I know that is true. I’m having a hard time with my own feelings, with those who have played the race baiting tactics. We’ve had it with Zimmerman, Jesse Jackson now claiming suspending a black kid is profiling and racist. The shooting in Wisconsin and the race baiters talk of it’s okay to shoot a man on your porch because he’s black.
How about JJ when a kid of any color defaces school property they are suspended, in my day you would have had a board across your butt along with a suspension. To those crying about the guy on the porch, it wasn’t his porch and if you’re on my back porch, which is also enclosed in the middle of the night, you’re probably going to be shot, whether your white, black or purple.
I have never looked at a black person in a public place before and wondered if they were going to attack or whip out a gun, now I do. So the race baiters have officially turned me into a profiler.

What this sort of stuff HAS done is utterly remove any vestiges of guilt or sympathy I might feel towards members of those protected groups based on how they may have been treated in the past.
When black people will proudly admit they voted for Obama because he was black, period, they have lost the right to complain if some ignorant wretch voted against Obama just because he was black.
When black people ignore or excuse violence committed by their own against other races, yet rise up on self-righteous indignation when a black person is inflicted with so much as a papercut by whites (Or even a “white Hispanic”)… they have lost the right to complain when people simply quit caring about the violence that afflicts the black community.
If they insist on treating me as a racist, implying that I owe them something because of the color of my skin and theirs, and casting every situation in the light of US versus THEM… Why should I give a tinker’s damn about them? They’re THEIR people, not MY people, and as they insist on throwing that attitude into our faces again and again and again, how can they be surprised or indignant when a lot of us finally say, “Yeah, fine, whatever. You’re not my people. To hell with you, and you can take the express handbasket down.”
I have friends that are black, many who are more like family than friends. I was talking to one of them about this and how I hate now looking at a black person in the grocery store or at the gas pump as someone who would like to harm me for the color of my skin. She told me, you need to feel that way because at least half if not more of blacks feel that way. That it’s not profiling, it’s the truth.
She’s been warning me since before Obama got elected what would happen because in their mind electing a black man as President meant they finally had the power, but they never meant power as a good thing, but instead to further their victim status all the while making others their victim in the eyes of it being a payback and honestly believing they could now commit crimes without punishment.
It’s hard to put in writing her words, but according to her it’s going to get worse if he’s re-elected and for the short term it’s going to be really bad if he’s not re-elected, because in their view that is the whites stealing their power from them and they’re going to go into a fit of rage until they’re brought under control. On the other hand though if he’s re-elected that’s going to give them a sense of even more power. Although playing the victim while victimizing is not rational thought for the majority of Americans it makes perfect sense to them.

When my family first moved to Eastern AR, it was a cultural eye opening event in so many ways. I was looking for a job and took the test so that I could work in state offices. I went on at least 3 interviews at 3 different state agencies and never got a job. I was even told in one that I had the best score on the typing test. The one thing that I noticed was that I was in the minority walking into those state offices. It got to the point that when I was called on the phone to ask if I would come for an interview, I wanted to tell them that I was white and would I still be able to be hired. That was my first experience with reverse discrimination. I now live in Memphis and it’s very hard to not be racist because of all the race-baiting that goes on here. It’s also hard when you are the only one at the grocery store paying for your groceries with your own money and not an EBT card while they are dressed to the nines and talking on their cell phones.
That happened to my husband several years ago he had been working at a college in the maintenance department for a few years. He had the training and the licenses, etc., the head of maintenance was retiring and he applied for that job, they hired a black man whose only experience was he worked for one year as a janitor at an elementary school 10 years ago. My husband at the time had been debating going into business for himself and this was the push it took for him to do it. When he turned in his resignation he was begged to not leave because there was certain equipment that he was the only one on staff qualified to work on. So they actually tried the guilt trip of if we have to contract this out and we don’t have that in the budget. He told them they better hurry up and send their janitor to school then. Six months later they were calling him telling him the job was open again and if he wanted to re-apply. After some checking he found out the black guy never came to work on time if he came at all and was caught twice with alcohol and the final straw was when he was arrested on campus for selling dope.
Now I’m not saying all blacks are that way, but they just had to hire a black guy, the only black guy who applied for the job and he only applied because it was right after the welfare reform and he was sent there to apply by DHS.

