Tucker Carlson Updates the Mysterious Case of UPS and the Missing and Reappearing Hunter Biden/Bobulinski Documents…

During tonight’s Tucker Carlson segment the Fox News host updates the mysterious case of the missing flash drive that was shipped overnight via UPS that disappeared, then reappeared, and no one seems to know how…. WATCH:

When it absolutely, positively, has to be copied by the FBI overnight…

FBI integrity?  Honorable rank and file?  Please, spare me the oxygen…

I review this story from a position that I cannot fully explain. However, I have personal experience -recent experience- with a similar and rather unusual situation that cannot be explained by any method other than DHS surveillance.

So here’s what I think took place.

The package, likely a Fed-X  or UPS overnight delivery, was intercepted by FBI agents using mechanisms for tracking and surveillance that open targeting through portals connected to DHS.

As an outcome of the U.S. Patriot Act, the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security has an agreement in place with mail shipping companies, public/private services, that essentially allows them a link to the proprietary portal to track all in-state and interstate mail deliveries.

The FBI has access to this data network in the same way the FBI has access to federal transportation records.  When you book a flight and DHS portals are open that allow FBI to track your movements domestically. This type of portal is also accessed in private company transportation like Uber, Lyft etc. DHS, and as a consequence the FBI, can easily track your whereabouts using public or private transportation.  You willingly carry a transponder -called a cell phone- that assists them with their tracking.

Without much hesitation I will bet the FBI was legally monitoring the communication of Tony Bobulinski, and by extension the entire Tucker Carlson production network. Once the Hunter Biden records shipment was known to be taking place, the DHS portals are opened; the package containing the flash drive is tracked; and the FBI moves in to intercept the delivery.

The transport company (all of them) doesn’t need to be participating because they are essentially unneeded. Their system network is connected to DHS and by extension the FBI.  Once the flash drive is copied it then mysteriously reappears… go figure.

That’s the likely scenario.

Wanna bet?

Tucker Carlson sounds nerved up and like he has got the message to shut up.

Journalists sometimes handle sensitive documents. There is no techie at Fox who could have just SSH’d these files in a few minutes into a computer situated at an affiliate station? I find that hard to believe. None of this makes sense.

    • sturmudgeon says:

Here we go: Poor Hunter Biden… such a confused, drug-addled chap… let’s not “dump” on him, poor fellow.. and etc., etc. He made his choices… stick it to him!

      • govlawyer says:

I’m not saying that we shouldn’t be angered over this situation with Hunter Biden, but if you couldn’t feel the desperation in some of his emails, then you’re overlooking one other factor…..if Hunter goes room temperature (by his own hand, or by Arkanicide) it will provide a ready excuse for the powers that be to drop any other related investigation(s) because he is the linchpin to the whole shooting match. If Biteme wins, same outcome with or without Hunter drawing breath.
There doesn’t seem to be the stomach to investigate/prosecute this already.
And in a crazy way, I feel for the stupid bastard….(but not enough to let up investigating and prosecuting–mercy is the role of the judge, not the jury).

      • trapper says:

Hunter is not the issue except to the extent that he acted as the bag man for his father’s graft and helped Pop launder it. That’s it. That’s all of it. All the rest, the photos, the drug use, the family dysfunction, are just tempting distractions. Look! A Hunter squirrel!

Focus on the issue: Did Joe Biden sell access to himself while he was VP and launder his bribes through family business ventures and unearned payments to family members who then kicked back up to Pop? That is the only issue. Document that. Forget the rest.

        • doyouseemyvision says:

Hunter’s depravity is an issue because his story compels blackmail by enemies of the state on his father who would be president of the US.

          • trapper says:

What is there left to blackmail him with if we already know of the depravity? Can’t threaten to let the cat out of the bag if it is already scampering around in the park.

            • Eileen McRae says:

There could be videos showing sex with really, really, young children which have not been exposed! No one, except Democrats, would ever condone sex with three or four year olds! So, in that respect, those videos if they exist could possibly be used to blackmail his dad! So, yes, it is relevant!

