After an election fraught with corruption within Brazil, President Jair Bolsonaro was silent as tens of millions of people filled the streets in protest. Brazilian President-elect Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva is in a tenuous position with the military looming and prepared for intervention.
Today, after remaining silent for 40 days, and with increased national sentiment in strong opposition to the election fraud that happened, Jair Bolsonaro spoke to a massive crowd telling them the military would follow the constitution and determine the outcome. The certification of the election is scheduled for Monday.
It appears that Bolsonaro is telling the people of Brazil that whatever the people do, they will not suffer at the hand of the Brazilian military – it appears Bolsonaro has the word of the generals within the military to support the people and not conduct violence against them. WATCH:
.
It is highly probable, given the stakes of the matter, that Joe Biden has signed a ‘finding memo’ authorizing the U.S State Department and CIA to conduct covert influence operations in the country. The security forces in/around Jair Bolsonaro appear to be on high alert as the well-liked leader talks to the people of Brazil.
(Reuters) – Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro broke his silence on Friday for the first time since his election defeat on Oct. 30 and spoke to supporters calling for a military coup to stop leftist President-elect Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva taking office.
Bolsonaro said he had kept silent for almost 40 days, adding, “it hurts my soul.”
“Who decides where I go are you. Who decides which way the armed forces go are you,” Bolsonaro told his supporters at the gates of the presidential residence.
In his ambiguous comments, Bolsonaro did not endorse their call for a military intervention, but said the armed forces would respect Brazil’s Constitution.
He has not recognized Lula’s victory in the October elections and his silence encouraged supporters to continue demonstrations outside army bases.
Lula’s narrow victory over Bolsonaro will be certified by Brazil’s national electoral authority on Monday. (more)

This is the result of US interference in an election.
If not US interference in Brazilian elections it is the use of ballot counting machines. Certainly one US Marxist (Biden & Co.) likes another in Brazil.
Dominion, its right there in the name.
Used in Mexico in IIRC 1988 Presidential election, in Venezuela, in MANY elections around the World, it is a much easier way for the Intel community to bring about regime change.
Someone else likes him, too.

“Congratulations to Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on the occasion of his victory in the Brazilian presidential election
Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory telegram to Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on the occasion of his victory in the Brazilian presidential election.
October 31, 2022
The telegram, in particular, says:
“The results of the vote confirmed your high political authority.
I hope that through joint efforts we will ensure the further development of constructive Russian-Brazilian cooperation in all areas.”
Congratulations are standard procedure. Doesn’t mean like or dislike. Did Putin congratulate Biden? Did any country’s leader condemn the results of the Brazil election?
And what should your answer tell me? That 5 D chess and the draining of the swamp continue behind the scenes?:)
If this is what you have in mind, and if your judgment is based on “data” from the usual suspects of Western alternative Russophobic media posing as Russophiles, I have to tell you that you know nothing about the reality in Russia. I mean, nothing.
I follow things only from Russian sources in Russian; of all kinds – from the most official, specialized sites, Ministries, I read state strategies and road maps, most important organizations, all important conferences, to in-depth reports from Russian patriotic media, which cannot afford to turn a blind eye to what is happening and planned, because they live and raise the children and will live in Russia – do you understand that well? (I do not follow liberal or other pro-Western or various party opponents; nor party or cowardly analysts.)
If this what you oppose to me, are Saker, Pepe, Durand and the others, if I have to put it as gently and tactfully as possible, miserables from kindergarten – which, in fact, should never reach the eyes of children because they are harmful – I have to tell you that my only problem is that I read in the rules that comments should not be long.;)
Bolsonaro did not congratulate Biden in 2020 because he knew the election was stolen. He waited quite a while until he sent his regards as a show of solidarity with his friend President Trump.
Guess your right. I suppose all those nations sent the same sort of message to Adolf.
The problem isn’t Putin trying to use this for his advantage.
The problem is that our CIA is trying to hand Brazil to China with their Election Coup CheatWare, just like China’s Obiden Colonial Government here in America.
And we should state “again” US interference in yet another election, 2 years after the Biden Regime interfered with its own 2020 presidential election to steal away a Trump victory from the American people.
The difference between Brazil and the US is it would appear that the citizens are not going to allow the steel to stand.
We have not had widespread personal suffering the way the Brazilians did under Lula. If that were the case we would be in the streets too. As long as we are personally wealthy we will not see change.
