However, after AMLO delivered a speech where he called out Joe Biden, the DEA and the CIA for trying to interfere in Mexico [HERE], many people reading here predicted Samantha Power would now show up in Mexico.

Keep in mind that nearly a million central American economic migrants can be unleashed by AMLO, and likely will be, as Joe Biden and the Mexican president have faced off for almost two years over North American energy policy. Stunningly, AMLO has not backed down an inch, and instead went on the offensive against Joe Biden and Justin Trudeau. This put a target on his back and was likely the impetus for U.S. intelligence agencies to call upon Samantha Power to do her thing.
MEXICO CITY, May 3 (Reuters) – Mexico’s president asked his U.S. counterpart Joe Biden to stop the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) from funding groups hostile to his government, according to a letter presented to journalists on Wednesday, echoing previous Mexican criticism of U.S. interventionism.
President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador did not specify which Mexican groups the U.S. should stop funding, but he has in the past accused several media organizations of being part of a conservative movement against his government.
“The U.S. government, specifically though USAID, has for some time been financing organizations openly against the legal and legitimate government I represent,” he said in the letter. “This is clearly an interventionist act, contrary to international law and the relations which should prevail between free and sovereign states.”
The letter calls for Biden’s intervention, saying the U.S. State Department in recent days announced that USAID would increase its funding toward such organizations. (read more)

With hindsight, and “knowing what we know now” it appears the Beta test for Dominion electronic voting systems (introduced in the U.S. after the created crises of Bush v Gore) was the 1988 Mexican Presidential election.
Mexico long had strict voter I.D. laws, and so no mail in ballots, and voter I.D. waa by FINGERPRINT on each ballot, with the “new, better electronic voting system”.
Thing is, sig var, fingerprint match or facial recognition software is basically the same program; it merely finds “points” in the image that are “the same”.
And such programs inherently HAVE to have a “setting”; adjusted to 100 percent, ONLY two copies of EXACTLY the same image (signature, fingerprint or photo) would be deemed a match, and set at 10 percent, ANY two images, so long as there is SOMETHING, will be deemed a match.
Anyway, in what we now recognise as the “tell tale” for “drop and roll” the counting on election night was proceeding, with candidate A leading.
Then at around 11:00 p.m. they STOPPED the count, saying there was a “glitch” and 1 1/2 hours later (after they reset the “values” of the “weighted” votes, candidate B jumped to slightly ahead, and procceded to be declared the winner.
The election continued to be questioned, and eventually they burned all the ballots, to put the issue to rest permanently.
It should be noted; IF the cheaters accurately estimate what the LEGITIMATE margin of victory WOULD be, for the candidate they want to defeat, and so set the “weighted vote” #’s ‘right’ there is NO “Stopping the count” and so no “tell-tale” clear indication that the algorythm was used.
Hence, we really have no way of knowing how many elections were “rigged” using this system, as its only when they underestimated the true margin, that we get that “stop the counting” tell tale.
