COVID Madness – CA Compliance Law Requires Holiday Dinners Outside – Singing Must Be Done Quietly…

California Directorate Comrade Gavin Newsom has released the latest set of COVID compliance rules for family gatherings.  This is not a spoof. These are the rules:

♦ “Gatherings that include more than 3 households are prohibited.” …

♦ “The host should collect names of all attendees and contact information”…

♦ “All gatherings must be held outside. Attendees may go inside to use restrooms as long as the restrooms are frequently sanitized.” …

♦ “Seating must provide at least 6 feet of distance (in all directions—front-to-back and side-to-side)” …

♦ “any food or beverages at outdoor gatherings must be in single-serve disposable containers.” …

♦ “People who are singing or chanting are strongly encouraged to do so quietly (at or below the volume of a normal speaking voice).”  (more at link)

Where freedom and liberty conservatives make the fatal mistake is not using Alinsky rule #4 against the dictates of the totalitarian regimes.

RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”  I guarantee you California politicians, elected officials and bureaucrats will not abide by their own rules.  If you deploy Alinsky Rule #4 their credibility and reputation can be leveraged against them.

They’re all surprised at how inexpensive car insurance is here compared to Denver, pot and Magic Mushrooms jes ain’t legul here…though some enterprising prick did put the gateway issue of medical marijuana on the November ballot. LEA isn’t too happy with that and have promised a vigorous enforcement of any pot DUI issues and the various local marijuana mavens are fighting the issue hard; on the other hand the auto insurance guys are aruggin’ they hands together in anticipation of raising rates.

I was looking at retiring around Coeur d’Alene, Hayden Lake – used to go up there a lot from Utah. Problem was that Dear Wife id from Miami and a couple of Utah winters convinced her that any place where winters predictably went below 70 degrees wasn’t for her. I looked at Almost Heaven one time too, but it dissolved too soon. My old Florida partner retired to far northeastern Montana, just a hop over the border from Idaho.

Over the 90s and into the 2000s I watched the Denver area get ruined by the California Plague – there we billboards telling theCalifornians to ‘go home’. They ran away from the mess they created in California and immediately recreated in on the Front Range. We’re digging ditches down here and we’ll set ’em alight if they try to cross.

  2. I have two kids and a grandson in California. I won’t go visit until this court case is done on the ten round limit for gun magazines. I was furious when it was found unconstitutional but the court allowed the ban to stay in place until the appeal is done. Either it’s unconstitutional or it’s not.

BUT, he’s looking at the Bay Area as an example, and that place is down right worse than Hoboken, IMHO. The people up there are morose, angry, crowded… the infrastructure sucks -the environazis hold everything up and there is no money-, the weather is awful per California standards, and the politics are out of control. It is ground zero for everything that is wrong with Calimexistan.

Being such a big state, he shortchanges cities on the Central Valley, on the Sierra foothills, and Central California, which is awesome.

Then, in SoCal, the place is a lot bigger than the Bay Area. We are really a different state and we should be a different state. Hopefully dumping LA out of the State.. we’d get East California. We have a much better economy… as long as the commies from SF don’t destroy it.

The future for California is three: Jefferson, West Calimexistan and East California.

Now, about Governor Gruesome… forget about him. Nobody I know pays much attention to him, except he screws up our restaurants for sure. Eating in the patio during the winter is not hardship in SoCal, you can do it with patio heaters… but it will put the kabosh in the Bay Area and Sacramentograd for sure.

The California Progressives are a boorish, boring, sad sack set for sure.

Our County, OC, is fighting him in court… but hopefully in 3 weeks Chairman Gruesome will be recalled.

This latest edict from Guv Comrade Nuisance is labeled clearly at the top. It says “Guidance”. There is a clear reason why that word was chosen. IT IS NOT LAW.

We have lawyers here in the Treehouse. Ask them. Laws have to be introduced to and passed by a state legislature and then signed into law by the governor to be laws. If it is not a law or statute then neither law enforcement nor anyone else, including the governor, can enforce it.

The California governor has been noticed that he is exceeding his authority with these edicts. He is not a dictator or king. He cannot directly order any of us to do anything. He can only give direct orders to the government departments he oversees.

So, Comrade Nuisance, stick your “Guidance” where the sun don’t shine!

A major lawsuit is being prepared here in California. Anyone in any state can take similar action, or join in the suit being prepared. Have a look at this website for more on what you can do to push back from where you are:

All that is true, but here is what is happening, at least in Ohio. Governor declares state of emergency. Apparently the law passed by the legislature allows the Director of Public Health to shut things down, quarantine, etc. Doesn’t seem to be a time-frame for how long this “state of emergency” can last or even how a “state of emergency” is defined. The orders include exemptions. However, the “private businesses” enforce those rules if they want, even if you have a medical excuse. i.e. Walmart. Apparently it is ok for Walmart to discriminate and refuse to do business with a citizen who has a health issue. Airlines can refuse to let you fly, hotels can refuse, etc.

