Oregon protesters block ICE bus from leaving in 12-hour standoff

Protesters blocked Immigration and Customs Enforcement buses from leaving with two detainees in Oregon Wednesday in a nearly 12-hour standoff that resulted in Border Patrol agents breaking up the crowd.

The crowd flocked to a hotel parking lot in Bend, where the buses were parked, after a community activist went on Facebook Live about the two men who were detained earlier in the morning.

  4. While we wait for AG Barr & Co. to do something about the uncontrolled corruption in his Justice Department, millions of US citizens are being deprived of their most fundamental Constitutional rights and liberties.

( re states’ rights and US Constitution)

Most states have emergencies exceptions that allows these absurd orders from governors. However, in March 2020, and given a total vacuum of knowledge, such orders were not thought to be absurd, but should certainly be considered absurd now!

If I were AG of the United States, I would file suit against these states for their draconian measures that are no longer warranted, given the latest, more comprehensive understanding of risks to the general public. In essence, these emergency orders would be challenged as civil rights violations for being out of proportion to the actual risks of Covid-19.

As we approach the waning weeks of campaign 2020, it seems to me this issue of ‘closed economies’ in various states will dwarf all other issues because voters will be cranky, insecure and angry. If people are not being allowed to return to their jobs, it may be too late to tell them, ‘well, it’s your governor’s fault!,’ especially when Democrats are offering tons of money that the President refuses to pay.

With around 80 days before the election, it would be best for the President to ‘hit’ this issue hard now, instead of when voters’ bank accounts are dry 2-weeks before the election. In such a case as that, whoever offers the most money may end up winning. If, however, the federal government can upend the states in their absurd lockdowns and closures, the President could ride into town as a hero holding up the American flag and waving the US Constitution.

PDJT “Acknowledgement” Today is Explosive (Repeated for over the last 3-years).

Maria Bartiromo Asked Direct Penetrating Questions.

PDJT Stated; Bill Barr and Durham have the chance to be the Greatest of “All Time” but if he wants to be Political Correct, he will be just another guy.

    IMO correction;
Barr and Durham have the chance to be the Greatest of “All Time” OR a Traitor to the Rule of Law, the Constitution and the American People.

    AND

PDJT is 100% Responsible for Barr and had/has a duty to know what Barr is going to do.

PDJT has the chance of being the Greatest President of “All Time” Or the weakest President of ‘All Time” by Implementing Justice, or by not Implementing Justice, thus converting the U.S. into a 3rd world country.

PDJT will implement Justice with or without Barr. PDJT is playing a Political Fake Arm’s Length with Barr.

PDJT has a duty to know what Barr is going to do. This should not be a mystery; this is PDJT most important duty of his Presidency. PDJT has a duty to take another “Path to Justice” immediately, if Barr doesn’t Implement Justice before the election. If Barr doesn’t Implement Justice; PDJT has a duty to directly Manage (Micro-Manage if necessary) the DOJ/FBI, demanded by the Constitution and the American People.

PDJT Correctly “Acknowledges” there is enough Evidence to Prosecute; he has seen, the American People has seen, and the Constitution has seen the evidence for over 3-years, which Guarantees Justice, especially when the U.S. on-going concern is at risk.

Thus, creating a Duty for the President to 100% implement Justice, demanded by the Constitution and the American People. Anything less would be a Dereliction of the President’s Duty, especially when the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. will be eliminated without Justice.

PDJT is fighting a Legal Civil War and his “Only” Nuclear Weapon to Win the War, is Implementing the Criminal Codes, as written that “Exactly Match” the Criminal Acts of the Coup

Again, PDJT will Implement Justice With or Without Barr.

With re-election, Barr resigns in good standing with the President’s grateful thanks for his service. Then, we’ll see if the President makes a temporary appointment of a fierce patriot already confirmed by the senate for another “advice and consent” position, or takes what the senate will give him (another Barr) which will continue the miscarriage of justice.

You do not understand the powers of the President given to the President by the Constitution.

President Trump had/has many paths to justice.

President has a duty to take action immediately “if he knows Barr” (today) will not do his sworn duty to the Constitution and the American People.

President can fire Barr before the election and stay without an A/G for a few months… the President can start to directly manage the FBI/DOJ. The President doesn’t need to fire Barr to Manage the DOJ or FBI.

I’m sorry that you are not a lateral thinker, only construct negative posts under a positive post, that are factual, based upon law, constitution (Logically close) and what has to be done for this Constitutional Republic to continue. You do not have any understanding how great leaders throughout history, accomplishes the winning of battles/wars. You don’t understand or know President Trump history and how he wins wars (business). In short you believe the U.S. will be a 3rd world country and President Trump is not a great President.