        • dayallaxeded says:

Yes, trapper! QuidProCreepyJoe is the issue and Hunter is his puppet, victim, bag man, and example of what’s in store for the USA, if QPCJ gets anywhere near the levers of power again. He’ll be skimming 50% off all of us and taking 10% of equity. “Nice nation you’ve got there! Sure be a shame if Biden happened to it!”

      • trapper says:

And while I am at it, we might stay skeptical of the outlets that seem to want to focus our attention on Hunter. Hunter Hunter Hunter! Look at these pictures!

Notice how much of this is coming out of China. China would be happy to have us spend all our energy burning Hunter at the stake and ignore that they bought Old Joe and own him.

      • CNN_sucks says:

Agreed. All these BS pity him. Hello, other men went to jail for same crimes he allegedly commit….Incest, pedophilia, drugs.. No tiered system of justice here. WTF, Tucker.

Don’t shut your eyes to the work of “The California Mafia” run by no other than Nancy Pelosi, Adam Shiff, Kamala Harris (who could become President), and the “in bed” Governor of CA, Gavin Newsom and others.

Theory is they knew about the computer, maybe even had dibs on it to use on good old Joe to get him removed from office once the dust settled. The “The California Mafia” would be set to rule our country.

Conspiracy theories are a dime and dozen, but why else would a party choose someone as goofy as Biden. Yes, Biden has lots of money and he has convinced some in this world that he has influence, but most Americans can see a dumb arse when he is within hearing distance.

      Think about it!

      • SanJac says:

Compromising material is how the intelligence community gets what they want and how they want it from President’s and politicians and businessmen.

      • ReglarMerican says:

Another possibility (surely someone already mentioned this) – CCP agents involved?
We know the CCP has infiltrated our colleges and universities and they have recruited a lot of agents, in addition to sending large numbers of “students” to harvest and steal info.
Big corporations like UPS have to have “diversity” and “inclusion” in their hiring, which simply means it is easier for foreign governments to send “immigrants” here, and game the “diversity and inclusion” mandates against us.

    • pjpatriot says:

I bet they thought shipping a thumb drive was safer? Now we know.

    • amjean says:

Didn’t the FBI already have this information?

      • hoosiertruthfan says:

They wouldn’t know for sure until they saw it.

What is highly likely, IMO, is that the incestuous relationship between media and FIB played out again. Look at how many journalists were complicit in the Russia hoax.
I suspect someone on Tucker’s staff let the FIB know when the document would ship and could have even provided routing information. The rest is easy.

In regards to the package being tampered with, the drive being discovered and it not being filmed, UPS is part of the Teamsters. Who do you think the Teamsters are supporting this election? Unions don’t like having their work locations filmed. Plausible deniability, don’t ya know.

And for the record, I was a union employee at one point. Did not work out well for me but then again, I’ve always had conservative leanings.

    • MNcarrypermitholder says:

Yeah, that was my first thought too. It wouldn’t take more than a few hours to transfer the contents of any reasonable USB flash drive from coast to coast.

The only thing I can think of is that there might not have been a fixed server available on the west coast to facilitate the transfer. Fox almost certainly did have something that Tucker’s crew could have used, but sometimes IT gets funny in big organizations and it isn’t really valid to assume that person A has, in practice, full access to the resources of the entire organization.

And maybe they were trying to preserve a chain of custody. They at least a two witnesses to the envelope being sealed, and pictures of everything.

And the last option is that Tucker was trolling the CIA. This seems unlikely, but glorious if true.

      • Xena Laminak says:

From what I’ve read, this was NOT a copy of the Laptop from Hell but a completely different document/video from where, Tucker hasn’t said, set of material. IF one single photo or video clip falls into the category of child porn, they cannot transmit it over the Internet without committing a felony. Simply being in the possession of such material is a felony.
Assuming it was bank records and legal documents and not porn, then that should also not be sent no matter how secure the transfer.
I just think Fox screwed the pooch by not sending the thumb drive with a human courier on a private plane.

    • Jay Wiz says:

Yeah. I’m not sure why they would have digitized documents and shipped them via snail mail on a flash drive, when they could have just encrypted them and transmitted them in seconds.