Glad to hear that Liz. Hope your kids are enjoying their grooming and that your neighbors enjoy being prosecuted for being straight, christian or white.
By the way with inflation at about 18%, how many years do you suppose it will take inflation to destroy your wealth? At that point what would you do that you are not doing now?
“We have not had widespread personal suffering the way the Brazilians did under Lula.”
Yet.
US interference? I say CIA interference. The CIA has been meddling in the worlds political landscape for decades corrupting elections, starting wars and toppling governments and installing dictators. How are they able to get away with it? How can it be stopped.
Bigger question….Who is using the CIA for these purposes?
And, what is the way to stop this person/people?
After the 2020 election, I asked a friend who was career military whether the military would support the people. He said they took a vow to the Constitution. I don’t think he has a clue what I was really asking, so I didn’t speak any more to him about it.
On a related note, he mentioned how shocked and disappointed that his wife had pushed his oldest (at 18) to vote for Biden, and a dutiful Democrat, all while he was away serving his country.
It’s not a vow, it’s an oath. And the last time I checked the first three words of the document are ” We The People”. If he is unclear who he has sworn an oath to, maybe he shouldn’t sworn at all.
Thank him for his service, his son too.
His son? The one who wears the dress who voted for Biden?
I don’t know it all, but what I know is that the Brazilian Constitution doesn’t give power for a military take over.
The Brazilian Constitution was written in 1988, after the Military dictatorship. People wanted a Democracy, and the Constitution made provisions exactly to avoid another dictatorship.
I know that people want to hear differently, and that I will be called names here for saying this, but the reality is what it is. I feel bad. I have family and friends in Brazil, and I wish they can find a better solution.
What the Constitution says is that the Senate has the power over the Tribunal Eleitoral Judicial (the Court that oversees elections). But, they already gave the go ahead to Lula.
The other provision would be for the Congress to cut Lula’s budget. But, this week, they already approved all the money Lula asked for and even more. Mostly because President Bolsonaro gave a lot of money to people during the “pandemic”, now Lula took the opportunity to say that he needs all the money to continue doing so. Of course he is already making excuses and will not help the people, but help himself and his comrades.
OK … bring it on.. you can call me anything you want. This is the reality.
I don’t want Lula as President but I don’t want a Military dictatorship either.
Several days ago Bolsonaro stated that he would die for his country. Those huge crowds dont want Lula either. Since the military said they wouldnt harm the people, could this mean a nod to a revolution by the people?
The people don’t have weapons. The good people, that is.
Not so, Bolsonaro repealed gun control and allowed people to acquire arms for self-defense. Crime and violence dropped dramatically under him.
That is how I interpreted his comments. The military is not going to throw out Lula, but on the other hand they are not going to stop YOU (The People) from doing so.
SO the people are free to fight their way thru the ranks of highly paid mercenary military operators to grab Lula by the scruff of the neck, drag him out into the nearest gutter, and terminate him brutally and finally. Some, perhaps many, will die in the process, while hopefully the Brazilian military stands down and allows the Revolution to occur.
The Brazilian people are way ahead of us, with their protest presence in the streets by the millions. Perhaps the fresh taste of freedom and liberty is still succulent upon their tongues, having achieved it only since 1988.
And, perhaps we here in America have long forgotten that taste, in our nearly 250 years of the American kind. Would that we would remember, get tough, and deliver justice and righteousness to our own tyrants.
Article 142 The military has the role of “guaranteeing constitutional powers” under the “supreme authority of the president.” That is from the New York Times.
You say you don’t want a military dictatorship but the alternative is the stealing of national power by a convicted criminal and his lackeys on the Supreme Court. While we can wish for other realities, there is no third option.
May your loved ones in Brazil be safe and well in the coming weeks.
A few months ago I listened to an interview with a woman who had been born under the Soviet Union and later lived under Putin in Russia.
She said she’d pick the dictator (Putin) over the communist (Soviet Union), saying there is a big difference in the experience of living under a dictatorship vs totalitarianism.
She said totalitarians (communists) wants to surveil and control evey tiny aspect of one’s life, there’s no escape for a moment.
The dictator however doesn’t care to control every detail of your life as long as you don’t get in the way of his important agendas.
So with a dictator (in this case Putin) she felt her every day lived experience was freer than it was under the Soviet Union.
I’m not a Brazilian and I’m not facing what Brazilians on the ground are facing, nor do I have Brazil’s history with military dictatorship. Still if it were me, I’d choose the dictator (military dictatorship) over communism.