Still we are better off in Ohio than in Cali, and most of the places I go to don’t hassle me if I don’t wear a mask. The one that did is off my list now. I threw out their “rewards” card. And there are ways around the masking on airplanes since they have to let you take it off to eat or drink – at least for now. Even the restaurant where we had breakfast in Seattle let us keep our masks off while we ate.

Often though, I am reminded that my little mask inconvenience thing is nothing compared with all the people who lost their jobs and/or businesses. The people who did this cannot be allowed to win.

This is just a warmup, SARS 3.0 is out there bubbling in a petri dish somewhere. SARS 1 showed spread patterns and public/government reactions to a mass infection event. SARS 2 showed a more refined infection schema with a more infectious and more mutatable virus ( see: ) that could have a vaccine in place to prevent it getting too far out of hand while creating a larger event to test responses at all levels from local to Federal.

Not being privy to the machinations of the stateless Deep State I don’t know if we’ll see SARS 3 any time soon, though if Biden wins I don’t see it within the next 8 years unless some major glitch in the international social engineering schedule causes some delays.

They now know how efficiently the virus can be spread, how the people and officials will react at the most basic level and have an idea of how long a vaccine can be delayed vis-a-vis infection rates and public outrage forming…all invaluable information to the public health and/or biowar planner…what was done here post SARS1 and Ebola panics?

Anyway, just an idea I was tossing about for a fiction piece, too improbable to happen in real life, no one would ever be so dastardly as to thin the herd using such extreme and inhumane methods.

  8. lftpm says: shows 224,252 Americans having died from Covid-19.

That computes to 1 out of 1470 American who’s died from Covid-19, or from old-age with Covid-19 who was predicted to die shortly without Covid, or from some respiratory illness without a positive SARS-CoV-2 test (“Probable Covid’ = maybe, it could be Covid, or flu or parainfluenza, or rhinovirus or RSV or seasonal coronavirus, or bacterial pneumonia, but if we put “Probable Covid” on the patent’s chart we get a big bonus payment).

The vast majority of Americans do not personally know anyone who has died from Covid-19.

It’s a very effective fear-propagagation campaign that convinces people that Covid is a mass-killer when we cannot verify the claim because nobody we personally know has been killed by Covid.

The CDC quietly updated their website a few weeks ago and stated there, without a press announcement of course, that the true covid death rate, covid alone with no underlying conditions such as heart disease, pneumonia etc is 6% of the total.
At the time the so called death toll was about 153,000 and so the real mortality rate was just over 9000.
The fake news ignored this of course and I was really surprised that Trump didn’t mention this in the debate with Bidet Biden, he kept quoting that 200,000 Americans had died from this which is patently untrue.
Same % figures have also been revealed in Italy, Germany and lots of east European countries and again, all ignored by the criminal media.

I recently read (I think it was at TGP) that the CDC has admitted to finding an abundance of death certificates originally listed as Covid deaths where Covid wasn’t even listed on the death certificates. Also, a doctor gave an interview recently where he revealed that he and other doctors were being pressured to list other deaths as Covid deaths when the virus wasn’t a factor as the hospitals are being paid 3X as much for a Covid death.

    • More Bore says:

I know someone who died of COVID. He was pretty old and almost certainly a combination of factors, but thats not to say it had nothing to do with COVID. I always compare it to someone who takes a bunch of drugs and then jumps off a cliff to his death: the cert will say cause of death was a broken neck. And yet, clearly drugs played a key part.

While I agree its being vastly overblown (IMO the death count, if we understood it better, is probably somewhere closer to a big flu year of 40-50K), and his death did not deter me from my life in the slightest… The biggest problem continues to be these cretin politicians trying to exploit it.

I would also suggest (and yes, I know exactly what the responses will be on a forum like this) that we just let the medical part play out and stop with the conspiracies. Its Occam’s razor – there is a lot less intentional stuff than we keep suspecting – its more that they just don’t know much about it, and our culture is rigged to overreact to EVERYTHING these days, very little reason or logic over emotions and fear and anger.

It takes a lot of years to truly understand a virus, its evolution and mutations, how it spreads, etc. And we’re trying to cram that into a few months to stop the wanton destruction of our institutions, when what we ought to do is just go on living while they work on it – but that would not be to the benefit of “our betters” now, would it? It is thus why they change their mind so frequently: as they learn more or take a new guess, they make a new assertion – thats how science works, and we’re following it in real tiem instead of at the end when they are confident they know more about it. And then manipulative politicians overreact. rinse and repeat.

it is those politicians we should be targeting, not the CDC or a bunch of doctors working on stuff.