IMO-with your negative thinking the U.S. would still be part of England.

President Trump and all great leaders want positive people to support them…you are not that person.

Consider the outcome if PDJT told Barr to indict someone. Politicalization !!!!! Impeachment!!! Insurrection !! I can’t see what Sundance may deliver for our country, but if that can’t get legs, I think PDJT will swing a swift and terrible sword after the election. YOU WROTE; Paul, you are ignoring that McConnell refused to recess the Senate or relinquish control of approval for so many openings which PDJT needed to fill. So Barr has talked a good justice game

MY REPLY: This goes beyond McConnell. As stated in my entire post…PDJT has complete power and many Paths to Justice…as Stated repeatedly by Judicial Watch and many other legal experts for the past 3-years. PDJT had picked this path and stated repeatedly, if necessary he will get involved. Translation, the President will do his duty by managing the FBI/DOJ Directly, if necessary.

YOU WROTE; Consider the outcome if PDJT told Barr to indict someone. Politicalization !!!!!

MY REPLY: PDJT doesn’t have the power to tell Barr to indict someone. PDJT has the power to tell Barr to follow Normal Investigative/Prosecutorial policies and procedures, and to indict and prosecute when the gauge passes the line to Indict/Prosecute. Barr’s problem is that PDJT, the American People and the Constitution already sees, and has the evidence that passes the gauge, and goes way beyond a reasonable doubt for prosecutions. This means Prosecutions has to happen especially when the country is at risk.

YOU WROTE; I can’t see what Sundance may deliver for our country, but if that can’t get legs, I think PDJT will swing a swift and terrible sword after the election. We have to prevent FRAUD and give our President the chance to wreak havoc on the DC establishment.

MY REPLY; Yes, Sundance is an invaluable Asset to PDJT, the Constitution and the American People being the number one investigative reporter in the United States and the World.
If Barr Betrays the Rule of Law, Constitution and the U.S. (People), the President has a duty to act immediately, telling the American people that he will now manage the FBI/DOJ and Justice will happen after the elections.

It is hard to believe that Barr would come out of retirement to destroy the Rule of Law, Constitution, United States and possibly create legal exposure for himself….you never know, based upon all the people who betrayed the President in the last 3 years.

PDJT will implement Justice with or without Barr.

      100% Agreed!
President Trump knows everything you wrote and much more.

Your correction of President Trump statement is exactly what he wanted to say…The President came as close to the line as possible without it being a direct threat to Barr…he is trying hard to keep the appearance of an arms-length between them for political reasons…and he will eliminate the arm’s length if Barr betrays him.

President Trump intentionally misleads…you have to read between the lines by knowing P/T history, how he fights wars and what he has to do, to stop the destruction of the United States, the President himself, his family and his business empire.

When the entire country is at risk, imo the arms-length appearance is nonsense because so much is at risk. That would be like the President’s construction of a building and not managing it…impossible. The President has his reasons and is most likely correct.

President Trump knows he created many stages over the last 3-years for easy prosecutions.

Yes, President Trump will implement justice with or without Barr…no other options.

Yes, one of PDJT many paths to Justice (Per Judicial Watch and many Legal Experts).

PDJT could have released All the Documents long ago (Judicial Watch and many Legal Experts)

PDJT could have Micro Managed the FBI/DOJ as stated by the President.

        Etc. Etc. Etc.

The President has the authority to talk to FBI and the Attorney General about Crimes and Investigations, what-ever the Oval Office “Wants”. If Congress doesn’t like this, they would have to change the law (Constitution).

The DOJ and the FBI are part of the Executive Branch in which America Voters appointed the President to oversee “ALL” of the DOJ and FBI.

If PDJT believes the Constitution is at risk as a result of corruption and there is a paper/digital trail of evidence that PDJT sees and the American People sees; PDJT has a sworn duty to make sure the DOJ/FBI are doing their sworn duty and prosecute those criminal acts if the standard of evidence is within normal prosecutorial guidelines.

I am cautious about anyone with a liberal education these days due to indoctrination by Communism that has infiltrated the ranks of our teachers, sad, and prefer to trust those that have served in our military, so it has take me time to become comfortable with Jared Kushner. But Jared has done good, solid, brilliant work for our country that has long lasting legs.

Moreover, you can see in Ambassador Obrien’s expression his strong appreciation in Kushners eloqution, grasp of panoply of issues, and ability to navigate them on the fly to answer questions without stepping on mines and yet not bleaching out important insight into the mesh that is woven for significant win-win success.

President Trump has a true winner in that Son in Law, a trustworthy, brilliant, accomplished, yet still very young man. There is a long future ahead of him at a minimum behind the scenes. That is my slowly developed opinion.