Better one dictator than a million little bureaucratic dictators.
Wow. That’s a strong statement that needs to be broadcast everywhere.
And does the President have the authority to remove/appoint the top Generals?
Yes, he DOES. Lulu has already put out a list of people he will appoint, to replace the top generals, who will no doubt get a bullet for their actions, so far.
So, they intervene or die.
If this is indeed the ending, then I’m so very sad for your friends and family. You and they must be beyond worried. I don’t know how Lula would compare to our current government here – would guess most communist/globalists are similar. Hope your Brazilian relations live near each other — loving family, friends to bolster each other.
Incorrect Article 142 of the Brazilian Constitution gives the military the authority.
Lulu usurped power by illegal means, which is the very definition of a dictator.
Bolsanaro would be saving the Democracy by using to military to prevent the takeover.
Get it straight.
Same thing happened in Egypt re. Muslim Brotherhood. Military kicked out Supreme Court frauds and now rules country peacefully.
Thank you for sharing that information. Many countries, including Brazil and the US are trying to sort out what to do when one political group breaks the social contract and violates the constitution. Our systems only work if everyone follows the laws and constitutions. After one side breaks that, does the other side defend the constitution and lose to cheaters? Or do they play by the new rules of lawlessness?
Brazil’s answer could become the spark for the rest of the world.
I think Trump was suggesting suspending the Constitution if thats what was needed to solve the problem of the illegitimate Presidency…..May be totally wrong but that was my understanding.
I believe he was saying that the Biden regime coup and the silence of the courts after the stolen election was what suspended the Constitution, that we are now living under a suspended Constitution.
PDJT is right. The in-our-face election steals. Musk’s Twitter reveals. Everyone is focused on what Twitter did when the real story is what the government did and is doing (led by the leaders of the Biden Election Coup). The Biden Coup has been systematically suspending our Bill of Rights.
Any actions on our side is to correct the steal, to return what was stolen, to bring the country back to the Constitution.
Defend what? The Constitution is about as much protection as our border right now, and for the same reason. Show me where we have – i.e. know we can rely on – the Bill of Rights, starting with freedom of speech?
We aren’t in a position of defending, we need to rebuild!
When you certify a fraudulent election, you have by default, a dictatorship.
Is stealing an election in the Brazilian Constitution?
It is in the red states.
The hotest place in hell is reserved for the fence sitters. Enjoy.
Seems to me the same problem we have here: we already weren’t operating under the Constitution. I mean, how many of the Bill of Rights can we rely on right now? (Freedom of speech, nope, freedom of assembly, nope, etc.) We got the Constitution as the result of a war against tyranny; we’re probably not going to be able to restore our Constitution without at the very least a show of peaceful force.
Here’s something I’d like your perspective on; in my military history class in college, they pointed out that overall in world history, militaries don’t tend to rule for long periods because, even more than civilians don’t like being ruled by the military, militaries really don’t like dealing with messy civilian problems. So it seems quite possible to me that the Brazilian military really is the best hope Brazil has for re-establishing its constitution. (Not the case in the US; our military has been gutted of principled leaders.) What do you think?
Notice the crawl at the bottom of the screen.
He isn’t calling for a coup. The military has a responsibility under Article 142 of the Brazilian Constitution.
Despite what that female news parrot says, Bolsonaro is not calling for a military coup!
The coup already took place. This is part of the word games the Marxists always play. Any intervention to restore lawful order would be UNDOING the coup that took place, i.e., the stolen election.
Same exact thing that happened in America in 2020 🙁
So, an “Un-coup”, a “reverse-coup”,…?
A re-coup coup”?
I LOVE those clocks!!!!!!!!
exactly
Projection, once again. How many times, how many more times, folks?
Agreed…if they want to call it a coup, then it is a counter coup to the coup that has already been conducted through fraud and foreign interference.
Hopefully they overthrow the commie government on day one and give Lula the option of exile or prison.
Oh and of course, FJB.
Be strong Brazil. If the people can prevail, you may save the United States and the world.
Thanks for the report. There is a total blackout. Not one other commentator has even mentioned this. NOT ONE WORD super thanks for keeping us informed.

And, Gateway Pundit, Emerald Robinson…
There is a whole HOST of alt-media, to counter the false naratives and censorship of the MSM.
CTH of coarse, but there are many additional sources, revolver news, TGP, Americas Voice, War room, etc.
