There was so much glad handing and back slapping, I thought I would loose my lunch. “Good job, Hillary. We all think you are fabulous. Nevermind that four Americans were slaughtered on your watch. What a good job you have done.”
We are expected to believe that a commuication from Chris Stevens, in the hottest of the hot spots in the Middle East, requesting additional security, did not make to Hillary’s attention? Yeah, I’m buying that one, along with some ocean front property in Lubbock, Texas. Call it the “Deliberate Deception of Denial” policy, all being pushed by the most deception, non-transparent administration in modern history.
Maybe someone can tell me if Charlene Lamb, who in earlier testimony said she was the one responsible for assigning security to the Bengazi compound, still has a job? If so, why? Whose head will roll for this? Hillary is padding her account for 2016.
Last I heard, Charlene Lamb and three other State Dept. employees did still have jobs. They were put on paid leave for a few weeks, the press reported they were gone, then they quietly returned to work. No one was fired.
I’ve been listening in the background all day, I’ve heard a lot of that didn’t come to my attention, I wasn’t aware of that, I wasn’t involved in the talking points, etc.
The most hilarious thing I’ve heard though is that the terrorists or whatever they call themselves (her words not mine) in Africa have no interest or the ability to attack our homeland.
Today was nothing more for some members of congress to give Clinton a bon voyage party. This q & a session (that only allotted 5 min total per committee member) should have only focused on BENGHAZI. Those members that blamed bush, championed women rights or other selfish political desires should hold their heads in shame. Those 4 brave men that died on THEIR watch deserved so much better.

Regarding all these cables her Department receives? I would think there would be protocols re: the urgency level of the cable. geeez, even in email you can red flag something. Are all the cables asking for security cause they are under attack, or perceive an attack? Of course not. If so, we are in bad shape. Don’t these people know how to pick up a telephone? Don’t telephones work in 2013? No cellphone with hotline number ready to go? It’s funny tho how through all the communications sent by average joe citizen they can pick out the one that needs immediate attention cause it may involve the life of the president, or some other phoney politician. I bet if it was about her life she would have known about it pronto. I’m just not buying this “do you know how many cables we get” business. Please, spare me. Nobody could buy that argument and why she is going there is beyond me.

5 min than cut to 3 is no where near amount of time needed for a serious inquiry/rebuttal into Benghazi. Committee of like minded members should have streamlined pertinent questions in y/n format and if anyone missed getting the question in or answer, it should have the next member pick it up on their time slot.

I watched the entire hearing today and I really was expecting more questions than that big old love fest. What happens now? Will we get to hear her written responses to those who asked, will those anwers even matter. Still seems like nobody is or ever will be held responsible.
I did take note of Hillary copying Obama’s Newtown tears effect.
House Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA) is a worthless piece of dog poo. No substance whatsoever to that House Hearing of any value…. Millions of Americans are pissed off that this opportunity was missed.
After watching that, all I could think was “were doomed”. If these people can’t stand up to known lies spewed by Hillary, then how are they ever going to stand up to defend our rights. They will cower from Obama just as they did with Hillary.
Hillary is just damn glad she didn’t have to submit to Treehouse questioning.
This was just a circling of the political wagons. These politicians, RINO or Democrat, are not going to upset their own applecart by asking hard questions. When McCain does actually string words together as he did yesterday in a specifically bold and timely fashion, I just get so frustrated with his apparent inability to function that way during–say–the 2008 campaign? He can’t be depended on to be bold or timely with his truth-telling.
I agree with Putin’s perspective on “public gay activities” but I sure don’t wish on gay Russians the officially sanctioned punishments that Putin probably has in mind for them if they don’t do what he demands: those who openly oppose Putin have a way of ending up dead.
