Status Update: Meet At The Old Mill, We Ride At Midnight…

A quote from Sam Adams is a good way to encapsulate the week ahead:

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms.”

“Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”  ~ Samuel Adams

First, my sincere appreciation for all of your support as we have worked through a complex process of information assembly, travel, and briefings to those who we hope will step forward.

Mid-August was always the most visible date to determine whether or not DC still retained any functional way to self-correct from the severity of corruption that so many people are now familiar with. That date has stuck with me for almost two years; and so it will remain.

Long gone are the ‘hopes’ and ‘trusts’ attached to Jeff Sessions, Rod Rosenstein, Michael Horowitz, John Huber, Matt Whitaker, John Laush, the House of Representatives or Senate;… all futile in their efforts, perhaps purposefully so. That leaves John Durham and AG Bill Barr… and hope is not a strategy as we enter the final stretch.

If no progress is made by this Friday 5pm, CTH will first share the name of the primary Durham investigator to media previously briefed on the documents we assembled. From there, and within 24 hrs, we will make that name public and direct inquiries can begin.

Barring some unforeseen shift in approach; and based on recent Senate responses to Sally Yates during testimony; there’s going to be no help in the delivery of sunlight from anyone on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Senator Ron Johnson and the Senate Homeland Security Committee is equally useless; and by now every American should know the Senate Intelligence Committee was an active participant; no help there.

♦ A note of warning and preparation. Familiar names that have covered the Spygate fiasco are also not necessarily allies in this fight to deliver sunlight. “Spygate” is a lucrative financial business, lots of books have been sold. Expose the real scale of the DC fraud and Spygate is peanuts; therefore, there are friendly elements who could actually defend their prior interests. It is predictably unfortunate; and no energy should be wasted.

Additionally, media voices paid by Wall Street corporations will offer little sunlight assistance.  There are too many vested financial interests; too many issues of credibility at risk, and too many long-standing reputations exposed. In many ways, directly and indirectly, as you well know, corporate media have participated in the effort to remove President Trump.

♦ Phase-2 is to deliver the briefing material we have assembled to larger audiences. The brief is complex, because the operation outlined within it was/is complex. Therefore, it actually takes two reviews to understand it:

• The first review is a timeline of when documents controlled by the Mueller special counsel were made public; the disparate public releases -and the controlled non releases- were/was a method used by the special counsel to keep people from easily connecting the dots. This was by design.  [Review takes about 45 mins]

• The second review encompasses an additional timeline from material within the publicly released documents. That second approach connects the dots and clears up the remaining confusion. Both reviews are not easy to absorb; but when that mental light bulb turns on, it can never be turned off… and, most importantly, everything reconciles; including the purposeful inaction of congress.  [About 45 minutes]

A set of 30 briefs costs roughly $900 to produce; this material is heavy.  Stunningly, and I laugh about this often, there are only about 20 pages within the documents that are needed to tell the whole story.  However, with today’s level of political skepticism, the brief has to contain every page of every document lest anyone be accused of selective editing.

Mid-week a group of good people are gathering to review and discuss the best methods to blast the information into the public consciousness. This has been planned for a long time. Delivery to public is not an easy task; the information is intellectually heavy, and the ramifications are considerable. However, on an optimistic note, despite numerous opportunities, no-one has yet been able to challenge either the material or the conclusions based almost entirely on direct evidence; and some very obvious circumstantial evidence.

♦ Dissemination – Will a video work… will a Zoom network work…. will live streaming work… will in-person public briefings work… or will it take a combination of all of those? Personally, the latter seems the most effective, but it also reaches the least.  One real issue with video is the briefing material has to be in the viewer’s hand to make sense. Regardless, I am committed to travel and share the information with as many people as possible until I run out of briefing material… which is a forward issue.

Following a logical plan, those public/group briefings will likely start about this time next week. If you have a group who would like to have a briefing, we’ll let you know how to contact and schedule.

As a result of this week’s final discussions, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, CTH will likely be very quiet as these details are worked out. Friday night, if no action has been taken by the DOJ or AG Bill Barr, I will release the name of Durham’s #1. Then on Saturday, that name will go public, and then we go quickly right into phase-2.

On one hand, I still hold hope that Durham/Barr will deliver…. on the other hand, well, the pressure to preserve the institutions might be too much. However, at a certain point; well beyond all the oft-repeated comments about “sensitivity” and “delicate balances”; the brutal truth has to come out – or be forced out.

Oddly, I have yet to find a person who believes Durham’s investigative unit has this information; it’s always the last question I ask a group or individual. Investigators who have worked on these issues for years also give the same reply. Unfortunately, and despite direct contact, that lack of knowledge appears intentional.

