Jackson County District Judge Michael Klaeren (Michigan 12th District) has removed charges of terrorism against three men accused in a plot to kidnap governor Gretchen Whitmer. According to the Detroit News, judge Klaeren said: ” “There has to be some form of intent here to incite mayhem”, and no evidence in that regard has been presented. The terrorism charges fail for lack of evidence.
MICHIGAN – […] The charges were dismissed against Paul Bellar of Milford and Joseph Morrison and Pete Musico of Munith. They are among seven men accused of having ties to the militia group Wolverine Watchmen who are charged in the alleged plot. The others include Shawn Fix of Belleville, Eric Molitor of Cadillac, Michael Null of Plainwell and William Null of Shelbyville. The men had faced a total of 19 felony charges for firearms and terror-related acts.

It is remarkable that there have been no class actions for Wrongful Death and denial of Constitutional Rights under color of law, against the governors of michigan, minnesota, new york, new jersey and pennsylvania.
Knowingly imprisoning the most vulnerable people with infected patients, while preventing contact with family and friends, is surely a dastardly evil tort. There were other ways to house the infected patients, than to put them in contact with vulnerable senior citizens with other health problems. For a known result of killing many of them.
There should be no judge-made ‘qualified immunity’ for dictatorial evil actions which are unnecessary and unconstitutional. These governors had many other options than knowingly endangering, infecting, and killing their most vulnerable citizens.
A public jury trial with the governors as defendants, trying to justify these deaths, would be an important ‘healing’ to “bring us together”. They could explain special treatment for ‘friends’. They could explain why their actions were not like WWII germany’s, or the infection of Native Americans with smallpox.

The charges against these three are dropped for lack of evidence for the charge of act of terrorism, but the charge for material support for the act of terrorism stands because apparently it hasn’t been dismissed against a fourth man. Yet the charges are that all of them conspired to commit the act. Nearly as irreconcilable is that while the terrorism charges are dropped for lack of evidence, that same lack of evidence causes two other charges to stand. Either a lack of evidence is a lack of evidence for all charges, or there is no lack of evidence for all charges.
Lastly, given this quote from the judge, I am not sure he is fit for office:

After reading the article from The Detroit News, it seems as if this isn’t the only case under judicial consideration.
It’s a very slippery slope to start calling “militias”, “gangs”. But it makes sense from a globalist/deep state perspective.
