“Corporate America Worries WeChat Ban Could Hit Business More than a dozen major U.S. multinational companies raised concerns in a call with White House officials Tuesday about the potentially broad scope and impact of Mr. Trump’s executive order targeting WeChat.”

“For those who don’t live in China, they don’t understand how vast the implications are if American companies aren’t allowed to use it,” said Craig Allen, president of the U.S.-China Business Council. “They are going to be held at a severe disadvantage to every competitor,” he added.

Other participants in the call Tuesday included Procter & Gamble Co., Intel Corp., MetLife Inc., Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Morgan Stanley, United Parcel Service Inc., Merck & Co. Inc. and Cargill Inc., according to the people. (…)

For anyone doing business in China, including U.S. companies, it is also a vital marketing hub to connect with consumers. (…)

Companies are hoping the administration will narrow the order as it is implemented over the coming weeks, according to the people familiar.

Asked about Tuesday’s conference call, a White House spokesman issued a statement saying the administration “is committed to protecting the American people from all cyber-related threats to critical infrastructure, public health and safety, and our economic and national security.”

RNC, Trump, Pence Should Sue To Block Ineligible Harris From Ticket

Enough is enough! Been awhile since I researched court cases on the natural born citizen clause. But from what I recall, courts have generally ruled “natural born citizen” means at least one parent was a U.S. citizen.

Enough is enough! It’s way past time for Republicans to find their courage and their backbones and say NO! to another ineligible, American hating Communist being on the presidential ticket.

Our resident counselors can chime in here, but seems to me RNC, Trump, and Pence have standing and should sue as soon as possible, filing an emergency brief with SCOTUS to block Harris from the ticket.

And Tucker should be all over this, every night, until Nov 3. His primary argument should be, “Look, courts have consistently ruled a natural born citizen is someone with at least one parent of U.S. citizenship. Neither of Harris’ parents were citizens when she was born. She’s constitutionally ineligible. Period…..”

“….Joe Biden swore an oath 30 years ago to uphold and defend the Constitution. That Biden now spits, urinates, and defecates (note: I think Tucker should say it just like that…why not?….MSNBC would) on that oath by choosing a Constitutionally ineligible, morally bankrupt, America hating, pro-Communist, disgraced former attorney general of the Communist Country of California to be his running mate should scare the living daylights out of every sane American, and make them run as far away from Biden as possible, and vote for the only sane alternative, Donald Trump.”

    Enough is enough!

As much as we hate it to be so, Anchor Babies are natural-born citizens from birth. President Obama committed fraud by claiming to be Kenyan for his advantage and he may have compromised his American citizenship by obtaining a foreign passport, but he was a natural-born citizen by virtue of his mother’s being American.

A citizen is either natural-born or naturalized. A child born abroad to a least one American parent is a natural-born citizen; his or her parent takes the child to the US embassy to obtain a Consular Report of Birth declaring the child as such (I did this for mine).

An immigrant is either a legal resident holding a Green Card or an illegal alien.

All others are visa holders, such as tourists or temporary workers. A visa holder who overstays the time limit of the visa is an illegal alien.

Nope. Nope. Nope. If a person is born here of alien parents, until 1982’s SCOTUS footnote they were UNDERSTOOD to NOT be natural born citizens, or, indeed, any kind of citizens. I refuse to believe that our Founders thought an anchor baby with no ties to this country but accident of spewing could ascend to the highest office in the land. That gives them more cachet than it does generational non-hyphenated Americans whose ancestors bled and died to build this country.

I for one, am SICK of being pushed out of the way and ruled by johnny come latelies who have not been here over one generation. They have not EARNED the right to rule over me. I feel a restlessness about alien rule over generational Americans that borders on bloodthirsty. Let them bloody well get in line behind the rest of us and PROVE their loyalty and bona fides before being launched to the top!

Otherwise, let a red Chinese general and his wife spew an anchor at a Chinese birth tourism house in L.A., take it home to China a rear it in CCP-land. Then let that kid come back to the USA to university at Stanford or UCLA, get political, run for president and win.

They’re American, according to your “logic” and are perfectly OK to elect as President.

