I love Trump. You can really feel that he cares about us and our country. Other candidates spew the same platitudes year after year but Trump connects on a human level because he’s being real with us. No matter what happens I will forever thank him for igniting our spirit.

I love Publius-Hudah’s explananation of a Natural Born Citizen. In this video she explains why Rubio and Cruz are both ineligible to be President. Trump needs to see this. It makes Mark Levin’s arguments look foolish.

Do you think this lady is a little OCD?! She is sssoooo detail oriented. I love it! This site is the best for anything Constitutional, probably other stuff also, I just did the NBC section. Don’t you wonder why Cruz isn’t a little more worried bout this? I know he is in the “Club”, but an executive order isn’t going to change the Constitution. Now that we have lost Justice Scalia changing the Constitution is real possibility.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: On her blog page she goes into detail over who makes the ruling that someone is not qualified for the office of POTUS. She says NOT the courts; but rather Congress. I don’t want Trump to proceed with lawsuit and then get something like that slapped on him!!!! Maybe that’s why Cruz doesn’t care. Maybe he is hoping Trump will sue so that he can embarrass him. God help us all!

Here is the link…scroll to bottom of page: https://publiushuldah.wordpress.com/

an excerpt: “This is NOT an issue for the federal courts to decide. That is because this is a “political question” – not a “legal question”. The power to make the ruling as to whether the president elect or the VP elect are qualified has been delegated to CONGRESS. Traditionally, federal courts have “abstained” from deciding “political questions”.

We study this in our first year constitutional law class, when we study judicial “abstention” from certain kinds of cases including cases which involve “political questions” or the exercise of powers delegated to the Legislative or Executive branches. When a power is delegated to one of the “political branches” (Legislative or Executive), the federal courts (the “legal branch”) have traditionally declined to interfere and substitute their judgment for that of the “political branch” to which the Power was delegated.”

Any issue based on the interpretation of the constitution HAS to go to the courts for clarification. Where did you go to law school? Just repeating what someone says? Where there is a dispute, it is the courts that decide whether or not and how the laws apply.

“Where did [you] go to school” Wow…I am simply quoting (notice quotation marks in my comment) Pulius-Huldah (the woman featured in the video links above that all Treepers are praising as brilliant and as “must see” as she skillfully proves Rubio and Cruz are ineligible).

If you want to know where SHE went to school, here ya’ go: “Publius Huldah is a retired litigation attorney who now lives in Tennessee. Before getting a law degree, she got a degree in philosophy where she specialized in political philosophy and epistemology (theories of knowledge).
She now writes extensively on the U.S. Constitution, using the Federalist Papers to prove its original meaning and intent. She shows how federal judges and politicians have ignored Our Constitution and replaced it with their personal opinions and beliefs. She also shows how The People can, by learning our Founding Principles themselves, restore our Constitutional Republic.”

I wonder if she has any understanding on the Constitution?

So how does it get to congress? How is it that anyone can waltz in here and run for president and nobody is allowed to contest it? Not to mention all the babies born of people who came here to give birth that we’ve mistakenly been supporting.

I have no idea. I guess getting Trump elected would be step ONE as far as dealing with the anchor babies, etc. As far as Cruz and Rubio’s eligibility…if we have to rely on Congress…oh man are we ever “up a creek”! I am hoping that those who are advising Trump are stellar Constitutional lawyers who have looked at this from every possible angle.

            • I’ve only had a couple of law courses, but here’s how it looks to me. NBC is a citizenship question, not a political question. Hence, it is a matter for the courts. Eligibility to be a president is the political question. So, solve equation number one, then toss equation number two over to Congress with a statement that Candidate X is not eligible to be President due to court judgment attached to this statement. Q.E.D.

BOTH citiz3nship and eligibility to be president are LEGAL QUESTIONS.

N4tural Born Citiz3nship has been defined by the Constitution and by over a century of Supreme Court decisions.

Cruz (and Rubio) need to present their parents’ documentation and paperwork to clear up their eligibility questions.

Rubio is clearly not eligible. His parents were not citizens when he was born.

Cruz is not eligible because he was born in Canada and his father was not a citizen.

Same with Obama, he did not have two citizen parents.

IANAL, but it seems to me that it’s only a political question when the definition of NBC is not considered settled. (It used to be “settled”, as my generation and my parents’ were taught that an NBC is born on American soil to American citizen parents, and the writings of those who put “NBC” in our documents made it clear that is what an NBC is.) When it’s not “settled”, I think it’s “political” in trying to determine which candidates are or aren’t NBCs.

In reality, I think it’s a legal question, larger than the individual candidate. I think a court has to address the issue, looking at original intention. Once that is done, there would be no issue, no wiggle room, when looking at individual candidates from then on out.

If she is a constitutional ‘Originalist’, her question has already been answered by the Founding Generation, who used or understood no such definition of Natural Born that would have provided eligibility for ones such as Cruz or Obama.

This is how China was “given” the details of the super secret US spy plane under Pres. GW Bush. It was “rumored” at the time that the captured crew did not follow the prescribed protocol if captured by an enemy. It was “rumored” that there were control agents placed on board to prevent protocol procedures from being followed. When the flight crew were returned, they were honored as heroes, but also gagged, considering the whole incident had a very fishy smell. The Chinese eventually returned the plane in pieces. (The Clintons had their own methods to benefit China. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/940025/posts )

    China Almost Certainly Got
    US Spy Plane Secrets
    9-12-3
“BEIJING (Reuters) – U.S. investigators have concluded that China almost certainly gained access to classified information as a result of a mid-air collision between a Chinese fighter and a U.S. spy plane, Jane’s Defense Weekly says in its next edition.
An official U.S. report, obtained by Jane’s last week under the Freedom of Information Act, blamed the Chinese F-8 fighter for the April 2001 collision over the South China Sea off China’s southern island province of Hainan.
The U.S. report contradicted China’s version of the accident which Beijing said was the EP-3E spy plane’s fault. The collision killed the fighter pilot, Wang Wei, and soured Sino-U.S. relations just after George W. Bush had become president.”

March 31, 2001: US Spy Plane Crashes in China; Chinese Strip Plane of Sensitive Equipment
“A US EP-3 Aries II spy plane collides with a Chinese fighter jet over the South China Sea. The fighter crashes, killing the pilot; the EP-3 makes an emergency landing at a Chinese air base on China’s Hainan Island, a landing described as illegal by Chinese officials. 24 American crewmen—including three women and eight code-breakers—are taken into custody by the Chinese. The incident is the Bush administration’s first real foreign-policy crisis. [CNN, 4/2001; BBC, 4/5/2001] The precise location of the US plane is in dispute, with US officials saying that the plane was in international airspace when the collision occurred, and Chinese officials saying that the aircraft was over Chinese airspace.”

It should be obvious to all by now that Donald Trump will be a candidate for president even if he loses the Republican nomination. His most recent remarks about the written vow to support whoever the Republicans nominate being a two edged sword has set up his honorable exit should he lose the nomination.
If he does win the Republican nomination I’ll vote for him, but not if he goes independent because it will mean a win for Hillary.

I don’t want to post my private info here, so not sure how we would do it. If you’re on Instagram, we could private message that way, unless you have another suggestion, or if there is some way to do it through WordPress. I don’t really know much about that kind of stuff.
