Lou Dobbs Interviews Sidney Powell on Today’s Oral Arguments….

Sidney Powell did an excellent job today representing the interests of her client Michael Flynn at the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.  Every client should be so fortunate. Following the hearing, Ms. Powell appears with Lou Dobbs to discuss the overall issues.

The Great Lou Dobbs represents the voices of millions in this interview as he shares his own perspective of outrage at the ongoing case.  Terrific interview:

What the ‘Deep State’ is doing to the fabric of the American Republic is downright EVIL!
And this damage will not pass swiftly…but it will pass! The Republic will stand…the neo-bolsheviks will not prevail…their 50% will not bear the fight to the finish.

“A house divided against itself can not stand. I believe this nation cannot endure permanently half slave and half free. I do not expect the Union to be dissolved…I do not expect the house to fall…but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing, or all the other.” Abraham Lincoln

It’s less than50%. Hägär the Horrible.

By my unscientific estimate, about 25% to a smidge over 30% of the US are committed communists/socialists or else brainwashed, PC-swallowing sheeple. (Thanks for that, HS and college… NOT!)

But that percentage certainly makes a lot of noise.

So let’s all take Sundance’s advice to live our best life, now. That cheerful normalness will peel off some of the propagandized sheeple when we happily go about our lives as free American citizens. That will shut them up.

Let’s not let the bastards grind us down, eh?

P.S. You’re spot on about that ‘evil’ part. I don’t like to use this cliché, but it is what it is… pure evil. You called it. 100%.

there are approximately 3000-7000 actual real people who are responsible for the root cause of this corruption.

congress and it staff aides and advisors
            media

and another 200,000 so called educators that perform the indoctrination

almost everyone else in the us ….the people, are ultimately influenced primarily by the actions and messaging and real world consequences of these people.

when we say democratic republic…thats our form of government.

but in reality the conditions of our worlds are directed by a very tiny number of non elected “persons”.

never before in modern history have so many so called free men become captive to the agenda and desires of so few.

235 million…less than .02 percent dictating the terms of liberty and power.

of course a violent revolution will happen.

it always does in such circumstances.

those violent protests going on here and around the world.

i dont have to accept the legitimacy of those actions or not…that it exists and is growing tells me everything i need to understand about the current situation and what to expect.

bertdilbert: That’s a guess but is absolutely the reason this charade continues. The biggest catch of the Mueller prosecution cannot be exonerated or the whole travesty crumbles.

The hearing yesterday had nothing to do with Flynn’s case per se. I listened to every word and C-Span had pictures to show who was speaking. The whole hearing was on the legal point of should the writ of mandamus have been filed before the hearing or should the judge have been allowed to continue his harassment of Flynn and then file the writ. No concern for an innocent man being set up, framed, bankrupted and slandered, just their concern for a process that should have never happened in the first place.

No member of the panel suggested any outcome of this farce but a dismissal. The disgust I feel for these judges and their pursuit of the legal process to give the hack Sullivan what he wants knows no bounds. The crime was and still is being committed against the defendant, General Flynn.

I am registered, Gen Fynn headed ODNI during the Ovomit Administration. He was fired by Ovomit in about 2014 because Flynn did not like Ovomit’s decisions on Russia & letting Russia invade Ukraine & hijacking Crimea, a part of Ukraine bordering Russia. It also got Russia ports in the Black Sea & access to the Mediterranean Sea for its Navy.

All indications are that Flynn knew Ovomit was cooking the books on Iraq, i.e., not recognizing ISIS organizing in Syria & Iraq, not telling the public about ISIS while withdrawing troops & leaving a vacuum in Iraq for ISIS to invade & capture. Ovomit certainly didn’t want the public to know & likely feared Flynn giving Pres. Trump intimate details of what Ovomit was up to.

Remember we learned during the impeachment that Ovomit refused to give Ukraine money to buy defensive military weaponry even though Russia was going to invade because he didn’t want to tick off Putin.

And then there’s Iran, Ovomit’s legacy. Flynn was gone by the time it got signed, I think, but as people say, he knows where a lot of bodies are. Whatever Flynn didn’t know, as National Security Advisor to Pres. Trump, he would have had top clearance to access everything.