There is a difference between a citizen and a natural born citizen. If your parents are not citizens, you are not natural born. Sorry.

              https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/natural_born_citizen

“The phrase “natural-born citizen” appears in the U.S. Constitution. In order to become the President or Vice President of the United States, a person must be a natural-born citizen. This “Natural-Born Citizen Clause” is located in Section 1 of Article 2 of the United States Constitution.

The constitution does not expressly define “natural born” nor has the Supreme Court ever ruled precisely upon its meaning. One can be a citizen while not being a “natural born” citizen if, for example, that person gained citizenship through the process of naturalization.

Under the 14th Amendment’s Naturalization Clause and the Supreme Court case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 US. 649, anyone born on U.S. soil and subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental citizenship. This type of citizenship is referred to as birthright citizenship.

There is some debate over whether or not one may also be a natural born citizen if, despite a birth on foreign soil, U.S. citizenship immediately passes from the person’s parents.

Today, 8 U.S.C. § 1101 defines naturalization as “conferring of nationality of a state upon a person after birth, by any means whatsoever.” In contrast, § 1401 lists eight categories of peoples who are “nationals and citizens of the United States at birth,” including those born in the United States and subject to its jurisdiction, as well as children of one or more U.S. citizens abroad as long as the parent(s) meet certain requirements. This means that foreign-born citizens falling under a provision in 1401 are, by statutory definition, not naturalized. The term “natural born” is not used, however.and subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental citizenship. This type of citizenship is referred to as birthright citizenship.”

This is an OPINION of some lawyers AND they are not making a law. They are making huge leaps in logic without any effort to reconcile same.

Furthermore, ‘naturalization’ means ‘to confer citizenship on’, which can be effectuated via a LAW (see the Naturalization Law of 1795) or via a PROCEDURE a foreigner goes through. If one is conferred citizenship at birth via a LAW, then one IS NOT a natural born citizen; both are, however, citizens at birth.

Let’s be precise in our terminology.

An anchor baby is a child of illegal immigrants. Since a baby born here is an American, it anchors the parents ability to stay here.

Harris was a child of legal immigrants. They both came here legally. There will still be some anchoring in the consideration of continuing legal residence with American born children, but that is not what is meant by the term.

Harris is the American born child to legal immigrants. I’d rather point out that her father is proud of his slave owning ancestors.

Neither parent has any experience in African American slavery. They came here at the end of Jim Crow. To California, not the South. She was born after the Civil Rights Act of 1964 went in to effect. And just months before the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

She is a 56 y.o. Black American whose entire American experience has nothing to do with American slavery or Jim Crow discrimination.

If reparations were mandated, she would owe money to Jamaicans. Not a dime would be owed her by Americans. And of course she would be demanding she get hers anyway.

          Hi Debra,

Read the articles —they are extremely well researched—and then get back to me.

Here is part of the “executive summary”:

“There are few eligibility requirements to be President. You don’t have to be smart, wise, experienced, honest, educated, or a particular gender or race.

Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution provides, in pertinent part (emphasis added):

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

For people currently alive, the three requirements are: “natural born Citizen”; age 35; resident of U.S. for 14 years.

Whether a candidate is a “natural born Citizen” has been the subject of political controversy for well over a century, dating back at least to Chester Arthur, who Democrats at the time alleged was born in Canada, not Vermont. Among others, John McCain, Barack Obama, and George Romney have had their eligibility questioned.

This political season, the eligibilities of Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal and Ted Cruz are the subject of debate.

As much as we want certainty, the term “natural born Citizen” is not defined in the Constitution, in the writings or history of those who framed the Constitution, or in a demonstrable common and clear understanding in the former British colonies at the time the Constitution was drafted. Nor has the Supreme Court ever ruled on the issue, and it probably never will.

The modifier “natural born” is not used anywhere else in the Constitution, and its precise origins are unclear, although it is assumed to be derived in some manner from the British common and statutory law governing “natural born Subjects.”

There are two ends of the spectrum as which just about everyone agrees: (1) A person born in the United States to parents both of whom are United States citizens is a “natural born Citizen”; and (2) a person born outside the United States to parents neither of whom is a United States citizen is not a “natural born Citizen” even if citizenship later is obtained through naturalization. These are what law professor Lawrence Solum refers to as “cases of inclusion and exclusion.”

