck has a plan to eliminate the State Income Tax, the Senior Pension Tax, fix the roads with BETTER MATERIALS so they last longer, better, affordable, quality healthcare, lower auto insurance rates (MI is highest in the nation), get rid of common core, promote citizen driven budgets and defend our constitutional rights.

Please check out the awesome radio interview with State Senator Patrick Colbeck dated August 6, 2018 at:

Hello everyone. I just wanted to share a few thoughts about the mid-term elections.

The other day, I got an e-mail from a potential business customer. In the course of the message, and totally off the wall they wrote that they were angry with Trump and his minions. I guess minions to this person are people who support the President. They obviously didn’t know that I was a Minion!

Now I grew up with the advice to never discuss religion or politics. I got a graphic lesson about the wisdom of this advice when I was 17 years old. I went to the barbershop (yes, loooonnnnggg time ago) that my father and I had used for years. I got the barber who owned the shop. While I was sitting in the chair, the barber was being chatty and I was trying to make casual conversation. At the time, the big news item was Teddy the Toad and the sunken Oldsmobile. The news actually reported it at the time. So, I brought it up as a topic of conversation. Well, the barber guy became literally outraged and jumped down my throat; his face actually turned red. For myself, I was just being neutral but this guy was off the rails all because I mentioned the news items about St. Teddy. I never went back to that shop again. I didn’t want such an unstable person getting near me with a straight razor.

Which brings us to the present time. The D-Rats have become the enemy of the USA and everyone who supports the USA. They have an irrational hatred for us. They would like to plunge us into poverty, allow illegal aliens to rape and murder us, force perversion and moslemism down our throats and essentially enslave us. That is what the D-Rats stand for today.

Tuesday is an election day. But to me, it’s not an election, it is a battle in an ongoing war. The D-Rats have declared themselves the enemy of the USA and We the People. There is no other characterization of them. This is not a political contest, this is a battle in a war of good vs evil.

President Reagan was a President who loved the USA and it’s people. He did what he could to fix the USA but he was handicapped. At the time, we didn’t know about the Rinos and how the D-Rats were traitors to the USA (Look at Finestein with the Chinese Spy on her payroll). We accepted the candidates that were presented to us at face value and voted believing whoever won, R or D-Rat, would support the good of the USA. Well, President Trump has exposed the truth, the D-Rats and Rinos are anti-American traitors to the Constitution and We the People.

We need to send President Trump reinforcements. We didn’t, or I guess I should say, I didn’t realize that President Reagan was pretty much standing alone at the time but I sure know that President Trump has been fighting the battle almost single-handedly.

We the People need to vote at EVERY election because they are all critical battles. It is no exaggeration to say that we are in the fight of our lives to preserve our freedom and our prosperity. In the present day, there is no such thing as an unimportant election. It is just as much a matter of life and death as charging up San Juan Hill or storming the Normandy beaches. President Trump is leading the charge and we need to back him up.

We need to vote, and get our friends and families to vote, for the best R candidates that President Trump has designated. Hopefully, every one of them will win. But whatever the outcome, in Nov, we need to turn out in massive numbers and vote R right down the line. A vote for a D-Rat, no matter how small the office, or no vote which is a defacto D-Rat vote is a vote for poverty, crime and enslavement.

I hope that the people in the primary states and the special election realize just how serious it is and turn out in MONSTER VOTE numbers Tuesday to send President Trump the reinforcements that he needs. I’m looking forward to doing my part in FL on Aug 28th and doing it again in Nov. JMHO

Changing the conversation. Today new sanctions imposed on Iran, and more to come in November. The interview with Bolton has already been posted here (there is another on PBS, not posted). Essentially saying the two phase approach will allow for EU and other based companies to put their affairs in order before the second sanctions–the big guns that go after financial institutions and companies that invested in Iranian oil and the energy sector.

What has not been noted is the EU, that still is trying to adhere to the JCPOA, has activated a Blocking Statute in support of Iran nuclear deal and enters force today.

“The first batch of re-imposed US sanctions on Iran takes effect, the EU’s updated Blocking Statute enters into force on 7 August to mitigate their impact on the interests of EU companies doing legitimate business in Iran.

If you read the EU Blocking sanctions the were triggered today (the EU is still supporting the agreement that they signed up to the JCPOA, it means that the EU is telling companies that the EU court will not impose or collect the penalties if the US sanctions them and serves the bill.

The first phase by the Trump administration is not a problem, it is the November sanctions (on banks et al) that is the big guns. As NSA Bolton has said, if I am paraphrasing correctly, the US is giving ample warning to these companies and banks to do the right thing. As an aside, there are many big EU institutions who have already withdrawn from Iran (in their own self interest).

I suspect, but do not know, that this brief breathing room is contingent on the facts on the ground in Iran. The mullahs and Pres Rouhani, despite the rhetoric, are facing major challenges to their rule. Not just a twitter warfare as in the US, but massive protests in their major cities so much so the gov has blocked the internet, electricity and sent in the revolutionary guard to kill protesters.

The UN has issued a confidential report on NK in general and sanctions evading by certain countries that have signed on to the sanctions regime but are abrogating their pledged responsibility in enforcing those sanctions.

It should be carefully underlined that the world-wide sanctions led by the Trump administration against NK brought Rocketman to the negotiating table. Lifting or relaxing or not enforcing sanctions is diametrically opposed to achieving the end goal of getting NK to live up to their oft stated promises to de-nuke.

Here is an exemplary study on sanctions violations, the financial and business structures. The US gov has this report, but it is in the public domain and worth a read by all. KUDOS to C4ADS, Data-driven analysis of conflict and security issues. Focus on transnational illicit networks.