They knew someone was watching all comms, and decided they didnt have an encryption method that could be trusted.

      • Xena Laminak says:

Can’t use any encryption service if child porn was involved or bank records or top secret type material. Too risky. But then who would have thought that Fox could be so stupid as to ship anything via UPS.

  4. James Street says:

“But the point is pounding on a man, jumping on, piling on, when he’s already down is something that we don’t want to be involved in. Go with that.”

Yeah, Hunter Biden only sold out his country for money and committed dozens of serious crimes. He’s not a bad person.

This twisted inside-the-beltway sympathy for Hunter Biden is f-ing sick.

  5. Charlotte Powell Brooks says:

Tucker Carlson never once said it was a thumb drive on the 28th. Only that there were incriminating documents missing and they supplied “pictures of the materials missing so they would know what to look for.” The empty package was discovered at their sorting facility in another state and has since been thrown away, but the thumb drive was found on the floor of their Manhattan office and had been sitting on a supervisor’s desk.
I doubt seriously there is anything left on that thumb drive, fox has turned over all copies, and whoever sent it or any other documents is soon to be arrested. We likely will never hear another word about it.

    • maybe Pretty Boy WRAY “inspected” the Hunter files for CHILD PORN, for prosecution of Tucker and every Fox team member who “handled” this ILLEGAL material > perfect way for the Feral Bullshit Introverts to Slap and Seal Tucker and the accusations against Saint Biden. Never underestimate the underhandedness of Senior Executive Service bureaucrats.

    • nimrodman says:

Good observations, Charlotte. Do you have a link for the empty package found in another state?

This Daily Mail article has a lot of good details and time markers

Yes, it does mention that the flash drive was found on the floor in Manhattan office and placed on supervisor’s desk. Since the package was being shipped on Monday, we can probably assume placed on desk Monday, tho the article doesn’t get that specific.

The article does say that it sat on the desk until being delivered back to Fox by “security” on Thursday. So it sounds like the flash drive sat in the Manhattan office 3 days, basically.

The article mentions twice that “2 people verified the package was sealed” before it was taken to UPS.

      Other details in the article

      • nimrodman says:

Given that the flash drive was intercepted right away – at the point of shipping – I can’t speculate whether it’s more likely it was targeted from the “portal” that Sundance describes (like the moment someone at Fox filled out the online shipping widget and got a tracking number assigned and a shipping label printed out) or by older means, like intercepting Fox communications devices or even old-school “we found gold in the walls” listening bugs.

It all gets a bit beyond me at that point and I run our of mental horespower and have no experience to make a judgement. I’ll appreciate what others have to say.

      • sat0422 says:

I say someone is enjoying the Porn from that little flash drive….wanna bet?

      • Charlotte Powell Brooks says:

The video Sundance posted of Tucker’s comments on the 28th show him stating that the sorting facility in another state was where the “opened” package was discovered.
It would seem that the powers that be are in panic mode and have silenced Tucker about further exposure of a filthy degenerate.

    • Badger says:

That photo looks, based on landscaping & foliage, as if taken in front of the J. Edgar Hoover Bldg., Pennsylvania Ave NW, right in Mordor on the Potomac.

  7. Somebody says:

I’m just guessing here, but it sounds like the producer went to a UPS store. Those are franchises and it sounds like that is where the thumb drive was removed. If the store has cameras, UPS corporate wouldn’t have access to any footage.

Once the package left the store in Manhattan and arrived at the UPS sort facility that’s a different story. They have surveillance everywhere. Whatever happened, happened in Manhattan.

Like most, I don’t understand why the information wasn’t sent electronically. Also, if I was on the production team I wouldn’t plug that thumb drive into my computer, maybe put it on a throw away laptop. Whoever had it could have put anything on it.

        I pray Trump is elected.

I also pray that Trump will make “election reform” his highest priority. Some states are now only permitting voting by mail. Some people are receiving voting ballots for adult children who haven’t lived at their parent’s address for 12 years.

Harvesting votes from nursing homes, paying people to vote a certain way, and then losing ballots that might seem to favor a particular candidate are just the tip of the iceberg.

