… of course she does.   The goal here is to plant a seed.  A seed of doubt.  It is a new reality in the vast Alinskyesque method of electoral manipulation from the dark heart of entrenched ideological liberalism.  It is, quite simply, how they roll.

However, it works in both directions and unfortunately the best way to confront their manipulation is to go on the attack.  You must punch these characters square in the nose or you end up being Palinized under the weight of false allegations being cast like scatter-shot from a bullshit canon just to see what sticks.

Gingrich needs to call Pelosi a liar, a manipulator, and call her to task by questioning her motivations and outlining her illicit character.   Provide no quarter.  Hold nothing back.  Make her go on defense and prove her allegations.  When she cannot, then use that as an example to prove how evil the soul of manipulation from the left has become.    Don’t spend time defending yourself or you end up like Sarah Palin being dragged down into the mire of false accusation, after false accusation.   Their only goal is to tie you up and keep you from advancing a message that will destroy their ideological narrative.

(The Hill) — House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s office shot back Wednesday after Newt Gingrich told her to just release whatever ethics report she had been hinting at releasing.

A day earlier Pelosi (D-Calif.) reiterated a previous indication that she had dirt on Gingrich from his days when he was under a House ethics investigation while Speaker of the House.

“There’s something I know,” Pelosi said on CNN.

In response, Gingrich said that Pelosi should just release whatever she was referring to.

“If she knows something, I have a simple challenge: Spit it out,” Gingrich said Wednesday on NBC’s “Today” show.

Later the same day, Pelosi’s office said that Pelosi was referring to the likelihood that Gingrich would win the Republican presidential nomination and beat President Obama in the 2012 general election, as well as the entire Ethics Committee’s findings on Gingrich.

“The ‘something’ Leader Pelosi knows is that Newt Gingrich will not be President of the United States. She made that clear last night,” Pelosi spokesman Drew Hammill said in a statement. “Leader Pelosi previously made a reference to the extensive amount of information that is in the public record, including the comprehensive committee report with which the public may not be fully aware.”  (read more)