He probably could find out who & how much was skimmed off the pallet of cash shipped to Iran & where the funds came from. He’d get access to the “secret” agreements that were not disclosed to the public or Congress. Ovomit sure as hell didn’t want that.

McCabe didn’t like Flynn because Flynn testified against McCabe & the FBI at a sexual harassment case filed by a former agent, who I believe he knew from Iraq operations.

McCabe was gung ho on setting up Flynn at the 1/24/2017 interview, telling Flynn, “well, we’d rather you not have your lawyer.”

          I’m sure there’s more.

There was one judge near the end, who did mention the hardship the drawn-out process was on Flynn. It wasn’t Rao and I don’t believe it was Henderson the two judges who were on the first panel and ordered the case dismissed. Just thinking of all those who have been cruelly abused by our federal criminal “justice” and administrative law systems for political purposes in recent years where conservatives have been targeted by federal prosecutors and regulators for their politics and ideologies who have been destroyed, not having the financial resources or connections to have someone like Ms. Powell to represent them.

I recall numerous instances especially under the regime of Barack Hussein Obama of Tea Parties and their members and other conservatives across the nation being destroyed with no recompense.

This reality and the grim realization of the truth of many lawyers and pundits who have said in various ways that if the feds want to get you, they can easily do it given the myriad (and often arcane and obscure) laws and regulations governing so many aspects of our lives, lead me to make significant changes in my personal exposure on the “legal skyline.”

Having seen firsthand what the FBI and ATF did to a number of people in my area apparently because of their politics and involvement in various aspects of the “firearm world,” I decided that rather than have my door kicked in and my dogs shot by some federal SWAT unit executing a warrant (as they did in several nearby situations), I sold my collection of highly regulated machine guns and SBRs, donated my suppressors to my local Sheriff and closed my FFL/SOT business.

I am still well “equipped” for most eventualities, just need to press the trigger(s) more often.

Sullivan and the En Banc judges seem to be arguing about “process”.
My lay opinion is that this is improper.
Flynn pleaded guilty to a lie while under duress, the threat by the Govt of destroying Flynn, his Son, etc, if he did not plead guilty. This is a classic 5th Amendment violation of law.
The Govt (AG) has dismissed the Govt charges against Flynn. Judge Sullivan has inserted himself into the case without standing to argue that the Judiciary may intercede in a case the Executive has dismissed based upon “process violations”. This is lawfare in the extreme.
The En Banc is worried about precedents, both past and the possibility of setting current/future precedents.
The reality is that the En Banc is delaying decisions until after the Nov 3 elections for political reasons as well as juridical reasons. Flynn is a pawn in a political game and has been from the beginning. Sullivan and the En Banc are playing politics, not law. This is precisely why anyone concerned with Liberty and Justice should be paying attention, because this can happen to anyone who is on the wrong side of the politics, unless the Law is divorced from the politics. Sundance has done a magnificent job of connecting the dots with SpyGate and his case is rock solid.
That being said, it’s hard to say how all of this is going to play out, once Sundance makes the Big Reveal.
The biggest issue on everyone’s mind these days is still the fake ScamDEMic and the very real effects that millions of us are still feeling.
Look at what a bloody mess NY still is under the unlimited tyranny of the criminal sociopath Killer Cuomo.
Like many other scumbag state Legislatures, our elected officials turned over all their power to KC back in March and it doesn’t “expire” till April, 2021.
My point is this- we need to show people beyond a shadow of a doubt that these same criminals who tried to take out our President Trump, who caused Civil War 2.0, who are responsible for the riots and anarchy are the SAME PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEARLY DESTROYED OUR COUNTRY WITH THE CHINESE CORONA FLU.
I think the importance of making that connection cannot be emphasized enough.
Most people are not educated in dirty politics the way that we loyal Treepers are.
SpyGate has become very esoteric for them. They are more concerned about what’s going to happen with the schools, their businesses, etc.
We need to show them the truth- that it is all part of the same corruption.
And there is only one many who can stop it and that is our great POTUS.