The values in this country are no longer the values of past decades of those from past decades. Time to shoot down the golden goose and make elections honest.

Tucker really disappoints sometimes – spare me the “I knew hunter briben” bit

A bag man for the 2nd highest office in America should not be seen as a “fallen” man, but a corrupt man that is soon to be tied to the possible president – who is bought and paid for by China.

A pathetic view of what this all means – it’s not about hunter , it’s about corruption at the highest levels – it’s about the swamp.

    • Both Tucker and Rudy sounding sympathetic toward Hunter provide an alternative to Hunter in case he’s considering turning on his father and wondering how he could go about doing so [in my opinion]. They also are redirecting the focus on to Joe who is the mastermind of corruption and who manipulated the entire family through the decades. Yes Hunter’s degeneracy likely includes criminal behavior, but the net to ensnare Joe involve the treasonous deals – millions of foreign payoffs and quid pro quo.

  9. luke short says:

    Hold the phone.

Anybody remember some poor schlub by the name of Seth Rich?

For those who forget, he was a motivated 20-something computer guy at the DNC, in the run-up to the 2016 presidential election. Seems he’d gotten wind of the Hillary plan to use decoy primary polling stations to strip votes from Bernie and give those same votes to Hillary. In the aftermath of his death, former Signals Intelligence types examined the download speeds of what would later be WikiLeaked by Julian Assange (who seems also to have been stuffed down the Memory Hole. So, no, it wasn’t a Russian ‘hack’ of the DNC server, it was most likely a leak by Seth Rich, using a flash drive to scoop out about 48,000 emails, files and attachments.

While supposedly Seth Rich’s beef, as a Bernie Bro, was Hillary’s vote-stripping scam, being in a hurry, the rabidly -downloaded files caught up some very unsavory emails and files involving Podesta, Brock, his but buddy Alefantis, the satanic Marina Abramovic, and a lot of references to toddler molestation (perhaps worse).

Supposedly, Seth Rich was on his way to see the FBI to discuss additional files, and in the wee hours of the morning, was set upon and shot from behind. He still had cash, watch and cellphone on him, so if it was an armed robbery, it wasn’t by a greedy robber. But allegedly, a flash drive containing those additional files was not found on him.

Finally, a posting by someone who alleged to be a doctor or intern at the hospital Seth was brought to indicated that Seth was alive and alert when brought to them. His wounds had been addressed and he was stabilized up to the moment “men with guns” arrived, cleared the floor, and by morning, Seth had been Arkancided, or Epsteined, or Vince Fostered.

That was a missing flash drive too.

  10. shirley49 says:

NO, Hunter is not a nice guy. Was he not the one sleeping with his brother’s wife? There was a photo of Hunter with Obama’s daughter and Hunter doing drugs and she did not have too many clothes on.

  11. RAC says:

Hang on a minute, how long does it take to copy a flash drive.
If it was intercepted using/misusing legal means it could be done openly, no time consuming subterfuge.
The packet could be opened, contents copied, re sealed or put in a nice new packet in less than 5 or 10 minutes, sent on its merry way, and no one would have been any the wiser.

    • Badger says:

Exactly, although the tech detail would not immediately know the contents of the envelope they’re retrieving until opening. They might have to head back to the office (Bad Tech Detail, Bad). But this wouldn’t have taken long and should’ve been covered better than that. Heck, during WW-II the OSS and Brits together setup an operation on Bermuda to MANUALLY open, copy & re-seal thousands of pieces of mail intercepted during the brief layover of the Pan Am Clipper aircraft. It was done well, because it was done by experts.

In the FBI’s case, maybe they had only a Gov’t Windoze machine and the files were Apple iOS. Bottom line, the notion that some mail room kid just found it & then laid it on the supervisor’s desk is a load of horsehockey.

    • nimrodman says:

see the daily mail article I cite just upthread

it sounds like the flash drive sat on a supervisor’s desk at a Manhattan UPS store for better part of 3 days … according to UPS

      • nimrodman says:

        … replying to RAC

      • lulubelle5621 says:

So, just wondering if the flash drive sat on the desk in Manhattan while the empty package/envelope continued on it’s merry way to another state since Tucker initially said the empty package was found between NY and CA.
In that scenario they would have everyone looking at Louisville or wherever else they have an air hub.
Meanwhile, the flash drive just sits there and is potentially just tossed in the garbage. Also, how did they ID the flashdrive as the one going to Tucker? They looked at it?