As a PS, I trust the ‘Religion of Peace’ as far as I can throw the endless grave yard of 1400 years of tragically filled graves and forged chains of its slaves ordained by the demon that spawned it and brought it forth to plague the earth. So any peace with Nations based on its religion is a mirage.

He said it was up to the local school systems and their local govts. to implement it.

They went back and forth and she being the shrew she can be, shouted and talked over him making sure her point of view was the only one heard. Really was a turn off after she started out so dramatically and got the sympathy of the audience for a moment.

Joe did try here and he was right on the busing issue. Now he’s stuck with this nasty woman as his running mate.Lucky him.

I don’t agree with busing by the way. I watched it implemented in my area and it ended up hurting students far more than helping them and it also took away the community of the neighborhoods the kids were taken out of. Make the neighborhood schools better, don’t transfer the kids. Give parents school choice too.

One of the things I noted in a school that had a lot of bussing was that the parents had great difficulty getting to scheduled teacher meetings after work.

Where parents work full-time, getting out of the house in the evenings is incredibly disruptive and difficult… this is true even if you are a single parent and bring the kids with you, thereby screwing up bedtime routines.

Bussing (and commuting in general) eats up the lives of people who have to keep moving their carcasses from one point to another, at the cost of other more productive activities.

Here’s the troubling truth: the generals will absolutely fall in line with the liberal elite. …“Wait,” the reader asks. “Aren’t generals and majors and stuff conservative?”…Well, in temperament, yes. But they are not conservative in terms of American politics. And for that reason, it is entirely possible, if not likely, that many of them would take the side of the leftist establishment if called upon to resolve a disputed election instead of demurring to the politicians to decide the matter themselves….So, count on the active duty generals to fall in line when the New York Times trumpets the Democrats’ line that Trump’s victory is illegitimate. That’s the voice of the people they really take their orders from….Sadly, we cannot rely on the generals to not make the error. Let’s just hope that the danger is mooted because Trump’s margin of victory is so great that the Democrats cannot cheat. ”

Disturbing article about the military. Kurt Schlichter is a lawyer, a retired Army infantry colonel who graduated from the Army War College so he has a lot of army contacts. Pray for President Trump to win in a landslide!

When I was writing on Red State, before it went nutzoid anti-Trump, I wondered about this question, and assumed that the military would be a bulwark against Socialism/Communism.

A good number of people with experience in the military said such an assumption would be proven wrong more often than not:

One of the responses went: “Soldiers are trained to obey orders. They will do what their superiors command. They won’t be thinking like Constitutional lawyers and debating the legality of an order.”

And the superiors, many of the responses claimed, often are Leftist in their views!

Soros Interview. In a remarkable example of projection and deception on the grandest scale, George Soros gave an interview to Italian news organization La Repubblica, reported on in English by Zero Hedge. https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/soros-reveals-how-hes-invested-amid-fed-liquidity-bubble-says-trump-very-dangerous

    Lies:
    1. He claims he’s not investing in today’s markets due to Fed Liquidity driving a bubble. His reputation as “the man who broke the Bank of England,” and his whole investment thesis involving placing highly leveraged bets against specific assets and/or currencies when he believes they are over-valued, and using his outsized political and media influence to shape market perceptions, says he is betting heavily against the dollar and US markets, in anticipation that the socialist takeover of the US, which he is backing, will shatter the Fed MMT Liquidity bubble. Soros long ago: “Destroying America will be the culmination of my life’s work.”
    2. He claims he no longer has an advantage since he revealed his secrets in his book, “The Alchemy of Finance,” so why is giving this interview, in which lays all blame on Trump, hides his own investments?

Truth telling: “We are in a crisis, the worst crisis in my lifetime since the Second World War. I would describe it as a revolutionary moment when the range of possibilities is much greater than in normal times. What is inconceivable in normal times becomes not only possible but actually happens. People are disoriented and scared. They do things that are bad for them and for the world,” he told the outlet.” The biggest bubble and the biggest crisis. Yeah, right. Soros is on the sidelines.

Projection: “Even in the United States, a confidence trickster like Trump can be elected president and undermine democracy from within,” he said, adding “But in the U.S. you have a great tradition of checks and balances and established rules. And above all you have the Constitution. So I am confident that Trump will turn out to be a transitory phenomenon, hopefully ending in November.”

Reverse Projection like none other: “I will also say that I have put my faith in Trump to destroy himself, and he has exceeded my wildest expectations.” That, I believe, is Trump’s strategy directed at him and the politicians and bureaucrats he’s corrupted and whose strings he is pulling.