    • The reason we cannot do so is because we are kept indoors and away from our loved ones.

If we actually go out and scout around, we find that all of our friends seem to still be here, except for those that got displaced after losing their jobs because of a sneeze or fever.

And then there’s the fact that some of these deaths are outright listed as COVID, even when they are suicide, homocide, or alcohol-related. Probably most of them, actually.

When will someone from GOP conn-gress put up a stand alone bill to pay its citizens another check? I have tried and tried calling mine to ask that very question. I have attempted an email a few times and every time I click send I get an error message saying my email was not sent!!

If this is the worlds deadliest virus why is there a 99.87 cure rate? Who wakes up healthy and sympton free to get tested for flu and or pneumonia or even strep throat? Bureacrat Redford at CDC said over 80 percent of people tested positive for ‘covid’ wore masks regularly. Why is our total death rate (during a ‘pandemic’) going to be the same as previous years? Where are all the studies that show masks actually work? I emailed my sons school district these exact questions. I got referred to the CDC website.

This is all a sick joke. The people in the ‘club’ love it. No traffic. Dont have to deal with us peasants and deplorables.

KvS: You know in a “normal” year around 30-40 thousand people die of the flu in the US? And in a “bad” year that number has been as high as 50-60,000 or more victims?
Panic: Yeah I’ve heard that……so what’s your point?
KvS: Well….in the 20 years I’ve known you I’ve never seen you wear a mask or do a “self-lockdown” during flu season…so my point is….

How many of those flu victims were victims of YOU?

KvS: Do you get a special form of the flu or does your “altruism” transmogrify YOUR flu into non-infectious version?? I suppose since you’re so concerned about your fellow man…you will now be quarantining yourself in lockdown and wearing a mask EVERY YEAR from here on out…right?

Judge holds Newbury Park church, pastor in contempt for holding indoor services despite restraining order

NEWBURY PARK, Calif. (KABC) — A Newbury Park church was fined $3,000 and, along with its pastor, was held in contempt of court Friday for refusing to stop holding indoor church services despite a temporary restraining order and public health orders prohibiting them.

“I didn’t want this but I am a pastor. We live in a nation that allows us to worship and that’s why we’re doing what we’re doing,” he said.

Outside the courtroom, McCoy told Eyewitness News he had been concerned he would be arrested, but he wasn’t

“We’re standing in defense of a government’s overreach and a government that would call the church non-essential. It’s a small price to pay and I’m good with it,” McCoy said.

People die all the time. I don’t know anyone personally who has died of the Wuhan virus, closest was a friend of a friend. They were on hospice, so literally at the end of life.

My family got hit with the Asian flu in 1958. We were all sick except my dad. He got it a week later and it nearly killed him. Looking back him being around so many sick people and caring for them he likely got a big viral load and was run down, so it turned into pneumonia.

I’m not overly scared of the virus. I’m doing the same thing I’ve done for 10 years, washed my hands, not touched my face, especially my eyes and stayed away from visibly sick people. I’ve had few mild colds and stomach bugs, usually from others at home. What I am worried about is what would happen if I got it. Quarantined forever and if I was hospitalized no one allowed with me to advocate.

I’m in PA and I have never worn a mask, I go grocery shopping very early in the morning. More to avoid other customers who are nasty know it all’s. Staff know the ‘rules’ I can’t wear one and it’s fine.

Like many others here, I was born in a small town in central California more than 65 years ago, it was a different place. I enjoyed my childhood immensely, such a magnificent place of natural beauty. Then I left when I was still quite young, the day after graduating from college, and never looked back. I haven’t identified with the place in decades, and most people are surprised when I tell them of the land where I was born. My last visit in 2016 sent shivers up my spine, the lack of civility by everyone everywhere, the graffiti and homeless everywhere, the dead trees everywhere, the snarky TSA Mexican kid who made fun of my living in some obscure little town in Texas (“how patriotic”…spit sneer)…..I haven’t had family in that state in more than 25 years, and I doubt I will ever set foot in that shithole again, My God the changes are stunning and bad

It’s amazing how quickly they destroyed beautiful California. This will be the entire country soon if we do it stop
It. You can see what California is doing to Texas already in Austin, San Antonio and Houston. Really, all the big cities. Texas isn’t safe and will be. Lie by 2024 if not 2022. I meet Texans all the time who can’t accept that possibility and seem completely oblivious to it.

This is straight up an amplifier of the bioweapon Covid19 and the weaponized Covid19 response.

I posted this here when I first saw it thinking it couldn’t possibly be true, that as far gone as I thought we were this was a step too far.

