Igor Danchenko and a 34 Month Long DOJ/FBI Cover-Up Operation….

CTH friend, researcher and producer John Spiropoulos helps connect the dots within the operation to cover-up corrupt activity by James Comey, Andrew McCabe, James Baker, Christopher Wray, Dana Boente and the entire special counsel group.

In this video John walks us through the internal evidence showing how the FBI intentionally hid the statements by Christopher Steele’s primary sub-source Igor Danchenko.  The result…. a 34 month cover-up operation.

.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham released the declassified documents on July 17th. [Thank You John Ratcliffe] The documents relate to how the intelligence apparatus conducted surveillance abuses against the Trump campaign in 2016; and ultimately the Trump administration after the inauguration.

The first document [Direct pdf here] is the Washington Field Office (WFO) FBI briefing summary of a three day interview with Chris Steele’s primary sub-source. The document is highly redacted, but we already know from the IG release what the total content of the briefing revealed. The first interview was conducted on January 12, 2017, during the transition period between administrations. The classification term “SIA” stands for Source Identifying Attribute.

Per Senator Lindsey Graham:

♦ This document not only demonstrates how unsubstantiated and unreliable the Steele dossier was, it shows that the FBI was on notice of the dossier’s credibility problems and sought two more FISA application renewals after gaining this awareness.

♦ The document reveals that the primary “source” of Steele’s election reporting was not some well-connected current or former Russian official, but a non-Russian based contract employee of Christopher Steele’s firm. Moreover, it demonstrates that the information that Steele’s primary source provided him was second and third-hand information and rumor at best.

♦ Critically, the document shows that Steele’s “Primary Sub-source” disagreed with and was surprised by how information he gave Steele was then conveyed by Steele in the Steele dossier. For instance, the “Primary Sub-source”: did not recall or did not know where some of the information attributed to him or his sources came from; was never told about or never mentioned to Steele certain information attributed to him or his sources; he said that Steele re-characterized some of the information to make it more substantiated and less attenuated than it really was; that he would have described his sources differently; and, that Steele implied direct access to information where the access to information was indirect.

In total, this document demonstrates that information from the Steele dossier, which “played a central and essential role” in the FISA warrants on Carter Page, should never have been presented to the FISA court. (Senate Link)

Here’s the FBI Briefing Summary: [Direct pdf Link]

.

The inspector general already reviewed this briefing material and explained the content in the IG report on FISA Abuse in December 2019. Here’s the nub of that full review:

The aspect of the primary sub-source deconstructing and undermining the underlying material within the Steele Dossier is critical because ultimately the dossier underpinned the FISA application.

When you recognize the FISA application itself was based on a fraudulent premise; and you recognize the intentional ignoring of the underlying evidence; then the motive behind the FISA becomes clear. The FISA against Carter Page was used as a justification for surveillance of Donald Trump that had been ongoing by Obama intelligence officials.

This context becomes stunningly more important when you look at how the FISA was used by the Mueller investigation to continue its weaponization throughout 2017 and even into 2018. Remember, in July of 2018 long after the source material was debunked, the special counsel office was still telling the FISA court the predication for the FISA application and renewals was valid.

Drive this point home.

This is a key to understanding the scope of how weaponized the Mueller team was.

In July of 2018 the special counsel resistance group was lying to the FISA court in order to protect the cornerstone document that permitted them to weaponize the intelligence apparatus.

This letter was written July 12, 2018. It is NOT accidental that only a week later, July 21st, the special counsel released the FISA application under the guise of FOIA fulfillment.

Aside from the date the important part of the first page is the motive for sending it. The Mueller team running the DOJ is telling the court in July 2018: based on what they know the FISA application still contains “sufficient predication for the Court to have found probable cause” to approve the application. The resistance unit running the DOJ is defending the Carter Page FISA application as still valid.

On page #8 [Source Document Here] when discussing Christopher Steele’s sub-source, the special counsel group notes the FBI found him to be truthful and cooperative.

