Remember, this is not hypocrisy in the traditional sense… The two sets of rules and standards are part of the ideological outlook of an elite ruling class of leftists who believe themselves to be above the rules and regulations they are pushing on others.
It is not a sense of boundless hypocrisy that drives them to showcase their disconnect, the disconnect is purposefully part of the ideological advancement of their goal.
“Elitism” in its most raw and brutal display is a system of people who are beyond reproach according to their own outlook. They must not be questioned; they are in ultimate control of society, outcomes or (fill_in_the_blank) as an extension of their self-proclaimed magnanimity.
Essentially they are projecting their position inside a club and all those not in the club are outsiders who do not get to provide input or judgement on the club rules.
This might sound like a DUH statement from the literal definition of “elitism”; however, it must be accepted this outlook is one of consumption, not determination. They believe they represent the ‘greater good’ and by extension control moral authority. Thus, within their mind, they are above reproach. The visible outcome is they operate outside the systems they push upon others who are not in the club.
Elites do not have to wear masks (Pelosi hair salon); or elites do not have to abide by group and social distance rules (Newsom at restaurant party); or elites do not have to concern themselves for carbon emissions (Kerry private airline travel); or elites do not have to worry about the justice system (Clinton emails, Comey FBI lies); or elites do not have to subject their children to the same COVID rules on eduction, etc.
This is NOT hypocrisy, this is a fundamental part of creating a classist society.
Those within the club, in this example the DC club or the Union leadership, want those outside the club to accept there are two systems of rights and responsibilities. The club members have all powerful rights and no responsibilities for consequences; the non club members have lesser rights and full responsibility for consequences. This is the cornerstone of a tiered or classist society outlook.
“Rules for thee and not for me” is more than a catch phrase; it is an actual worldview with a history in political control. They are not hypocrites, they are living out their creed.
The outlook gained popularity going all the way back to the formation of the Fabian Socialist society. You might remember George Bernard Shaw saying “at a certain point those [outside the club] will have to justify their existence.” Shaw was advocating for a genetic cleansing of those undeserving people who take more from society more than they provide in value.
This Fabian Socialist outlook is the most extreme form of “elitism”, the actual extermination of undesirables, but it is essentially along the same continuum as believing their are two sets of rules depending on your place in the hierarchy of society.
This outlook has been modernized to include the latest industry of Big Tech. Those who control technocracy have merged with those who control the politics of society. The outcome is also displayed by elites deciding which voices are allowed to participate in the national conversation, and which voices must be ostracized because they are not compliant to the elitist worldview.
It is critical, actually beyond critical, that people start to accept what they are witnessing is not some misplaced system created by bad actors. Those bad actors are actually leftist elites who benefit from numbing society to the sheer audacity of their ideology.

Those who understand big picture dynamics are still comfortable sticking their heads in the sand about “motive”. Most people are still clinging to actual beliefs around a principle of ‘rule of law’ that applies to National Leadership.

All of that could be summed up by saying this: Liberalism encourages people to reject a holy and righteous God and His truths (i.e., sin and its consequences, a need for redemption, etc.), and then once God has been rejected, it tries to take the place of God in people’s lives.

I was always against preschool and daycare. But then I was raised in a different era. Many parents do not have much choice in these matters.
Most preschools around me in the Philly suburbs is really just daycare with some activities to make it interesting to the kids. More structured then what I did at home, kids learn colors through games, mine by helping match socks.
Rumor has it amongst the elitist day care centers in SanFrancisco that at age 3, the elitist parents can select ‘Pre-Med’ or ‘Pre-Law’ for their toddlers. //S//

Kids have been attending in person classes at private schools all school year long in CA, while the public schools remain closed with no chance of reopening anytime soon. This is due to idiot Gavin Newscum’s “tier” system which includes criteria virtually impossible for a county to meet. For my county, population 1.2 million, we’ve had 60,000 cases of the CoronaCold and 681 deaths. That latter figure is 0.04% of the county population, therefore one year into the CoronaCold scam 99.96% of the county has survived the plague. Yet everything remains locked down – no in person dining, no in-class school attendance, no high school sports, nothing. It’s beyond ridiculous at this point. Open everything back up, Hair Gel Hitler!

Sounds like it. That’s where I live. My grandkids are having a really hard time with the lockdown. It’s much worse for kids than for adults. Adults can at least jump in the car and drive around or go to their “essential” job. Kids are stuck at home at a time in their lives where they are supposed to be with other kids. They have to put up with narcissistic teachers who spend most of their Zoom “class” time talking about their own personal lives. Very little teaching or learning is going on. My granddaughter was an A student and a high achiever, now she’s in the pits emotionally.
I feel so bad about how the kids here have been treated for the last year. It’s akin to child abuse, really. Time to open everything back up.