    • Scott B. says:

The data on the flash drive was incidental.

      Fibbies were sending a message.

  12. Seneca the Elder says:

I too was shocked last night when Tucker did his apology tour for Crackhead Hunter. In fact, I felt it was very manipulative.

Let me get this straight. We are now supposed to pretend that this drug addled degenerate who was/ is helping his treasonous father destroy our Republic is now the VICTIM? The hell with that.

They must have threatened Tucker with something really bad to get him to change his tune.

    • John Donovan says:

Hunter is responsible for his bad actions. I believe he was ‘approached’ about his legal problems, but was advised that if he was sick and tired of being sick and tired there was a path to being made well. The path included helping to reveal the overwhelming evil present in his sick family. So, Hunter collected evidence of his bad behavior on the laptop, let his dad know what was on it, and when Joe decided to cover-up the wrongs assembled on it by throwing it in the lake Hunter retrieved it and dropped it off to be ‘repaired’. Hunter
left it at the repair shop so the store would get ownership and a review of the contents would trigger the responsibility to pass to the FBI.
The Wray FBI would find the discussions related to deals with the Chi-Coms which would allow the imbedded bad actors (‘sleepers’) at the Bureau to cry “Intelligence Related” and use the same dishonest maneuver to hide away the evidence by slapping on a Top Secret security classification. What the Wray FBI didn’t realize was their use of this classification dodge was actually intentionally withholding exculpatory evidence from the legal defense of the President during the impeachment process which was a seditious conspiracy against the government – treason.
Hunter allowed himself to be publically humiliated by revealing evidence that would necessitate a life sentence so that a treasonous conspiracy could be exposed. That is no small sacrifice for an addict. I think Tucker was acknowledging that sacrifice without condoning Hunter’s bad behavior.
May Hunter realize Higher Power loves him and forgives him. I ask You Lord, if it be Your will, to send Your Spirit to Hunter and give him complete assurance of Your love for him. I, a sinner, ask this favor in the name of Your Son, Jesus.

    • namberak says:

I didn’t quite interpret it that way. I thought he was pretty clear about separating the corruption enabling dirtbag from the poor SOB who needs to go to detox and church in probably equal measures. It seemed to me mostly a statement he wasn’t going to kick him while he’s down, not that he was letting him off the hook.

      • LULU says:

That’s the way I took it, too, namberak. Reading threads here and elsewhere, there is more of a focus on the porn angle than on the big picture of what Joe and Jim were up to. Some really like to get in and much around in that stuff. When I heard Tucker’s remarks last night, I took that whole sequence to mean we should focus on the big picture. As I recall his putting it “Hunter isn’t running for anything”…

Most of us know that articles on cannibals and porn draw zillions more comments than those on serious business like the Joe corruption. Even the nattering about the missing mail is really being carried to extremes. My opinion.

    • lulubelle5621 says:

Yeah.. I’m betting that is exactly what the corrupt FBI had in mind…
The FBI is a corrupt institution run by corrupt leaders packed full of corrupt agents, employees..
Don’t even try and feed me that ol’ Hannity line of the good 98%’ers. If there are so many good ones then where the hell are they?

  16. TradeBait says:

Tucker is entitled to his opinion on Hunter, so are we. Those without the guiding hand of the Lord in their lives are easily swayed and become part of Satan’s minions. That’s Hunter. What we have seen from his laptop is seen by God in real time. We all are seen in real time by Him. Which I believe is where Tucker was going with his personal comments on Hunter. The problem is Hunter was exposed for being completely evil in virtually everything on the laptop, so it is hard to distinguish when he is actually seeking a lifeline or just playing games.

100% agree, Sundance, and have been saying it all along. I literally hate the comments by pundits that 99% of the rank and file at FIB and DOJ are good people. That is unadulterated BS. They are politicized beyond recognition and mission now.

