Tucker Carlson: Bobulinski Documents Intercepted and Removed From Overnight Package….

Tucker Carlson revealed this evening that someone intercepted an envelope containing documents of evidence supporting the claims by Tony Bobulinski.  The documents were mailed by a “well known overnight transport” company and mysteriously were removed in transit from New York to LA.  I have a hunch what happened…. but first, WATCH:

I review this story from a position that I cannot fully explain. However, I have personal experience -recent experience- with a similar and rather unusual situation that cannot be explained by any method other than DHS surveillance. So here’s what I think took place.

The package, likely a Fed-X delivery, was intercepted by FBI agents using mechanisms for tracking and surveillance that open targeting through portals connected to DHS.

As an outcome of the U.S. Patriot Act, the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security has an agreement in place with mail shipping companies, public/private services, that essentially allows them a portal to track all in-state and interstate mail deliveries.

The FBI has access to this data network in the same way the FBI has access to federal transportation records. Just like when you book a flight and DHS portals are open that allow FBI to track your movements domestically. This type of portal is also accessed in private company transportation like Uber, Lyft etc. DHS, and as a consequence the FBI, can easily track your whereabouts.

Without much hesitation I will bet the FBI was monitoring the communication of Bobulinski, and by extension the entire Tucker Carlson production network. Once the shipment was known to be taking place, the DHS portals are opened; the package is tracked; and the FBI moves in to intercept the delivery.

The transport company doesn’t need to be participating because they are essentially unneeded. Their system network is connected to the FBI.

That’s the likely scenario.

Wanna bet?

Biden’s deep state overseers now possess the incriminating documents. They have been scrutinizing every detail to construct Biden’s “plausible deniability” defense.
MSM mockingbirds can now crank up spin machines to dilute impact.
    This was/is probably their objective.

Very good questions all. I think the culprit is NOT the FBI although there may be a deep state connection there.

The empty package tells me it may be an amateur. The FBI likely already knows what info was there, doing this would bring scrutiny they don’t want, and they are smart enough to think that there likely may be a trap and other copies. Not worth the risk for the official FBI.

My suspicion lies with an operative working for someone with lots of money that with a friendly source within the FBI, remove the contents, just so they could see because the FBI would only leak the package being shipped but not the contents.. But because democrats really aren’t very good at this stuff, a Hunter Biden type was hired because of their “character” and the trap was sprung because the culprit was just stupid.

So now this culprit has the info but at what expense? It may be a backfire and it may actually be that some white hat is working with Tucker specifically to catch a leaker or expose a plot. Just saying, seems too amateurish for official FBI.

Yup! Via the same sort of networks of retired “good old boys” used during SpyGate who think of laws as obstacles and are useful for the same reason – plausible deniability and no direct connections to the federal agencies that benefit. How many of the hundreds of thousands of retired or ejected military and former DO’J’ spooks work within all sorts of key civilian areas and how many civilians can they dupe or blackmail into cooperating with them?

Spooks: The Haunting of America : The Private Use of Secret Agents Hardcover – August 1, 1978

Jim Hougan’s ‘Spooks’ provides a well written, informative and indeed entertaining exploration of the world of “spooks”. America, Hougan maintains, is “haunted” not by ethereal spooks from beyond the grave but the flesh and blood variety, from the underworld where power politics, government, big business and organized crime merge.

Hougan’s subtitle addresses the ‘private’ use of spies. ‘Private’ is meant to be distinct from ‘public’ sector spy agencies’ like the CIA, FBI etc. Of course, as Hougan demonstrates, telling ‘private’ from the ‘public’ in the spookdom is more séance than science. It is this nether region, contrary to his subtitle, that is the real focus of Hougan’s book. Apart from Howard Hughes’ use of detectives to tail prospective girlfriends, Hougan doesn’t really spend any time on “purely private” espionage, for example, industrial espionage or marital snooping.

The empty package tells me it’s an insider, likely close to the origination point in NYC (possibly even in the Fox organization). Packages don’t just disappear in the system. FedEx, UPS, et al. all track their packages along the whole route from hop to hop, reaching barcodes at each waypoint. That’s how you can get tracking updates showing your online order arrived in East Podunk, NE at 1:48 AM last night, departed at 6:15 AM this morning. So if you were an insider looking to throw investigators off your scent, you’d want to make sure the empty package kept moving.

Now The Guardian is mocking Carlson in an article regarding these missing documents.

As one poster on another site noted:

“Tucker knew the MSM couldn’t resist attacking him and now what have they done?

1.. They’ve admitted these are Biden documents.

