Sidney Powell and Tom Fitton Discuss: Flynn Limbo Status, Biden Cover-Up, and Totality of DC Corrupt Enterprise…

Michael Flynn’s defense attorney, Sidney Powell, and Judicial Watch President, Tom Fitton, appear for an interview and discussion with Lou Dobbs.  In the latest Flynn case developments Judge Emmet Sullivan has again delayed his decision by asking the DOJ to file additional affirmations to the court that all documents are valid and accurate.

Additionally, both Fitton and Powell discuss the bigger picture of the Biden bribery scandal and how the DOJ and FBI continue to showcase corruption in defense of the DC system.  The entire apparatus of our judicial system is now in a metastasized state of systemic corruption.  The hiding of the Hunter Biden laptop shows the severity of it.

As Fitton says the FBI can no longer be trusted and the entire system needs to be taken down to brass-tacks. President Trump has to find a way from the outside to use his office to go nuclear on the entire judicial system.

When Tom Fitton warns Tony Bobulinski to stay away from the FBI… I have to say it reminds me of six former career federal officials in DC -with deep personal knowledge of the FBI- who warned me personally (in July) to never step foot in any FBI office regardless of their enticements, statements, assurances or promises.

Six completely independent former FBI/DOJ officials with no skin in the proverbial game; at four completely random times; told me there is nothing about those DC institutions that is not 100% corrupted by extreme political influence.  Flynn is also their hostage.

Now it all makes sense.

  1. Sullivan won’t make any decisions until after election day… If the President loses he will bypass precedent and sentence the General based on his earlier guilty plea. If the President wins, he will stall another week or two and THEN sentence him based on his earlier guilty plea…. You folks don’t get it, Lawfare will make clear that it still controls the Judicial process. Stop thinking about legal process, this is about POWER, the left is playing the power game, we are still playing like the rules matter… They are laughing at us…

Yes, but Amy Coney Barrett will be on the Court and Flynn will eventually go free

      • That does not matter.
        Sullivan WILL sentence LTG Flynn.
        That is Sullivan’s self-imposed destiny.
He will gloat and delay it as long as he can.
Regardless if it is overturned, thrown out, commuted or there is a pardon Sullivan will be a hero in his own mind and the Deep State’s.

Judge Sullivan creates a feeling of hate in my stomach for black people. Now, I’m not stupid. I know that not all black people are corrupt nor do they have contempt in their hearts for white people.

But, as a middle class working white person, I ran into that powerful black hate for my skin color more times that I care to reflect on here. Sullivan is a disgrace to humanity. I can’t wait for his day in court when someone, somewhere, tells him to get off the bus.

          • It will happen, but not out in the open where his fellow stunted souls will have to face their own souls, but in some dark alley of experience, ignominiously, in a moment of unsanctioned but inevitable violence (even if that violence is a hard cancer, e.g.). Think of what the enemies of Saddam Hussein did to him, very quickly after dragging him out of his hidey-hole. They know what they deserve; that’s why they are being particularly, openly, evil now. They know, and they are turning their proper fear into lashing out at their supposed enemies (not at their own rotten selves, which is what they need to do…from the thoroughly self-enslimed “journalists” like Leslie Stahl on up, to the ringleaders of the coup d’etat (Obama, Brennan, Comey, Strzok, etc.).

Each soul’s comeuppance is personally tailored, for maximum effect to THAT soul. Divine Mercy requires it.

          • Marc says:

So, should Hillary make me feel that way about white people? Why do you think it’s because Flynn is white and not because Sullivan is a partisan lefty?

            • smbls says:

I agree with this challenge. Every person is an individual and we should treat each one as exactly that – not as a representative of every person with a few (irrelevant) similarities. Not all whites (or republicans) are white supremacists. Not all blacks (or democrats) hate whites. This behavior is strictly on Sullivan, whatever his warped rationale may be, and he (and he alone) should be punished for it.

          • Randolph Scott says:

You speak the truth. There is a ‘black’ systemic racism problem as much as there is a so called ‘white’ systemic racism. This is all caused by Satan (a democrat most likely) to divide us. People of all colors and creeds have let hate come into their hearts. This evil in their hearts causes the affected people to do harm and act out the evil.