I don’t know how it is now but when I went to private parochial school many decades ago the church diocese had a program for ‘poor’ families to subsidize or forgive all or part of the school tuition. I know it existed in grade school, not sure about high school. A couple good friends were borderline poverty and lived pretty basic and 3 squares on the table was a very good day but the kids got private church schooling, back then college-prep, likely equivalent to some college degrees now. ‘
Topically, once we accept prog lies and hypocrisy as their reality, watch how carefully the professional liar class is about lying to make sure the lies and hypocrisy skate the legal framework they carefully have laid out for decades, and accept that is what they do and who they are, next steps get easier. It’s like knowing someone is mentally ill; the rationalizing and convincing stops, acceptance sets in and we deal with it. Sociopathy is a mental disorder, as is narcissism, both marked afflictions of the professional liar class. Go with that.

And the choice here for small private schools run by local churches is 3.
Three of the independent local churches opened up small private schools over 20 years ago and they have had waiting lists since.
We seem to have more access to private school choice than our city counter part families (per capita), I have asked around.
Some families have grouped together to homeschool and draw on the strengths of each parent for science or art or music etc.
They have decided to get on with it instead of waiting for the schools to settle down.
They tired of watching the schools open then close and go back to zoom then open then zoom.
Parents did not know from week to week what their kids would be doing, it depended on how many positive covid cases the counties reported.
So they decided to take charge of their kids, a month or a week in a kids life is an eternity to them and these parents decided they could only wait so long so they acted.
Is there something about country people who are use to getting things done themselves as opposed to city people as who seem to expect the government to do it for them?
Country people have their own wells for their water as opposed to city provided water and their own septic tanks for sewage as to again city provided city sewers.
We often have our own propane tanks as opposed to city gas hook ups.
Maybe we are more use to looking after ourselves and each other so to speak, if something breaks we must fix it or arrange for it to be fixed ourselves.
People who live in the city must negotiate a nightmare of committees and a whole host of secretaries before you get to the person who is in charge and can maybe just maybe find some one who can say yea or nay to your idea.
I would not have the patience.

I am having these types of issues in my uber liberal town here in NJ. One of my more liberal friends has kids in town and is complaining about the school not opening for classes. My response was like, you voted for it, live with it! I have absolutely no sympathy for these liberal parents and their anger with the town teachers’ union.
Write the Berkeley Fed. of Teachers. They will count negatives and positives. It’s about the publicity and the pushback. Resist!

Women who were recently injected with experimental COVID vaccines suffer from abnormal inflammation of the lymph nodes in their breasts. According to the Intermountain Healthcare doctors, women who take the covid-19 vaccines are showing symptoms of breast cancer.
Dr. Brett Parkinson, MD., warns, “Whenever we see these on a normal screening mammogram, we call those patients back because it can either mean metastatic breast cancer which travels to the lymph nodes or lymphoma or leukemia.” Instead of dealing with the cause of this problem (vaccines), the doctors are now telling women not to get mammograms after vaccination. Most School Board officials in Broward and Palm Beach County Florida send their children to private schools. It’s just the way it is. There are a handful of schools especially high schools in Boca Raton, Jupiter and Wellington that are still doable but the rest are totally ghetto. When parents spend $20,000 a year each to send their children to the 2nd grade in a private school you know that public schools are beyond repair!

The teechers unions have arranged for their members to be well-paid for not working, and to have free time when needed to assist with riots and democrat campaigns. Keeping the skools closed produces more dumbed-down, mentally-ill and feral children, who will be the democrat voters and welfare clients of the future. Eventually, American children will speak no more English than the hordes of illegal immigrants that will be pitchforked into the country, thereby accelerating the transformation of the United States into a Spanish-speaking as well as a socialist country. Proper education will always be provided to the children of the Inner Party and their high-ranking functionaries. The answer is to tear off the masks, break out of the lockdown, open the businesses, home school and develop career-based higher education so that the madrassahs of marxism can be starved and closed down. To me, it was all planned. Right down to getting rid of the middle class, and the psychological experiment of wearing masks, and social distancing. Research all the countries that wear masks. Look at the women who have to wear masks. It is a sign of submission. I did mention this before. No one else has from what I understand. This is what they are going for. It is to try and change the naturalness of the human being. In communists countries, the people controlling that government think they do not have to do what they tell the people to do. They really think they are special because they are in control. That is exactly what they do here. If you think any of those people in government follow anything, you are mistaken. Only if they are on camera.
