I have seen it in several places already: the notion or the narrative that Kommola Harris puts a “centrist stamp” on the Biden candidacy or something to that effect – it’s really insulting how the news media pushes so much manure around, as if we don’t have any other source of information and are relying on them to tell us not only what to think but how to think.

***Today’s Fisher Industries / WeBuildTheWall posts***
    (Previous posts:

Note: Most of the WBTW related social media accounts are covering coronavirus, politics, or illegal alien crimes. We will probably be in a quiet period regarding private wall content until the next project(s) are near completion. However, Fisher Industries is proceeding full speed ahead on at least 112 miles of federal border wall contracts.

The praises (much of which are older news) have been provided for those who wish to give thanks for them before praying for the wall prayer requests. I may add to, trim back, or simplify from time to time as projects/events progress or come to completion. If there is any new wall news I’ll list them in the update below. Otherwise, feel free to page down or scroll past.
    – – – – –
Wednesday night update – 8/12/20 – (See link above.)

    – 4 more photos from Fisher wall projects. (Not sure of the locations.)
(Shows new lighting poles that were installed on the actual CAT machines, extending about 10 feet above the operator’s cab.)

    – – – – –
    Thursday night update – 8/13/20

    – Video: Foreman Mike’s Message to America About One Of Our Bravest

    – Gravity defying photo of “contractors constructing a border road in the Tinajas Atlas Mountains in Arizona as part of the border barrier project.”
    – 3 Photos of Fisher’s wall at their 31 mile project (Yuma 3 project), near the Barry M. Goldwater Range in Arizona on Aug. 5. (Near Lukeville, AZ)

    – – – – –
***Praise: 🧱 (Project 1: May/June 2019)… WBTW/Fisher Industries was able to build a half mile wall up the side of a mountain in 11 days (with zero safety incidents), cutting off 19 major drug cartel trails, and closing off one of the worst areas along the border… (Sunland Park, NM)
***Praise: 👍 (11/20/19)… DHS Secretary Chad Wolf & CBP Chief gave a huge endorsement to WeBuildTheWall & Fisher industries project while visiting Project 1. CBP Chief called it a “Game Changer”. It’s the only time CBP or DHS have ever endorsed a wall builder.

***PRAISE: 🧱 (12/2/19)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $400M border wall contract to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona.

***Praise: 🧱 (Project 2 complete: Feb 17)… Fisher Industries was able to build 3.5 miles of wall along the Rio Grande River in Mission, Texas. Project 2’s “water wall” design is the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the floodplain.

***Praise: 🔍 (Reported on 12/18/19)… Senator Kevin Cramer was able to complete his in-depth review of the USACE’s procurement process and send a letter with his findings and recommendations to President Trump on 12/6/19.
***PRAISE: 🧱 (5/6/20)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $1.28B border wall contract to build 42 miles of wall in southern Arizona, most of which will run from Nogales to the eastern boundary of the Tohono O’odham Nation. It’s the largest border wall contract that’s ever been awarded.
(Complex terrain, which includes rugged mountains and water crossings)

***PRAISE: (6/11/20)… Foreman Mike stated that Fisher Industries now has ~95 miles of border wall contracts out of the 450. (Of the 95, only ~73 miles are accounted for in the federal awards which have been reported.)
    • Update (8/3/20)… Fisher was awarded an additional contract for 17 miles. So Fisher probably has at least 112 miles, 90 miles of which have been reported on. Including the unreported awards, Fisher could have at least 124 miles of contract(s).

***Praise: (7/6/20)… Fisher has partnered with Holcombe Mixers “to fast-track border wall construction.” Holcombe is providing one Holcombe HM10H and seven HM12H volumetric models which can pour 20 to 25 loads of fresh concrete each day (vs. 2 to 5 loads with a traditional drum mixer) without exceeding required temperatures.

***PRAISE: 🧱 (8/3/20)… Fisher Industries was awarded a $289.5M contract to build ~17 miles of contiguous new border wall in Laredo Sector located in Webb County, Texas.