I believe that the racist blacks are more the minority than the majority. Memphis has many blacks who have moved out to the suburbs because of the schools. Our goal is to reach them and get them to vote their values, not their habit of voting Dem.
The policy of affirmative action though imo is like that. Too many people will hire the minority just because they’re a minority regardless of their work or criminal history. The businesses that don’t then have to fear lawsuits. It’s crazy.

Certain things automatically put you in moderation. Several links in a post, as well as the S word will do it. We all try to keep an eye on things all day, but if we get busy, it sometimes might be a little while before one of us springs you.

Menagerie- Thank you for what you and all of the others do here at the Tree. I’ve read some sites that don’t moderate any comments, and they are unreadable and revolting. The worst had to be a comment posted by a black racist who said the white guy that was beaten with a hammer, by two black teens in Sanford, deserved every blow he got. He said that he only hoped the guy (who is on life support) woke up one last time to feel every bit of pain possible from the injuries.
While I love the Justice for George rally that will take place this Sunday, in Sanford, by some GZ supporters, who say it is more than time to Stand Your Ground, I can only hope it doesn’t escalate into violence and more killings. However, it truly is more than time to stand up against the race hustlers.

I just heard Arthur Ayala (sp) on Fox taking the side of the prosecution and saying that they are going to hammer home the fact that GZ was told not to continue following Martin, and he obviously did, because it ended in a deadly confrontation. Is he purposely omitting the Friday bond hearing, where the co-lead investigator admitted, under oath, that they had no proof that GZ did not turn and go back to his vehicle? This idiot also said the prosecution has witnesses that “heard” the confrontation. He also ignored that the investigator said they had no proof or evidence of who started the fight. The Fox host never corrected him. What was that glorious phrase sundance coined? Cognitive Codependence! It is everywhere.
Judge Janine is all in for the Mob too. Fox is trying to build street cred. Media types are all the same. Fox included. Not very bright, and they all have their PC Minders hovering in the background. In a strange twist Nancy Grace was hammering Crump. Unexpected?
Shortly after the Friday hearing, Fox had some guests on to analyze the hearing. I literally saw some shaking their heads at how horrible the prosecution did. O’Mara was called brilliant more than once. Then a little later Judge Janine came on and said the prosecution didn’t do so badly. One had to wonder if she watched the same hearing. Then she went all in on the bloody head picture not being authentic, the color of the blood was not real, and she insisted that the blood was running in the wrong direction, and there should have been splatters.
The next day the Judge was on with Greg Jarret, and he said I see you don’t agree that the prosecution blew it. She said, of no, I didn’t say that. I thought they were awful, and the investigator on the stand was terrible.
The next night she had Benjamin Crump on her show, and she again went all in with him, and showed her support for his cause. She brought up with him the fact that she didn’t believe the pictures were real. She said the same stupid thing about the blood not running in the right direction.
Judge Janine is a phony. It is a very good thing for all of society that she is no longer sitting on the court.
She just never seemed like that until recently.
I tell you though the one who drives me nuts more than any other and that’s Sunny Holsten, she claims to be a former federal prosecutor and yet she’s the most clueless on laws. Not just this case, but any case I’ve ever heard her talk about. As for this case though I heard her on Tru Tv say the investigator didn’t hurt the prosecution because they’re not concerned about proving who started the fight or who confronted who because it has no bearing on the case, all they have to be concerned with is the end result and who was shot and who pulled the trigger. How does someone this clueless ever even get a job as a prosecutor?