Ted Cruz is NOT a natural born citizen, having been born in Canada. And his specious “logic” – that being born of a US citizen and thereby a “citizen from birth” makes him “natural born” is ridiculous. By that logic you could have an entire tribe of potentially “natural-born American citizens” living on some remote island in the South Pacific because their great grandfather had been an American and they all sequentially acquired natural-born citizenship. Besides, we don’t even know if his mom was still a US citizen when she bore him in Canada. She’d lived in the UK for several years and been married to a Brit, so it’s possible she’d relinquished her US citizenship – not that it would matter to whether he’s eligible to be president. He’s not.

The phrase ‘citizen at birth’ is confusing to most.

A citizen at birth became a citizen at birth via two methods:

          1) the person was born a natural born citizen; or,

          2) the person was born under circumstances which are covered by a law making them a citizen, aka, naturalized by law. Read the Naturalization Law of 1795. It outlines quite a few sets of circumstances by which a person born in the U.S. is considered a citizen at birth. Unfortunately, most people think of ‘Naturalized’ as an actual process a foreigner must go through in order to become a citizen, and not the more broad term meaning ‘to confer citizenship on’ which Congress (including the one seated in 1795) was given the umbrage to legislate.

What will that change if we get a new name of someone thats supposed to be doing the investigating? People responded with answers like “exposure”, ‘sunlight”, etc…And I just dont buy it, theres got to be another angle.

And the reaction that “reveal” is supposed to prompt is US, We The People, on the steps of the DOJ, our senators offices, etc……

There is no big reveal coming. Sundance has been briefing people with what he knows and telling them that We all know. Hes also telling them that We know that They know.

And then hes going to tell Us that they have no intention of doing anything about it.

Changing one’s perspective sometimes makes all the difference.
Sundance has done this before, successfully. What was done to Sundance was child’s play compared to what will be happening to him now.
But what Sundance did changed the life of George Zimmerman, at the very least. Also Benghazi,

Here is another scripture to consider. “𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩, 𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨; 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦; that you may love the LORD your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘥𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥 which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.” Deut 30:20

The United States is the land God has given ‘us’. Let’s not fall into a trap, a snare, of expecting Sundance to choose for us between 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩, 𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨. It’s what we 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘺 choose that we will get.

Glad to see the “will not delay.” That is the original, grand-daddy excuse of them all, that the O admin used for 8 yrs and now another almost-four for PDT….When those guys say, “It’s really, really coming this time, but I just need 1 more week ” — that’s the ol’ stonewall, And after that week, it becomes two weeks and then by the end of the week and then a a month and then — like this week, we’ll hear something by Friday (TOMORROW) or action.

So sick and tired of this. How long can we be Charlie Brown waiting for Lucy to hold that football? Going on 12 years since they started breaking laws and lying about cooperating with investigators?

Is anything going to happen this week, or are the hints PDT has been dropping every day just more of the same? Will someone with more sophisticated knowledge of all this please give me some hope? Or … is there no hope?

If they don’t “expose” the truth, the fight continues as if it never happened. That gives Biden a chance. And if Biden wins, the truth will never be exposed.

Derecho damaged up to 10 million acres of Iowa farmland; corn and soybean crop most impacted
43 percent of Iowa’s corn and soybean crop has been damaged or destroyed

    FTA:

The powerful storm system that roared across the Midwest earlier this week killed at least two people and also caused widespread damage to millions of acres of crops in Iowa, according to officials.

The National Weather Service’s Storm Prediction Center (SPC) said Tuesday morning that the “intense derecho” traveled from southeast South Dakota all the way to Ohio, a path of 770 miles in 14 hours.

When the system reached Des Moines, forecasters said wind gusts were clocked at more than 100 mph. That caused devastation across farm communities.

A DERECHO is a widespread, long-lived wind storm that is associated with a band of rapidly moving showers or thunderstorms…..

….President Trump tweeted Tuesday night he was “sad to see” the damage from the derecho in the Midwest.

“112 mile per hour winds in Midway, Iowa! The Federal government is in close coordination with State officials,” the president wrote. “We are with you all the way – Stay safe and strong!”

We have got to go back to a system of law and order where looters are shot on sight. That’s the only way to curb this are police are outnumbered even when they have DAs who will prosecute. This is an issue of protecting innocent people from mindless mobs of violent thugs.

