Some of the states are passing laws against the Federal Gun Grab. Now. In the 1860′s the CSA passed ordinances of secession. This was because of slavery and the Federal Government abolishment of slavery and Lincoln’s emancipation “proclamation.” The slave states did not want the Federal Government to abolish slavery in their state because they considered it a states right under certain articles in the constitution.
These laws are somewhat similar. But with a different subject matter. The CSA ordinances repealed all state laws about the joining of the United States. Here the states are fighting the Federal encroachment and intrusion of the 2nd amendment.