So that’s where things stand. If things change, I will keep you updated.

REMINDER – When I share the message “live your best life”, it is not without purpose. Every moment that we allow the COVID and leftist onslaught to deter us from living our dreams, is a moment those who oppose our nation view as us taking a knee.

Do not allow this effort to succeed.

You might ask yourself how can I, one person, a flea looking into a furnace, retain an optimistic disposition while all around me seems chaotic and mad.

That’s the point; it ‘seems’ chaotic and mad because it has been created to appear that way. There are more of us than them; they just control the systems that allow us to connect, share messages, and recognize the scale of our assembly.

Every second that you live your life with thankfulness for the abundance within it; every moment that we CHOOSE to engage with fellowship; every day that we accept guidance from God – however you define him to be; and every moment we cherish this time to be a beacon of optimism; is a moment that we withstand that barrage and hold the flag in place. It is a genuinely patriotic position not to succumb to the attack.

If you allow yourself to be drawn into crisis and despair, you allow them to win. If your center of normal is based around this overwhelming onslaught, you will eventually concede liberty in favor of peace. Once we stop living in liberty, we no longer have peace.

It took me a while to fully understand just how damaging empty streets, soulless eyes, the lack of smiles, shuttered businesses, and the absence of joy would become. But as I travel around trying to deliver a very specific message to a very specific audience, I recognize just how much damage is being done; not just to our nation as a whole, but also to every individual within it – personally.

We must shake this mindset. We must withstand this onslaught and rally to the origin of our true national spirit. We must rally to a standard of Americanism and accept this is not that. In essence, we must individually take a stand. Purposefully, deliberately and with forethought, we must engage those around us to get rid of this sense of foreboding.

This approach is how we win the larger battle.

All around us, in every tribe and region, there are people who need you to show them the strength that you have. Strength of spirit. Strength of fellowship that you will not relent from expressing. No matter what noise is shouting from the loudspeakers, we must withstand it; we must make eye contact and remain joyful. We cannot allow despair to be the status quo.

Our nation needs more people like you, right now. Don’t wait… engage life, get optimistic, however you need to do it. Then, let that part of you shine right now… This is how we fight. Hold up that flag; give the starter smile… rally to the standard you create and spread fellowship again. God knows we need it.

Lift your spirits.  I cannot tell you how much of a difference it makes right now; not only to this internet community, but to our nation as a whole.   Choose to be optimistic. Live your best life, RIGHT NOW, there are people working furiously and with great purpose. Remember, this is the only life we have – so seize this day, and then the next, and then keep going.

We live in the greatest nation on the face of the earth. We are the people of that nation, with boundless opportunities most of the world can only dream of.  Our opposition has nothing but false witness, fear and lies.  Push on them, they are weak and shallow.

We are Americans…. Those who are working against our interests thrive in an atmosphere of despair and disenfranchisement – do not give it to them.  Carry an optimistic spirit, regardless of how challenging. I cannot explain it, but that makes success more certain.

Do not fuel our opposition with the power of fear.  Be strong right now; be happy right now; demand action, you are worth it. Do not give evil elements an inch of space within your heart.   Expect and demand accountability.  Do not worry about being perceived as an a**hole about it.

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Joshua 1:9

Quit listening to those who say “can’t” and “won’t”…

If some feel comfortable sitting in their socially distant box and bitching about all things that are not right, or might be not be right…. Or, if they prefer to allow themselves to be overcome with dark imaginings simply because what cannot be done is more comfortable than the effort to oversee what needs to be done…. well, that’s okay.

They can do that.

And when they are done doing that, they’ll still be in the same place.  However, you can choose to be positive and take action.

Rally your spirits to a standard of worthiness; because you are worth so much more. We are on the right side of history.  We are being guided. It is rather remarkable.

Again, thanks for your support.  Every prayer is felt, and I really believe those prayers are making a difference.  I’m seriously humbled.  Prayerfully so…  But remember, failure has never been in our national lexicon.  Life is good…. now, get to livin’ it.

Hopefully, I’ll see you soon…

Sundance should get a segment on Tucker Carlson. I think that would be viable.

The news hook would be his reveal of XXXXX. That should be leveraged as the newsworthy entry point.

I hope Sundance has some professional support as in a media consultant or PR agent.

Our best bet to build curiosity and garner views is getting some mass media.

I suspect Sundance would need the entire hour of Carlson’s show so that they can go through the entire timeline and pertinent documentation.