Perhaps they succeeded decades ago with Judge Sullivan, or maybe he is just blackmailed. Our enemies win when the corruption of Judge Sullivan’s soul spreads to yours.

The Enemy of mankind wins whenever we fall into the trap of assigning moral grades by color.

Our souls, and our country, are jeopardized when you follow this path

They want us divided by race. Don’t let them succeed.

Judge Sullivan is a loathsome racist, but the people at the top of my hate list are the race arsonists Barack and Michelle Obama. Elected, though unqualified, to atone for America’s original sin Barack Obama did nothing for Black people, or for the nation as a whole. Instead he stirred up racial grievances by spreading false narratives. It began with the justified self-defense killing of Trayvon Martin. It continued with the justified self-defense killing of Michael Brown. We have now arrived at the point where any white person opposing the false narrative of Black Lives Matter is immediately suspected of being a racist. We will have to rely upon conservative black Americans to carry the ball on this issue.

Returning to my favourite hobby horse, I wish that President Trump, instead of saying that he was the least racist person in the room had said: Jim Brown, the greatest running back in the history of the NFL And staunch civil rights activist doesn’t think I’m a racist. And neither do Jason Whitlock, Ben Carson, Tim Scott, Larry Elder, Leo Terrell etc, etc, etc. millions of other black citizens.

Of course it wouldn’t occur to President Trump to say this because he lacked the wisdom and humility to prepare for the debate. It takes preparation to be able to deliver knock out punches. Let the personal attacks begin.

When President Trump wins reelection I hope that he ends his approach to the necessary war against the media. It was necessary during his first term but he will have defeated the media twice. The media is the enemy of America, but IMNSHO the best way for him to defeat them Is to rise above the fray and act presidential regardless of the provocations. Let others fight for him and America against the media.

Could someone explain to me why President Trump has not fired Christopher Wray?

            • Terry Gain, your comment is one of the most cogent and eloquent commentary on the subject of the politicization of race relations that we witnessed come to a divisive head with the election of obama by an overwhelming number of those same white folk who are now required to atone for their privilege…. you and I see this farce don’t we mr. gain…I sincerely appreciate your succinct post, I hope that it makes its way to president trump for reflection. I actually think that he will gain insight. well said! thank you for posting your thoughts.

Black conservatives will play a vital role.

I was discouraged on the night of the debate, because although Biden’s embrace of socialist policies provides plenty of ammunition to attack him, it was one of those rare occasions when a knockout blow could have been delivered. I am much encouraged however by the enthusiasm I am seeing for President Trump, especially by young people, and the knowledge that the truth about Joe Biden’s corruption is getting out notwithstanding the fascist blockade of Big Tech and the Trump-deranged MSM.

I am waiting for an ad which sets the record straight on the Charlottesville Lie. A decent man would never have repeated that lie and a competent media what have set the record straight when Biden lied.

There were essentially 2 reasons the Appellate Court en banc threw this back to Sullivan:
          1) He HAD NOT made a ruling yet
          2) The DOJ had not filed a Writ of Mandamus ITSELF instead having enjoined Sidney’s. While the DOJ was arguing it was “harmed” it hadn’t filed it’s own Writ.

So will the DOJ file it’s OWN WRIT should Sullivan DENY the motion??

          who does it? how?

          • 2zymos says:

“You” do it… here is the how:
            Citizen Grand Jury indictment
Militia Warrant and Arrest if the sheriff/local-judge fails to perform (they can also be held in contempt of grand jury if failing to execute a true bill of indictment).
Militia Formed Trial and Jury: if no standing court can be found to legitimately hear the case
Jurisdiction is locality of the indictment due to actual damages (states) — so in the case of treason there are “many” potential legitimate warrants/indictments.
Impeachment of a judge for misconduct/malfeasance is not the same thing as stopping felony conduct to protect lives, property and rights.
Art 1 section 8 clause 15: militia to enforce Laws of the union, suppress insurrection…
            Courage required.

I like your thinking, but Article I section 8 clause 15 gives CONGRES the power to call forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union. So how does Congress’s power give the President or a citizen the power to call a citizen’s grand jury, arrest and prosecute?

      • cantcforest says:

        My take.
If you have to ride on an elevator, or a crowded vehicle, a mask may be of some benefit to someone.
Stay away from people and wash your hands.

      • NOTHING is reliable, because the virus isn’t even in the air (showing you just how fundamental is all the lying). It is spread by contact, and not in most places at that, by now (I haven’t felt its presence since April here in middle Tennessee — yet I see they are still hysterically promulgating “spikes in cases” wherever they can, as if more thoroughly searching it out equates to its being more prevalent — thus showing themselves “expert” idiots. And it’s not any more dangerous, anyway, than any ordinary flu virus, if confronted quickly.

Just remember: The system is broken, entirely. What you are being subjected to on TV and in every public announcement, is a BIG LIE. (I just saw, while typing this, an Amazon commercial — the tail end — which is a promulgation of the “Climate Change” (in capitals, OOH!) criminal hoax).

By Statute, only the DOJ/Attorney General can prosecute crime in the name of the United States.

But what to do when the DOJ ITSELF is the criminal center of sedition, crime and anti-Constitutional corruption? What to do when the DOJ itself protects criminality and corruption, and refuses to carry out the Constitutional requirements of the President’s responsibility to protect Constitutional rights, and “take care that the laws are faithfully executed”?

It is my opinion that the Constitutional responsibilities of the President to ‘preserve and protect the Constitution’, and ‘take care that the laws are faithfully executed’ cannot be removed by Statute, even when signed into law by a previous President. The President must be able to prosecute crime in the DOJ/FBI (and other Executive Agencies and congressional criminality) himself, as President, when the DOJ itself is criminal, fails to faithfully execute the laws against its own criminality, and does not preserve and protect Constitutional rights.

PDJT should initiate criminal prosecution of McCabe for lying under oath, the coup plotters for lying to the FISC, the bidens for bribery in office, etc. He would use the Office Of White House Counsel (beefed up), US Marshals and the Marines to get the DOJ/FBI evidence (for example, Bogeyfree’s lists). The Plaintiff would be the President on behalf of the US.

The crooked FED District and Appellate Courts would likely dismiss the criminal complaints, leaving ultimate decision to the Supreme Court as to whether the President has the Responsibility and Authority to prosecute DOJ/FBI criminality, conspiracy, dereliction of duty, denial of civil rights under color of law, and corruption. The Supreme Court should decide that this Constitutional authority and responsibility is inherent in the President and cannot be removed, ignored, or abandoned by statute.

I agree with you completely. This is why I wanted the President to be scripted on this issue so that he could get that point across.

      • nimrodman says:

        “get scripted”
        – exactly

President’s communications team needs a specialist in rhetoric – or whatever the proper term would be

Another debate point that fell flat for the President was when he was dealing with the “only paid $750 in taxes issue”

He said 2 or 3 times he “prepaid” tax

That’s not the language of the tax realm, or at least it’s not sufficient language

The key jargon is he paid “estimated taxes”
… or he “prepaid estimated tax”

That is the language people will recognize, at least a large number of people who have paid estimated tax for a future year or quarters

His finances were uncertain enough for some reason that he had to have his tax specialists file for an extension for each of 2 years

So in obtaining the extension, he prepaid estimated tax for the period

All these are terms people recognize from doing their own taxes when they can’t make the filing deadline:

        – file for an extension
        – pre-pay estimated tax

Many people have filed for an extension, many people have paid estimated tax

And he didn’t only pay $750 in taxes in each of 2 years

He prepaid by some $7.4 Million one year and another $1.4 Million the 2nd year (from memory, thereabouts) ultimately paying something like $8.8 Million over 4 years

Year 3 and 4 he only owed $750 (some technicality amount) as a result of the millions in pre-pay

So he needed to invoke the phrases “filed for an extension” and “paid estimated tax” for people to recognize familiar words from their own filing experience to have a glimmer of what went on

I fault his comms team and his debate prep team for not having him better prepared on issues like this

        • Jan says:

          Can’t fault your points.

But he did finally get across that the $750 was the fee to file for an extension.

He obviously does not speak accountant or tax accountant language when he’s ever spoken about his finances. He is confusing.

