Already announced here by other posts, but here’s some of DAG Rosen’s statement. Capitalized “YEARS” is mine:

DoJ Finally Files Sweeping Antitrust Lawsuit Against Google
    20 Oct 2020

    https://www.zerohedge.com/technology/doj-finally-files-sweeping-antitrust-lawsuit-against-google

Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen led a brief phone briefing with reporters on Tuesday where he essentially confirmed all of the reporting from this morning’s WSJ scoop.

“For YEARS there had been concerns about business practices leading to unprecedented concentration in our economy,” Rosen began, adding that the anti-trust division has been looking at Google and its anti-trust practices for more than a year now. Rosen called Google a “gatekeeper of the Internet” and “one of the wealthiest companies on the planet”, saying it has maintained its monopoly standing via “anticompetitive practices” that are necessary to “enable competition”.

Agreed – of all the things DOJ should have been dropping into the public realm before an election, IMO this was not the one. They could have been negotiating behind scenes in good faith to keep them sidelined. But now, Google has to know that its all or nothing for them. And in the last 2 weeks of an election that decides their fate as well, they might as well go all in.

Its gonna get a lot darker….

You may be right; but given the lawsuit just filed, egregious action by BIG BROTHER could be thwarted by executive order, and no matter what any court may rule, the executive order should be held in place till the conclusion of the lawsuit just filed.

I posted this on the Debate Commission article:

One thing I’d like to see President Trump clear up is the whole kids in Obama cages. That crap has weighed heavily on the low info emotional voter. He needs to explain that 1/3 of children illegally crossing with an adult are not with a parent and are of child trafficking. He can say they used the cages that Obama built there, but now his administration has provided nicer facilities (as we’ve seen) for the children. He needs to explain how his administration has taken the extra step of not only doing DNA testing to verify parentage, but that they have instituted it at the border to process it faster, so the time of the child’s separation, if it is a parent, is much shorter. He should emphasize that many, if not most, of the children that do not have a parent have been sexually abused on their journey and that concern is of the utmost importance to verify who is who before more harm would be done to the children if they would remain with a non-parent trafficker. So it is for the children’s safety that this separation is done, and those who have been abused have been given tender loving care.

And this is another reason why we want to stop illegal immigration if anyone cares about the children who have suffered from it.

I just don’t think this message has come across and this is a good time to do it. Someone get this to the President’s attention, tweet to one of his close advisers, or Don Jr. or someone.

I’m not on twitter and I don’t know if the White House comment section is appropriate nor fast enough to get the message to him, and I don’t know if a patriot is manning that either.

A 2 min debate segment isn’t enough time for anything but bumper sticker campaign cliches. It’s also a useful cover for bad ideas and a bad record, which favors biden and his bumper sticker supporters.

President Trump has a record he’s proud of and not running from. It takes longer than 2 min to detail them, to give them the light they deserve. 2 min is an intentional handicap for President Trump.

When you consider the amount of money involved in the refugee resettlement racket, and the close relationship that exists in this field among left-wing immigration advocates (who seek to ethnically cleanse the US) left-wing churches, and left-wing politicians, it’s no wonder that a ferocious propaganda campaign has been waged by the Left, and DNC MEDIA COMPLEX against the Trump immigration policy.
Remember, ethnic cleansing, and voter registration is what the Left is devoting their time and resources toward. And they also think it’s kind of ‘neat’ that taxpayers will pay for it.

Well the left is clearly evil that goes without saying these days, lol, but I was thinking more along the lines of pupil dilation showing up as black eyes. All sorts of drug abuse such as cocaine, or various medications such as dopamines which are used to treat Parkinsons for example can cause this. Is dementia treated with something that causes pupil dilation? I have no idea perhaps medical professionals can weigh in on this. I just know something is medically wrong with Bejing Biden besides being a corrupt Sob!

        • Dementia is not treated with drugs that cause pupil dilation.

Some people are reading WAY too much into Joe Biden’s instances of pupil dilation. Dilation doesn’t require the administration of any drugs. It can happen any time a person becomes excited or angry. You may have seen it happen yourself, if you’ve been subjected to someone shouting at you. It’s part of the “fight or flight” response, triggered by acute stress (positive or negative). Your body puts out adrenaline in reaction to a perceived threat, and the adrenaline dilates your pupils.

I could have given lots of other examples. Military combatants pump adrenaline for DAYS at a time. It’s a precursor to PTSD.

Back when I was in rotations for ER training we had a doc demonstrate the effect using a patient who had come in after a significant car accident. The man appeared unhurt, but it’s always a good idea to get checked since others had been injured. The doc told us to watch his eyes. He went behind the patient and banged a metal tray – once. The patient’s eyes popped “black” in seconds. All the doc said was, “adrenaline”.

Now add in the fact that the FIB which is under the DOJ has had the Laptop since Nov/Dec 2019 and it begs the obvious question………

      1) When did AG Barr first become aware that his FBI had the Biden Laptop?