This is an incredibly misleading statement to the FISA court because what the letter doesn’t say is that 18-months earlier the sub-source, also known in the IG report as the “primary sub-source”, informed the FBI that the material attributed to him in the dossier was essentially junk.

By July 2018 the DOJ clearly knew the dossier was full of fabrications, yet they withheld that information from the court and said the predicate was still valid. Why?

It doesn’t take a deep-weeds-walker to identify the DOJ motive.

In July 2018 Robert Mueller’s investigation was at its apex.

This letter justifying the application and claiming the current information would still be a valid predicate therein, speaks to the 2018 DOJ needing to retain the validity of the FISA warrant…. My research suspicion is that the DOJ needed to protect evidence Mueller had already extracted from the fraudulent FISA authority. That’s the motive.

In July 2018 if the DOJ-NSD had admitted the FISA application and all renewals were fatally flawed Robert Mueller would have needed to withdraw any evidence gathered as a result of its exploitation. The DOJ in 2018 was protecting Mueller’s poisoned fruit.

If the DOJ had been honest with the court, there’s a strong possibility some, perhaps much, of Mueller evidence gathering would have been invalidated… and cases were pending. The solution: mislead the court and claim the predication was still valid.

♦ The FISA was also released in July 2018 in order to retain the false premise behind it. The copy that was released by the special counsel, through Rod Rosenstein, contained redacted dates because the special counsel needed to hide the fact the FBI (Washington Field Office) had actually used the FISA to catch a leaker of classified intelligence, James Wolfe.

Again, Wolfe’s story is the fulcrum…. tell that story and the House of Cards collapses like the Potemkin village it is. {GO DEEP}

The resistance lawyers in the Mueller team released the same initial FISA application (and first renewal) used to catch Wolfe; they had to release that specific March 17, 2017, copy. However, they had to redact the dates on the document they released because the dates were changed by SSA Brian Dugan to catch Wolfe.

The March 17, 2017, copy of the FISA, an FBI investigative equity, went into Main Justice with the leak trap visible. When the special counsel released the FISA application to Rosenstein for public FOIA fulfillment they had to redact the dates or people would ask questions about why this specific version had different dates than the original.

The March 17, 2017, copy of the FISA application is the only one to date that has been in the public sphere; including reviewed by OIG Michael Horowitz. That’s why when Horowitz originally released his FISA report, the OIG kept the dates redacted and only revealed them after the irrelevance of classification was pointed out.

The March 17th Wolfe copy of the first half of the full FISA application (original and first renewal), is the only copy that has ever been made public. If we were to ever see the modified and unredacted copy the FBI gave to Wolfe, the dates would not match with the actual dates of the application(s). The dates were used as part of the leak trace.

The Mueller team knew the explosive nature of the FBI investigation to catch the SSCI leaker. The Mueller team, with full control over Main Justice, was the group that buried FBI Supervisor Special Agent Brian Dugan’s explosive investigative findings.

Expose the conduct of this group and everything about the insurance policy falls into place:

And a friend of Covington partner Michael Chertoff who pressured Flynn’s lawyers to get him to plead guilty. #ButNothingsHappening

For more info, Bob Kelly a former GWBush official was a board member of Odebrecht. He advised Flynn to not register under FARA, then Flynn Intel Group hired him. He may have helped Covington decide to throw Gen. Flynn under the bus…

These globalists literally live off our government. Stealing, killing, destroying. They will destroy our nation before they Will let it go.
Also they have a vested interest in our survival only as long as they are fed. China knows that and will gladly give them the same sweet deals to make China number one. One small issue though, once we are dissolved and sold off to the highest bidders, China will own it all with an iron fist.
Not a shred of integrity in any of them. IMHO, you would have to separate them as much as possible and physically destroy them all, at least enough of them to scare the rest. That’s what China will do once in total power. Either that or revival, that would be God.

That said, I long ago figured out the problem we face isn’t contained to one party. As Sundance put it succinctly August 7:

“One of the more challenging facets to awakening the general public on the scale of corruption within Washington DC is the need for people to drop party designations. This is never more true than within the U.S. Senate where the “us -vs- them” mentality reigns supreme.