Outside of the 2 minutes w/ mutes, the President wasn’t able to get much discussion in w/o constant interruption or interruption to give Joe 10 more seconds to respond.

OTOH, it could be our last presidential debate if Democrats overthrow our government this year.

I don’t think that’s the wisest approach. We are all in for a world of hurt if China’s candidate to be the next president is elected by the American people. I don’t think it’s going to happen, but we are living in perilous times. Hopefully the majority of the public will be smart enough to ignore President Trump’s minor personality defects and realize what’s at stake. The alternative to President Trump is a Harris/Biden/Sanders/Obama administration in bed with Fascist Big Tech and the Fascist Media, all working to create a one world order with China in charge.

Yes. But I still can’t understand the complete stall-out that happens by the people who run the DOJ. Sessions wasn’t evil, but he was totally rolled. Mat Whitaker…zero progress. Bill Barr…lots of implications that he knew something was rotten, but nothing. There’s an inexplicable quicksand at the DOJ. I don’t get it. Even Radcliffe has lost his mojo (IMHO). How could he let himself be used to further the “Russia Russia Russia” narrative with Wray ? No mention of China or the massively disproportionate election impact of Facebook/Twitter. NY Post is silenced for 9 days and no injunction…nothing from Justice. It’s just stunning to me. What happens to these people?

  16. Erik Heter says:

Assuming Trump wins (and I strongly believe he will, but don’t get cocky; vote!), he needs to fire Wray and shortly after that fire Barr. Grennel could be the interim FBI director and begin cleaning house, while he could make Rudy the interim AG and then begin that housecleaning. Then, as soon as Powell shakes free from the Flynn case, which is only a matter of time at this point, he needs to make Sidney the AG with instructions to go scorched earth on the place and on DC corruption as a whole. I’m not sure who should go to the FBI, but obviously it has to be someone he trusts completely and someone with the fortitude to clean out that organization as well.

It will probably mean a ton of turnover in DC, including in the house and senate, and certainly at least 50% of the FBI/DOJ will be turned over (that might be a conservative estimate).

Meanwhile, a new Republican congress needs to disband the DC circuit and impeach Judge Sullivan. The clerk who is assigning cases to him and ABJ needs to be investigated. The assignments cannot be random or merely coincidental at this point; they are planned and thus there is predicate to see if she’s on the take (probably is).

I’m sure Don Jr would take the job….or maybe Kimberly Guilfoyle…she’s a lawyer, y’know.

Sure…if he fires Barr he can stick in a placeholder….
If that individual can neutralize any further damage….that should be the metric to judge “success”.

A long term solution is needed.

My suggestion for AG would be JOSH HAWLEY.
      Former MO Attorney General
      Member of Armed Services Committee
      Member of Homeland Security Committee
      Member of Judiciary Committee

He new to the Senate (so it’s full STINK hasn’t permeated him.)
He young, honest, full of piss n vinegar and he has made his point clear on accountability.

      Whoever the nominee is…..
Trump should nominate him, FIGHT FOR HIM and make McConnell and his Republican dingleberries explain specifically why he can’t have his choice.

    Dear Mr President,

You have been an incredible warrior, fighting everyday for the hard working American people and frankly we are lucky you decided to run back in 2016 because who knows where this country would be today had you not.

With that said, there is still much work to do as we head into your second term. And it must begin IMO with getting a truly loyal, honest, high integrity team around you and I’d like to suggest the following:

    Sidney Powell – Attorney General
    Tom Homan – FBI Director
    General Flynn – CIA Director
Ric Grenell – Secretary of State
John Ratcliffe – Continues as DNI Director
Mark Meadows – Continues as Chief of State

This team is pure MAGA. They are fighters and will bring a one system of justice back to DC while helping you drain the swamp.

Your time to far to valuable to waste one second of it in your next term, so whoever has been advising you on your prior AG, CIA and FBI Director positions, please jettison them from your inner circle or at least STOP listening to them.

With your existing financial team and the addition of these incredible Patriots, you will have a core team that is second to none and one the American people will be extremely proud of.

I hope you will consider putting forward these nominations making these changes immediately come Nov 4.