That’s been a running issue with Spygate (any scandal) the last 10-20 years. A guest gets a 5-7 minute segment with the host talking over them to try and get this message out.

I didn’t mean going on Carlson would be a bad idea. I just think Tucker would have to do an hour long, or at least 30 minutes, special to really get the points across

Basically, Sundance would be giving his presentation to Carlson on his show.

      • SYF and dd- I absolutely agree that the best way to publicize Sundance’s work/ brief would be to get on one of the big Fox hosts- Tucker, Lou, Maria, whoever.
Regardless of how we bitch and moan, there are still millions of viewers who watch them and there is no other way to reach so many people, even if only for a few minutes.
Sundance has told us he wants to disseminate the brief far and wide.

This very day I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds and the wild animals, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel. “If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
      But make allowance for their doubting too;

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise

      If you can dream – and not make dreams your master;
      If you can think – and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
      And treat those two impostors just the same;

If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
      And never breathe a word about your loss;

If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings – nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
      If all men count with you, but none too much;

If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And – which is more – you’ll be a Man, my son!”

Many people use the Lion to represent our President. I wholeheartedly agree. Both the donkeys and elephants have shown themselves to be one in the same. We can throw rhinos and monkeys, pigs and snakes, condors and tortuses in the mix too for many of our so called elected politicians, men and women who were supposedly elected to represent “us.”

What a joke. We all know that politicians don’t represent “us.” They enrich themselves with coin and fame by helping their enablers get what they want, not what we want.

With many of the wild animals used up to describe politicians, I think it is apropos to reserve the hyenas for the press.

These cackling, conniving, squealing thugs of the animal kingdom show up in force and through shear numbers take down prey much larger than themselves. In fact, a pack of hyenas is much like a gang in the hood. In their minds, they control their turf and the messages the other animals receive.

But a “Pride of Lions” is different. A pride of lions also shows up in force. Hunting, playing, and living together, a pride goes about its business.

The pride doesn’t spend its days heckling and screaming and cackling at all the other animals the way hyenas do. The pride goes about its business living a free and purposeful life.

There comes a point when the hyenas scream too loudly. A point where the hyenas invade personal space too much. A point where they cross the line.

At this moment, the Pride stops what its doing and gets down to business. Enough is enough. You want to mess with a pride of lions? That’s your choice. But when a pride of lions comes for you, its to finish the battle, not win the argument.

Sundance, is it a possibility that, knowing your deadline, Barr/Durham and whomever else you have briefed begin to make public moves that you are hoping to see, and those moves only being head-fakes, to forestall your larger exposure?

How can we, those who follow yet are not situated to be able to participate (whether senior citizen without the requisite group of people able to gather and spread the word; or simply overwhelmed and not knowing where to start or other reasons such as being the sole person in a sea of leftist believers) be of help?

Given the complexity of the material, or at least the weight of it, in order to make an impact is there a possibility of bullet-point type documents, or even simple paragraphs, that we can share online (without drawing undue attention from trolls toward this site) that within it it will be a online place to direct the deeper information with those ‘friends’ who show an actual interest in finding out more? Perhaps a companion wordpress site, or other social media place to host such information to direct people to, keeping the Treehouse safer from the social media minder’s propensity to take down, disappear, those voices they don’t want getting out?

I have a suggestion to whomever organizes these meetings. Have people email their location, state, zip code on the subject line of the email they send. That way they can easily be grouped/sorted without having to go into the body of the email.

Once the group is established, then email that area about days and times that work best. That too could be put on the subject line. Or perhaps, days or times that don’t work at all may be better.

Obviously Sundance is too busy for this. So someone needs to volunteer to coordinate all groups initially and then perhaps identify a local coordinator for each group going forward.

Or someone from each region needs to step up and say hi I’m from say Houston and I’ll arrange the meet..please email me as noted above and I’ll organize. Then, someone from the Chicago area should step up do the same etc.

Another option would be to do entire states at first and then go more granular from there ie regions or metro areas.

It’s too overwhelming to sort through the body of emails but the subject line being visible should make it much less daunting.

There is a so-called 60 day rule by the Justice Department in not interfering with the Fall election, even though Comey violated that in the last election. I think Sundance should hold off until at least first week of September. Bill Barr said at the end of the summer there is likely to be a report. We can’t have a distraction ahead of that and give the media pirañas a chance to unravel John Durham’s team.

While hope is not a strategy, patience is a virtue. I understand the urgency, but we cannot cut ourselves off at the knees because we have fear. Bill Barr set a marker, something that Sessions, Horowitz, Rosenstein, and Huber never did. Let him either meet that or not before drastic action is taken.