This current Newsome action makes me think this may be more accurate than I realized. How indebted to the Chicoms is Newsome? What if anything are they holding over him? There’s no way it’s just Hunter Biden then is leveraged.

Sars Cov-2 has never been isolated. No one has a live sample of this virus.
Coronavirus tests, AKA PCR tests are thoroughly debunked.
It is a documented fact that the influenza vaccinated spread virus at 6x the rate as the unvaccinated.
It is a documented fact that influenza vaccinated antibodies interfere with coronaviruses, make you 36% more susceptible to catching them and cause severe acute respiratory syndrome.
All peer reviewed studies debunk face mask efficacy.
Anecdotal evidence shows high face mask compliant populations have the most infections.
Infections for what? The debunked tests can result in positives for bacteria and a number of viruses. Face masks are incubators for bacteria, viruses and even cancer.

Face Masks violate OSHA regulations for safe atmospheres. OSHA experts say a face mask reduces oxygen by 20%. Carbon dioxide measurements inside the facemask are off the charts, way over the allowable amount for safe air. Excess carbon dioxide stresses the immune system, and pushes the blood toward an acidic state. The body fights like hell to maintain a balanced blood PH. Once it can no longer maintain the balance you can go into hypercapnea, which can quickly kill you. That’s what killed two boys in gymn class. They were running with face masks.

130,000 health care professionals have signed the Great Barrington Declaration saying the cure is worse than the disease.
It’s been proven they’ve created the illusion of a pandemic through increased debunked testing. Because the test can even show positive for human DNA sequences, it can turn out positives on any given test. Therefore by increasing the tests, they can create the illusion of a second wave.

In summary, the influenza vaccinated can create the illusion of a surge in coronavirus positives.

This is all a hoax, folks. It’s all a hoax to make you so tired of the lock downs so you’ll be begging for the coronavirus vaccine.

Gavin Newsom, and the California Health Department have abused their emergency powers and they should be investigated along with others in the US and world at large for the biggest fraud ever perpetrated.

Where the hell is Bob Barr?

I’ve been patient with him, but not any more.

      Nice Summary JS.

All known, all scientific from our own agencies.

You left out it is extremely unlikely to catch it orally through breathing. Plenty of testing on that two.

It is fecal, and now the research is in on that. I have seen two studies, GB and US. both using full blown covid patients in the hospital. When testing for virus, The bathroom is by far shows major concentrations.

You can’t hide from it. You can educate.

Then we are making a vaccine?

As you pointed out, they have not sequenced Sars-Covid-2.

How the hell can you make a vaccine then.

      Doc,s? etc.

Anybody here know the answer to that.

This is nothing less than the government attempting to rewrite social conventions and norms and abusing its power in doing so.

This is a not subtle overreach that began with the LBG movement that was stretched beyond the recognition and comprehension of normal heterosexual people that comprise over 90% of the population.

It is a mistake for anyone to believe the people should submit to these unscientific edicts. They are arbitrary and changeable without any basis for existing.

    Do not submit to them.

With Newsom’s compliance laws we will see more videos like the one where Alecia Kitts was attending a football game in Logan, Ohio and was taken to the ground, tasered, handcuffed and dragged out of the stadium. According to police she was trespassed for not wearing a mask. She was in a outdoor stadium and practicing social distancing. When she asserted her rights, it was game on for the police and down she went also receiving a nasty electrical shock. The video went viral and is difficult to watch as a young mother simply watching a football game is arrested with violence.

According to the gofundme page for Alecia Kitts she was charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, and I think obstruction. Her mother was also charged. Alecia has a mid-November court date. I think Alecia has an attorney and now must face the court system, attorney expenses, and who knows what the judge may decide. You can find updates and the video at the gofundme page set up to help with legal expenses.

Since we have a two tiered justice system Alecia’s legal outcome may be one of 2 types 1) if judge is of the radical progressive Dem type she will get the book thrown at her to make an example of the power of the state to control with these edicts 2) if the judge is not of the radical Dem type she may get a fair ruling which to me would be a finding of illegal arrest because no laws were broken (I am not an attorney).

We’ve seen many cases like Alecia’s over the past months where police make nasty arrests of people while enforcing these tyrannical edicts as well as many businesses pushed to the brink and many now gone. Shelley Luther of Texas is a business owner who was charged and received a 5 day jail sentence but was released due to public outcry after about 2 days. Shelley is now running for office.

We now hear that Biden is supporting a national mask mandate so if Biden is elected the Newsom nonsense will go nation wide. Also, I think under a Biden administration we will see longer and more tyrannical lockdowns. Of course, If Biden is elected we will have much more to be concerned about in addition to these tyrannical covid edicts.