      2) When did AG Barr first become aware about some of the images as described by some who have seen the Laptop Contents?

      3) If he was aware back in Dec/Jan then why did he withhold this information while PT went through impeachment?

      4) And if this information was hidden from him then who within the FBI hid this and why has he done nothing about this?

Is it time to subpoena AG Barr by the Judiciary Committee and come tell all Americans under oath what he knew and when he knew it?

So go back and read Barr’s reason for coming back that I posted above and ask yourself…….

In your opinion does his statement fit with what we have seen these past 12 months, especially IF Barr was aware of the Laptop and more importantly THE CONTENTS since Dec 2019.

      Americans demand answers Mr. Barr.

You drove people to commit suicide, you shattered husband and wife and their family because you destroyed their livelihood by your politics and policies. Now, as a Trojan horse, you want to sneak back in to return our country to business as usual. My fellow Americans (looking into the camera), the “big guy” has been exposed. Why doesn’t PDJT ORDER or Direct Wray and the FBI Agent who confiscated the laptop, to immediately answer the Senate’s questions, in full, under oath (or 18 USC 1001 penalty) about the biden laptop.
I simple do not understand why not. PDJT is the President who has a duty to protect the Constitution and enforce the laws. the DOJ/FBI have a duty to investigate bribery, child porn, foreign influence, money laundering, kickbacks, admitted threats against foreigh governments to prevent Burisma-fraud bu bidens. The Senate has a duty to oversee the FBI/DOJ.

Why does PDJT just complain? He is supposed to be an action-taker.

    This is beyond my comprehension.

I agree with he should have done it a long time ago. We’ll just have to disagree with the idea of doing it now. As far as your sample edict: All Wray has to do is say he found nothing, same as he’s been doing. This is going to take a huge amount of firings that should have been done when PDJT had time to recover from the press cries of “Saturday night massacre”. But right now, he -isn’t- in charge of FBI/DOJ, and any edicts will only produce findings clearing Biden – very counterproductive. After all, Wray has found no evidence of violence from antifa, and has found white supremacists to be the biggest threat facing America. I don’t believe there is an honest FBI person in DC, so orders right now are not going to do anything. IMO

Wray does not know all that is coming out. Order him to immediately respond to the Senate. When he lies, wray takes a risk of PDJT winning, and prosecution under 18 USC 1001.
In the meantime, while PDJT refuses to order Wray to release records, or respond to the Senate, PDJT looks feckless and unable to even exercise the responsibilities of office, IMHO.

PDJT ‘Authorizes’ the DOJ/FBI and Agencies to release ‘unredacted’, all the coup records and evidence. The DOJ then issues a formal legal opinion that the Agencies are NOT oe\rdered to do so, so can continue to sandbag. The DOJ said that the President didn’t really mean it when he said release the records unredacted, based on representations of the office of Whitehouse counsel. Federal judge Walton then required confirmation, saying “I think the American public has a right to rely upon what the president says about what his intent is”. Even though Walton is likely a never-trumper deep state asset, I agree on this.
Release it all, or not, but don’t fudge with phony biden-type lies.

That only works if Wray is honest and will not perjure himself before the Senate. Otherwise, doing that would only give Wray a very big platform for whatever Wray feels like saying.

I have a question for the board. If this has been previously addressed and discussed, please point me in the right direction, Thanks.

Right after POTUS was elected in 2016, and during the regressive left’s tantrum, several “Blue” states voted to tie and pledge their Electoral College electors to the candidate who wins the popular vote.

Here is the question; how exactly is that done? Do they give the candidate who won the NATIONAL vote their states electors or do they give the electors to the candidate who won their STATE vote?

If it is based on the state vote then I fail to see how this would change anything except electors in most states are not necessarily committed to voting with their state popular vote, even though they usually do just that.

IF, it is tied to the national popular vote I can see a huge back fire IF President Trump wins the popular vote. I am pretty sure California voted to do just this, but I have never been clear on this virtue signaling leftist kneejerk reaction to nullify the Electoral College.

That answered my question. But, the national question has yet to happen.

What drove this question was what I remembered, and was repeated in this paragraph:

“Several states have signed on to a proposal to sidestep the Electoral College altogether by joining a “National Popular Vote Interstate Compact” to pledge their Electoral College votes to whichever candidate wins the national popular vote, regardless of how the candidates perform in their state. So far, the compact has the support of 15 states and the District of Columbia, making up 196 electoral votes of the 270 needed to win the White House.”

I could see a situation, this year, where President Trump wins the popular vote and (for example) California, by their own law change would have their electors cast their vote for President Trump. But since CA is run by the left, they can use the “faithless electors” ruling to make the electors vote with the state popular vote.

In other words, nothing really changed. Another do nothing virtue signal so the progressives can have their cake and eat it too.

        Thanks again for the link.