The system is created to self-sustain regardless of party affiliation. The Senate is one club with one perspective. Within that club rule #1 dominates: none of the members will ever expose another member. So when there is corrupt activity within the Senate no-one from within the institution with expose another. This is the way of the Senate and how it operates.”

Papadop says Azra Turk is the key. A honeypot sent to seduce Papadop and get him to say something they could use against Trump. She failed. Probably because George was not a player and already had a honeypot girlfriend.

Azra (not her real name), was CIA and apparently a Turkish national. To me that means Brennan (CIA) sent a Turkish spy to Rome to entrap Papadop. What she was fishing for was him to make a statement regarding Hillarys emails. She and Mifsud are the ones that told Papdop Russia had her emails. He never said that.

Then they waited for him to repeat it, which he did to the Australian honeypot spy Erica Thompson, sent at him later in London. He made a comment then but they couldn’t use it because he only told the spy. So they set up a meeting with an official from Australia, Alexander Downer, who tried to get Papadop to say it while surreptitiously recording him. He failed, so they wrote the document to make it look like it happened by obfuscating the dates he met with Thompson and Downer. Stzrock and other FBI and CIA agents were in London at that time. Likely working the Papadop oconus lures

So there is Brennan working with spies from Turkey, Italy, England, and Australia to entrap Trump. He ultimately failed too but caused a great deal of damage.

He had no update only to say he assumed Durham was looking into it. Only recently did we hear that a U,S. attorney has been assigned to look at the 702 abuses. Sundance has covered this extensively. The court was informed of abuses in late September or early October 2016 by John Carlin of the DOJ’s National Security Division. Carlin knew all about it and so, not coincidentally, I believe, he soon left the government.

NSA Director Admiral Rogers gave his audit of the abuses to the FISA Court in October 2016 about the same time it approved the first FISA warrant against Carter Page. Collyer wrote her 99 page memo and opinion some time after that and ODNI Director Dan Coats declassified it in the Spring of 2017.

Collyer was the Chief Judge of the FISA Court at the time. After she received the report in October 2016, did she notify the other FISA judges? Should she have called in the FBI and DOJ and asked a few more questions about the Carter Page warrant that she’d already approved? Questions such as: who are the contractors? Are there political motivations?

Three other FISA judges approved the renewals in January, April and June. Were they informed the FBI had allowed illegal access to the NSA database.

The FISA Court should have been more suspicious. They had reason to be. There have been a series of FISA abuses by the Intelligence community and the court knew all about them and issued reports about them.

John, in the video, Joe DiGenova states that Devin Nunes had *all*of the names of the contractors that were redacted in the Rosemary Collyer Report. Joe said these names would be revealed.

However, only maybe 3 contractors were revealed and I can recall Sundance repeatedly noting that the other names were being concealed…. which left open the door to their continuing to abuse the database.

I don’t believe the full list of contractor names under the redactions has ever been revealed.

                Liked by 1 person

                • As far as I know there is no verification of the names of any of the contractors. Fusion GPS and CrowdStrike are two of the names most often mentioned. I watched the diGenova interview again. And, yes, he says Nunes has the names.

Based on how hidden the case remains, I’d be less certain whether Nunes actually has them. Documents have been slow walked for several years. So, I don’t know if Nunes ever received the fully unredacted memo that reveals the names. As it turned out, diGenova was wrong when he said we’d soon know who the contractors were. And he may have been wrong in stating that Nunes had the names of the contractors.

I’m not aware that Nunes has ever stated he knows who the contractors are. He’s also well aware that releasing classified information would get him in big trouble — because he’s a Republican.

Thank you. I, too, suspected Nunes really did not have all of those names because he would have found a way to pressure the release / unredaction of those names.
Unfortunately, it’s not the first nor last time DiGenova has made very ill-informed predictions. Of note, he appears much less frequently on news shows, so someone else noticed that too.

It needs to go to the start. 2012. It appears that this spying may have covered 2 presidential elections. Remember Romney choked the last 30 days of the election? Was it something that was uncovered from the NSA database he was threatened with? Food for thought.