🙏 Prayer for the work crews. 🙏
Heavenly Father, we pray in Jesus’ name (& according to Your will):
    – for safety, health, and good weather for the work crews as they continue working on Fisher’s Federal 7.6M/800 foot contract, the 400M/31 mile contract, the 1.28B/42 mile contract, the $289.5M/17 mile contract for border wall… as well as WBTW’s private projects, and any other projects they may be working on; that Fisher would be able to continue uninterrupted until completion.
    – that Fisher would be able to safely and smoothly transition(scale up w/ equipment, manpower, etc.) to be able to build 1+(to 2?) miles of wall per day.
(Tommy Fisher has previously stated that, given a large enough project, they would be able to build 1 mile of wall per day within 3 months. So this process may have started as early as mid-April or May 6th… and will possibly be ramped up by mid-August??? Just a guess…)

    – that the DoD IG’s office audit of the $400 million border wall contract which the USACE awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel would show everything is fair and above board; that the swamp in DoD and USACE wouldn’t be able to corrupt the process; & that Fisher would be authorized to proceed with the project as planned. (Backstory/timeline)
***Praise: (4/15/19)… Fisher Industries has been awarded a 7.6M contract modification to build 800 linear feet of 30-foot bollard barrier while the original 400M contract is still under review by the DoD IG’s office. My guess is this will give further evidence to the IG that Fisher Industries was justified in receiving the original 400M contract. (Details)
***Praise:… Update: Looks like work has already begun on this 31 mile project, despite the ongoing audit. Photos showing well over 800 feet of wall, started appearing around the end of April. No official word yet though.

    – for WBTW/Fisher Industries regarding the ongoing lawsuits; that both sides would be able to resolve any potential issues(erosion, construction, maintenance, differences of opinion on potential deflection of water off the wall during flood events, etc.) and the lawsuits would be dismissed.
    (July 8)… Hearing summary…
    – for the next hearing in Judge Randy Crane’s court which was reset for an additional 30 days at the joint request of the U.S. Gov. & Fisher to the first week in September.

    – for Fisher crews at Project 2 as they continue to fill/fix any issues related to erosion, reseeding of grass (hydroseed), applying rip-rap (rubble) or concrete where necessary; or applying fabric that binds the soil or rocks until the erosion control grass is established and able to hold the sand/soil in place.
    – for Fisher crews as they (1) regrade and repack soil, and then (2) lay down a road made of rock (between 1 & 3 inches large) 10 feet wide from edge of the concrete foundation, toward the river.
    – that Project 2 will eventually benefit the natural habitat; perhaps with the formation of its own riparian zone to prevent erosion at the river’s edge and benefit local flora/fauna… but without preventing operational access & visibility in CBP’s enforcement zone.

    – that Fisher would be able to come up with affordable, scalable, innovative solutions to greatly shorten the landscape establishment period and strengthen the long-term stability(resistance to erosion) for all types of riverbank soil which may be encountered so that the landscape can handle the stronger hurricanes/waterflows which may arrive in the future
Brainstorming possible solutions: Compost erosion control blanket, pneumatically blown in w/ seeds & other ingredients to a depth of at least 2”. Rapid growth & resistance to erosion from the start. Consistent outcome over variable soil/site conditions. Not sure how affordable/scalable the approach is though…
    Possible companies/products ?… (1) Rexius certified Terraseeding®/Ecoblanket®/Microblend® process; (2) Filtrexx® Compost Erosion Control Blanket™, etc.
Or perhaps Fisher simply spreading the right mixture of topsoil/sand/clay over the surface, as they appear to be doing, would be all that’s required for the hydroseed to become rapidly established…

    – that WBTW would be able to find corporate sponsors for Project 3. (They already have a major construction equipment manufacturer and are looking for a solar LED security lighting manufacturer or supplier.)
    – that Rep. Warren Petersen’s (R-AZ) bill, HB 2084, making it easier to build border wall on private property in Arizona would get passed.
***Praise: (Feb 6)… The bill passed AZ house on reconsideration with 31-29 party line vote. Next, it goes to the Senate.

    – for the bi-national summit with the Mexican IBWC and American politicians that WBTW will be hosting; for open lines of communication/understanding; and that WBTW/Fisher Industries would learn what they need to know to facilitate the sign off and approval of their projects by the Mexican IBWC.

    – for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction/salvation(through faith in Christ Jesus) for the work crews, security personnel, legal teams, CBP, DHS, Army/USACE, National Guard and all involved in WBTW/Fisher Industries private or federal projects; and for WBTW/Fisher Industries as they work with private landowners to secure more property to build on
    – that work would go smoothly with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency and quality of construction; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to build larger projects

    – (May 29 – CBP notice)… for Fisher to come up with innovative solutions or improvements requested by CBP “related to the anti-climb/anti-cut features of the border wall” (Deadline: June 12)
    – that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward WBTW/Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit (exposing corruption, raising awareness, fundraising, etc.)

