I just wanted to alert FL people to the FL Constitution Amendments on the ballot as there are things on there that should NOT be there. The lefties learned a long time ago they can bypass the state legislatures by using mob rule, e.g. democracy, along with deceptive wording to get what they want. Gov Desantis is trying to clean up the system and there are fewer Amendments on the ballot than I have seen in the last 12 years but I wanted to alert you to a couple that are very deceptive.

Amendment 1 is a Citizenship Requirement to vote in FL elections? Why? Isn’t it already in the law. Anyway, looks safe to vote yes but why is it even there?

Amendment 2 is the socialist dream, e.g. enshrining in the State Constitution an accordion minimum wage to eventually reach 15$ per hour. That would destroy young people trying to get work experience and put small business OUT of Business! I’m voting NO!

Amendment 3 is very deceptively worded, e.g. everybody gets to vote in the primaries. In other words, they want to turn FL into an OPEN PRIMARY state. This has been used by the D-rats to make weak R candidates become their opponents? How? The incumbent D-rats usually NEVER have a primary challenger. They get their people to vote for the worst R candidate. We saw this in MO in 2012 when a horrible R candidate allowed Mccaskil, a documented corrupt D-rat to win another term when she should have lost. Vote NO on Amendment 3 if you want to choose your best R primary candidate.

Amendment 4 is a GREAT one. It makes an amendment go through TWO election cycles before it is eligible to be put in the state Constitution. This will put a big brake on the lefties attempts to bypass the state legislature with mob rule by putting inappropriate items, e.g. legislation stuff, in the state Constitution. VOTE YES!!!!!

Amendment 5 deals with homestead exemptions and is something that does not need to be in the state Constitution. This is something best served by the legislature through passing laws. I’m voting NO!

Then, for those of you in Escambia Co. there is an Escambia Co raise sales tax scam for 1/2 percent which they have tried to get passed for many election cycles (using various bleeding heart labels, different each time; this time it’s for the “children”. Escambia Co already HAS 1.5 percent additional sales tax going to the county. I’m voting NO and I hope those in Escambia Co do as well, This is just a repackaged 1/2 percent tax that they have tried for years. Remember Escambia Co people, every time we buy a gallon of gas, we pay the CO 5 cents. That was suppose to be temporary and that temporary has now been over 20 years. They NEVER remove these types of taxes. I think they are bilking us enough with the 1.5% sales tax and the 5 cent per gallon gas tax. (Remember when they use to list all the taxes on the pump? They did away with that when the gas taxes reached a ridiculous level).

Also, major D-rat push to get rid of Gaetz this time. His opponent ran in 2018. His qualifications consist of he was in the military (So was traitor McMasters), he has a family (So does the D-rat candidate in NC who has a sex scandal ignored by the media-rats) and he has “proven” leadership (uhhh, proven by who for what?). He doesn’t even put D-rat on his campaign literature and it’s clear from the signage and mailers, some one is dumping considerable money into his campaign (Soros?). Anyway, Gaetz actually works for the district and he also totally supports President Trump. That’s why the money is coming in to try to unseat him. I’ve watched our local Congress people for many decades (over 40 years). Out of all the ones, Gaetz has done the most to help our district and he genuinely supports President Trump. That’s good enough for me!

Also, VOTE IN PERSON! Don’t trust a third party, whether it be the Post Office or a SOE employee, to handle your ballot. Early voting started earlier this election giving 12 additional days to vote. No excuse, unless you are bedridden not to put your ballot personally into the tally machine so you KNOW your votes counted. JMHO.

    Just my perspective.

The difference between “every” and “only” — the concern is that the Florida constitution specifies who IS allowed to vote from a citizenship standpoint, but does not explicitly state who is NOT allowed to vote. California, e.g. has permitted noncitizens to vote in local elections.

Open primaries give Democrats the choice of who the Republicans will run as a candidate and it’s always the biggest Rino or Democrat lite! Democrats are very organized when it comes to open primaries and first consideration is always who is the weakest/worse Republican running and vote them in! Open primaries should be banned. Texas is an open primary state as well! IMHO

I used to check with the Woman of League Voters to see what they said. As I became more conservative, it appeared to me they became more liberal. I won’t listen to them now. And, I listened to a talk radio host that I trust discuss this amend. He said it could be used to put in poor republican candidates and I am certain that is exactly what they would do.

Bobulinski seens to have plenty of details and he is not happy as he just figured out the Bidens took millions from China that they didn’t launder through his company.

Bobulinski knew what was up and was in on it. He didn’t go from 4 years in the Navy to a “world wide institutional investor” without a little input from the Bidens.