If nothing materializes at the end of August, then by all means, release the kraken! It is so important that this is done before the election, especially with the shameless media again trying to push a Russian interference narrative for this election season. Anything that happens post-election is rubbish because the whole point of the Mueller probe, the insurance policy, was to affect the 2020 elections either with the removal of Donald Trump in impeachment or the permanent slander of Trump that would affect the psyche of voters going to the polls in 2020. This must be addressed fulsomely in the Durham investigation to clear Trump of this cloud, to borrow a phrase from Trump. Flynn must be vindicated and Trump must be vindicated before this election. It doesn’t count if everything is somehow adjudicated after the election, even if Trump wins.

So I get it, but I think the timing must be adjusted. Just my few cents. But I thank you Sundance for your research and your steadfast support of America First! And I am glad that you have a big card to play, but as in card games, timing is everything!

IF Barr said end of Summer, what will releasing this week accomplish that a release in September if Barr doesn’t come through, not accomplish?

The risk is that this release gives the eneMedia an opportunity to get ahead of the Durham report (if one is released) to discredit it even more than they could without it.

The absolutely best way for this to play out is for indictments to be dropped at the end of this month and then Sundance releases his data to the public as a way to explain it all through the inevitable media spin/filter.

Doing this ahead of any potential indictments or report doesn’t accomplish anything more than to provide the lazy media the research they need to rifle through to better their spin. Naming names allows the media to discredit the entire investigation before it can release anything to the public.

Play your cards at the right time.

There has been a few analyses of the “60 day” rule on various forums – Redstate, American Thinker? It’s a norm. It’s a tradition – not a written in blood rule. The DOJ is supposed to make sure that they aren’t pursuing the case for political reasons – gee, did that apply when the small group took down Flynn, and lied to the FISA court. Barr said last night on Levin that “They were trying to impeach him from day one. They have done everything they can. They’ve shredded the norms from our system to do what they can to drive him from office and to dabilitate(sic) his administration. ” It is time that we quit playing by the old civility rules – Did Trump voters vote for him to continue the nicey nicey congenial rules? I didn’t. It’s past time to fight, the lawyers are always in the rear guard.

Exactly. The DOJ can pursue political persecutions anytime within a 4-year period as long as it is not within 60 days leading up to a presidential election. The Special Counsel is exempt from timelines regarding political persecutions, however.

The 60-day rule is so the party not in power can exert greater influence in the election.

It would never make sense to halt the execution of legitimate and righteous justice because of some arbitrary gentlemen’s agreement attributed to an imminent election. Essentially this would mean the rule of law cannot be in effect during this 60 day buffer period. This is crazy.

Sundance is a gem no question. I am just putting it out there as to why it has to be this week, when the so-called 60 day rule doesn’t hit until early September? Barr set a marker of end of summer. I would see if he can meet it. There’s nothing that Sundance releases this week that won’t be as effective if he releases it in September imo.

Aside from all other considerations (including the points you raise) it seems to me that, at this point, there is cumulative effort and impact of many contacts with many individuals and groups (face to face now over a period of several weeks).

There is some kind of focus that has been naturally evolving among all of those who are taking this in, a focus that probably includes some sense of schedule, further contacts, next steps, etc.

It doesn’t seem likely that it would be productive to suddenly postpone what is happening, with so many people now in place, now taking it in, now effectively taking up their role.

I agree. It’s been over, but we have to think about whether we do more harm than good. Again, if indictments really do come down later this month, but Sundance releases the names of the investigator prior to that happening, the media will have a field day. I could be wrong, but it seems to me I would not release the names of anyone until I am sure they are not going to do anything before the election. That’s why I point to the 60 day rule. That goes into effect in September.

‘There is a so-called 60 day rule by the Justice Department in not interfering with the Fall election..’ I though that has already been debunked by Barr himself. I agree with you that timing is of the essence. If there is “breaking news” information that the nation must be given, the sooner it is achieved, the better. One cannot have “too little, too late” happen.

I just want this to be as productive as possible. Sundance is a helluva lot smarter than me and so whatever he decides I will absolutely support. With that said, the feeling I got reading his post was what will the media do with it, if the indictment do indeed come in late August? I don’t think it will help the cause. They will say “investigators used conservative blogger’s theories to concoct a conspiracy.”

I know the media will work to discredit Durham no matter what, but don’t hand them the research and the names ahead of time!

If we hit the so-called 60 day point with nothing, I say release the kraken! It’s not that much further away from this week.

You know this already, but an Executive Summary will be key. Many will need to be convinced to dive deeper into the thicket of evidence…give them that motivation up-front with a hard-hitting summary at the beginning.