  17. TwoLaine says:

The guy who most likely ran many times on U.S. energy independence. And yes, let’s continue to shelter the Epstein/Weiner/Biden/Clinton sex pedophile families too.

NO DEAL. NEVER. EVER. Hunter should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, as should the Big Guy. They both knew better, clearly, as the Big Guy both wrote and broke the laws during his 47 year reign. Justice is BLIND, not STUPID.

Does anyone else find it interesting that the general consulate for the PRC is across the street from the building where the package was intercepted?
    Just asking

  19. TheWanderingStar says:

    (1) Why steal the drive and then return it? If it just disappeared in its entirety it would fall under the UPS reputation of “things just go missing sometimes in transit.” These documents could have been “marked” as a “barium meal” as we have seen used in the past. (Might have even been infected with a virus as someone suggested up thread.)

    (2) Why would Bobulinski/Tucker assume that they weren’t under surveillance and send highly sensitive documents through a public carrier instead of a trusted courier? They could have just transferred the documents electronically. YouTubers in China have figured out how to upload videos utilizing multi-hop VPN’s to accomplish their uploads. The calculus on this just doesn’t add up.

    (3) Could this be “Operation Bobulinski” whose primary purpose is to serve as a firewall that sacrifices Biden but protects BHO? I can’t get the self serving obama telling Joe, “Joe, you don’t have to do this.” knowing full well he was setting up Biden for the fall.

Think of how this was gamed out: a presidential candidate corrupt for many years, leveraged and compromised by foreign relationships and possible pedophilia connections flames out in the middle of a highly political campaign; having the added benefit of throwing the entire country into mass chaos as well. It becomes the brightest star in the universe. Blinding all to the huge black hole immediately behind it.

    • LULU says:

Wandering, Bobulinski didn’t send anything. Documents (possibly in the form of a flash drive) were provided to Tucker’s New York office while he and his producer were in California. He wanted to see them so the office sent them to him. It is reasonable that they’d have sent them on a flash drive rather than in hard copies. And it is highly possible he didn’t know they were being sent on a drive when he did the show talking about the lost package. People like Tucker don’t get into office procedural details.

I don’t believe Bobulinski has anything whatsoever to do with Obama.

As for “why steal the drive and then return it?”, that would be the thing to do if one simply wanted to copy it. Easy peasy.

Good to know. I stopped making any purchases associated with UPS delivery, years ago. All those delivery guys did the same thing: knock on your door, tack on a prepared failed delivery notice and immediately run away and drive off. In order to get your package, one would have a 45 min drive to another suburb to pick it up.

  22. Winston says:

    1. A WELL SEALED cardboard envelope containing an inherently small and lightweight thumb drive which wouldn’t cause a breach in the package during shipment is given to UPS in NYC to ship overnight to LA.
    2. Fox News is told the thumb drive had been lost when it was noticed at some point along the chain after it left NYC that the envelope had been opened and the contents were missing.
    3. Days later, AFTER Tucker Carlson announces its disappearance after waiting for an incredibly extensive, but unsuccessful search to be completed, it is “found.”
    4. The thumb drive was supposedly found on the floor of the NYC UPS facility and placed on a supervisor’s desk… who somehow didn’t get the word about UPS’ described, incredibly extensive search for a lost thumb drive.
    5. Mainstream media said absolutely nothing about the missing, “incredibly damaging” against Dementia Joe and the Biden Crime Family documents until they were found at which point they mock Tucker Carlson as a conspiracy theorist.
    6. Fox News never receives the original, but now empty envelope for examination.

Here is what was accomplished by the forces of evil who own the censored MSM and social media which too many depend upon to know what to pay attention to:

    1. The documents were copied to know what to cover up, shred, and what to prepare for.
    2. Tucker Carlson was made to look like a fool by reporting only a tiny part of the story as usual.

    • Winston says:

BTW, here’s hoping they were smart enough to bullet proof encrypt the thumb drive contents (yes, that’s possible even against NSA supercomputers), but I’m not counting on that, and also hoping that in the future they put encrypted thumb drives inside a properly addressed TYVEK envelope (incredibly TOUGH and doesn’t just “accidentally” open) placed INSIDE the cardboard overnight envelope.