Seems like Bobulinski is about to pull a Lorena Bobbitt on the Bidens.

US clears sale of high-tech missiles to Taiwan

‘The US government announced approval on Wednesday to sell US$1 billion worth of advanced air-to-ground missiles to Taiwan as the island shores up its defences against the threat from China.

The State Department said it had agreed to sell 135 of the AGM-84H SLAM-ER missiles, precision-guided, air-launched cruise missiles, and related equipment.

Also approved was the sale of six MS-110 reconnaissance pods for air reconnaissance, and 11 M142 mobile light rocket launchers, taking the value of three arms packages to US$1.8 billion.

The SLAM-ER missiles will help Taiwan “meet current and future threats as it provides all-weather, day and night, precision attack capabilities against both moving and stationary targets” on the ground or ocean surface, a statement said.

China has stepped up pressure on the island over the past year, sending attack and surveillance aircraft into its airspace and ships near its waters.

Last week Beijing released video of a military exercise simulating an invasion of a Taiwan-like territory featuring missile strikes and amphibious landings.‘

Full statement from Tony Bobulinski to The New York Post

My name is Tony Bobulinski. The facts set forth below are true and accurate; they are not any form of domestic or foreign disinformation. Any suggestion to the contrary is false and offensive. I am the recipient of the email published seven days ago by the New York Post which showed a copy to Hunter Biden and Rob Walker. That email is genuine.

This afternoon I received a request from the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs and the Senate Committee on Finance requesting all documents relating to my business affairs with the Biden family as well as various foreign entities and individuals. I have extensive relevant records and communications and I intend to produce those items to both Committees in the immediate future.

I am the grandson of a 37 year Army Intelligence officer, the son of a 20+ year career Naval Officer and the brother of a 28 year career Naval Flight Officer. I myself served our country for 4 years and left the Navy as LT Bobulinski. I held a high level security clearance and was an instructor and then CTO for Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. I take great pride in the time my family and I served this country. I am also not a political person. What few campaign contributions I have made in my life were to Democrats.

If the media and Big Tech companies had done their jobs over the past several weeks I would be irrelevant in this story. Given my long standing service and devotion to this great country, I could no longer allow my family’s name to be associated or tied to Russian disinformation or implied lies and false narratives dominating the media right now.

After leaving the military I became an institutional investor investing extensively around the world and on every continent. I have traveled to over 50 countries. I believe, hands down, we live in the greatest country in the world.

What I am outlining is fact. I know it is fact because I lived it. I am the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family. I was brought into the company to be the CEO by James Gilliar and Hunter Biden. The reference to “the Big Guy” in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden. The other “JB” referenced in that email is Jim Biden, Joe’s brother.

Hunter Biden called his dad ‘the Big Guy’ or ‘my Chairman,’ and frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals that we were discussing. I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. I’ve seen firsthand that that’s not true, because it wasn’t just Hunter’s business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line.

I realized the Chinese were not really focused on a healthy financial ROI. They were looking at this as a political or influence investment. Once I realized that Hunter wanted to use the company as his personal piggy bank by just taking money out of it as soon as it came from the Chinese, I took steps to prevent that from happening.

The Johnson Report connected some dots in a way that shocked me — it made me realize the Bidens had gone behind my back and gotten paid millions of dollars by the Chinese, even though they told me they hadn’t and wouldn’t do that to their partners.

I would ask the Biden family to address the American people and outline the facts so I can go back to being irrelevant — and so I am not put in a position to have to answer those questions for them.

I don’t have a political ax to grind; I just saw behind the Biden curtain and I grew concerned with what I saw. The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities even though some were from communist controlled China.

      God bless America.

    • If $2.2 million dollars were enough to stop corruption and graft then all of the Swamp would naturally stop once they “acquired” around $2.5 million illegally. But crooked politicians never stop stealing and committing graft. It’s in their DNA.

So I do not subscribe to the notion that paying a scummy politician more would keep them from being a money skimming, influence peddling, grifter.

This isn’t a convicing enough graph for a cause and effect relationship between exorbitantly high pay for a ministerial official and the absence of corruption.

In the case of the US, the President and VP get free housing, free lifetime medical care, free travel, accommodations, pension, lifetime security, lifetime office expenses in retirement among other very pricey perks that rack up the annual salary well into the many millions. About the only thing they pay for is groceries, and they could probably get their clothing free from designers if they merely asked.

Good Morning Treepers from the UK,

You may have seen my many posts about the utter filth that calls itself the BBC. Each time I think they’ve reached rock bottom they prove me wrong.

Today’s example concerns this tawdry little article:-

This, believe it or not, is the number 2 lead story on the front page of the bbc news site. I have checked and not even the NYT or CNN have stooped so low as to run the “story”.