It should be no longer than two pages and should list:

-Summary of the agencies agencies complicit in criminal activities
-Summary of those committing the crimes AND the federal code violated that makes them criminals
-Maybe a single graphic with the faces of the key criminals, similar to your Mueller graphic
-Summary of those who are willing accessories to the crimes including key Congress, Senate, MSM on both sides of the aisle
    -Summary of the timeline

Let us know if we can help to get the message out and the media that you want to target. I think you’ll need a multi-pronged media blitz from Twitter to Facebook to Zoom to Youtube to media interviews from anyone that can be trusted.

“Oddly, I have yet to find a person who believes Durham’s investigative unit has this information”

Perhaps that says more about the people Sundance is briefing than Durham. I suspect that the people Sundance is briefing have not been investigating this night and day for the last 4 years (or like Durham, for the last 18+ months). So they have a reasonable excuse.

So is it any wonder those folk don’t believe Durham has this. They were clueless and just assumed he was clueless too.

But, to me at least, that means nothing. Because if Durham does not have an inkling then he’s likely a pretty useless investigator.

    Which he clearly isn’t.

So, regardless of what uninformed people THINK, my instincts tell me that Durham KNOWS.

And maybe that’s why Sundance prefaced that statement with the word “Oddly”.

The question to me is – will Durham play dumb.

An ally or someone trying to muddy the waters? Rather late for him to enter the game now, isn’t it? Ask yourself that question: He has known what has been going on for a couple of years, so why now when the Durham investigation is drawing to a close, does this man enter the arena? He had numerous opportunities to say something before this.

American Thinker had a blog post about this today, and I read the comments people were posting. It might be wise for you to do so as well. Many do not trust this “spy”!

Very possibly not a straight shooter. He’s clearly a swamp dweller.

But, there comes a time when those involved in conspiracies must make a decision–go down with the ship, or come clean, do your time, and do the right thing.

Could be that’s what’s up with him.

Regardless, it’s a great example of how “telling the truth” is not such a newsworthy event.

I’ve mentioned before that Sundance’s plan to “reveal all” in a big new conference-like event may sound great. It will be minimized, cancelled, shut-down, ignored, by the PC-Prog media for sure, and likely also by the targets of the presentation. His motives will be questioned. They’ll ask: Why now? If you’ve been sitting on this powderkeg for a couple years, why now?

See the recent presentation by the doctors on the steps of the Supreme Court. Vanished as soon as it happened. And that was sponsored by heavy hitters.

It’s better to have it come out with the force of an investigative document, but hey, if they are too chicken then so be it!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Sundance for all the work you are doing. My prayers go with you wherever this takes you.

I do understand the complexity of this information. I was wondering if at some point there can be a summation sheet made-1 or 2 pages-that can be handed out or posted online with links to the full report so people can research all of it when they want to?

Knowing the people in my circle, many who either are left leaning or do not take the time to read beyond headlines unless they are truly interested, seeing the length of the full report will not be something they will even begin to look at no matter how hard I try to make them understand it’s importance for all of us.

If there is a version summarizing the information and it’s grave importance to a free America, I would feel much better that more people will take a look and delve further into knowing the whole, accurately referenced report.

Bessie2003 had some ideas about that.

I will certainly do my best to get the whole report out there in full version and will do it in a positive way. Just understanding human nature in the 21st century, sound bites, short pieces of written information or videos are the bait to get people interested and looking for more. JMO.

I agree, Allan. I have a wait and see attitude about Durham. As far as many here expressing disappointment about Barr’s appearance on Levin last night, I felt some of the same disappointment, but think it’s possible he doesn’t want to telegraph anything to the subjects of the investigation or more importantly, to the corrupt media. I have not given up hope that Barr/Durham will do the right thing. The fact is none of us know what their intentions are at this point and trying to read ‘signals’ from Barr’s behavior is futile as he is too cagey for that. Again, I have a wait and see attitude and am hoping and praying the caginess is for the right reasons. If it isn’t I will loathe the man as much as I loathe Adam Schiff. I also understand that Barr/Durham may not see the complete picture as SD does, but if it comes to that, we will be able to see whether they are willing to open their eyes fully or not.

So many great suggestions on getting the message out. A complicated organized crime for politics and corrupt wealth story requires as you have said saturation and many hands.

Alt media has the target audience. There are many names with combined tens of millions in their followers. A pdf sent to each as early as possible is one way to break the glass. Then let them compete on getting the story out.

As a start, Styx would be interested and would also have insight into who else would grasp the story and be skilled in getting the story out.