The people in charge in 2102 when the original MOU was done.

          Obama
          Hillary Clinton
          John Brennan
          Robert Mueller.

The exact same people involved in the coverup operation. The cover up operation I think this is the right approach that people can get their hands around. If you think you can make a video to properly cover it in this way, let Sundance know and he can let me know the cost of your services to do so. Or maybe you can contact me on twitter directly.

First, glad you like my videos. And, thanks for the offer.

What I can tell you is that on issues such as these I only write and report what I can verify as true or alleged in a legal proceeding, official government document, Congressional hearing and the like. Since I have no direct observation of the activity or access to anyone who does, I have to rely on those types of official channels.

As you are well aware, there is all sorts of speculation and conjecture about who was spied on and how the information was used. So far, all we know is illegal spying occurred. Nothing specific. The FISA Court has issued several reports on abuses but never identifies specific perpetrators or victims. In March Sundance posted my video summarizing some of the more recent government reports.

Even reporters who cover the intelligence community regularly have not cracked open this story. And, while I was always careful about who I trusted as a source, trusting sources in the shadowy world of intelligence information is very risky. I worked as a reporter in Washington, DC for ten years. Everybody, I mean everybody, has an agenda. Nobody slips you any kind of information because they like you. There’s always a motive.

Believe me, I want to do an updated version of that video. And I will as soon as I have solid information. When it happens, you’ll see it here first. Again, thanks for the offer. I appreciate your insight and advice. And, yes, I’ll DM you.on Twitter.

Don’t forget that the October FISA request was preceded by one in late June early July that was denied. The FBI needed a FISA warrant to re-open the window into FISA files that was closed when DIRNSA Rogers shut down FBI contractor access to the 702 database due to a massive number of illegal searches. That shutdown appears to have stimulated Fusion GPS to hire Orbis and Steele. Who told the DNC and Hillary Campaign that the FBI no longer had a window into the Trump Campaign?

According to the IG report, Page 124, Case Agent 1 [who we now know is Stephen Somma] “had been told that he had not yet presented enough information to support a FISA application targeting Carter Page.” That was not a determination by the FISA Court. During Senate hearings Senator Graham stated that the FISA request had been denied “internally.” That would be either the FBI Office of General Counsel (OGC) or the DOJ’s National Security Division’s Office of Intelligence (OI)

According to the IG report, also on Page 124, Somma had a written note that stated “not there yet: OI.” That’s an indication that he was turned down by the NSD’s Office of Intelligence. Somma told the IG (Page 124) that “he could not recall whether OGC or OI, or both, had made that assessment.”

  19. Doppler says:

One of the bureaucratic corollaries to Mamet’s principle about having to act as if something you know to be true is NOT true is that within organizations tasks and responsibility, reports and decisions can be so structured that many of the individuals, in joining in the act, do not know firsthand about the untruth, and can defend their own action by pointing to others. The organization itself is not dedicated to the truth, but to following the lead of the handlers, which, sometimes, are the leaders themselves, and sometimes are part of external groups whose influence is understood to extend to the current or future leaders and to be such as to amply reward those who acknowledge and follow their direction, rather than pursuing the truth. This is the core of the strength of Marxists when embedded in bureaucracies.

Prime examples of signaling by bureaucrats of their allegiance to handlers or external leaders, rather than to the truth, have shown up recently in Anthony Fauci’s fawning emails to Secretary Clinton “tell the Secretary we love her” – and in John Solomon’s new book Fallout, pp. 80-85, describing the Podesta-led response to early press reports in April 2015 concerning the pending release of Schweizer’s explosive book, Clinton Cash, exposing the Uranium One scandal. Since Schweizer’s sources were irrefutable, there needed to be a credible story insulating HRC from the decision to approve it. Enter her Assistant Secretary Jose Fernandez, who handled foreign energy policy at State. Podesta’s first contact with this character occurs as the response to Clinton Cash is being developed, and is followed by a gushing email from Fernandez back, thanking Podesta for securing a position for him on the board of Center for American Progress (Podesta’s own very well funded think tank), which Fernandez was finding “very rewarding.” Podesta’s first two calls after getting his keycard at HRC’s HQ were to HRC, then Fernandez. Fernandez followed up with an email, “As I mentioned, I would like to do all I can to support Secretary Clinton, and would welcome your advice and help in steering me to the right persons in the campaign.” And again, “Please count on me for full support . . . . I look forward to your suggestions for what I can do to help.”