My country’s intelligence service shames me, it’s national broadcaster does the same. As a patriotic subject of Her Majesty I can only apologise for both (and for Harry although Meghan’s down to you guys).

I recall the computer repair shop owner stated he sent a copy of the hard drive to Pelosi. I think one of the next shoes to drop, after the full depravity and corruption that is being revealed is completed, is a simple tweet to the Speaker:

‘Hey Nancy, you got a copy of the hard drive, conclusively proving abuse and corruption by the Biden family, and sat on it. Why would you do that?”

I would take a hard run at Pelosi soon; full throated support for whomever her Republican challenger is, highlighting of the abuse of military airlift (replete with an open bar) to jet back and forth to SF, all the personal wealth she’s amazed on her government salary, the third world country conditions in the district she represents etc. I’d blister her, and push her into even more lunacy and nonsense.

A peaceful protest and rally in the heartland of CA, where logic and patriotism still matter, would be cool. Then I’d swing up to OR and WA to make the point POTUS is running to be the President of all 50 states, like it or not.

    Dear AD REM,

▶️ ❗️Can someone please check on this issue?
Just as CTH Fan advises at 6:47 am today, I too could NOT read the FIRST Page of this
Presidential Thread last night or Today. With only 181 responses by this morning it looks like many others may be having the same problem. There’s SO MUCH good info we need to see… Thank you for all your great help!

CTH Fan on October 22, 2020 at 6:47 am
FYI Admin, for the past two days I have been unable to read the first page of the Presidential Thread because I keep getting the comment about having to reload because of errors on the page. The second page onward loads with little or no problems.

This has been happening for a while now. I have persevered before by struggling to overcome multiple reloads recently, but for the past two or three days it has been impossible. I have to believe that there is something imbedded in at least one of the recurring posts that is the cause of these multiple reloads.

Let me begin with a quote from Barr.

“Well, as I said in my confirmation hearing, one of the reasons I came back is because I was concerned that people were feeling there were two standards of justice in this country. And that the political and that the justice, or the law enforcement process was being used to play political games. And I wanted to make sure that we restore confidence in the system. There’s only one standard of justice.”

Now add in the fact that the FIB which is under the DOJ, has had the Laptop since Nov/Dec 2019 and it begs the obvious questions………

    1) When did AG Barr first become aware that his FBI had the Biden Laptop?

    2) When did AG Barr first become aware about some of the disturbing images as described by some who have seen it?

    3) If he was aware of it in Dec, then why did he withhold this information while PT went through impeachment?

    4) Was this information hidden from him and if so then who within the FBI hid this and why has he done nothing about this?

Is it time to subpoena AG Barr and Wray before the Judiciary Committee and come tell all Americans under oath what they knew and when they knew it?

So go back and read Barr’s reason for coming back that I posted above and ask yourself, in your opinion does that statement fit with what we have seen these past 12 months, especially IF Barr was aware of the laptop and more importantly THE CONTENTS since Dec 2019?

Back in 1992, the last time Bill Barr was U.S. attorney general, iconic New York Times columnist William Safire referred to him as “Cover-up General Barr” because of his role in burying evidence of then-President George H. W. Bush’s involvement in “Iraqgate” and “Iran-Contra”.

  36. Talk is that the following “Republicans” will be part of the Harris-Biden administration.
    Jeff Flake
    John Kasich
    Mitt Romney
    ¡Jeb! Bush

All part of the new Uni-Party/Deep State.

    Liked by 2 people

    • Somebody says:

There is no way all four would get jobs of any significance. Romney is not going to give up a senate seat for assistant deputy whatever and he will not get a plum job like SOS the left wouldn’t tolerate that.

The left already spoke out strongly about Kasich when he was featured at the convention. They said fine to let him speak at convention but Biden best understand there should be no place for Kasich and his kind in a Biden administration. Since John likes to talk about dad being a mail carrier, maybe Biden will hire him to be a rural route carrier in OH🙄

Jeb? He wouldn’t settle for anything lower than a cabinet secretary. Biden might consider him for commerce since Jeb knows how to trade on a family name, but a Bush in a D administration? Heads would explode, the squad and company would go bananas.

Flake? He’s the only one I think might actually get a job, no idea what. He doesn’t seem skilled at very much in my opinion, but he’ll be the token R. The other names are subterfuge and stand no chance.

It’s all a moot point anyway, we know none of them will be in a Trump administration. What I do find funny is that the Biden camp thinks floating these names advantages them. They have to think it advantages them with R’s because the D’s despise these men. I guess they are unaware the vast majority of R’s despise them too.

