Officials in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, have unanimously approved the district attorney to investigate the recent primary election after on-screen ballots mislabeled Republican ballots as Democrat candidates.

The county administration also acknowledged the county did not test the ballots after they were programmed into the machines, relying on the company to do that task.
Griffith’s resolution asks the DA’s office to investigate Dominion’s practices and procedures in programming and set-up of the primary ballot, the county election bureau’s review and testing and the election board’s role in election equipment oversight and security. (read more)

PA voters need to revisit the issue of the unconstitutional process by which the mail-in ballot process was expanded for the Nov 2020 general election. The PA Supreme Court refused to hear the facts, citing the “Doctrine of Laches” to sidestep the issue.
IMO, widespread voter fraud via mail-in ballots is the manner by which Biden won PA’s 20 electoral college votes.

I doubt PA voters are willing to do what is necessary, which is a sad thing to say about my home state. Like the country the east and west ends of the state are so blue they are commie red, while the rest of the state (with the exception of the capital) is so red they are true blue, or at least that is how it use to be. But in the part that use to be solid red, the population is aging, and thinking they are merely signing up for needed discounts they join AARP and begin their indoctrination into all thing DNC. I know, I’ve watched the process with my father, who still considers himself a Republican. But he toes the line on all the big AARP issues.
Lastly, I have come to doubt these issues can be addressed in a court of law. Liberty will have to be restored the only way it has ever been won: by the shedding of blood. And no one ever knows how that path will end once started.

That’s the sound of nearly any government official these days. Here and there you may find one or two who actually have a clue about what they are doing. But they are far far too few.
I work in IT as a contractor. Because of the panic government offices are largely closed. So they did a rapid stand up of a remote access system. This agency is also WAY behind on their HSPD-12, which requires smart cards for logins. So they stood up the system using username/password. But users have been issued PIVs for login to desktop computers. Anticipating things will be opening again real soon now, they have begun enforcing the PIV requirements which means they don’t work with the remote access system. To prevent us stupid contractors from allowing the wrong employees to use username logins an actual government employee has to grant authorization (really stupid path, employee asks supervisor to ask govie, who replies to supervisor, who forwards a request with the approval to IT). So I had a request that didn’t have the attached approval but did drop the name of the person who, until 2 weeks ago, was doing the approving. I asked my supervisor who sent me to a higher supervisor who sent it to a govie who sent it to the person whose name was dropped. In the course of the email discussion I indicated PIV was required and they were trying to use the Remote Access solution. Said approver told me we needed to figure out why it wasn’t working. None of my coworkers (all of whom have been there far, far longer than I) was surprised at this chain of events.

What Lucerne County is illustrating is the fact that these localities contract out to Dominion, and Dominion is left fully unsupervised. They have all the passwords. They control all the votes. They are completely unsupervised.
What I’ve maintained for awhile is that the stonewalling in AZ is bureaucrats not wanting the public to know that they (the bureaucrats) let a private contractor run loose in the election. They literally have no knowledge and are required to believe whatever Dominion tells them.

Dominion uses this “trusted agent” status to infiltrate and manipulate their own systems using a variety of methods. The locals are clueless, and in the DVS staff meetings, this is likely something they joke about among themselves.
When things go wrong, DVS can blame human error or a one-off software “glitch”. The locals have to stonewall because they’ll be discovered as incompetent.

Everybody in the county government responsible for the election should be dismissed due to gross incompetence for not verifying that the voting machines were functioning properly prior to the election. They should never designate that responsibility to an outside source, especially the vendor who supplied the machines.

Nobody has ever explained the actual process of the cheat from the voter’s point of view. In Texas it would involve the two step “voting machine” process.
The voter first uses a “digital voting machine” station to make selections. After selections are made, the first station PRINTS, with BAR CODE, a ballot with your selections. The voter gets a warm fuzzy as your selections are actually printed for you read.
The second step involves feeding the printed ballot into a reader connect to a laptop computer. The BAR Code is read and not the printed text output the voter saw. This is the point where votes can be and are flipped. The voter NEVER sees feed back from the laptop, showing WHAT VOTES were actually cast by the MACHINE in the voter’s name via the bar code.
In the end, the voter has zero receipt and has NO idea how their vote was read. All that remains is for a “new replacement” printed card from the first step to be created, printed and exchanged with the original. Heck, they do not even have to mess with the bar code, just reprint and text to match the bar code. Then the originals are removed to be burned.
The two weak points in the cheat process at this time:
The machine at step one may still have a DIGITAL record showing the original vote selections as well as a digital record of the original “print file” the voter actually saw.
A paper record has to be replaced…hence the bag loads of paper seen on video in MI, GA, NV, PA, WI, et al.
I point this out to the election workers every time I vote. They just shrug their shoulders and do nothing.

Ah…you need to wake up. It is just as easy to create these “replacement” records as it is to print fake hand-completed ballots, if not easier and harder to catch. Plus, the majority of the “paper” we saw in the videos IS the replacement records being delivered and old ballots being removed for destruction.

BTW, the whole rationale for using these types of machines here in PA is that ACT 77 required that voting equipment needed to provide a paper trail. Sounds great, but if the trail is corrupted, it really doesn’t help much. The old machines plugged into an electrical outlet and that was it. They worked just fine and it didn’t take someone 10 minutes to fill in all the ovals on the paper ballot, which just gets fed thru a machine anyway!
Dominion has got to be outlawed and labeled a Domestic Terror organization and all of their machines confiscated and DESTROYED.

In US politics, the people who benefit from fraud had been those most responsible for fighting fraud.
Since elections are controlled locally in the US, fraud has been controlled on a local level to the benefit of local politicians, with national politicians receiving assistance as a “favor” (Kennedy in IL and WV, for example). Therefore the inaction on fraud – it benefited everyone who won, so neither local nor higher politicians have any motivation to change the system.
In 2020, it appears the fraud was for the first time managed nationally. Local governments are slowly realizing this means they can no longer gain favor from “delivering the vote” and it makes fraud a threat to them as they no longer control the system, so now we see state and local politicians trying to fight it and regain control of their systems. With the large number of voters who now see the system as corrupt and the local politicians who are suddenly threatened, and maybe we will finally see some change.

my husband went after work. They were “ out of ballots “ at 6 pm.
Polls closed at 7 pm. The people wanting to vote were told to wait to see if the polling place got more ballots, but here’s the kicker.
they said if they didn’t receive more ballots by 7 pm ( poll closing time ) no one waiting could vote.
my husband, and about 100 others, left. Frustrated. Disgusted. Infuriated. Defeated.
