Not coincidentally in the State of Florida VS. George Zimmerman case a similar term has been used by those who perpetrate the fraud:

“Leave No Stone Unturned”

On its face it seems a disingenuous statement made to affirm an intent to get to the truth. However, to factually understand the context of its intimidated use in the Zimmerman case you must consider the surrounding facts when it was used.

Bill Lee 2

Throughout the month of March, 2012, the Sanford Police Department had repeatedly stated to the media and interested parties (Martin Family troop of lawyers: Benjamin Crump, Natalie Jackson, Daryl Parks – and media consultant Ryan Julison) that investigation into the case had resulted in nothing found to contradict the description of events outlined by George Zimmerman.

The entire weight of the Sanford PD had turned over every stone, while under extreme pressure, national spotlight, and scrutiny,  and yet found nothing to contradict Mr. Zimmerman.

Nothing.

The President of the United States called Trayvon “his son”, and subsequently new “Stone Turners” were demanded – Police Chief Bill Lee was removed from the department;  Then District Attorney Norman Wolfinger was removed the day after he scheduled a Grand Jury  impanel on April 11th.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, DOJ Civil Rights Head Tom Perez, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and the full weight of the Federal DOJ together with the Federal Community Relations Service, The “Peacekeepers” and The State of Florida took over.

New Stones Were Demanded, and Martin Family Attorney Benjamin Crump provided the “Stone” they needed.  A stone, on March 20th 2012, he introduced as “Dee Dee”:

Congresswoman, Corrine Brown – […] “The Department of Justice officials pledged a complete and thorough investigation with no stone unturned, and in fact, they already have personnel on the ground in Sanford investigating the incident,” said Congresswoman Brown. “It is critical that the residents of Florida and citizens of the United States nationwide know that the U.S. justice system is fair and working properly,” continued the Congresswoman. Florida Attorney General, Pam Bondi – […] “I have spoken to FDLE Commissioner Bailey, whose agency is now involved, and I know that a complete and thorough review of the facts will be conducted. FDLE has skilled investigators of the highest caliber, and no stone will be left unturned in this investigation. While the Seminole County State Attorney’s Office has the sole authority regarding a charging decision by law, I will remain vigilant in ensuring that questions are answered.” (link)

Sanford Mayor, Jeff Triplett – […] “We have a lot of strife in our community right now,” Triplett said at a Capitol Hill briefing where he and Bonaparte appeared with Rep. Corrine Brown, D-Fla. “If If we’ve made an error, I want someone to tell me. There will be no stone that won’t be overturned.(link)

Sanford City Manager Norton Bonaparte – […] Rep. Corrine Brown, D-Florida, Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett and Sanford City Manager Norton Bonaparte met Tuesday with Justice Department officials: Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Thomas E. Perez and Deputy Assistant Attorney General Roy L. Austin Jr. “The gentlemen we spoke with — they said they will not only look at what we’ve done, but they will also … I think his exact comment was there will be no stone that won’t be overturned,” Triplett said. Miami-Dade School Superintendent, Alberto Carvalho[…] I join my voice with those who, in pain and mourning, demand that no stone be left unturned as state and federal entities achieve what, apparently and unjustifiably, the Sanford Police Department has not–justice. (link)

So what do you think newly appointed State Prosecutor Angela Corey stated two weeks later as they placed the cuffs on George Zimmerman due entirely to the Benjamin Crump delivered “Stone Called Dee Dee”?

Angela Corey 2

Angela Corey – […] The “political outcry” over the Trayvon Martin case makes prosecutors work harder, she said. “We would hope that people would give us a chance to get this task that the governor has given us accomplished,” she told CNN. “We will leave no stone unturned in our quest to seek justice for Trayvon and for his parents.(link)

It is either profoundly ironic, or succinctly appropriate, depending on your frame of reference, that George Zimmerman’s defense attorney, Mark O’Mara, referenced a case in a previous motion that directly applies to the use of this term.

The Florida Bar V. Buckle (see page 6 of pdf motion below)

Leave No Stone Unturned - Bar V Buckle

Which directly attaches the use of such terminology to a case where the Florida Bar found such use evidence of an intent at intimidation leading to factual finding of unethical behavior by attorney “Buckle” leading to attorney discipline:
