Status Update: Meet At The Old Mill, We Ride At Midnight…

A quote from Sam Adams is a good way to encapsulate the week ahead:

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms.”

“Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”  ~ Samuel Adams

First, my sincere appreciation for all of your support as we have worked through a complex process of information assembly, travel, and briefings to those who we hope will step forward.

Mid-August was always the most visible date to determine whether or not DC still retained any functional way to self-correct from the severity of corruption that so many people are now familiar with. That date has stuck with me for almost two years; and so it will remain.

Long gone are the ‘hopes’ and ‘trusts’ attached to Jeff Sessions, Rod Rosenstein, Michael Horowitz, John Huber, Matt Whitaker, John Laush, the House of Representatives or Senate;… all futile in their efforts, perhaps purposefully so. That leaves John Durham and AG Bill Barr… and hope is not a strategy as we enter the final stretch.

If no progress is made by this Friday 5pm, CTH will first share the name of the primary Durham investigator to media previously briefed on the documents we assembled. From there, and within 24 hrs, we will make that name public and direct inquiries can begin.

Barring some unforeseen shift in approach; and based on recent Senate responses to Sally Yates during testimony; there’s going to be no help in the delivery of sunlight from anyone on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Senator Ron Johnson and the Senate Homeland Security Committee is equally useless; and by now every American should know the Senate Intelligence Committee was an active participant; no help there.

♦ A note of warning and preparation. Familiar names that have covered the Spygate fiasco are also not necessarily allies in this fight to deliver sunlight. “Spygate” is a lucrative financial business, lots of books have been sold. Expose the real scale of the DC fraud and Spygate is peanuts; therefore, there are friendly elements who could actually defend their prior interests. It is predictably unfortunate; and no energy should be wasted.

Additionally, media voices paid by Wall Street corporations will offer little sunlight assistance.  There are too many vested financial interests; too many issues of credibility at risk, and too many long-standing reputations exposed. In many ways, directly and indirectly, as you well know, corporate media have participated in the effort to remove President Trump.

♦ Phase-2 is to deliver the briefing material we have assembled to larger audiences. The brief is complex, because the operation outlined within it was/is complex. Therefore, it actually takes two reviews to understand it:

• The first review is a timeline of when documents controlled by the Mueller special counsel were made public; the disparate public releases -and the controlled non releases- were/was a method used by the special counsel to keep people from easily connecting the dots. This was by design.  [Review takes about 45 mins]

• The second review encompasses an additional timeline from material within the publicly released documents. That second approach connects the dots and clears up the remaining confusion. Both reviews are not easy to absorb; but when that mental light bulb turns on, it can never be turned off… and, most importantly, everything reconciles; including the purposeful inaction of congress.  [About 45 minutes]

A set of 30 briefs costs roughly $900 to produce; this material is heavy.  Stunningly, and I laugh about this often, there are only about 20 pages within the documents that are needed to tell the whole story.  However, with today’s level of political skepticism, the brief has to contain every page of every document lest anyone be accused of selective editing.

Mid-week a group of good people are gathering to review and discuss the best methods to blast the information into the public consciousness. This has been planned for a long time. Delivery to public is not an easy task; the information is intellectually heavy, and the ramifications are considerable. However, on an optimistic note, despite numerous opportunities, no-one has yet been able to challenge either the material or the conclusions based almost entirely on direct evidence; and some very obvious circumstantial evidence.

♦ Dissemination – Will a video work… will a Zoom network work…. will live streaming work… will in-person public briefings work… or will it take a combination of all of those? Personally, the latter seems the most effective, but it also reaches the least.  One real issue with video is the briefing material has to be in the viewer’s hand to make sense. Regardless, I am committed to travel and share the information with as many people as possible until I run out of briefing material… which is a forward issue.

Following a logical plan, those public/group briefings will likely start about this time next week. If you have a group who would like to have a briefing, we’ll let you know how to contact and schedule.

As a result of this week’s final discussions, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, CTH will likely be very quiet as these details are worked out. Friday night, if no action has been taken by the DOJ or AG Bill Barr, I will release the name of Durham’s #1. Then on Saturday, that name will go public, and then we go quickly right into phase-2.

On one hand, I still hold hope that Durham/Barr will deliver…. on the other hand, well, the pressure to preserve the institutions might be too much. However, at a certain point; well beyond all the oft-repeated comments about “sensitivity” and “delicate balances”; the brutal truth has to come out – or be forced out.

Oddly, I have yet to find a person who believes Durham’s investigative unit has this information; it’s always the last question I ask a group or individual. Investigators who have worked on these issues for years also give the same reply. Unfortunately, and despite direct contact, that lack of knowledge appears intentional.

So that’s where things stand. If things change, I will keep you updated.

REMINDER – When I share the message “live your best life”, it is not without purpose. Every moment that we allow the COVID and leftist onslaught to deter us from living our dreams, is a moment those who oppose our nation view as us taking a knee.

Do not allow this effort to succeed.

You might ask yourself how can I, one person, a flea looking into a furnace, retain an optimistic disposition while all around me seems chaotic and mad.

That’s the point; it ‘seems’ chaotic and mad because it has been created to appear that way. There are more of us than them; they just control the systems that allow us to connect, share messages, and recognize the scale of our assembly.

Every second that you live your life with thankfulness for the abundance within it; every moment that we CHOOSE to engage with fellowship; every day that we accept guidance from God – however you define him to be; and every moment we cherish this time to be a beacon of optimism; is a moment that we withstand that barrage and hold the flag in place. It is a genuinely patriotic position not to succumb to the attack.

If you allow yourself to be drawn into crisis and despair, you allow them to win. If your center of normal is based around this overwhelming onslaught, you will eventually concede liberty in favor of peace. Once we stop living in liberty, we no longer have peace.

It took me a while to fully understand just how damaging empty streets, soulless eyes, the lack of smiles, shuttered businesses, and the absence of joy would become. But as I travel around trying to deliver a very specific message to a very specific audience, I recognize just how much damage is being done; not just to our nation as a whole, but also to every individual within it – personally.

We must shake this mindset. We must withstand this onslaught and rally to the origin of our true national spirit. We must rally to a standard of Americanism and accept this is not that. In essence, we must individually take a stand. Purposefully, deliberately and with forethought, we must engage those around us to get rid of this sense of foreboding.

This approach is how we win the larger battle.

All around us, in every tribe and region, there are people who need you to show them the strength that you have. Strength of spirit. Strength of fellowship that you will not relent from expressing. No matter what noise is shouting from the loudspeakers, we must withstand it; we must make eye contact and remain joyful. We cannot allow despair to be the status quo.

Our nation needs more people like you, right now. Don’t wait… engage life, get optimistic, however you need to do it. Then, let that part of you shine right now… This is how we fight. Hold up that flag; give the starter smile… rally to the standard you create and spread fellowship again. God knows we need it.

Lift your spirits.  I cannot tell you how much of a difference it makes right now; not only to this internet community, but to our nation as a whole.   Choose to be optimistic. Live your best life, RIGHT NOW, there are people working furiously and with great purpose. Remember, this is the only life we have – so seize this day, and then the next, and then keep going.

We live in the greatest nation on the face of the earth. We are the people of that nation, with boundless opportunities most of the world can only dream of.  Our opposition has nothing but false witness, fear and lies.  Push on them, they are weak and shallow.

We are Americans…. Those who are working against our interests thrive in an atmosphere of despair and disenfranchisement – do not give it to them.  Carry an optimistic spirit, regardless of how challenging. I cannot explain it, but that makes success more certain.

Do not fuel our opposition with the power of fear.  Be strong right now; be happy right now; demand action, you are worth it. Do not give evil elements an inch of space within your heart.   Expect and demand accountability.  Do not worry about being perceived as an a**hole about it.

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Joshua 1:9

Quit listening to those who say “can’t” and “won’t”…

If some feel comfortable sitting in their socially distant box and bitching about all things that are not right, or might be not be right…. Or, if they prefer to allow themselves to be overcome with dark imaginings simply because what cannot be done is more comfortable than the effort to oversee what needs to be done…. well, that’s okay.

They can do that.

And when they are done doing that, they’ll still be in the same place.  However, you can choose to be positive and take action.

Rally your spirits to a standard of worthiness; because you are worth so much more. We are on the right side of history.  We are being guided. It is rather remarkable.

Again, thanks for your support.  Every prayer is felt, and I really believe those prayers are making a difference.  I’m seriously humbled.  Prayerfully so…  But remember, failure has never been in our national lexicon.  Life is good…. now, get to livin’ it.

Hopefully, I’ll see you soon…

Sundance talked about “compartmentalization” that the corrupt use for plausible deniability, to get away with things. One of my fears is that a lot of what we know is corrupt activity, that contributes to the big picture, isn’t actually a crime that can be charged. If X lies to Z is that a chargeable crime ? All the little pieces add up to a coup but are the little pieces chargeable crimes?

I have a similar “fear,” and my way of settling it is that the public needs a full accounting of who did what.
The Congressional check kiting system, their private bank, was not a crime, but man, did exposure of that even kick over a hornet’s nest.
Imagine the public reaction to learning that specified people in CIA, FBI, Congress, State Department and the press fiddled with our election, wrongly “exonerated” Crooked Hillary in an abuse of prosecutorial discretion, framed Trump with a know-false hoax and appointed a Special Counsel on false pretext, Special Counsel knew he was running a corrupt sting but persisted anyway.
Then to be told “it’s not a crime.”
Well, the people say, what do you propose for a remedy? Or is this the new normal?
Tons of corruptions runs about on the back of prosecutorial discretion, trading on inside connections, and other abuses of power that conveniently aren’t criminal actions. Sullivan is using his judicial prerogative to keep Flynn in the can for awhile – and this for political purposes, not for justice. There are numerous allowances to government officials, more or less necessary to the function.
It’s the people’s fault for allowing this corruption to persist, and for allowing Congress to delegate pretty much 100% of its authority. I see no way to gracefully unwind the mess. The collapse is going to be messy. But bring it, because the alternative is not tolerable. I’ve had it past up to here with these dishonest and putrid hacks who take me for a moron.

The conspirators still committed many, easily proven crimes. Leaking, perjury, obstruction, 4th Amendment violations under color of law, mishandling classified materials, FARA, campaign finance (HRC and PerkinsCoie buying the Steele Dossier) etc etc etc. Conspiracy and naming a head conspirator would be nice, but not required. Most if not all those crimes are chargeable WITHOUT a grand jury. Thousands of people are charged and plea/convicted every week for federal crimes with no GJ.

Covid, crossing the T’s , etc are NOT valid excuses for why Durham has nothing to show after a year and a half.

If Weissman can indict innocent people such as Roger Stone and Gen. Flynn, Durham could have already indicted at least ONE of the guilty, several that have admitted and acknowledged leaking on live TV, ie Comey.

I’m not a lawyer, so I don’t know how all of this would work, but isn’t plausible deniability out the window once they started to see “Russiagate” reported in the news? If they can actually see where their piece of the puzzle fit in the grand scheme and they stayed quiet, aren’t they still accomplices ?

There are ways to shoot holes in the compartmentalization and you can see that the Senate was in no mood to open fire. Ask about the procedures and what was done to follow those procedures. When Sally Yates was saying she relied on the FBI to tell the truth, no one asked about her vetting process, based on FISA law’s design and if she raised any questions or requested the FBI to prove or demonstrate the FISA application being presented. Yates is not a rubber stamp in the FISA application process. She has a role, a responsibility to verify what is being presented is in fact verified, true and fully presented. Remember when Rep. Stefanik asked Comey about FBI procedure vs. what Comey actually did, it exposed him. Yet Rosenstein and Yates are playing dumb and the Senate is buying it. Well, I don’t buy it.

As was said in a certain movie, ‘Start asking the right f**kin questions’.

I first really saw this during the Benghazi hearings. Gowdy had this supposedly great reputation as a pitbull prosecutor. The questions that needed to be asked were obvious as the full moon. But neither he nor anybody else on the investigating committee would ask them. As Dementia would have said, ‘C’mon, man!’ That when I really started understanding it was all a show, they weren’t going to challenge the Clinton machine.

All criminal enterprises rely on compartmentalization and buffers to limit exposure over the totality.

And not just to create firewalls from the good guys. It is designed this way so that even the participants don’t understand their function as part of the broader enterprise and its objectives. Some are knowing co-conspirators, others are unwitting dupes and even victims. Some have no idea of the wrongdoing they are facilitating. But many others do. Nuremberg helped obliterate that rationalization in the 1940s.

This is one of the first things I learned doing RICO work a long time ago. Unraveling one to the head requires expert puzzle building skills.

Much of DC follows this architecture. Many isolated compartments, all invisibly orchestrated from above. Buffers and firewalls everywhere. It develops its own institutional inertia independent of the players on the field. Welcome to the Beltway.

As a professional presenter I offer the following thoughts.
First, when this operation launches Sundance’s source materials must be available online, in PDF format, with links to original sources and video clips from Sundance’s live presentations embedded in the footnotes. A post pinned to the top of this blog that contains a mirror online version of the PDF production – with all the links and video clips – is also a must. The PDF and the blog post MUST undergo constant revision / refinement. The end game is a refined documentary style “Movie” that tells the story. But there is no time for that now. The “Movie” can be released in October after the PDF / Blog Post / Live Video Clips are refined. The “Movie” should be the product of a cycle of continuous improvement – think Kaizen in the Toyota model of management – driven in an environment where the Patriots are failing fast and failing forward, thus winnowing out defects and perfecting the message.
Second, Sundance’s 90 minute story is as compelling and as important to western culture as any long form lecture by Jordan Peterson and far MORE compelling and important than any 3 hour Joe Rogen Podcast. Those two gentlemen routinely reach MILLIONS with their lectures / podcasts and Americans will pay attention to Sundance for 90 minutes. I agree we need the snipits, the hooks and the blurbs but don’t sell the American people short. They are willing and able to digest complex materials in long form via podcasts and videos. Rogen, Peterson and Netflix proves this.
Finally, join the cause at every level. Donate. Share. Stand up and speak out. This is a battle for the soul of America and the American way of life. Do not shirk.

I suspect that many offenders of the block-o-text crime are unaware

I suspect it often may have to do with the device or software they’re composing their message in

For example, many text-handling software have “paragraph formats” that include space beneath each paragraph. It can look to the writer like there’s space there but there’s not actually a hard-carriage-return blank line present

That said, it’s their responsibility to double check that the message looks ok in the Reply box. And even to do a test comment to see how their system posts

If it posts as a block of text, then it’s “Hey – with my system, I just have to hit 2 carriage returns after each paragraph” to ensure a blank line

            It’s not rocket surgery, folks

The idea of a PDF synopsis fully linked to the fundamental documents is very appealing to me, as I have faithfully followed your postings, but not necessarily read the documents necessary to offer to the court. Reducing the apparent complexity of the whole dataset would help others to gain a really good understanding without committing to a full book immersion.

Otherwise, for a more direct line to the people, how about simply pushing the “We Know” phrase as a hook with an easy to remember website address right below it. Don’t even hint at what it’s about, just let the curiosity drive the audience to the site, which would of course have the information. The uniparty was so impressed with the Dimms installing an illegal person in as POTUS with Ozero that the GOPe ran FOUR ineligible candidates in 2016 (Santorum, Jindal, Rubio, and Cruz). Btw Nikki Halley is also ineligible with 0 citizen parents at birth.

Some fundamental truths that point to little or no accountability.
    – AG Barr was aware that Rosy and SC where running an obstruction charge and trap against PDT with no underlying crime.
    – To AG Barr’s credit he shut the obstruction schiff show down. BUT- He let Rosy and SC swampers slither away.
    – Mcabe, Comey, and others surely can incriminate others up to and including members of the senate and Obama. How far down the chain do you need to go to find a goat who can not incriminate up the chain? The lawyer that edited the emails? You would think if they could get him they would have done it by now.

At one point in the conversation he mentioned that when governors issue covid orders and restrictions that unconstitutionally restrict or prohibit the people’s First Amendment right to freely exercise their religion, he points that out and asks them to change their orders and restrictions and “in most cases” they comply.

Yay. Way to go. Good job. NOT. I was so mad I could spit.

What about the ones who DON’T comply? Where are the emergency cases for injunctions in federal courts to FORCE those governors to comply? The feds sent federal marshals to Selma to protect the rights of little black kids to go to white schools. Where are the federal marshals outside churches to protect our right to worship?

DOJ has an entire civil rights division whose sole reason for existing is to file lawsuits to defend our constitutional rights. What the hell are they doing?

An important aspect here is that it is BOTH SIDES. That fact, if emphasized, may help neutralize some immediate knee-jerk defensiveness among our audience. Not just in approaching liberals, but also on those on the right who’ve had it drummed in that we folks still talking about this are “obsessed” and “conspiracy theorists.” Lightweights. There are a lot of them, but they do listen to facts and reason.

It is obvious by now that the left embodies the cancer; but this actually isn’t a PARTISAN issue, rather, political divides are pushed and exploited as the fog that makes everyone confused, angry and helpless.

What Sundance has prepared to expose is not just a plot to remove a duly elected President; but the reality that this project was actually standard operating procedure, with assistance and cover from ALL governing institutions, including media.

But we also have been watching this in real time, screaming about it, with no effect. I suggest this is largely because our would-be authorities and referees — eg, Barr and Graham, and even truth-tellers like Jordan and Nunes — go along with a frame that casts all the activity in partisan political terms. This framing means no one grasps what’s actually happening, and MOST people filter it through the cynical lens of “just politics” and “probably both sides do it.” That framing is a weapon against people seeing the uniparty for what it is, and the main way that authorities get away with deliberately not knowing things, and not acting.

Ultimately, the depth and reality of this cannot “break through” to a common understanding until some among the OTHER SIDE concede to it. If it’s only those on the right, the neutralizing framing continues, and our authorities can continue stringing us along. I suggest we need to try to reach some on the other side, and that some on the other side will concede to facts. Some saw through Russiagate.

Candidates for looping in some on the left would be Glenn Greenwald, Aaron Mate, Jimmy Dore, Max Blumenthal, Caitlin Johnstone. David Rubin and Joe Rogan are good candidates because they have wide audiences.

I believe and hope that what might REALLY break through here with CTH’s brief is that it hits the SSCI. Psychologically, that’s an easier entry point for some smart people than the Obama administration.

I will just add this to Sundance’s great battle cry, and all the fine responses posted to it. Many are fully engaged.

We all need to now act as if we have nothing left to lose. Because if we lose this upcoming war, we will all be left with nothing.

The battle in DC is but one front. A broader, desperate fight is now raging across the land, in every town and community. Marxist-Globalism is frantically trying to turn the tide, and will destroy everything we value and cherish without reservation to prevail.

Don’t think your retirement plan or other bunker strategies will save you if we lose. They will come for it all. And eventually for you and your children and grandchildren, too.

So do what you can, as best you can, to win these upcoming battles, big and small. We all have a role to play. We all may not have taken up the fight in DC as Sundance has. If it is only a clear conversation in a parking lot or at a community event, you are in the broader fight. Silence of thought and action is no longer an option. On that point, Sundance could not be more correct. Silence will not save you, either. The silent ones are led to the camps, the same as the fighters.

The best statement I heard in the past week was from a caller to a local radio show. “I’m done being the Silent Majority. I’m Silent no more.”

We are entering perhaps the most treacherous weeks and months of our lives prior to Nov 3, and my head is constantly on a swivel as I keep my eyes and ears open. I make no allusions about what will most certainly happen should we either win or lose on that day. Either outcome will not cease the attacks, and I would expect they’ll intensify.
There are so many fronts on which our battles are fought, but nothing is more important than a second term, retaining the Senate, and AT LEAST GAINING SEATS in the house – which I have high hopes for. This business you are about must be lonely and depressing at times at times, but it too is highly critical. Patriots everywhere are with you in this, yet are also pursuing other noble fights as well, such as child/human trafficking and the business with Ghislane. We too, are completely fed up with the hearings that accomplish nothing, except to show us who the enemy really is.
Still and all, your battle is prime among them, and you do yourself honor in pursuing it so fervently.
Toward that end, I humbly thank you. You have my prayers, and I mean that as a believer in Christ.

Sundance, you stated interestingly that the entire 30 briefs can be told in 20 pages. I have always believe brevity is the best way to tell the truth. While many of us here understand many of the details and have since the beginning it is still tough to rattle-off in as few of words as possible and tell the story without forgetting many aspects to this story. Is it possible to put what happened into about 400 words so far more people can learn the truth by telling/writing letters to the editor or making posts on social media? I can sit and tell many people the story off the top of my head but even then I miss many of the other important parts. The fact is too many key people would be concerned and outraged but don’t have time to understand the details or just never really get involved/engaged until 30 days at most before an election.

And remember, even when the enemy looks formidable, he is always beatable.
Many years ago, in my mother’s office in the Swedish Parliament, she, I and four other persons were discussing the upcoming referendum campaign to take Sweden into the Euro. We belonged to a small minority of free market people and conservatives who wanted to keep our economic and national independence by keeping our sovereign currency. Lots of ideas were bandied about, and most of the participants were quite upbeat. But I noticed that suddenly one man, Rolf E., who had been a speech writer to the last real conservative leader of the Conservative party, had been quiet for a while. I asked him what he was thinking.
“Oh, I was just looking out at the square, and thinking here we are, all six of us, but they are very many out there.”
Well, he was right. All the major political parties, most of the labour unions, the major industrial and employers organizations, most major newspapers and of course the state run broadcast media were all aligned against us. In the end the real campaign financing was at least 10:1 in our disfavour. But we managed to find some allies, and we had the most valuable asset of them all; true arguments.
In the end the referendum was not even close, and Sweden still has its own currency!

    Good hunting!

PS: Maybe more a case of needs must than anything else but our campaign used “blurbs” on the local radio stations as our main advertising outlet. Is “talk radio” still a major media in the US? I know it is difficult to properly explain this affair without reading the documents, but maybe one can use it to create interest and spread information about websites and videos.

  46. I’ll match your Sam Adams, and raise you a William Shakespeare: “Lay on, Macduff,
And damned be him that first cries, “Hold, enough!”

The words ‘Thank, Sundance’ seem somewhat trite at this point, but are nonetheless sincere. You are an inspiration to every person who climbs into the treehouse on a daily basis, sometimes more than once, to read but you have to say. I am very glad that your hard work over the last several years now, is coming to fruition and i honestly feel America will be a better place as a result.

I’m one of three sisters who have been daily readers and each of us support you 100%!
    We eagerly await your briefs!

Thank you Sundance for all you’re doing for the cause of liberty. I finally have cautious optimism to balance my hardened cynicism. I just donated to CTH and I encourage others to do the same, even just a little. All avenues of resistance must be employed. I am praying for Sundance, President Trump, and for all those true Patriots fighting for the cause of liberty, truth, and especially justice for the American People. God bless America!🇺🇸🗽

Just want to remind readers (or let you know if you haven’t seen previous notices) that we are not allowing any new commenters at this time. That will change in the future, I’m sure.

For the time being, if your comment goes to our pending queue (as all comments by new commenters do) and we don’t recognize you, we first search our comment database by your IP address and then, if necessary, by email address. If you don’t pass either of those tests, then your comment is deleted.

The content of your comment is not considered. If you think that what you have to tell us is vital, please send an email.

    Thanks for understanding.
