Megyn Kelly’s ‘too-cute-by-half‘ snarky and condescending schtick finally brought Newt Gingrich to the point where he gives it back to her. It is remarkable it took this long before someone finally called her out:
Ms. Kelly’s world is, and has been, crumbling for well over a year. Her life’s “professional mentor and personal role model” (her words), Roger Ailes, exited Fox News under a cloud of sexual impropriety. Given the backdrop of her pearl clutching protestations to Newt Gingrich, there’s a profound irony..
After a long run of serious relationship trouble due to her daddy issues (father died when she was 16 – affair with Brit Hume etc…), her current personal life is once again a shambles; and that’s despite her metrosexual subservient husband trying to fill the unfulfillable void.
Her TV ratings are on a downward spiral, and Kelly’s contract is soon to expire. Which is the worst scenario for renegotiation. More unavoidable “dependency”.
Fox owner Rupert Murdoch gave Kelly (via Harper Collins) a $6 million advance on a book deal as payment for services against Trump last year. A book that comes out in two weeks and everyone knows no-one will read it. A looming failure so certain it will surely highlight the real motive for the payment.
And now, to make matters infinitely worse, the primary recipient of her hostile projected insecurity is about to become President of the United States…..

Ms Kelly looks like a high priced call girl. Newt picks up on that with his comment about her being obsessed with sex.

No proof yet u still bring up this more than CNN. If u truly were a voice for women u would interview Kathy Shelton who was raped at age 12, cannot have children , life ruined. A hundred bucks says MeGYN Kelly was sexually abused as a child. An acquaintance of mine, whose head completely exploded after the Billy Bush video came out, became obsessed with the idea of Trump as a sexual predator. I couldn’t figure out why; it just made NO sense. Her very last email to me admitted…she herself had been sexually abused as a child. Then I understood that’s why she wasn’t seeing things rationally.

Would watch her day show and enjoyed it. When she moved to night, notice a gradual change. After the debate performance, watched her sporadically. One night at the end of an interview, she made a snarky comment, completely unrelated to Trump. Very unprofessional. Trump was gracious to appear on her special.

I’ve been turning the channel when Megan comes on for months now. How big can her head get? She needs to go work for abc or one of the many other left wing excuses for “news” and opinion.
She has changed over the last couple years…she’s loud and aggressive. And completely snotty, snarky and annoying to watch. Maybe Dr. Phil needs to do more work with her?

I am debating whether to continue watching her show any longer. Megyn was out of line and certainly not professional with Newt Gingrich. I was embarrassed for her to act like that and would like to see the management of Fox News to admonish her for unprofessional behavior. I actually felt sorry for Mr. Gingrich being treated so rudely. I probably will watch a different channel election night if I have to watch her. Fox should pull her from that show.

David, debating whether or not to continue watching her show is like battered wife syndrome. Megyn isn’t going to change her stripes, and she has it out for Trump.
And by continuing to watch her show is akin to you paying someone to insult your intelligence as well as giving the RINO wing of the Uniparty a soap box perpetuating the myth that only their way and not Trump’s way is the only way to fix the country.
Another thing to consider Megyn Kelly hasn’t added anything positive the news this year, where you have this site that stood against the Cruzlims, the Never Trumpers, and Demoncrats. You’re far better off here reading the comments here than listening to the crazed angry shrieks of a woman that looks like she’s a post op-transexual!

Megyn, a few years back, was a hard working, learn-journalism-on-the-job person. She studied the stories and did her homework.She demonstrated a better listening style than most other news show hosts, so that when she asked a question to challenge someone, it was news-based and came across as stemming from knowledge of the subject itself. She earned respect and gained followers. Then, she morphed. While she may have still done her studies, she started to increasingly fluff up her entire style. With her increasing popularity, promotions and national acclaim, Megyn simply started to act differently. Oddly, she gradually quit being the very person who had been so well received and was, for that reason, propelled to stardom. The stardom and all its trappings have clearly gotten to her. She went from being admired to being kind of sickening to watch. She became full of herself. She feigned humility and self-deprecation quite poorly. She started to act cutesy. To prove points, she let us know that her nana likes tapioca and reminded us frequently that she looks remarkably great after “giving birth to 3 children in as many years” and, for likability sake, added how “spanks” help her out. She started the phony secrets whisper into the camera and the face making and the coverage of her many wardrobe changes on a hectic work day. Recently, she has started a soulful editorial moment at the close of shows. She is no longer the great listener. She interrupts guests. If a guest clearly tries to avoid giving an answer, she makes it painful for them and, in turn, for the viewers.She maintains that this is tough journalism/reporting, but it is not-what Megyn now does is badger. By the tone and phrasing and question set-up, she is now clearly putting personal opinion and bias into her interviews. She rebuffs people, makes faces, rolls her eyes like a teenager or sets her pen at her forehead to let us know how stupid she thinks someone has been. In this campaign season, she appears to be losing her battle with trying to look and sound fair and balanced and a true supporter of Fox news. She is constantly telling us how unbiased she is. She could hardly hide her disappointment at not being selected as a debate moderator- Megyn now truly believes that she is queen of the news waves. Megyn is no longer fun or informative and is, therefore, going to lose viewers. I can’t stand her conceit, especially after she unhinges people on air and thinks her tough journalistic powers brought such people down. They are usually too polite and take her punches. She just loves looking down on their failure to give her the answers she set them up to deliver. That is not journalism. Megyn will pass on to as many greener pastures as she can and continue to self-propel, at least for a while. The difference is that she’ll do so at her own bidding- we viewers won’t be willing to pitch in on her behalf any more. Megyn Kelly is such a far cry from who she was just a few years ago that she should really change her name. None of us know or like Megyn Kelly anymore anyway. .

I’m so sick nof Megyn Kelly! I used to like her, then came the first debate…I couldn’t believe her first question of the night! After that? I quit watching her show. Just started back watching her and what did I see? KELLY…still yapping about the same old stuff! It’s TIRED already! I’M A WOMAN! No I don’t condone that behaviour… but move on now. What about the CLINTON’S? I’m glad Newt called her out! Somebody needed to! Sick of her. Won’t be watching her anymore.

I long for days of solid journalism articles and reporters who provided facts and just people make up thier own minds . Having Megan kelly interview people is like watching a yellow journalist throw crap at a person while they try to respond respectfully but still try to salvage some integrity for the sake of the interview so it’s not a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME FOR THE INTERVIEWER. Kelly takes you down this road of issues that will open no new I sight or developed a bridge of communication in any positive manner to a story to resolve a interests or investigate a Fact that might clarify with sound reasoning. SHE is a typical woman in the way men HATE that she said she o e thing with a smile while she is taking you deeper into trouble waters to drown you. NOT THAT THAT’S A SkILL, it would be better if she did have questions about WHO THESE VOTERS REALLY ARE AND WHAT WHERE WHY ARE THEY FOR TRUMP. THAT SEEMS TO BE THE BIG MYSTERY FOR THE MEDIA.