I keep seeing some things on other sites, in the comments usually, that are untrue or undocumented so I want to point those out in case anyone here sees that and feels like making a correction.
1) GZ was not a ‘self-appointed’ watchman making patrols. There is no evidence of that. He was a participant of the neighborhood watch program initiated in the community as a result of a rash of breakins. He was on his way to Target when he spotted ‘someone suspicious’, leading to his first 911 call.
I will add here that as far as we know, he was acting appropriately and in compliance with established Neighborhood Watch programs, and let’s not forget even Big Sis has advised us on many occasions to ‘if you see something, say something’.
2) there is no evidence, zero, he followed Martin. There is evidence that Martin approached him. This is determined by examining the layout of the apartment complex in conjunction with known information available from the 911 calls.
3) there is no evidence, zero, that Zimmerman was the aggressor. No one saw the start of the fight and the injuries to Zimmerman strongly indicate that Martin was the aggressor. This is what will determine the outcome of this case. Many have tried to say that Zimmerman following Martin is evidence Zimmerman was the aggressor, but simply following someone is not a green light to punch that person. See #2 anyway…it’s irrelevant.
There’s probably more but these are the ones that keep rearing their heads.
OH…and when are we going to see charges against the NBPP for soliciting the kidnapping and murder of a citizen?
As regards part two, it’s my understanding that yes, Zimmerman was following Martin in order to not lose track of him before the police arrived on the scene. However, when the dispatcher asked if he was following Martin, and told him “we don’t need you to do that”, Zimmerman told the dispatcher “OK” and quit following.
A key fact here is that at that point Martin was close enough to “home” that he could have reached “safety” while Zimmerman was still on the phone with the dispatcher. And, the lead investigator was drawn into admitting under oath at the bail hearing that they had no evidence to refute Zimmerman’s claim that Martin attacked him… And we’ve all seen the evidence that Zimmerman was indeed attacked, physical evidence as well as what the witness “John” had to say on TV the day after.
You’ll see charges against the NBPP for solicitation of kidnap and murder right after Holder decides to charge the NBPP thugs that were hanging out in front of a polling place in paramilitary costumes and feloniously carrying police batons. Translated, NEVER.
griz- On Friday, O’Mara asked Gilbreath how he knew that Martin was heading home, and Gilbreth answered that he was in the dog run area of the complex. That proves absolutely nothing.
Gilbreath also said they have a witness that saw shadows of two people running past her window. Then why did the incident happen all the way at the opposite end of the building from where Brandy Green lived. I don’t know where the witness lived, but it seems the whole affair took place in the dog run area. That more so proves what many have said, that Martin backtracked, and attacked GZ from the left rear. The prosecution is going to have a very hard time explaining why Martin couldn’t run home when he had ample opportunity, and a clear path to do so. O’Mara did bring up the distance to Green’s apt. on Friday.
I’m personally almost looking forward to the inept buffoon of a prosecutor having to offer up “shadows” in rebuttal to an eyewitness account, EMT and police reports of injuries (and a PICTURE of Zimmerman’s bloody head, fer crissakes!), the 911 audio, etc. etc. etc.
Somehow I don’t think it’s gonna come to that. Based on the bail hearing, I don’t think this judge is gonna be tolerant of the games that are being played by the prosecution.

Agreed griz. The prosecution was trying with all they had to portray GZ as a loose cannon, and someone who can’t control his anger. They thought the 2005 ATF incident was enough proof that he is a violent person. It was classic when the judge said toward the end, that these types of incidents (ATF raids) happen all to frequently, and he refused to buy that GZ has anger problems based on that incident.
So the prosecution won’t win on the anger issue, they can’t prove that he didn’t walk back toward his truck, and they can’t prove who threw the first punch. What is left for them to even remotely think they can get a conviction on, if it even gets that far?

See…I think that’s open to interpretaton based on the layout of the apartment complex. From where GZ originally made the 911 call in relation to the clubhouse and the final altercation spot. If GZ had been following St. Skittles, and I mean really following him, would the altercation have been between GZs truck and the clubhouse or somewhere between the clubhouse and Green’s apartment? How close could GZ have been following anyway to state that he lost sight of the person? It is really irrelevant anyway because following someone does not entitle that person to assault priviledges. If this is what the prosecution is hinging the case on, they are stupids.
I only posted this because I’m seeing over and over the same BS on other blogs and news sites about GZ following, GZ being some sort of one man posse, called a vigilante, the aggressor, etc. I hope that anyone here will post on other sites and continue to challenge those assertions because GZ can’t speak for himself. We must step in and defend the defenseless. I feel it’s a duty.

Right on the front page of their website, they ask the citizens in the community to watch out for suspecious behavior in their neighborhoods, and to report it to the police. GZ is an evil person for doing what they themselves have promoted.
yeah…and the NAACP says SYG is dandy in domestic violence cases. They really want to make law as they go along don’t they. I asked myself the question this am that with so many Martin supporters saying things like his wounds weren’t serious and he didn’t have the right to ventilate a thug, at what point would they have defended themselves by whatever means necessary? How many blows to the head would they have taken before they would bave used whatever was at hand to protect themselves? 15 blows? If this makes it to trial, I’m sure the defense is going to have someone testify as to what blows to the back of the head can do. That should pretty much seal it for the defense. I’m sick of the Martin’s. I think they are despicable people who couldn’t or wouldn’t do what was necessary to raise their son as he moved from a child to a teenager and started to go wild. He said that many times it doesn’t show up for years with some victims.
sometimes it is within days or hours. I have known of cases where there has been an injury and the person suddenly dropped dead within days…. and this is when the person had looked ok.
Initially I thought parents were guilt ridden because they didn’t step in to control TM when things started going south for him years before; had no guidance, no repricussion, the llife of crime was in the cards. Due to whatever circumstances, they were too busy with their own lives to monitor his…which as a parent is inexcusable.