    2. They’ve admitted they contain information worth stealing.

    3. They will have to do a follow up story when the documents appear, say today.”

    How did these papers disappear?

Back in the 1970’s. I toyed with joining the C.I.A. After passing several interviews, I was told that the next step would be a test.

I was supposed to report to the Post Office, where a Post Office clerk examination was to be given. The C.I.A. official said everyone else in the room would have a Postal Clerk examination, but mine would be for the C.I.A. My seat would be number 122.

So I show up on a Saturday morning at 8:00, and there must be 200 people there, 4 rows of high-school desks, 50 seats each!

The proctors started passing out the tests, after they had given warnings about looking around, and I was thinking: is this really possible?

Yes! I was handed an envelope #122, and opened it, and at first glance (although we were not supposed to look around, one could still get a rough impression of what the Post Office test looked like) my test seemed to be for the Post Office. But no: Central Intelligence Agency was there in modest type at the top.

The only solution: the C.I.A. had in its employ a worker at the Post Office’s testing department.

So, the only solution here: The Deep State (D.H.S., F.B.I. etc.) has a worker on the inside of UPS or FedEx who handles such operations.

  11. A spokesman for UPS told The Daily Beast on Thursday that they had located a mysterious packaged that Fox News host Tucker Carlson suggested had been deliberately misplaced or intercepted because it contained “damning” materials on the Biden family. “After an extensive search, we have found the contents of the package and are arranging for its return,” the spokesman said. “UPS will always focus first on our customers, and will never stop working to solve issues and make things right.”

  12. minnesotamike55 says:

Well! Found! That changes all the speculation. Maybe they were just returned like Hillarys legal docs after they were done with them. You could even speculate that this was a plot to discredit Tucker knowing he would make a big deal about a missing package and now innocently, the UPS has found them. Tucker got duped into generating conspiracy theories? Now that is possible from a dirty tricks group like the Lincoln Project.

Since they knew that Tucker and Co. must have made copies anyway, there would have been no advantage in keeping the shipped documents. The post office tracks all so why not the delivery services?
Mail Isolation Control and Tracking (MICT) is an imaging system employed by the United States Postal Service (USPS) that takes photographs of the exterior of every piece of mail that is processed in the United States.[1] The Postmaster General has stated that the system is primarily used for mail sorting,[2] though it also enables the USPS to retroactively track mail correspondence at the request of law enforcement.[2]

Sundance, now that the docs have been ‘found’ (with no further explanation) I am curious to get your impression as to whether this was ‘too much heat on the feds’ so they gave it back, or if it was a malevolent independent actor within UPS who when busted gave up the goods. After the initial ‘exhaustive search’ yielded nothing, there is no ‘good’ answer, but would like your take on which bad answer their silence implies. Please update.

  24. cheryl says:

Since the anthrax attacks, every piece of mail’s exterior is photographed that is going through the post office. To think that the FBI can’t immediately know when and where a package is being mailed from whatever service is just plain wrong. It’s easy to find who sent any package and where it’s coming from and stop it before it gets there.

    • ATheoK says:

      That information is skewed.

Since the Anthrax, every piece of mail delivered to government agencies in Washington DC was/is irradiated.
That is, cooked by high energy radiation; same result as ovens just different radiation.
It does guarantee no live anthrax is delivered in Wash DC. It also guarantees that one can easily crumble most letter mail just like it was baked for way too long.

Prior to anthrax, well prior that is, the Postal Service eliminated their LSMs, ‘Letter Sorting Machines’.
These were massive mechanized devices that placed letters in front of people who keyed in the zip code. Employees who mastered knowledge of zip-codes by address were paid slightly higher wages to read addresses and key in the proper zip-code.

High speed barcode scanners and Optical Code Reader automation were installed to sort the massive levels of letter mail.

To cover illegible addresses, zip-code errors, letters without zip-codes and unreadable bar codes, these machines snap a picture of the address, spray a unique ID barcode on the back of the letter using fluorescent ink while the mail piece itself is routed into a tray for reprocessing later.

These pictures are shown to employees sitting at computers who key is specific portions of the address. Computer algorithms quickly identify the correct address and the appropriate full and complete zip-code.
This full complete zip-code identifies the destinating house in carrier delivery order.

Later the same night, the mail pieces are rerun through the sorting machines. The unique ID fluorescent barcode is read and the proper complete zip-code is sprayed, again in fluorescent ink on the back of the envelope as an extension of the unique ID.
From this point on, if a letters with that fluorescent bar code are sorted by the encoded zip-code. Without the machine trying to read the front of the envelope.
Eventually getting sorted into carrier route delivery order.

