I canceled long ago when I also stopped supporting any (anti) social media.
In talking with many other self-professed “patriots” however, I am appalled at how many simply refuse to “suffer” any inconvenience in their comfortable lifestyles. They use all sorts of rationalizations (know your enemy, stay in touch with “friends,” Trump is on Twitter, etc.) to feel better but at the end of the day not only do they continue giving aid and comfort (and $) to our mortal enemies, but even worse, they do not even see the corrosive effect their “dancing with the devil” has on them as individuals and families.
It has gotten to where I am about 100% accurate in my assumption that a “patriot” is an addict of the filth on TV, Netflix and throughout (anti) social media just by the snarkiness and profanity in their speech.
The real irony is that so many of these “sunshine patriots” talk so bravely about “CW 2.0.”

Eagle, I use Opera with no problem. I quit using Firefox a few years ago when it quit supporting AdBlocker plus Firefox was updating every few days and that would mess up the settings. So I found Opera and it has been very good.
I am running Firefox with AdblockPlus and no problems…I use to have issues with AdBlockPlus and Firefox but they have since changed the code to allow ADP to run…NO problems at all…I am also running a VPN and Firefox is playing quite nicely!!!

I have written before about The Fourth Turning theory of William Strauss and Neil Howe, historians who 30 years ago almost, predicted a Crisis of 2020, a crisis which would steer the country in a certain direction, hopefully one of regeneration and spiritual renewal, or one of continued fragmentation, governmental oppression, and decline into the mediocrity of Socialism/Communism.
Part of the theory involves the rise of a “Gray Champion,” a member of the older generation, who would invigorate and energize the younger generations to embrace resurrection, reform, and optimism for the future.
Having followed the theory for 30 years *, I am continually astonished at the uncanny accuracy of its (admittedly somewhat vague) predictions so far this year!
The only thing left to be determined: will America choose the path of Gray Champion** Donald Trump…or “Black” Champion Biden?

Ausonius, I enjoy posting on another website, The Burning Platform, where the proprietor (Jim Quinn) is a big fan of Strauss & Howe, and their fourth turning theory. You might want to check it out, he writes often on the subject, and most of his essays end up on Zerohedge. It’s a little more rough and tumble of a site then our Treehouse, but you might enjoy it.

Back in the early 1990s, I encountered the Strauss and Howe argument in the April 1991 issue of American Demographics, in which they presented a the gist of their argument in Generations:
“Around the year 2020, we are scheduled to reach the next great hinge in history—the next great secular crisis. In its importance, this “Crisis of 2020” could match the American Revolution, the Civil War, or the twin emergencies of the Great Depression and World War II. The risk of a major war will be very high. The crisis may be about nuclear proliferation, or global environmental peril, or some catastrophic failure in the world economy. I was impressed by what Strauss and Howe wrote and kept a copy of their article, but in the margin next to the prose cited above, I wrote: “Overdoing it.”

Freedom, I voted 2 days ago for President Trump and a straight Republican ticket. We must have him for the continuation of our great nation as he needed us to ensure that he completes his mission.
Every word PDJT says here is so true. What many do not realize is that this battle has been going on a long time. This battle is between those who value liberty, dignity, and their God-given rights as free men vs. those who want to manipulate every aspect of our lives and make us slaves in the interest of their own money and power. I liked very much both Blade Runner and Blade Runner 2049. And I think that both movies captured the kind of CEOs that ruled big businesses during the time they were filmed. In the first one Mr. Tyrell was flamboyant, elegant, charming, with an easy smile to show. I could say that he remind me people like Iacocca or Sam Walton. Day off from school!!! Paid holiday at work!!! Everybody went to vote.
And it could be really lousy weather.

So, the storyline was alwaysz: If it was sunny and bright…maybe a Dem win…
If it was inclement weather…Reps took control.
That was a long time ago, or so it seems.

I learned recently that there are several States that allow their constituants to change their votes. It MUST be done in person, however. No mail-in ballots allowed…only In-Person voting. I pray those people will make it a priority to take advantage of this law as their freedom depends on it.

Facebook removed 216 ads from President Trump’s 2020 campaign that made claims about Joe Biden, refugees and the coronavirus, claiming the ads violate the company’s policies, according to a report Thursday.
The ads from the Donald J. Trump Facebook page claimed, without evidence, that “despite the health risks [of] COVID-19,” Biden would drastically increase the number of refugees from Syria, Somalia and Yemen, CBS News reported.
“We rejected these ads because we don’t allow claims that people’s physical safety, health, or survival is threatened by people on the basis of their national origin or immigration status,” a Facebook spokesperson told the outlet.
Facebook’s online ad library shows Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. shelled out $10,000 to $15,000 for the 15-second videos, which started running on Wednesday.
They were taken down that same day for going against the social media giant’s advertising rule regarding “Personal Attributes,” the report said.
The policy states that ads “must not contain content that asserts or implies personal attributes,” including “direct or indirect assertions or implications about a person’s race, ethnic origin, religion, beliefs, age, sexual orientation or practices, gender identity, disability, medical condition (including physical or mental health), financial status, membership in a trade union, criminal record, or name.”
The messages received 300,000 to 350,000 impressions before they were taken down, according to the ad library. Impressions are the number of times an ad appears on screen.
A spokeswoman for the Trump campaign stood by the content of the ad in a statement to CBS, adding that: “When it comes to leading our nation through this crisis and delivering the Great American Comeback, Americans can rely on President Trump.”