This AG Barr’s Scorecard and IMO it needs to

Another day and another opportunity to repost AG Barr’s DOJ Scorecard and many of the “incidents” that have occurred over the past few years and you tell me if truth and justice is paramount anymore and if there isn’t a two tier system of justice within DC!

    1) Uranium One – No Crimes, No Indictments

    2) Hammer Spying Program & 47 Hard Drives of Evidence given to the FIB in 2015 – No Crimes, No Indictments

    3) Anwan Brothers – No Crimes, No Indictments

    4) HRC Unsecured Server & 33K Emails – No Crimes, No Indictments

    5) Wiener Laptop Contents where the laptop and contents were given to the FIB – No Crimes, No Indictments (outside Wiener)

    6) DNC Server Hack where the FIB never confiscated the server but took the word of a 3rd Party that it was hacked – Alleged Crime, No Indictments

    7) Seth Rich murder where the FIB has refused all FOIA requests of any investigative reports – No arrests

    8) Fake Dossier and fraud on FISA Court 4 times where there is unequivocal evidence the FIB knew the Dossier was a fraud in Jan 2017 and still submitted 3 more FISA requests using this lie – No Crimes, No Indictments

    9) Years of FISA Abuse – No Crimes, No Indictments

    10) Years of FIB/NSA Contractor Spying Abuse as documented by Adm Rodgers audit and Judge Collyer 99 page report where 85% of NSA Contractor 702 searches were illegal – No Crimes, No Indictments

    11) Carter Page FISA Leak where the FIB has in its possession the Surveillance and Investigative report by SSA Dugan detailing the leaking of the traced FISA involving people in Congress – No Crime for Leaking (just one count lying)

    12) Numerous other Classified Leaks – No Crimes, No Indictments

    13) Numerous referrals to DOJ from Congress – No action, No Crimes, No Indictments

    14) Numerous Agents violating policy – No Crimes, No Indictments

    15) Ukraine WB fraud – No Crimes, No Indictments

    16) Impeachment Fraud and made up narrative by House Leader and now we learn the FIB had the Biden Laptop all this time and NEVER spoke up while PT was impeached – No Crimes, No Indictments

    17) Ukraine Money Laundering – No Crimes, No Indictments

    18) Epstein Death – No Crimes, No indictments

    19) Framing and Withholding exculpatory evidence and records in the Gen. Flynn case – No crimes, No Indictments

    20) Phil Haney Murder – No Crimes, No Indictments

    21) 31 Government issued phones used in Federal investigation all turned back in wiped – No Crimes, No Indictments

    22) Laptop in the hands of the FBI since Dec 2019 and while PT is being impeached – No Crimes, No Indictments

Seriously, look at this list and virtually NOTHING from Barr and our Government. I’m not sure it is even statistically possible but here it is.

This is why IMO Barr has failed America. Where is the Justice?

This list SCREAMS, two tier system of justice!

    It truly is sickening!

A big fat ZERO from AG Barr.

  42. Reading between the lines on this morning’s Bobulinski story, this is my wild, reckless GUESS on how it played out . . . the WSJ, which has a bunch of leftist reporters and is therefore considered by the Masters of the Universe and other pseudo-elites to be a “credible” news organization, was preparing to release a report that references Bobulinski. So, the Democrat Bobulinski decides to get out in front of the story and share a general statement to media. Smart move, except the WSJ ends up dragging its feet and meanwhile Bobulinski’s statement is out there and Breitbart and other non-MSM run with it. Oops. Now, the WSJ’s feet are being held to the fire if it was getting cold feet and/or had caved to pressure.

Look, Bobulinski should be commended for finally coming forward with this info. There are probably about 150,000 American leftists that deserve a reckoning more than Bobulinksi. Assuming that my above guess is close to the mark, though, it’s still pretty amusing that he and the WSJ Toobin’ed themselves.

I awakened early this morning with a great idea for tonight’s debate. How about explaining that Joe Biden (over his 47 year span in office) has now come up with a new game showed patterned after ‘Jeopardy’ called ‘American Jeopardy’. President Trump can come up with a bunch of topics that incriminate Joe yet show how our President has helped improved a bunch of issues.
Examples: I’ll take ‘Endless Wars’ for 5 trillion
Let’s go for ‘Bad Trade Deals’ for 500 billion
‘How I Corrupted the CIA, FBI, DOJ and NSA for 2 trillion
The list can go on and on. It would make a memorable debate that our voters can relate to and be fun as well. In the end, PDJT can say the American People don’t want to play that game any longer as Biden and his cronies don’t follow the rules and always cheat. How about we have some fun with this and come up with a bunch more categories???
