At this point, any thought the SCOTUS will save America or save us, is plain foolish. Dem president selects a Justice and they vote 100% with other Dem appointees. R president selects a Justice and its russian roulette how they vote. Roberts voted with Left as much as Right and Kavanaugh and ACB have as well, at times. Again, thinking SCOTUS will save, defend anything is wishful thinking.
When the Court declined to get involved at all in last election, esp after Alito had issued challenge to Pa; that said it all. And Kavanaugh and ACB balked and the rest is history. No need to count on Court for anything. My gosh, it was 5-4 TO ALLOW Calif to pray in-home churches!!!!!!!!!!! Court is NOT defending America; has not and will not, Constitutionally. Passed on way too many legislations already to not see their expectations are zilch. And Roberts as chief is more solid proof America is lost.
When you lose the consent of the governed your power and control hangs on a thread. This is where we are.
The SC has rolled over and spread their legs for the Left/Dems for several years now JUST to prevent this–and here it is.
They sacrificed (thanks Roberts!) their dignity, judicial judgements, trust of a Nation AND their integrity and what are they getting? The EXACT thing they did all that to prevent. They deserve the humiliation–WE DONT

I think the United States has pretty much imploded beyond repair. The only “silver lining” in all of this is that any plans of a New World Order / Great Reset, with some kind of global governance scheme are over (except on MSNBC & CNN), as there is no way the rest of the world will put up with this lunacy. IMHO
The history of that court, which too few understand has been to do nothing but expand Government.
Parties or politics are irrelevant to what transpires. Pack it however you like. The results will be the same.
The first Congress chose 6 justices. Congress can and has changed the number. It might be time to choose a number and amend the constitution—so this game will stop being played.
No doubt someone else has already mentioned that this opens the door to add even more going the other, supposed, direction when the “opposite” “party” is in power. The same way Harry “I fell and broke my face” Reid shot himself in the foot with the “nuclear option” that allowed the democratics to be put in this hole.
Why not just end up with 431 judges on the “supreme” court? Or heck even 1 million. Let’s double the size of the federal payroll. Let’s just take it to it’s absurd conclusion.

If this bill is already dead on arrival according to Pelosi then this is a fund raising ploy by the uni-party. Expect a call from the RNC asking for money to protect the Courts. Remember, nothing for the RNC till Liz Cheney of is out leadership. Also, Pence and Haley’s PACs is the RNC.