Thank you for being our President and one who puts Americans first!

Several of the previous comments have suggested that the situation has already deteriorated to the point that we need a rereading (or reenactment) of the Declaration of Independence to the nation and to Congress in particular. I agree with this point of view.

    • Krashman Von Stinkputin says:

      Nice list.

Now explain how Ric Grenell ,Sidney Powell and Mike Flynn get confirmed.

      Wray is a no-brainer.
He has now pissed off the right AND left.
      He’s stonewalled the R’s and
      He’s totally mis-managed the Coup
He’s had the Hunter laptop for a year but never got around to putting together fake CI investigations and “pee dossiers” on Isaac, Cooney, Bubulinski, or Rudy
If he had….he would have given them to Ratcliffe last weekend.
Tom Homan is a good choice and would be hard to deny.

Replacing Barr could be easy but Powell has been too outspoken (from the Senate’s point of view) to ever be confirmed.
I would suggest Josh Hawley who would be a formidable nominee.

SoS Grenell….maybe. He was an ambassador but everything else he’s done says there’s no way.
      Got any other ideas?

Not a snowball’s chance in HELL Flynn would be confirmed and anyway..
At the “dispatch” at which Sullivan’s being allowed to proceed with the Appellate Court’s blessing.
he may be tied up for another year or so….or more.

Picking a Director of the Ministry of Lies that can be confirmed is a tough one.
If Trump could find another Ratcliffe………perhaps Andy Biggs???
Or move Ratcliffe to CIA and Biggs to DNI??
I’d be interested to hear genuine possibilities but Flynn unfortunately is a no-go.

The asking for additional confirmation of the validity of documents could be a stalling tactic, but it also could be a face-saving tactic for Sullivan. He can’t just cave. Bill Barr sat on the “Board of Directors of the CIA” under Pompeo.
Q had pointed this out as significant earlier…but what was the point?
Does this give us any insight into Barr. Wouldn’t he basically know ALOT?
…read the whole thing from. Political said this new board “rankled” the insiders.

‘But several former senior CIA officials who were at the agency under Pompeo’s leadership, from January 2017 to April 2018, said they thought the then-director “crossed a line” in his use of the external advisory board to charm business leaders and influential political figures. And those who served on similar advisory boards under other directors said Pompeo’s panel differed from theirs in key respects, from the makeup of the advisers themselves to the nature of their interactions with the agency.

“The CIA declined to divulge the list of names on Pompeo’s board, but the former officials said they included billionaire entrepreneur Marc Andreessen; a top executive at global advertising agency McCann Worldgroup; former Republican House leader Eric Cantor, who is now vice chairman of investment bank Moelis & Company; and William Barr, who at the time served on the board of directors of Time Warner and is now the attorney general. Andreessen, Cantor, Barr and McCann Worldgroup did not return requests for comment.”

  22. walt39 says:

All sorts of excellent suggestions about who President Trump should appoint AG and Director of the FBI. Both jobs require Senate confirmation, do they not? Will McConnell work to get that done for any of the people who would light a fire?

Hint: McConnell is as corrupt as any of them. If an AG takes flamethrower in hand and wades into the mess, McConnell probably goes down too.

  23. Bird Watcher says:

Didn’t our favorite honey badger Sidney Powell ask that Sullivan recuse himself? When does that get decided, and who does the deciding?

    • Krashman Von Stinkputin says:

Powell filed the motion to Sullivan.

And Sullivan rules on the motions…….that is….when he gets around to it.

She wants to have the appellate record.

BTW: That motion of recusal was mostly a re-hash….there were a few new things
THE MOST SIGNIFICANT was that Sullivan received communications from Peter Strzok’s lawyer DIRECTLY (the stuff about altered notes). Those comms were not shared with the Prosecution or the Defense and Sullivan effectively has entered this as EVIDENCE in the case. I believe he received a similar email from McCabe’s lawyers.
      Big NO NO.
A judge (or jury) is ONLY to consider evidence brought forward IN THE CASE…..
that is validated, examined and cross-examined
NOT “evidence” sent to his personal email from outside parties.
He’s now using those extrajudicial communications as excuse to ORDER the DOJ to validate all their prior submissions and further delay this case.