This hits very close to home for me as cancer a caregiver. This could have been us, trapped while deathly ill with no means of protecting ourselves because of liberal gun control laws. The stress and fear a family goes through on a daily basis while caring for a critically sick family member, much less one’s sick child – is indescribable. I can’t imagine this on top of that.

This is unacceptable and has to be stopped.

From the article: “ Ariel Atkins, a Chicago Black Lives Matter organizer, cheered the looting, calling it a “reparation.””

Two takeaways here: this is the first time in this iteration of excuses for this sort of activity that they’ve tied it to “reparations”. Recalling all the talk of reparations being needed, this clearly indicates the model of pay up or pay the consequences. In other words, looks like they’re rolling out the old protection racket run by the mob, complete with “do what we say and no one gets hurt”. While some masks are going on, others are slipping.

The other takeaway is that it stands to reason that amongst the patients, families, and workers at the Ronald McDonald House in Chicago would be people from the background that this group purports to believe matter. How exactly does violent and destructive behavior which could catch those people in the middle of it comport with affirming that their lives matter? In practical terms, it appears their lives mattered as much as it did to the “protestors” in Atlanta firing off weapons and killing 8-year-old Secoria Turner.

It appears, in the big picture, the tactic has switched from direct negotiation to go after money sources of the Hamas and Hezbollah Factions. The historical precedent is that Egypt so far has refrained war. An interesting move would be offer Egypt the Gaza and Jordan major parts of the West Bank, as a “Pre-1967 concession”. Of course Iran will attempt to fill the void but they are having major socioeconomic issues of their own at this time and the financial strain would increase the pain in this area.

If Hamas and Hezbollah Factions seek aid from China Inc. the optics become very interesting with Al Jazerra reporting Muslim re-education camps in China while they take China Inc. cash

What is inconceivable in normal times becomes not only possible but actually happens. People are disoriented and scared. They do things that are bad for them and for the world,” he told the outlet.

Turning his attention to politics and the pandemic, Soros – who’s contributed $52 million towards political spending during the 2020 election cycle, said that the United States is better positioned to weather COVID-19, but President Trump “remains very dangerous” because “he’s fighting for his life and he will do anything to stay in power.”

“Even in the United States, a confidence trickster like Trump can be elected president and undermine democracy from within,” he said, adding “But in the U.S. you have a great tradition of checks and balances and established rules. And above all you have the Constitution. So I am confident that Trump will turn out to be a transitory phenomenon, hopefully ending in November.”

In May, Soros claimed that Trump would be a “dictator” without the US Constitution in place, according to Breitbart’s Josh Caplan. “But he cannot be one because there is a constitution in the United States that people still respect. And it will prevent him from doing certain things. That does not mean that he will not try, because he is literally fighting for his life,” Soros told the Independent.”

You know, it occurs to me that a few things may be related.

Soros was a 12 year old Hungarian Jewish boy during WWII helping the Nazis round up other Jews and looting Hungary and its occupants of anything valuable.

Attempts after WWII were made to return looted valuables that were located to owners or their family’s that could prove ownership, however, not all valuables looted were recovered, including a rumored train carrying vast quantities of looted valuables that was never found.

How did George Soros make his fortune?

It seems George Soros has committed his life to completing the mission of his youth.

Using the proceeds of investments and business dealings that were initially made with valuables looted by the Nazi’s he helped loot in WWII.

That is why he funds the modern ANTIFA.

        It’s all connected.

Why is Soros not arrested or droned?

I post this with a disclaimer that I make a huge distinction between bad priests and Christian Catholics. This in no way should broad brush Catholics, only the sick, power-possessed members of the church.

I think people are missing what is happening in the background. Money and wealth are the biggest causes of corruption and the food source of the SWAMP!!

People pay little attention to the fact that the Trump administration has been slowly cutting of the circulation of money (Trade deals, USMCA, EOs, etc.). As he is cleaning up the bloodlines of money, our economy had been getting healthier. Scandemic was a futile speedbump.

Look at Hong Kong. It is not about sovereignty, it is about money and banking and flow of product and money.

One need only look at one element to understand:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HSBC

HSBC has been a money laundering conduit into and out of China for probably at least 100 years. The recent moves by the Trump administration after China walked away from the table, show that they will be cutting that artery. With sanctions in place and a withdrawal from any special considerations for HK, it will be treated like China. A MAJOR problem for the flow of illicit and corrupt funds.