      • DeWalt says:

Yes. Why would you ship sensitive data without it being encrypted? Why would you ship it instead of electronic encrypted transfer? This whole business doesn’t make sense.

    • Daniel says:

We don’t know what was on the flash drive. This could have been a setup from the start… could have been nothing was there other than images of hands with the middle finger extended to those who had illegally intercepted the package.

  23. I still believe in Tucker.

  24. Daniel says:

The Obama administration was shown to have been spying on journalists. Only a small amount of complaining. Now the FBI is spying on yet another journalist. Where’s the cries from the media about first amendment violations!?

This was a trap. The trap was sprung. The story his the public. “Oh we found it but we lost the envelope….we threw it away… this evidence…” Really?

  25. I feel sorry for Hunter, but that does not mean that he should not be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for all of his crimes. I heard someone say that happiness is the same for everyone, but sorrow is unique to each individual. You can hear the sorrow in Hunter’s texts and I believe that sorrow’s source is Joe Biden. God help us all if he wins!

    • LULU says:

It is Joe’s crimes we are primarily interested in. If there is something Hunter should be prosecuted for, that can happen in due course. Joe is the main perp here. The one who sold influence in the United States Government.

We really need to focus on the main event…

  26. Sibilance says:

Lets hope the FD was encrypted.

  27. Mr e-man says:

So why wouldn’t UPS just say the FBI intercepted it? Does their agreement say they are supposed to lie when the FBI opens a package. I would never agree to that. I might say I can’t talk about it but I would never “pretend” that it was just lost and found later. A supervisor had to know about this.

Is the FBI wandering around these facilities doing their dirty deeds in secret?

  28. Donna In Oregon says:

Would love it if the full contents of one of those thumb drives made it to The Conservative Treehouse.

Treepers here would love to document, analyze, summarize, and declassify those beauties. And of course, (all of us) would be very nice to Hunter and his family while exploring their family business papers 🙂

CTH treated Spygate participants with utmost care….way before Fox News had any clue about who, what, why, where, when and how.

We are just nice people 🙂

  29. ncedgar says:

So, UPS is claiming a Fumble-Rooski as opposed to a Bobble-Insky when everyone suspects it was a Hackage of the Package. Got it.

  30. Eileen McRae says:

Tucker stated that the package that the drive was mailed in was thrown out! That package was not the UPS’s to throw out! That package was mailed to Tucker at Fox and belongs to the receiver! This is potentially criminal as UPS interfered with the delivery of mail. Tucker needs to sue them on that issue.
Tampering with mail (throwing away or destroying the package) is a federal offence and whether it applies to UPS or not is a point to investigate. “UPS is a private company. USPS is a federal government entity. The federal government makes tampering with the mail while the mail is in the government’s care a federal criminal offense.” In 1979 when USPS authorized delivery by private companies, they may have placed those companies under the criminal law governing federal mail. 18 U.S. Code CHAPTER 83— POSTAL SERVICE

“The Private Express Statutes (PES) are a group of United States federal civil and criminal laws placing various restrictions on the carriage and delivery of letters by all organizations other than the United States Postal Service.” UPS may have been placed under this.

  31. occamsrazor says:

What if these were files of Hunter with underaged girls? Electronically transmitting them would be a crime, for sure. If they were given to Fox on the flash drive and sent to Los Angeles by UPS, is that still a crime? Is that a way to transmit them without violating the law? Not a lawyer. Just speculating.

  32. dayallaxeded says:

The optimist in me keeps hoping the flashdrive was a honeypot (if that’s the right term–I’m no hacker, fo sho) and when anyone tries to use any of the information stolen from it, it will automatically “out” them as the thieves/conspirators.

Of course, it’s also likely only Sundance will have the smarts to figure it out, e.g., the FISA docs leaked to SSCI cat’s paw, Wolfie and his enemedia ho.

  33. rjones59 says:

Every person accessing this site should post messages on every platform critical of the FBI/DOOJ and send empty USB sticks to family members once per month. Flood them.