They DO NOT have a monopoly on news coverage any more and it shows; they have lost the power to control the narrative, and manipulate public opinion, in order to dictate Public Policy.
Doesn’t mean they won’t keep trying, though.
I just got back from ten days visiting brasil – rio, sao paulo & coastal region between the two cities / states
people there were resigned to lula’s presidency; most hard working brasilians did not vote for him and know he cheated
bolsonaro is more or less viewed there as trump was viewed here – a loudmouth who nonetheless got things done
bolsonaro was not universally popular
people were more upset about brasil losing to croatia in the world cup
given that it was lula that originally joined the BRICS in the first place, his presidency is not a victory for globalism
brasil is a mostly religiously devout country that is not accepting of the rainbow coalition
things will be ok there, more so than in the USA
People get the government they deserve. I can assure you that if Lula is seated as the president you will be 100% on the globalist path and you will also be embracing the lgbtq+ agenda sooner rather than later.
Funny I didn’t see hundreds of thousands of Brazilians mourning the defeat in soccer. Perhaps Brazilians mourn sefeats in secret places.
Is that area of Brazil mostly populated with “government” workers?
The reason I ask is thats where my EX inlaws live and they do work for Government. Their son …my daughters EX is liberal and does not like Trump. I imagine the apple does not fall from the tree.
Here is a 9-min. video of when Bolsonaro presented at Davos in 2019. WEF targeted him. He wasn’t complying with their agenda. He wanted to develop fossil fuels. Al Gore rears his ugly head in this video The two of them got off to a bad start. Another targeted, rigged election.
When the large banner with script crosses the screen, that is his side comments with in interpreter. Those are his thoughts about those people attending.

What a creepy event. Bolsonaro was great.
Once you vote the Communists in you can never vote them out. Bad times are coming for Brazil if the Communists take power. People never learn. They always buy the lies that sound so darn good.
But they didn’t buy it. If people bought it, there would be no need for the CIA’s CheatWare–here or there.
I know little of Bolsonaro, but I find it interesting that he waited in silence for 40 days.
God sent rain for 40 days
Moses was on the mountain for 40 days
Jesus was in the wilderness being tempted for 40 days
and when He came back in His glorified body Jesus stayed for 40 more days
I hope and pray Bolsonaro’s 40 days were used to beseech the Lord in the way he should go.
The people of Brazil have been speaking, ever since the election….40 days
(the media has been suppressing the news….)
The public resolve is growing towards seeking the truth.
It’s not about what Bolsonaro did, did not do during that time.
(not being in the way, or being accused of riling up a crowd….while soul searching, is good)
40 days ago he did publicly suggest only peaceful expressions.
In the U.S.
the Constitution and Declaration of Independence
is based upon
‘ We the people… ‘
(domestically, not the military, or whomever commands it)
And in part,
it’s the people in Brazil (earning over time – with peaceful protesting for 40 days and growing – the support of military )
yet it’s Constitution allows for an interim military leadership to help resolve domestic issues
( the judges just need to allow the election machines to be examined and since they are So Sure that lulu won….then ‘proving it’
should be no problem to allow an independent review of the machines….but 40 some days later, its just obfuscation…. (because they fear the truth of what he machines may expose)
p.s.
as a distraction, is the lulu ‘antifa’ miss planning something…red flag event…miss blaming …
(remember summer of 2020 unpeaceful protests for weeks, months and no accountability etc.,
false claim of russia attack in poland….
etc.) ?
[ i.e. miss try to miss turn, pivot, public sentiment… and the military….
be wary of wooden-nickels, for a long time…. ]
p.s.
Being able to review the election machines in the U.S. has not been easy either…
yet, progress is ssssslowly being made….
p.s.
The gop party committee has recently asked for gop chair, ronna mcdaniel, to resign.
The committee says it wants fresh, bold leadership and support for all gop candidates in elections. (not withholding funding)
responding to your p.s.
Ronna is getting more ‘votes of no confidence’ every day, McCarthy IS being challenged, and even McConnell is getting some serious pushback.
I wish they would push his ars straight back to Kentucky.
They have to get rid of McDaniels. Their donations were drying up fast. They are not getting rid of her for any other reason.
May the people of Brazil get justice and elections free of corruption.
He has a huge vest on…. Prayers for Brazil and all of the people.
Well, I really don’t know what to say. All the worrisome that our security establishment is more worried about Russia than our own neck of the woods. An insane marxist wanted to steamroll Peru the other day. I don’t know the result of that, but I heard that he was removed from office eventually. The biggest issue I have with Lula is that fact that criminals were excited when he won. Doesn’t that bring trepidation in the populace? It’s quite worrisome. Praying for the best for the Brazilian people.