The HRC story line communicated to the NYT was that: “Fernandez has personally attested that, “Secretary Clinton has never intervened with me on any CFIUS matters.”

This helps us understand our enemy and one of its prime movers, John Podesta: Counselor to Presidents, co-Founder of the Clinton Foundation, Founder of the well-funded CAP, HRC campaign chairman, Chicago politico, emailer of invitations to get together for an hour for some cheese pizza. With nefarious funding sources like George Soros and various global oligarchs pouring money into campaigns, think tanks and NGOs running various well-funded programs overseas and here, the leader-handler(s) are able to reward those who help, punish those who refuse to help or signal allegiance, winnow down to the most enthusiastic and capable and put them in key positions, groom them to build their own mini-empires. Young rising stars get filtered very subtly to see whether they are dedicated to truth, or to advancing their careers. The smart but not wise advance their careers, but must make continuously more unwise decisions and show progressively greater capability in order to keep advancing. Those who decline to deviate from their dedication to the truth do not advance.

How subtle is that filtering process? I was once such a rising star in a major DC law firm, got filtered, and decided to leave DC for a smaller city out west, and only decades later, through long study here and via Schweizer’s books and Solomon’s reporting, and that of others who Treepers share here, realized what the filtering process had been, and who had been in on it. (Also helpful was the recent education in KGB tactics available from watching the excellent TV Series, “The Americans.”) Awkward but memorable events whose meaning I never fully fathomed and whose memories were locked away in seldom visited areas of my brain have suddenly jumped back out and become clear in retrospect.

The result of that filtering process is the DC Swamp, and re-inforces yet again the multi-generational joy I have taken from that decision to move rather than pass through that filter. A good gut instinct on my part.

If our VSGPDJT has indeed “caught them all,” announced just before the Pandemic, the task of separating “them all” from where they all are embedded, and reeling them in, while leaving their institutions either no longer in the loop to die off, or alive but capable of reform toward a dedication to the truth, is indeed a larger task than I can imagine. It would take a very talented patriot in every corner of the swamp working in coordination with the Trump Administration and their compatriots to do so. If crimes cannot be indicted against Podesta, Comey, McCabe, Brennan, Ohr, Strzok, Page, Simpson and Jacoby, Halper and Steele, half a dozen at State, half a dozen at C_A, half a dozen in the CDC/NIH/FDA/CMS realm, half a dozen among the law firms involved, Perkins/Covington, half a dozen sitting on the bench, half a dozen of the oligarchs fueling it all, with a major start before Labor Day, then it seems unlikely ever to occur.

It angers me that younger agents and lawyers have been so shamefully used and misled by the older, senior officials who should be their mentors. There is certainly a large groupthink that undermining Trump and all who associate with him by any means is virtuous in itself, and that any degree of deception is justified to attack him. This fervor and attitude has been promoted by those at the top of power to manipulate those down the ladder.
However we shouldn’t forget that every operation against Trump was a failure, and it’s hard to script a more complete failure than the Mueller investigation which found absolutely no wrongdoing by Trump during a 2 year investigation. They are all in coverup mode now, furiously trying to minimize and compartmentalize wrongful acts. Regardless of prosecutions, the criminal acts against law and the Constitution have been exposed and the history will be written as a coup attempt against a duly elected president. Whoever orchestrated this enterprise are foolish, ignorant people if they think they can use their shopworn propaganda and deception techniques to somehow subvert or take control of a nation of 325 million people in 50 sovereign states, people with seamless traditions of truth, justice and fairness that go back to Magna Carta and from the to the Bible and the ancient Romans and Greeks. I don’t want to minimize the threat they pose, but the push to remove Trump was motivated by anger, a thirst for revenge and a revanchist zeal that the presidency was stolen from them, despite the facts that show otherwise, and not any noble intention to protect the nation from an incompetent leader. There is nothing noble or decent about them and their reptilian single-minded lust for wealth and power is glaringly evident and exposes them..

