  • #1  It’s unconstitutional to apply a religious test to immigration.
  • #2  The U.S. Government doesn’t track religion on immigration.

#1  The U.S. Constitutional protection does not cover foreigners or foreign immigration applicants.  The U.S. Constitution only covers *CURRENT* U.S. Citizens and permanent resident aliens.

#2  If the Feds don’t track religion of immigrant applicants – then how do you think the U.S. Government knows the number of “Christian” Syrians ?