    – that Project 2’s wall will prove that the design is sound and that WBTW/Fisher Industries are capable of safely and effectively building it on a large scale in the Rio Grande Valley, with a superior build, at the lowest price
    – that the federal government would provide funding for WBTW &/or Fisher Industries to build 250+ miles of wall on Private Property in Texas
(…assuming the “water wall” design is shown to work and be appropriate in the floodplain)
    – that the Government would purchase all of WBTW/Fisher Industries projects so the funds can be rolled into future projects and Fisher Industries will be able to scale up with additional equipment and manpower as needed.

Foreman Mike’s Message to America About One Of Our Bravest
“Yesterday would have been BORTAC Agent Brian Terry’s 50th birthday. He died serving and protecting our nation at the southern border when he was hunted down and murdered in a gunfight by a “rip crew” near Nogales, Arizona. The border walls we’re building are not just to protect our nation, they also help save the lives of our first line of defense who bravely suit up daily, work in punishing conditions, and are faced with a wide range of horrific crime coming over the border. ”

1:11 – We’ve got a lot more wall coming up very shortly. We’re doing final decisions over the next 10 days and moving men, materials, and equipment. But remember one thing, the first line of defense are our men and women of the Border Patrol… and that’s the reason we’re here today.

U.S. Army photos by George F. Jozens of Fisher’s wall in Arizona. (Yuma 3 project).

      – All photos were taken on Aug 5.
      – The barren terrain in photo 1 was taken in the Tinajas Atlas Mountains in Arizona. See also my prior post with the Biological Diversity photos, videos, and maps of this area. (I’m still not sure if these are Fisher crews who are building the road and the eventual wall along this stretch.)
      – Photos 2, 3 and 4 were taken near Lukeville (AZ), near the Barry M. Goldwater Range.

      – I’ve included the source links to the original photos in case viewers want to go full screen and enlarge (Ctrl +/-) and for more detail. Use the arrow keys to navigate the enlarged image.

      – Notice the bobcat next the wall and some sort of vehicle or cart next to the CAT.
      – To the right you can see rebar being pre-placed in trench. (See enlargement below.)

3: To the right of the photo above, you can see some sort of beam, from which a section of rebar frame is being lowered into the trench, ahead of the actual wall placement.

Thanks Stillwater! I am still following this geological adventure on maps etc. The Tinajas Atlas mountains seem to be insignificant as far as Geologists are concerned. They don’t contain any minerals in enough quantities to be interesting to geology. You never know though. Rare Earths have opened up new possibilities.

          Hi Annieoakley,

The landscape looks like it was filmed on Mars.

These photo finds which I posted yesterday were actually a big breakthrough for me. Since late April or early May I’ve been reposting photos from a twitter user I follow, but I always wondered where he got them, when the actual photos were taken, and the general location. So sometimes it was a lot of inference or guesswork on my part.

So yesterday I found out George F. Jozens was the photographer and I went back and found the dates when most of his current and older photos were taken. I originally thought Fisher started building wall in Arizona around mid to late April. However, the earliest Fisher wall photo I found was from March 24. So Fisher has been building in Arizona longer than we thought.

I also found the original video for photos I recently posted which I found on twitter. I’ll probably describe them more in tonight’s post.

            Very much like WORRYING.
Which is NOT the same as planning, or strategising, which is to develop an ACTION plan, worrying accomplishes NOTHING.
“If you can move ONE grain of sand, by worrying, I’ll get down there and worry, right along side you. Otherwise get up, buck up and get GOING!”
As my dear old Dad used to say.

Once you make the mental transition of ‘fear’ of consequence of acting, cause you loss, to fear of INACTION causeing you loss, as Phil Collins sings “I don’t CARE any mooore!”
And worrying shifts to strategising, and a patriotic citisen, becomes a Patriot.

And God help our enemies, cause 10’s of millions are reaching that point, every day.

Chances are if you got banned one day that you were close before. The important thing is to get your message out. Sundance said Sessions was a hero, later changing his mind. That indicates poor judgement. Does Sundance still thinks Rosenstein is a hero?

Sundance has a long line of major flubs and adoring readers. In 2/2018, when he said there were no FISA warrants, I knew he was a fraud. The warrants had been exposed 3/2017. That’s a monumental error.

You folks just keep going and worshipping your esteemed cult leader, who has led you to nothing but delays and excuse”

To “The Prisoner”, All it takes to point out that the propagandist is YOU is to prove one of your lies. And that only took a brief google search:

This is from 2/2018. In the absolute OPPOSITE of your claim, Sundance was discussing FISA warrants………and it is self evident he said they existed.

There is indeed a propagandist at work, “The Prisoner”.

      It’s you.

Such a stupid policy in addition to being so unfair.