The criminal cartels in Brazil were the armed wing of Lula, just as Antifa, BLM are the armed wing of the DNC.
About time someone stop up to commie fascists
Back in 2017 I predicted Trump’s presidency would ultimately be decided by the Courts and the Military, since the Uniparty jackasses in Congress were so obviously doing everything they could to sabotage him. But at the bitter end neither the Courts nor the Military had enough cojones and integrity remaining to dare to rescue him – and the Nation and the Constitution – from the obvious, and obviously Evil, election steal.
Perhaps Brazil will show us the way forward…?
Given how utterly corrupt the CIA and others like it are , every election in most all countries suffer from their interferences. They won’t stop until they are stopped.
Right on Bolsonaro!
More please.
Let’s hope this ambiguity becomes clear and the nation rejects Lula’s stolen victory. If the world loses Brazil too, I’m afraid things will get much darker much quicker. Sparks of freedom need oxygen to survive.
“December 11, America’s Other Day of Infamy – When the US Supreme Court Abdicated Its Responsibilities” https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/12/december-11-americas-day-infamy-us-supreme-court-abdicated-responsibilities/
One context that a lot of people here are missing is that Lula was the president of Brazil who signed the BRICS agreement. Pro-Russian media indicates that it was supporting Lula because the writers felt that Bolsonaro was too closely allied to the US.
It’s not only in the US and Brazil that election fraud and brazenly stolen elections are now the New Normal, and one wonders how the odd exceptions, like Italy recently, or Florida, were allowed to get away with fair elections at all.
The most ominous thing is the acquiescence and compliance of the victims of election fraud – We The People – but, perhaps a breaking point will be reached soon. It must be, or there is no future. In the US, everything now depends on Kari Lake vs Mordor.
Key words,…”the military WILL support the people”.
Exactly why xiden has been purging all patriot conservatives out of the US military.
My house cleaners are Brazilians who left when Lula was president because they could not afford food. They are telling me that the government is refusing a manual recount under supervision and the election is believed by the people to be fraudulent. They want Bolsonaro to use the military to prevent Lula from becoming president and say he has widespread support. Contrary to reports, they say the demonstrations are not easing off at all. Let’s hope for the sake of Brazil that this goes ok.
One more thing, Bolosonaro has supported arming individual Brazilians so you know he has no fear of the public.
Brazilians have more spines, and balls than Americans. After 2020, 2022 what more proof is required that Americans will accept any fraud, any insult, any crime without standing up to the corrupt; the groomers; the perverts; the two bit Marxists.
Those numbers in the streets are amazing. I pray this mess can be overturned in Brazil.
Our country has been active in other countries’ elections for years. It’s unforgivable. Think of Barry’s interference in Israel by his sidekick with the Hitler mustache. The Podesta bros are no saints, either..
Lula has been officially installed as president of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Yesterday, the courts certified the election.
Bolsonaro is president thru Dec 31. Lula is scheduled to enter office on Jan 1 2023.
I wince, but understand, when he says that “it hurts my soul.”
When I read the entire address from which this article takes only an indirect reference, I feel that I am hearing the words of an unhappy and now-disillusioned man who did serve his country’s army in war and who now wants only the best for … Brazil. I think that he is especially sensitive to the potential that all of this, having already “gone the wrong way” probably due to US interference, could easily “go much further wrong.” That he could set off an explosion by his word … but, he does not want an explosion.
His first “statement” was … long silence. When he finally spoke, he said that Brazilians “have what no one else has (Brazil itself).” And I think that he was beyond sincere when he told the people: “Where I go, and where the military goes, is up to you.” Not just the act of “protesting,” but the decision.
The Brazilian Constitution does indeed provide for a specific and non-military role of the military in such circumstances, and he is correct now to invoke it. But he is not (visibly) ordering them to take action on his behalf.
I simply pray that this whole matter will end peacefully. I don’t think that this old man deserved any of this … and maybe, neither did his opposing pawn.
This man hid under his bed for 40 days after communists stole the election from him. He, like Trump, has refused to do anything about it while he had the chance. Now the last remaining South American outpost of democracy will go communist in a few days without so much as a whimper, save the brave millions of her people who screamed NO!. Hope Trump makes room under his bed for this coward who did exactly the same thing.
