I just can’t do it! With all due respect to fellow CTHers who may be impressed by this man and there may be merit to that position. He just seems so phony. I find myself cringing in anticipation for another white gooey UFO to come from his mouth and start dancing on his lips.

Please contribute your thoughts on what Trump might do with and through Cruz.

Trump asks Cruz (as he would with any candidate) to compare and contrast (1) how he, relative to other candidates, would UPGRADE the ROLES of DOJ, AG and Homeland Security to MAGA, (2) how he would REORGANIZE and RESTAFF to get that done, and (3) how his record of accomplishment demonstrates he has the capabilities to pull it off.

Cruz then realizes he lacks the capacity and capability for these roles, and instead agrees to prove his ability to influence colleagues in Congress to EARN a SCOTUS APPOINTMENT.

Cruz persuades the Senate Republicans to adopt the NUCLEAR OPTION, in the spirit of Majority Reid’s precedent, to eliminate the Democrats’ option to use the filibuster to block Trump’s America First Agenda and his Supreme Court Nominees.

Cruz persuades Senate colleagues to sponsor and pass a bill empowering Trump with the LINE ITEM VETO to drain the swamp while eliminating Congressional accountability to their donors for lost line items that did not put AMERICA FIRST.

Trump appoints Cruz to SCOTUS, backfilling him with supporter Senator Rick Perry to thwart future challengers to his Texas Senate Seat.

I wouldn’t put Cruz anywhere near the SCOTUS. He’s a lying snake in the grass and he’ll be more of a turncoat than Roberts. Ted is about Ted. He wants the AG position anyway but he’s more dangerous on the bench for life.

Ted Cruz is a snake but on immigration he believes in the law and he is very conservative. He is against minimum wage and socialized forced healthcare. Sounds like he would be nothing like Roberts or Kennedy and much more like Clarence Thomas. I don’t know what you mean Cruz will be all about himself on the SC? Sounds like a good fit to me

He’s completely lost my trust. I think he’s played at being a strong conservative for a long time but he’s shown his colors. Cruz will let us down on the SC.

Closed doors? When the rioters were shutting down the U.Chicago rally, the very second that someone thrust a microphone in front of Cruz’s face on national TV, he started spewing about how it was all Trump’s fault. In that unplanned, unguarded moment, he revealed that his instinct is identical to that of the left.

I waver a bit on him. If his problem is just instinct, the Supreme Court is the opposite of that. Everything is deliberated and planned for days and days. If his problem is pandering to what he hopes are potential future voters, the supreme court is also guarded against that – he would never be running for office again in his life. But can we risk it in a position that important? I say no, but I’m willing to take another look and possibly reconsider if the 20 names on the list don’t pan out first.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a tryout position for him. Maybe another term as senator, but rumor on the internet has it that his former constituency was watching TV the same night that I was.

He is a crypto-Jew viper and it shows in everything he says and does. He pretends at everything he does, just like the Hollywood pretenders that do that for a living. Cruz wants the same reward of financial benefits for his pretending within the government.

Cruz, with all due respect, revealed his character or lack thereof during the race for the republican nomination. He lied, he stole delegates, he committed vote fraud against Trump with his people stuffing ballot boxes, running buses to the polls. He, then did all in his power to throw the election to Clinton. Cruz is a dangerous man who has no business really even being in political office. He ran for POTUS knowing that he did meet the constitutional requirement to be president. I don’t know if anyone remembers the national enquirer story about the madam who had a a black book of clients but it showed Cruz’s phone number in it. This was during the nomination process. That woman was found dead, supposedly committing suicide after she stated she never would. The Bush/Clinton families are part of the cabal that took over Washington. They need to go along with all their bought and paid for minions and Cruz is one of them.

Exactly. Anyone connected to the Bush clan isn’t to be trusted. This is why Guiliani and Bolton shouldn’t be picked for AG or Sec of State.

I think you meant to say the negative in the statement above about constitutional requirement to be president, right? i.e., You meant: “He ran for POTUS knowing that he did NOT meet the constitutional requirement to be president”. Period!

It is beyond me how any person that can only present a Canadian Birth Certificate, AND has NO proof of being a naturalized US citizen can even be considered eligible to be a U.S. Senator,…forget about being a natural-born-US-Citizen (as required by our Consitution) which requires that both parents be already US citizens as well as being born inside the jurisdiction of the U.S.A.

And Congress just sits on their hands. That tells us how much our entire government of laws is run by those who follow no laws as it is part of their religious beliefs. Laws only apply to the Goyim.

Perry is a RINO and wanted to give in-state tuition to illegal aliens. Also he believes in a virtual wall and no physical wall. No way!

The ONLY great thing he has done is tort reform in Texas.

Perhaps PE Trump is considering Ted for a special prosecutor for Hillary Clinton? That gets him out of the senate and he will be busy for years.

I liked what Cruz said; however… 1) He has hurt many of us who used to believe in him when he became horrific from late January – July 2) His moral character, along with his father’s, was exposed in the National Inquirer; no lawsuits followed 3) He’s a Bush, NWO man…etc. I believe in second chances, that people can change, the old “Fool Me Once” theory. He cannot go further than the Senate at this time. He must be on 100% perfect, true behavior, be a loud cheerleader for Trump, and we’ll constantly check our Alt-Right news to see if he hasn’t reformed. If we find he’s been doing “dirty deeds done dirt cheap” as before, then with our power, we common folk that brought the DJT landslide, we’ll “bring him down” as we did with HRC.

We heard and saw the Cruz, Romney, Ryan, etc., treachery, but President elect Trump lived it. He also has decades of insider knowledge and experience, and his crackerjack staff of researchers unearth info we can’t even imagine. I think it’s safe to assume he knows what he’s doing.

My humble hunch is he’s building bridges with these puny little noisemakers so that the critical First Hundred Days goes off quickly and without a hitch. So much to be done, and the stakes are so high.

Building bridges also serves the purpose of being able to observe what these squealing little Napoleons do with President elect Trump’s magnanimous gestures. I’m starting to see a pattern where he annihilates enemies in the heat of battle, offers an olive leaf post-battle, then evaluates their responses.
Fascinating, really. Reeks of common sense and is highly effective.

You mean the first 100 days when the press lays back and lets the new president work unimpeded? The 100 days that lasted 2922 for Obama?

Trump’s 100 days ended in the middle of June last year. About a week ago, the press shifted gears from attacking his candidacy to attacking his presidency like a horde of seasoned NASCAR pros.

  9. Cruz is a cringe-fest waiting to happen, however he may also be a very useful idiot, considering how desperate he is to salvage his ruined political career. We shall see. I’ll try to trust Trump on this, but I do trust God and my own gut indefinitely more than any man. :/

Oh say it isn’t so. Cruz’s wife is all in for the NWO. I can’t see Cruz as a positive in a Trump administration. There’s also what Cruz did to Ben Carsen and Trump. He is a liar and is out for Ted, not America.

I keep wondering what we expect will happen to the Elites like Romney, if Trump is really going to drain the swamp. They are just going to hang out, swamp-side, and bask in the sun until Trump gets over his 8 years? Then Globalism gets another chance? What do we want to see them doing?

If Senator Cruz has ever gone against the USA Constitution, he’ll be a problem, but if he has always defended it, give the man an opportunity to see if he still behind it all the way cause that’s all it matters, the protection of all our Ideals, regardless of the campaign fight with our President Elect Donald J Trump, we all have had ugly fights that eventually we have left behind, because we’re Nationalists and mature. Let’s unite and move on!
