    Need a favor.
John Solomon, talking with the Great Lou Dobbs tonight, said Clinesmith provided the CIA doc telling the truth re: Carter Page was a CIA asset, to the Gang of 8 on 17 Aug 2016. Solomon said this info is a single sentence in the Clinesmith attorney docs.

That is what my ears heard. However, this one is too important to be incorrect.
Would some of you listen again to Mr Dobb’s show, which runs again at 7, and verify or correct my ears?
Sure would appreciate it. Thanks very much.

        Not about Gang of 8.
Solomon spoke of an earlier effort by FBI to mislead the FISA court.
Said that in August of 2016 CIA told FBI that Carter Page was an operational asset, but for the first three FISAs beginning in Oct 2016, FBI knew, but did not disclose, this critical info to FISA Court.
So Solomon thinks on that basis there maybe be more criminal indictments yet to come.

this is the lawyers praise of Comey in 2016 October – regarding announcing hillary investigation ( he didnt like that, but praised comey in general)

      Justin Shur

“Well, it’s clearly contrary to long-standing DOJ policy. I have great respect for the director; there’s no one in my view more qualified for the job than James Comey. He’s truly a talented lawyer and his dedication to public service is unsurpassed.

But his decision is inconsistent with DOJ policy and procedures. I mean, first, the DOJ and the FBI simply do not discuss, publicly at least, ongoing investigations and what investigative steps they may or may not take. Especially when the investigation involves a candidate running for office

That he did so a few days before the election is stunning.”

“That’s a “criminal” investigation, we’ve been told a thousand times is was a “counterintelligence” investigation and that was why the bar was lower to spy on them. ”

First offense no priors he gets a probated sentence.”

Well, he might receive solely probation but the seriousness of the crime also comes into play. I’d say lying to the FISC & illegally obtaining a warrant, especially a FISA warrant, is a heck of a lot more serious than lying to a federal agent or Congress, for that matter.

But he will likely receive points (months) off his sentence for pleaing & for cooperation (if he’s cooperating). He looks like a soy boy so he’s likely cooperating.

In summary she is pointing THIS OUT.

Contractors exported the NSA database- and learned the agreements the Gov was doing with Private companies.

What stops a company like Fusion GPS from partnering with Verizon and AT&T and just getting backdoor access themselves? they dont need to tap the NSA database anymore, they bypass it.

and what would our government do to stop that? Nothing? because these private companies are building international partnerships with interpol and the UN (TREASON).

Why were Contractors acessing the NSA database and are they still now?

Nellie Ohr worked for a contractor – handed it to her husband at the DOJ and he says Christopher Stelle has bias.

But! correct me if I am wrong. didnt Sundance point out that Steele just signed it, he didnt author any of it. the Contractors did. The contractors used the NSA database to do oppo research (Nellie is quoted saying she looked into some of the Trump children’s travels).

The oppo research done by contractors using the NSA database was then LAUNDERED back into the FBI that GAVE THEM ACCESS to support FISAs.

Jim Comey (Dirty Cop) gave contractors access (Fusion GPS , Crowd Strike, etc) to do oppo research and then used their oppo research as a secondary source to justify “by the book’ fisas.

Sundance is right to say this CANT BE COMPARTMENTALIZED TO THE FBI because Ohr’s wife was the research, contractor abuser of the NSA database, and the author contributor to the Steele autographed dossier (that he didnt write).

    per horowitz report – https://www.hsgac.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/Testimony-Horowitz-2019-12-18.pdf

    • He says – he found no bias and proper predicate – because the FBI policy is to loose and a first line level FBI supervisor can authorize Azra Turk agreed recordings and Mike Rogers Agreed recordings etc…

    • But he says because of this huge trust in the FBI they must have “full and accurate” representations to the court and be “scrupulously accurate”.

    • 17 errors or ommissions means they broke their policy which was made to stay in the law.

An important section from page 3 is provided below:

“Moreover, proceedings before theForeign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC)—which is responsible for ruling on applications for FISA orders—are ex parte, meaning that unlike most court proceedings, the government is the only party present for the proceedings.

In addition, unlike the use of other intrusive investigative techniques (such as wiretaps under Title III and traditional criminal search warrants) that are granted in ex parte hearings but can potentially be subject to later court challenge, FISA orders have not been subject to scrutiny through subsequent adversarial proceedings.

In light of these concerns, Congress through the FISA statute, and theDepartment and FBI through policies and procedures, have established important safeguards to protect the FISA application process from irregularities and abuse.

Among the most important are the requirements in FBI policy that every FISA application must contain a “full and accurate” presentation of the facts, and that agents must ensure that all factual statements in FISA applications are “scrupulously accurate.”

These are the standards for all FISA applications, regardless of the investigation’s sensitivity, and it is incumbent upon the FBI to meet them in every application.”