I find it an interesting psychological insight into my own mind, that even with years and years of experience arguing and dealing with angry racist blacks amongst other annoying lib’tards, I am STILL shocked at the stupidity, malign intent, and willful disregard of reality displayed by the sort of In-DUH-viduals that populate DU.

Trayvon Martin’s parents, as well as everyone listed above have blood on their hands.
There was a 78 year old man beaten by a group of black thugs, they said that was for Trayvon.
There was a 50 year old white man, attacked in his car, drug into the woods and beaten so badly he is on life support, by two black teens. One of the teens has been linked to a Black cult group.
Now, a white teen was beaten and robbed in Chicago, because the teens were so angry about the Trayvon Martin shooting.
How much more of this has to happen before the race hustlers are “confronted” and forced to stand down? When will the media fairly and accurately report the black on white crimes, that have happened as a result of the Sharpton’s in this world? How long will it be before there is open rioting among the races in the streets? This is getting very scarry. As much as I hate not having the availability of modern technology, like high speed internet LOL, living in a remote location does have many advantages. I promise GZ can come and live with us, and no one would ever know he was here.
Actually, it was robbed, then beaten. That sort of animal gets more brave once they’ve insured the victim is gonna remain passive. Of course, it’s Chicago, so the law-abiding have little choice other than to remain unarmed.

IMO O’Mara needs to investigate aspects of Martin’s background. Considering his trash talk on Twitter I suspect Martin expressed his violent tendencies in online chat or when hanging with friends.
Somewhere there is evidence proving that on that fateful night Martin had simply lost it. He had had it with “whitey” harassing him. He lost his temper and decided to do something about it. He did what his friend (or cousin?) his Tweet, he snuck up on George Zimmerman and proceeded to “whoop his ass.”
Also consider, why exactly did Trayvon have a Twitter handle “no limit nigga?” It is probably too late to get the music that Trayvon had on his iPod or computer, but certainly his music downloads can be checked into.
I wonder if he “stole” or “borrowed” the handle from this convict. Did he listen to and was he influenced by this artist and his rap (a convicted murderer, by the way. Some role model):
I mention all this to point out there is an “electronic trail” and Martin’s digital fingerprints that would enable O’Mara to prove (with expert testimony) that one facet of Trayvon Martin’s psyche was a disposition toward violence, if verbal only, someday it would turn physical.
The Martin lawyer$ are $aying that George Zimmerman wa$ a raci$t. While we know they don’t believe that, they have $uce$$fully convinced the media and public that is what he i$ and wa$ that night.
OK, that has opened the door to O’Mara getting evidence that it was actually TRAYVON MARTIN who was the racist. IMO, we need to examine all aspects of Martin’s life to establish not only that he was a racist, but that his PROFILE evidenced that he was a VIOLENT racist, or a very angry black kid on his way to resenting “white America” and acting out on his fantasies of “whooping whitey’s ass.”
And to the extent this was Trayvon Martin’s profile, it should also be investigated to what extent the “greatest parents in the world” (as portrayed by The Scheme Team) contributed to his makeup and personality, or to the extent they let it happen.
To be sure, IMO bad parenting is evident from the school suspensions (3 in 4 months), perhaps giving permission for him to have tattoos plastered on his arms (and where else that we don’t know yet, e.g. on his chest or legs), I assume paying for his gangsta looking gold grill, not supervising his Internet activities (if they approved of his posting pics of him flipping off the camera, swearing up a storm, posting shirtless pics, talking about having sex with girls, and that “all bitches are good for is getting sex”, then this opens a whole new inquiry, i.e., maybe it is the parents fault that Trayvon Martin assaulted Zimmerman that night.)

Uh no, surely you understand the trial concept of “opening the door” and “waiver.” George Zimmerman is entitled to inquire who are the real racists here since you have opened the door to that inquiry.
And you have portrayed Trayvon Martin as a perfect little angel kid, as depicted in those cherubic pics. You have presented “evidence” to show the world who Trayvon Martin was. You have waived any right to privacy or line of inquiry Zimmerman is entitled to pursue to disprove that Trayvon was who you say he was.