Back in 60’s when I was an undergrad at Stanford, Calif. state universities had a policy that incoming freshman had to predict at least 1.6 (SIC) average in their first year in college for admission, So when UCLA came to play at Stanford, and their star running back was such a freshman, the notorious Stanford band spelled out 1.6 on the field and played a suitable song (I forget which one).

The stupid policy basically says, “Let’s ignore a kid’s education from K through 12, then try to make up for it by placing him in a setting where he likely will not succeed, all the while displacing qualified students. Losing strategy all around.

The Bakke case was infamous at Cal Davis. Bakke was a white applicant who was not admitted in favor of less qualified minority students.

Toronto Public Health has released the breakdown of Co-Vid infections by neighborhood. Toronto is a gentrified city, and the poor have been pushed into high density neighborhoods in the northwest and northeast corners of town. The Co-Vid infection rates in these areas is 20x the rates in the more affluent neighborhoods in the centre of town. A similar, if less stark, contrast has appeared in American cities.

The factors of age, race and income have been discussed, but less so the factor of population density. The 20th century yearning for the suburban lifestyle (single-family home, private automobile, green space) was not just a quest for luxury or affectation, but a striving for the salubrious.

For most of human history, we lived as peasants on small plots of land. The industrial revolution gave us the chance for a steady and secure living, but with the sacrifice of adopting the crowded and unhealthy urban lifestyle.

Now we have the internet, and the belated realization that office workers can have a virtual working career. Newspapers like the NY Daily News are just now shutting down their newsrooms. Time spent commuting is time better spent writing or searching up stories.

If anything good comes from the latest big-city plague, it may be an end to the nine-to-five grind, with its inane rush hour.

I live in an agricultural area with lots of Mexican Americans and immigrants. Because of economic necessity and culture, they live in more densely packed housing. We are experiencing the same higher rates of infection in those communities here.

Part of it is also cultural: weekend fiestas after working hard all week, hugging at higher rates than WASPish folks, working in agricultural packing plants (think assembly lines) where they are in close proximity.

    • TMonroe says:

Meanwhile, the game plan for some is to increase density in lots of places (with the convenient byproduct of being able to target areas for public housing and redistrict accordingly were one so inclined):

Everyone talking about the non-earthshattering development happening tomorrow per Bill Barr.

But not many are mentioning his confirmation that there will be a Durham(?) “REPORT” that will tell the story (or rather A story) about what went on in 2016/17.

So I’m a bit embarrassed, since I have been saying (along with Barr UP TO TODAY) that there would BE no “Report” or that even if there “might be a report of sorts”, that this would just be for the purpose of clarifying the details of the criminal investigation.

Everyone apparently knew but me – there always WAS intended to be a Report. Presumably it was originally intended that there ONLY be a Report, nothing more.

I’m assuming now that Barr/Durham(?) will report that while many naughty things happened, it was basically all hard-boiled politics, and he can’t (won’t) indict anyone of the Big Fish b/c this is DC and he (DOSCJ) has no realistic prospect of getting a conviction.

So Clinesmith may pretty much be IT. And maybe one or two more small fish will get scooped up later on.
Because they may have broken FBI procedure but (apparently) not the Law. Figures. They are all lawyers pretty much. Conniving CYA bastards.

I believe all the ‘actors’or ‘small group’ who actually performed actions which furthered the conspiracy, are blackmailing TPTB, and presenting a United front, to prevent ANY of them from being “thrown under the bus”.

So no, unless public outrage, Sundances phase 2, etc. can overcome the pressure currently being applied to PREVENT accountability, by those planners being blackmailed, not even Clinesmith.

        • Dutchman says:

Reestablishing Justice is a vital battle in this war, but its only ONE battle, …one FRONT in the war.
There are so many areas, its tempting to say THIS one or THAT one is “vital” or “most important”; that unless we win THIS battle, the war is lost.

Some say immigration, some Justice, some education/indoctrination, or media/propoganda.

They are ALL vital, but to me the keystone in the arch created by our enemies is the duplicitous Republicons; by playing their role as representing conservative policy initiatives, and doing it poorly, they have enabled the countries drift leftward.

Which has enabled ALL of these other things.
IMHO, if the Republicons still control the party and Congress in four years, the movement will have failed to drain the swamp.

If we succeed in overturning the Republicons, exposing and discrediting them, we will succeed.

And, there is the CCP; as the large, powerful state sponsor of Conmunism, overcoming their efforts to establish a Worldwide Conmunist governing system is essential.

Do those two things, and all other areas CAN be addressed.

