In the state of Michigan, specifically Antrim County, there is an ongoing civil lawsuit into the electronic tabulation systems used in the 2020 election [Details Here]. The plaintiff in the case is William Bailey and his attorneys include the DePerno Law Office: “We have the proof that voting machines used in the 2020 elections can be compromised and votes easily transferred from one candidate to another. We can flip votes at the tabulator/precinct level. We can flip votes at the county level. The American people are losing their voice for the future of our democracy. We must fight together for free and fair elections.”
Earlier today President Trump drew attention to this ongoing legal battle:
President Donald Trump – “At 6:31 in the morning on November 4th, a dump of 149,772 votes came in to the State of Michigan. Biden received 96% of those votes and the State miraculously went to him. Has the Michigan State Senate started their review of the Fraudulent Presidential Election of 2020 yet, or are they about to start? If not, they should be run out of office. Likewise, at 3:42 in the morning, a dump of 143,379 votes came in to the state of Wisconsin, also miraculously, given to Biden. Where did these “votes” come from? Both were State Election changing events, and that is on top of the other corruption without even including the fact that neither state got Legislative approval, which is required under the United States Constitution. The Bailey case in Michigan is the first time admissible evidence of how electronic voting systems can be manipulated is being presented before a court.

I read yesterday that the plaintiff was seeking to amend the Antrim County complaint to add the local Dominion contractor, ElectionSource, as a defendant on the basis that ElectionSource effectively served as a government actor in the election. I recall that earlier, county clerk Sheryl Guy testified during a legislative hearing that she had zero training on Dominion machines.
This reminds me a bit of what is being revealed in Maricopa County, where it is now known that Dominion — and not the county — maintained access to machines through “admin” passwords not shared with the county.

Attorney DePerno was on with Bannon again this morning (Bannon somehow always manages to obtain this stuff the day before it hits the news).
My first impression of this case was badly mistaken. Attorney DePerno has def NOT had the support of anyone in the county, nor even the Republican-controlled legislature.
Attorney DePerno has been fought during every move, and somehow (Thank You Jesus) Attorney DePerno has prevailed.
Attorney DePerno said there is no news coverage of this suit in Michigan, none. Total news blackout in the state of Michigan.
The GOP-controlled legislature likes having Biden as their foil, to guarantee their re-election in the next vote in 2022. Attorney DePerno said that is what the GOP legislators have told him.

Argle-bargle. Consider the following: the GOP position going into the mid-terms in actually more tenuous than many realize. The Dems have to hold on to fewer seats than the GOP has to gain. Over 50% of the brain-dead voters in this country actually think Biden is doing a good job. No matter how much conservatives try to hype the situation to think they have a chance, the fact remains they’re behind in this thing and the Dems/Communists hold ALL the levers of power in the government. Due to this circumstance there is no guarantee there will even BE a midterm election next year. A compliant media does its level best to censor bad news from the American people. Conservatives can’t get a fair shake from the media and never will. Former POTUS Trump has yet to make a meaningful media debut. Every day the Dems get more and more powerful. That vaunted “precipice of destruction” Trump’s people like to talk about has been under our feet for months now but there’s no urgency on their part to start rolling this back – if there were Trump would already be having his rallies. WHO is going to assume his mantle for 2024 – assuming we are even having an election in 2024. McCarthy is so slow upstairs he does NOT see how leasing a room from Luntz actually plays into the Democrats’ hands, makes him look like a pretty slow-witted guy (who’s running for the GOP House leadership position (???)), and is afraid of Liz Cheney.
There are a lot of us who get the feeling we’ve been taken for a ride by both parties. Read the comments above re: how the GOP leg views Biden as nothing more than a foil to guarantee they’re re-elected in 2022. Still thinking no farther ahead than the next election. I’m through backing stuff like that. Paul, Cruz, DeSantis are morons if they think they can change that party by remaining in it. Only priority now is to see my wife and I are secure from day to day and keep out of harm’s way. Through with sweating, sacrificing (including a son), getting worked up over this stuff. Two wings on the same bird. Utter, total and complete corruption everywhere. Fed up.