Now let’s think back. What other bad actors and corrupt individuals link back directly and indirectly to HSBC?

And HSBC is only one financial institution.

Is anyone else starting to think the manufactured outrage we see on a daily basis is designed to do nothing more than to make us sit around and wait on others? For four years we’ve been sitting around watching an outrageous situation get more outrageous by the day. This current situation seems like it’s unfix-able with current tools like document requests and playing connect the dots on a blog. We are done connecting the dots. Back in the day people didn’t fool around with lawyers and paperwork. They got men and weapons together and took care of business. We are watching this happen to us because we all think it’s being handled. The pen is not mightier than the sword when your head gets cut off.

Frickin’ Unbelievable! President Trump announced brokering a Peace Treaty between UAE and Israel. Was covered live on Fox Business from the White House with Kushner, Pompeo et al.

First time in 2000 years. Historic do you think?
Our Pres is .like Bismark, Tallyrand. Clemanceau, and Gladstone all rolled into one.

There is no leak otherwise deep state would not allow it. PTrump has full control and they leak whatever is needed. Leak is a important tool for fake media, democrats and deep state. There is no RNC convention and no PTrump rallies. Biden team is happy in basement and Biden may debate live from basement with handlers. I am sure PTrump’s team has figured out how to run campaign and win.

She may not have been the first choice – so sad, so sad – but she’s unquestionably the very best choice to further solidify President Trump’s message and ultimate victory. I’m guessing corks were popping at Trump campaign HQ when that announcement came out.

“…He reportedly clicked well with Gov. Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, but she would not have fulfilled the desire of those who prioritized a candidate of color,” wrote Axelrod in a CNN Op-Ed. “Whitmer, a White moderate pick, also would have raised questions among supporters of progressive champion Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, widely viewed after a lifetime of advocacy and a strong campaign for president as a tough, brilliant and capable policymaker. But some also saw Warren as the most polarizing of the potential candidates, who would have been offered by Trump as evidence that the moderate Biden is merely a Trojan Horse for the left.”

“In the end, Biden seriously considered others but returned to Harris as the ‘do no harm’ candidate, unlikely to thrill or outrage many. She may not seem the most comfortable fit as a governing partner, a quality Biden said he was seeking, but Harris was viewed as the safest pick to win in November,” Axelrod continued…”

Biden doesn’t really have any good choices. A good choice would be a sane person that appeals to a non socialist, but that would piss off the revolutionaries out there.

Right now she is hosting Dennis Prager’s radio show, shredding Heels-Up Harris, and making all kinds of good sense, even better than when she was on Fox Biz (listening on WJFN Richmond).

Dennis really should go video now, so we can watch the beautiful Trish again.

So from this tweet we either have the biggest con job ever put over on the American people via the DOJ or we have a real investigation masked under the disguise of Russia Collusion.

I personally believe there is a real “other” investigation and it is possibly……..

    1) Illegal Spying 2009-2016
    2) Money Laundering Schemes, possibly Uranium One, Iran Deal, Benghazi or Ukraine that involve members in all three branches of government who had their hand in the cookie jar.

IMO Sundance just recently figured this out when a name that didn’t fit with Russia Collusion was accidentally dropped.

The fact that he tags Kerri Kupec so much tells me it was the DOJ who tried to get Sundance from exposing the name this Friday because that name exposes the real investigation.

If I’m wrong and there truly is no investigation then what does that tell all Americans about our DOJ under AG Barr?

This tweet suggests there is a Real Investigator IMO

And I hope Sundance is the guest of Dan Bongino’s show Saturday, which by the way he has never had a Sat show before. Coincidence?

      YES! Thanks citizen.

Everyone should listen to this interview. It resets the tone.. Campaign Inflection Point. I was snoozing this am but this woke me up pretty good. Campaign moving into shirts off and bare knuckles mode. Noticed 2 talk show guests yesterday mention Joe’s “Senility” in passing. One was Giuliani. Several memorable quotes in the interview. I recall one as being something like “Sleepy Joe doesn’t even know if he’s alive or not.”

Some choice colorful words for Naughty Nancy also. Something for everyone, won’t disappoint. Heard a few snippets on the top of the hour news. None of the good quotes.