The reversible errors are piling higher than the Washington Monument.
So from Sullivan’s point of view…..what’s a few dozen more?

  26. Dad's son says:

I will be very straight with this, and it is my right, under the First Amendment to the Constitution, to say so::

The rape of our justice system has, in many ways, been most singularly represented by the years-long, Gulag-like limbo that has become the life of Gen. Michael Flynn, after the judge was directed by the Court of Appeals, months ago, to dismiss the case with dispatch.

This is the worst violation of the right to speedy trial I can recall in the history of our Republic. It is sheer Soviet-style judical tyranny,

I want to see Judge Emmet Sullivan removed from the bench and imprisoned in a federal penitentiary for a significant term.

Should President Trump be re-elected, I want to see immediate prosecution of this corrupt judge, with the full force of the law.

Jail the judge, one day for one, for every day since the Flynn indictment, times two, for punitive damages against a corrupt man who has conspired to demolish our system of justice.

Judge Sullivan, in my opinion, is a traitor to the Constitution. On January 21st, 2021, throw the book at him so hard that no so-called judge, no matter what blackmail the Deep State has on him or her, will ever again be tempted to twist the law into such an abomination, as he has, ever again.

To repeat, I demand that Judge Emmet Sullivan be sent to prison for crimes against the Constitution.

    • St. Stephen says:

“…the judge was directed by the Court of Appeals, months ago, to dismiss the case with dispatch.”

To be precise, the appeals court did not order Sullivan to “dismiss the case.” The appeals court ordered Sullivan to rule on the government’s motion to dismiss. Those are two very different things.

Has Sullivan acted with dispatch in ruling on the motion? I would say no. But I don’t think speedy trial considerations are implicated in this circumstance of a post-guilty plea motion to dismiss.

    • Krashman Von Stinkputin says:

I want to see Judge Emmet Sullivan removed from the bench and imprisoned in a federal penitentiary for a significant term.

So what exactly are you going to prosecute him for ?
Or are you just suggesting we skip that part.

Cause if we’re going to skip it…..
why not just drag him to the nearest tree and skip it all.

You do realize that his oversight of this case HAS BEEN REVIEWED by the DC appellate court in TWO separate hearings.

What do we do with them?

  27. johnnyfandango says:

Question is how to break through this lawless Bull Sh!t? The evidence is clear, Flynn was targeted then framed and coerced into a confession to protect his son. Brady material withheld and his former lawyer making agreements with the DOJ without his knowledge. The DOJ dropped their case against Flynn. Where is Barr? There has to me some brilliant minds that can help Powell and remedy this situation. Flynn is a political prisoner.

    • Krashman Von Stinkputin says:

The DOJ dropped their case against Flynn. Where is Barr?

Your sentence answers your own question.

Ummmm….”Barr” is the one who is TRYING to drop the case and the judge won’t let him.
“He” filed the Motion to Dismiss.

This is the definition of a CONSTITUTIONAL issue.
Article 2 Executive VERSUS Article 3 Judicial

The EXECUTIVE who has exclusive power to enforce the law is being thwarted by
The JUDICIAL branch which doesn’t want to let them.

Sullivan whole angle here comes down to these 5 words:
      “….by leave of the court”
      that is….”with the court’s permission”.

He won’t give his “leave” and has spent 5 months searching for reasons why he won’t.

Once corruption is ensconced in a system it is terribly difficult to rise out of that corruption. That is where we are. We are in a country that is embedded with corruption across the agencies, media and Big Tech. It will take a re-election by Trump to remove it. Even then it will be a hard slog through 4 years. The complicit media will hide the Biden Crime Family facts until after the election at which point, if Biden is elected, they will be plastered all over the MSM.

Meanwhile, since the “why did you wait until after Biden was elected” question would be asked of the lifelong Dim and Dim donating lawyer Bobulinski, he provides information too late in the election cycle for anything to officially be done about it before the election while leaving plenty of time after the election for the DO’J’ to actually do something for a change because, in this case, it benefits their favorite party, the Dims, based upon DO’J’ political donations in 2016 and 2018 and their total inaction on SpyGate et al.