Report: Russia Set Up Clandestine Network For N. Korea Oil Shipments
      https://www.voanews.com/a/russia-north-korea-oil-exchange/4515243.html

      (Excerpt)
      SEOUL —
Russia engaged in more extensive oil exports to North Korea than had been previously reported, by setting up an illicit trade network that is likely still being used today to evade United Nations sanctions, according a South Korean research organization.

A recent report issued by the Asan Institute for Policy Studies in Seoul used Russian customs data to document how “one North Korean state enterprise purchased 622,878 tons of Russian oil worth $238 million,” between 2015 and 2017.”

While China is North Korea’s main oil supplier, the ASAN estimate for Russian oil exports to North Korea is significantly higher than the $25 million in sales for the same period that was reported by the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) in Seoul.

“Smuggling has always been an important element in the cross-border trade between North Korea and it’s important allies. What the Chinese government and the Russian government to a lesser extent have been doing is to turn a blind eye to these activities,” said Go Myong-Hyun, a North Korea analyst with the Asan Institute For Policy Studies in Seoul.”

This is what the US government is grappling with as well as our allies.

Enforce the sanctions. No exceptions. The sanctions are why his Porcine Majesty finally came to the negotiating table.

As for censorship of political content under normal circumstances that is protected speech.

People living in company-owned towns are free citizens of their State and country, just as residents of municipalities, and there is no more reason for depriving them of the liberties guaranteed by the First and Fourteenth Amendments than there is for curtailing these freedoms with respect to any other citizen.

Not only businesses Howie, but elections. Private social media companies can impact elections and that may be their Achilles heel, so to speak. FEC violations,, something like that. Anything that goes to the legal arena is confusing and mysterious.

        Court or Legislature?
If court then needs Kavanaugh in place as it will go to the SC (should be there because it takes forever). Still, A2’s point is 100% valid. We will see what happens.

Mueller wants the truth and facts shut down Manafort’s D.C. prosecution because facts and the truth confuses jurors

“Special counsel Robert Mueller’s team asked a federal judge Monday to bar Paul Manafort from using a lack of IRS enforcement actions against him in his defense during his criminal trial in D.C. this September.

Prosecutor Andrew Weissmann made the request in response to statements defense counsel for Manafort reportedly made during opening arguments in a separate criminal trial for bank and tax fraud currently underway in Alexandria, Virginia.

“As you hear all the evidence come in, the documents and the testimony, you might ask yourself whether the Government knew enough to initiate the audit. Did they have enough evidence,” the 5-page Motion quotes defense counsel as having told the jury.

In Washington, D.C., Manafort faces related charges for conspiracy, money laundering, failing to register as a foreign agent and making false statements about his foreign lobbying work to the Justice Department.

Weissmann wants the court to stop Manafort from arguing at trial that the IRS never audited him or his companies, or that the Justice Department never initiated any civil actions against him for Foreign Agent Registration Act violations.

Weissmann also asked the court to prohibit Manafort’s defense team from suggesting that the lack of such civil actions implies a lack of evidence for the crimes he is accused of.

“The availability of a civil remedy is irrelevant to the issue of criminal liability, will serve only to confuse and mislead the jury, and will invite jury nullification,” the motion argues.

In addition, it asks the court to amend a pending motion to prevent Manafort from suggesting that prosecutors “resurrected charges previously investigated but declined for prosecution.”

When thinking about the midterms, I am going back and forth on what will be the eventual outcome. But, if the midterms are a referendum on President Trump the results should be positive. For a reference look at the recall of Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker. (Yeah I know it is not a perfect ref.) The left went bat sh!t crazy, with a so called close race (Walker ended up winning by 7 points). A big issue for the voters then was a question ‘fairness’. I.e., he won the election, he should serve his term.

The link below is the exit polling from that recall race. The Walker voters sure look like the Trump voters! If we get out and swallow our pride and vote Republican the results should be in Trumps favor.

Correct. The only way you’re going to know is if you do a comprehensive background search on any candidate that claims to be a Republican. You have to know their history how they voted etc.

Correct, Guyski. Some will have to hold their nose to vote Republican.

Some of us are lucky to have MAGA candidates to vote FOR. Others will be stuck with Rinos. But the choice is; Democrat, who will actively seek to destroy and undermine the President, or Rino, who at least won’t impeach the President and will just play rope-a-dope on most issues, being neither helpful or directly harmful.

That’s not much of a choice, so you hold your nose and vote (R).

What a witness..Gates. The prosecution has proved that Manafort did not know what Gates was doing. He was embezzling from Manafort. They also proved that Gates has lied under oath in the past. Amazing. The prosecution evidence exonerates Manafort.

It might be smart of the defense to let all these witnesses tell their stories without much cross examination. There is no point in confusing or overburdening the jurors this early. Maybe don’t even put Manafort to testify. Yes just go to summation and then rip apart the prosecution.

    It’s starting….

“Protesters in Brooklyn — some chanting “where is ICE?” — besieged a second nail salon Monday that they believe is connected to the shop where customers brawled on video with employees last week — forcing cops to escort the workers out for their own safety.

About 150 predominantly African-American demonstrators marched from New Red Apple Nails at 1426 Nostrand Ave. — scene of the melee caught on tape Friday — to the Beautiful Red Apple Nails at 1224 Nostrand Ave. and trapped four employees inside.

It wasn’t immediately clear if the two salons are related. But police were ready for protesters and were inside the business when they arrived at about 6:30 p.m.

Demonstrators angrily chanted, “shut them down,” “f–k the police” and “no nails, no toes, these racist shops have got to go.” At least one protester screamed, “where is ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement)?” implying that the salon’s Asian employees might be undocumented immigrants.”