FAIL to accomplish those two, and ,….well, “Failure is NOT an option”,..we are in for our “Finest hour, gentlemen!”

I think I might be able to clear a few things up because I’ve been doing some hard digging into things the last couple of days. There’s a reason why Sundance tweeted that “John Durham is a head fake…Sonn all will see. There is no John Durham investigation”.

Quite simply, it’s because there isn’t. More to the point, there isn’t one NOW but there WAS a John Durham probe. That’s over. It ended it October when Barr announced that it had turned into a criminal investigation. Durham WAS conducting a probe, for sure. There’s a liberal website out there that I can dig up the link to again if necessary that, through FOIA, was able to obtain emails regarding Durham, Those emails and meeting requests stop in October, same time word came out that it was now a criminal investigation.

One interesting tidbit they uncovered was that Barr met with Durham for the first time the same day that Mueller ended his investigation. Why is that interesting? Multiple reasons. Because if you go and look at the financial records for the Special Counsel’s office, they footnote that the office “effectively” closed on May 29th, 2 months after the Mueller investigation ended. Second, if you look at the listing of meetings Durham had, the second one, in April 2019, includes someone from Justice Management Division. That’s important because not only are they the ones that help figure out the money and logistics but under the part of the Federal Code that handles Special Counsels, whoever is selected as a Special Counsel MUST meet with them within 60 days of their appointment. Third, Sundance in one of his posts regarding his time in DC used the initials “SC”, which pretty much everyone guessed referred to a Special Counsel.

My honest guess is that Barr pulled Durham in after Mueller left and effectively made him a Special Counsel and hid him under the pre-existing budget. He just never made a public announcement. Also, everybody seems to think that a Special Counsel has to be someone from outside the government but that isn’t entirely true. If you look at the Federal Code it doesn’t actually say that. Further, under a section that lists the alternatives open to an AG, it says they can direct that an initial investigation be conducted “in order to better inform the decision”. So because that option is open to him, probing whether CH, Razor, FISA, etc were done correctly would fall under sections 2 and 3 of Mueller’s initial appointment and there was already money budgeted, it would not surprise me one bit if Barr sneaked Durham in this way.

Speaking more to the point that Durham WAS doing something and now isn’t, the very last meeting request email from 10/30/2019 has a whole list of names that are redacted are all from Justice Management Division. That’s not the important part though. What IS the important part is the name that’s not redacted: John Durham’s. Every other email in the FOIA release, he’s listed as John Durham (USACT), meaning US Attorney for CT. On this meeting request though, he’s listed as John H. Durham (JMD). Which means he was wearing two hats at the time both as a US Attorney and a member of the Judicial Management Division (JMD). Makes sense if you’ve just finished up a months long, complicated probe into something and you’re about to turn it into a criminal probe, you’re going to want to be involved in the logistics of it.

So John Durham hasn’t done anything since October. That’s why Sundance said it was a head fake. Everyone is calling it the Durham investigation, but since at least October his part has been done, if he was in fact doing anything. He very well may have been a Mueller, where it was his investigation in name only. Since October, however, it’s “his” investigation because everybody keeps calling it that and Barr has just never bothered to correct anybody. Makes sense because it keeps the heat of scrutiny and media from bugging your team and he’s under no obligation to correct someone else’s misconception.

It’s also led to some confusion though because IF (and I very well may be wrong about all this) Durham was brought in as a Special Counsel than he MUST submit a report. That’s why we keep hearing about a report. I think what Barr wanted to do was indictments at the same time Durham’s report was made public. Sundance’s pressure, however, is now removing the anonymity they’ve been operating under and forcing Barr to do something.

Lastly, if I had to make a guess about Barr’s “not earth shattering” announcement that somehow still shows they’re doing something, my guess is they’ll announce the Kevin Clinesmith indictment. That indictment is an absolute layup. Referred by the IG and they have forensic electronic evidence he altered the email. That’s the lowest of low hanging fruit if you want to show people you are actually doing something.

Malaysia Issues Rare Rebuke Against China Over South China Sea

“ Malaysia has rejected China’s expansive maritime claims in the South China Sea in a rare public rebuke of its largest trading partner.

The government made a submission to the United Nations two weeks ago on its rights over the remaining portion of a continental shelf beyond 200 nautical miles from the country’s baselines, Foreign Minister Hishammuddin Hussein told Parliament Thursday. It was in response to a similar claim China made to the UN on Dec. 12, he said.

“Malaysia opposes China’s claim that they have historic rights over those waters,” said Hishammuddin. “The Malaysian government also considers China’s claims over maritime features in the South China Sea to have no basis whatsoever under international law.”