Read the article, it is fascinating. The major issue was the need to for 2 witnesses to the voter signing the voter application. It is utter hypocrisy v/v wearing a mask because of China Virus as the rationale for the order suspending the rule says the witnesses would be exposed to China Virus. So much for the need to wear a mask.

The other interesting thing is that the democrat dominate election board sided with the plaintiffs, to keep the rule and stay the removal of the witness requirements.

In democrat run states, the fix is being put in place.

This is shaping up to be another Electoral College Win, with an even wider popular vote count margin, in democrat favor. This will be the crux of the legal challenge to the election result.

I would have had to ask this person if he said the same things last year and the year before that and on back as far as you want to go, when influenza season hit. Not everyone got a flu shot which might or might not have worked, not anyone masked up nor was told to, not everyone even kept their kids home when they showed signs of infection, unfortunately. We didn’t shut down our lives over influenza. He was ok with that right?

Then I would show him the stats that the flu hits kids alot and some died, although still a small number of them. Covid seems to avoid making kids really sick and very few have died. What would this person say to that I wonder?

People have short term memory loss when they are brainwashed by the media and stats that only reflect the worst case scenarios as the common occurence with covid. They just don’t look beyond what they are being fed from the people who have an agenda that is not geared to the good side of things. 98-99% are fine if they catch covid, especially kids. I’d have to ask why that doesn’t matter to this person, only the worst of the worst scenario does. How did they exist with infectious diseases before covid?

At current live Kayleigh presser, presstitute YET AGAIN conflates absentee voting and mass mailing voting!!!

She needs a GRAPHIC showing that a LIVE VOTER has to initiate an absentee ballot being mailed to a live registered voter, while mass mailing does not require a live voter, and thus ensures that a YUGE percentage of dead and/or moved former voters are sent mailed ballots, all ready for mass fraud.

Dumb? I think they are paid to amplify the false conflation, and would get fired if they objected. But you’re right, Kayleigh and every Patriot needs a concise retort. Here’s my initial effort:

Absentee ballots require a registered voter to request them at his current mailing address, and to sign upon submitting it with the signature on file. With mail in ballots the State just mails them to everyone on their list, including all the dead and the relocated, and in some states many illegal aliens, providing millions of uncontrolled votable ballots to vote fraudsters to harvest and stuff into ballot boxes in close-vote precincts. Conflating the two, denying the difference, ignoring all the recent examples of fraud and administrative confusion and litigation, is just a false narrative intended to disguise the fraudulent intent. It’s propaganda, not journalism.

Not that anyone in MSM is interested in responding to such a clear rebuttal, since they’ve already said over and over that they’re the same and there’s no evidence of fraud, per their Big Lie Media narrative instructions.

I live in Broward County, yeah THAT county that has a hard time with math and laws. Anyway, during the midterms and our governor race, I decided to check on my voter status with the county as I heard some shenanigans were going on. According to the county records, I requested an absentee ballot sent to an address in Georgia. I never did!

I called the office of elections and a woman very matter-of-factly just told me it was probably just an error and to go ahead and vote at my precinct since my mailed ballot had not been returned. I am not sure how someone gets my name and SS# via an “error” but that is what she said. I sent details to my local Republican HQ but they were only interested if I was denied voting in public, about as useful as Republicans in DC,

Since my county is about as corrupt as they come when it comes to voting, I think their game is to ship out ballots in the hope of people not showing up and then compare the voter roles after election day. If I had not voted,I am sure my mailed ballot would have shown up with a vote opposite of what I would have voted.

        Pay attention out there.

It took Washington State over a decade to put in a vote-by-mail system, piece by piece, and figure out what they needed to do to keep it fair, fixing weaknesses as they learned. It’s impossible for other states to create this system in a matter of months. The integrity of our elections is too important to be rushed.

I feel like ultimately, the election very possibly come down to one person.

With the COVID-induced increase in universal mail in and absentee voting in more states (which will be argued as absolutely necessary due to the inevitable “second wave” we’ve heard so much about), we can count on (intentional) electoral chaos November 2. Like the Iowa Caucus, we won’t know who won or by how much. There’ll be recounts from whoever loses thanks to the higher risk of fraud.

When the indecisive recounts of 2000 happened, it eventually went to the Supreme Court. In other words the election would be in the hands of the rather-unpredictable judge John Roberts.

IF Ginsberg were to die before then, AND Roberts sided with Republicans, then it would be a 4-4 split. It’d depend on whichever Trump appointee the Senate approved (and you can bet democrat voters would be absolutely furious if that’s the route things took).

It’s clear we need to make sure the voter rolls are good before then, but if we eliminate thousands or millions of names from the voter rolls, it’ll probably spun as a different kind of purge.
