  1. The Boss says:

The part of Barr’s interview where he said “the American people need to know what happened in 2016 and 2017, we’ve committed to do that, and that story will be told” might suggest he has a copy of the two document packages from SD, and THAT is how “the story” will be told.

Please forgive if already posted. In article, Barr making an announcement re: spygate tomorrow?

We’re aware of the election. We’re not going to do anything inappropriate before the election… And there will be developments. Tomorrow there will be a development in the case.

Could this mean ” a development in the case” is prosecutions expected? Guess, we must wait.

    • Redzone says:

How about tomorrow DOJ announces there is a parallel Special Counsel-type Investigation that has been ongoing in addition to Durham’s work? Barr basically beating SD to the punch.

Barr said the announcement is not earth shattering, but it is highly coincidental that the timing of the announcement correlates with the timing of SD telling certain media sources who the other investigator is.

So Barr/’s worried about interfering in an election by exposing a DOJ/FBI/Obama Administration cabal that was interfering in the last presidential election and then an attempted a soft coup on a duly elected President. Only in DC does that make sense.

If not for Sundance’s efforts, likely that we would not be hearing what we will be hearing tomorrow.

“We won’t do anything inappropriate before the election” means we are going to delay anything meaningful. Prove me wrong.

  4. Boots says:

Barr: “…investigation is moving along at the proper pace as dictated by the facts…”
Enough facts were known 1, 2, and 3 years ago to issue indictments. Some trials would be over by now, others ongoing. The DS would’ve been punched hard and knocked down. The sleeping American sheep would’ve been harshly woken. Biden wouldn’t stand a chance in November,
And DJT would’ve won with 300 electoral votes.

There’s a reason someone called him Bondo Barr. IMO tomorrow is just another coat of paint over a rusted out car.

Had anyone at the FBI or DOJ attempted to frame a newly elected President Obama for a crime that never even happened AG Holder would have had every last one of them in handcuffs in 20 minutes. Change my mind!

am i correct in remembering Barr stating repeatedly that the standard for arrests would be that we believe we can prove beyond a reasonable doubt?
if i am not mistaken, the standard for arrest is probable cause.

thats the difference between 51% and 75 % approximately. quite a large difference.

Holder would have executed them so they couldn’t unwind a sham prosecution.

    • The past two weeks Barr has seem more pissed off and more vocal. I think the stunt the Demonrats pulled with him in the Senate backfired, and now it’s personal with him. Like most in DC, Barr doesn’t care much for the regular deplorables out there, but you sure better not make him look bad or it’s war. About damn time.

I don’t feel like Barr had to say a lot of what he’s said. How could say nothing, do nothing and we’d be in the same place. So I do think he wants to clean the institutions. We’ll have to see if that matches our idea of justice.

Who brought Barr to the party again? Which DS D-head? Oh thats right – he was hiding in the Bushes … There’s still time to take the fight to them – Mr. President- fire this useless POS and post, talk, and debate the facts nonstop for the next 90 days because that’s all you have left.

Dallas Soccer Star Reggie Cannon Calls Fans “Disgusting” for Booing and Chanting “USA!” as Players Knelt for National Anthem
    August 13, 2020

In a post-game press conference, Dallas star Reggie Cannon went off on fans for chanting “USA!” and booing the players, calling the fans “disgusting” and whining that his team has been through “absolute hell” the past six months because of the pandemic. Cannon ranted for over two minutes about the booing of the players for kneeling in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

“Unfortunately it was played during these times when we asked for the anthem not to be played. It pissed me off that you can’t even have support from your own fans in your own stadium. It’s baffling to me…”

Cannon said the league had turned down a request by players to not play the anthem. Dallas lost 1-0

Reggie Cannon fu and your little soccer ball too.

As you point out the USA is a HORRIBLE racist country, not worthy of any respect. Therefore I suggest that you immediately resign from your current team and find a employment on a better team in a much more worthy country. Several options come to mine: 1. Venezuela 2. Cuba 3. China 4. North Korea

There are plenty of other much more worthy countries you could play soccer for. Heck, almost half the world is virtuous communist countries. Your “golden foot” is your ticket to the paradise of your choosing.

  12. frogman says:

I do not believe Barr. This is why:

    1. Either it is tit for tat to help the Republicans, in that they will charge before the election without
any chance of a trial starting before the election; or

    2. He is trying to running the clock out till after the election, so if POTUS looses reelection then all
    will be drooped.

The investigations are difficult but they should of been charges during Spring, IMHO. So it was delayed.

I have a ton of respect and appreciation for the work Sundance is doing, but I think some are going way overboard by suggesting that Sundances reveal has Barr worried or dancing on the head of a pin.

I just hope that when Sundance unloads it will get things moving in the right direction …. and pick up the speed.

I have heard AG Barr say several times, the American people need to know what happened. Why does he keep saying this? Is he trying to make President Trump feel better that he knows everything President Trump said is true. I thought when a person commits a crime the person or people are investigated, charged and go before a judge. I don’t think it is their job to make sure everyone understands what happened. It is their job to get justice!

Of course Blue Flower I agree. But, I think he is also saying that although what these folks did was despicable… a conspiracy to commit treason or the like is nearly impossible to prove.

Especially with the experience level of Comey, Clapper. etc… they just don’t leave a trail that then be can evaluated for a crime.

I have always thought that PDJT should have taken the win when Mueller failed and moved on.

Barr said people would be prosecuted if it could be proven beyond a reasonable doubt when Hannity asked about lying to the FISA court. These are career criminals we’re dealing with. If Barr doesn’t do anything the excuse may be it couldn’t be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Let’s see what happens…

When/if there are trials, they’ll likely be held in DC, ergo, a DC jury. The U.S. Attorney(s) prosecuting the case(s) durn sure needs to make every one on those jurors understand what happened. These are complicated cases that will be difficult for many people to understand, not to mention biases.

Sooo,The U.S. Atty will need to throw so much s-t on the wall that some of it will stick. (i.e. understands the evidence, etc)