That fluorescent bar-code worked so well that pretty much every letter gets sprayed with the fluorescent bar-code once the zip code is identified.
Because, even though USPS hosts the world’s best experts on optical code reading, OCR machines read less than 90% of known specific fonts and size letters. Because OCR technology is dependent upon size, shape, position, darkness, color, contrast and dullness to properly read printed letters/numbers.
Whereas bar-code readers can read better than 98% of those fluorescent bar-codes. Technically, they read better than 99.8% but the engineers involved do not want hubris to mess up their ability.

Considering that letters are sorted multiple times per night, every time that fluorescent bar-code is read it can be identified. Date, time, machine, location, Post Office or mail processing plant are all captured with every sort.
If identified, the machines can kick out specific letters for individual handling and send those interested a note.

Some of the priority mail sorting and flat sorting machines were being fitted with this technology too.

Parcel post, odd-size, bulk mail were not going through this process.

That picture you allude to? Pictures are not taken of all mail and It doesn’t convey much to people since it is strictly of the address.

Besides, the package Fox news sent to Tucker was sent via UPS. Likely the UPS Overnight option, not via USPS.

  25. ATheoK says:

“Once the shipment was known to be taking place, the DHS portals are opened; the package is tracked; and the FBI moves in to intercept the delivery.”

Tucker and Fox should be careful to use only clean untouched copies of the documents that ‘used’ to be in that envelope.
It is likely that the FBI inserted false information into the documents before they ‘allowed’ them to be found, so that they can later ‘call into question’ the evidence against Biden.

  26. Beany in Michigan says:

Maybe Tucker will reveal all in tonight’s broadcast. Maybe this was one of those situations where someone said to Tucker “Boy those ratings (Bobulinski interview) of yours are through the roof! I bet you’ll never top that!” Tucker: “Hold my Pappy Van Winkle.”

Tucker just not on TV said “they returned the FLASH DRIVE that was in the envelope” … “but no satisfactory explanation” or something like that

So no ream of paper documents was sent, apparently

Tucker reports tonight that UPS has given him the flash drive which was meant to vmbe delivered. UPS gave little explanation but characterized it as an innocent accident. UPS solid not deliver the envelope. So Carlson doesn’t know whether a sorting machine accidentally tore it. Or if someone opened the envelope intentionally.

    • nimrodman says:

While Tucker was speaking, there was a video box showing an assistant holding up a mailer … it was one of those page-size glossy, thin cardboard mailers, the kind with a thing tear-off strip that exposes the gummy strip you press the flap down on to seal

When you receive it, there’s a tail of strong ribbon, you grab the tail and pull it across and it tears thru the folded flap and opens the mailer to retrieve your contents

Tucker said he asked for the mailer envelope and UPS reps told hi it had been “thrown away” and not saved

The important point of all this narrative is that if it had been opened intentionally, there’d be a clean tear all the way across from the opening ribbon, at the top flap

If it had been torn by machinery, that’d likely be a gouge of a rip about amidships

Wholly different pattern … no wonder it was “thrown away”

  36. suejeanne1 says:

Just heard Tucker Carlson’s explanation why he was not going to delve into Hunter’s “personal problems” . . . “not going to be part of the piling on”

Okay, Tucker, you really do not get it – IMHO – in the first place, why were you having something important shipped that way or shipped at all?

And the business about Hunter’s “personal problems” – oh, I am so infuriated with this – Hunter’s “personal problems” ARE our problems! Hunter’s “personal problems” are what brought us to this situation where an entire family was willing to sell out our country – his “personal problems” ARE America’s problems because they are why he sold out our country –

the “personal problems” of Hunter Biden are in a great deal comprised of lack of judgement and lack of moral compass, so it was easy for him to rationalize why in the world a Chinese company would want to pay him so much money!

It’s called TREASON, Tucker – and however a person gets to the door of treason and walks across that threshold – it usually IS “personal problems” of some nature –

You are an idiot, Tucker – I just now found out.

if he IS being “leaned on” to not pursue the angle of Hunter Biden’s “personal problems” then I want to know if that is the case or is Tucker just made that decision to try to not look mean?
Just because Hunter Biden is not the one running for President, his “personal problems” are very much entwined with the integrity, judgement and decisions of his father, who is.
The sailors of the Pueblo who were taken captive by the North Koreans really were being leaned on by some scary people – they were dressed up to make an appearance for a photo session – they flashed what they told the North Koreans was the “Hawaiian Good Luck” symbol – but it wasn’t and they had a pretty hard time of it with the North Koreans after “Time” magazine interpreted the gesture.