I must have reached saturation because I don’t get it. I fully understand the corruption within our government due to the actions of those we have elected and keep electing and those who they have recruited to assist in the effort to overthrow our duly elected President (and our form of government, and our way of life). I am aware of the things Sundance has meticulously researched and documented and I know they are true. I am actively, albeit in a small way, educating as many as I can about what has transpired. But I feel like I must be missing a piece somewhere because what I don’t get is why the SC didn’t just lie and conclude there was collusion and remove President Trump from office? Who would have stopped them from fabricating the results of their investigation? Wasn’t removing President Trump from office the point to begin with? Why was the outcome of the SC investigation truthful for the most part (Collusion? No. Obstruction? Maybe.)? What have I missed/what am I overlooking?

big picture…step back away and look at it broadly.

      trump enters the political arena.

its obvious he is not only an outsider but his private wealth and intellligence and history of being a market maker (not a user) means he cannot be easily xompromised and manipulated. understand the game at the highest levels of power..potus.

when we say deep state…it is very real.

these are coordinated private wealthy people around the globe and domestic who are very organized…there are of course competing factions. what they have in common is to manipulate policies that favor and expand their powers which in turns consequently narrows the power of the competition.

these very wealthy people have enormous economic real power…real assets and many people and insitutions including the media and even our secret police, courts, judges and dc officials including those at the state level all well fed by their enormous contributions.

using secret police spy powers was predicable….its the very power that is ultimate. more prized than any other. intelligence.

clinton was already compromised…in finance, politically and criminally…built in and ready to eat …

obama before her was also compromised in other similar ways.

this is why the corruptors have and will never stop attacking trump…he could not be forced to fold and play the globalist game …he changed and threatened the very basis for the existence and power of the deep state globalists and their supporters.

none of this is conspiracy…its the unsalted raw full sunshine estimate..

when the actions to deny the office to trump failed…everything that followed was one part coverup for the conspiracy to conduct this coup against him that is based on criminal acts that amount to sedition and treason…and one part other strategies, equally fraudulent and criminal to continue to attack and impeach him from office.

the conspiracy continues…mostly unchallenged and with little reciprocity.

i have a very important message for american patriots about this situation.

the corruptors are not going to fail as they have in the past…

understand that what YOU do right now before this election to stop these corruptors will determine your destiny.

waiting and lacing hopes that you are going to be able to elect trump by voting and voting alone is not going to work out. the conspirators have launched a strategy that will void your voting power…thats all they have left…thats the final plan…and it will work
      if you do nothingRight now!

“WFO Agent 1″ AKA, “Supervisory Intel Analyst” knew Carter Page was CIA asset helping the U.S. spy on Moscow. Think of what this means since the first interview was conducted on January 12, 2017. The FBI must have known that Carter Page worked for them before President Trump took office on January 20th, 2017. The FISA application on Carter Page was based on an american agent/asset working for the U.S. Government.

FBI Man at the Heart of Surveillance Abuses Is a Professor of Spying Ethics
    By Paul Sperry, RealClearInvestigations

By January 2017, the lead analyst had ample evidence the dossier was bogus. Auten could not get sources who provided information to Steele to support the dossier’s allegations during interviews. And collections from the wiretaps of Trump aide Carter Page failed to reveal any confirmation of the claims. Auten even came across exculpatory evidence indicating Page was not the Russian asset the dossier alleged, but was in fact a CIA asset helping the U.S. spy on Moscow.

Nonetheless, he and the FBI continued to use the Steele material as a basis for renewing their FISA monitoring of Page, who was never charged with a crime

That said there is no way they would allow a US government “collapse” with senior reps and senators being hauled off to jail. With the US in an internal political meltdown, if indictments were to be widespread, China would be free to flex it’s mussels unimpeded.
