Sunday Talks: Senator Graham Defends The Senate Role in Trying to Remove President Trump…

Senator Lindsay Graham appears on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo to profess his public outrage about the senate being lied to by the FBI in 2018. {Go Deep}

In essence what Graham is doing is establishing the defense of the Senate for their role in attempting to remove President Donald Trump. ie. Selective Outrage.

The simple way to identify Graham’s motive is this way:…  The SSCI was aware of this briefing in 2018 right?  So why didn’t any SSCI member step forth after the Horowitz report in 2019 and say they were mislead?… or at any time after the truth of the primary sub-source was evident?   It does not take the public release of briefing material, two years later, to initiate senate outrage if senate outrage was genuine.

Graham wasn’t outraged when the senate knew about it, he becomes outraged when the public knows about it.  See how the application of common sense works?

Methinks Graham doth protest too much. The more he spoke of his honor, the faster we counted the spoons.

Latest Quinnipiac poll (7/30 – 8/3) has Lindsey Graham and Jaime Harrison (D) tied at 44 percent. Miss Lindsey’s isn’t generating enthusiasm…and his latest antics to cover for the Senate won’t help.

    What a choice.
This sleazy snake or a democrat to replace him. But then, what’s the difference?

Difference in voting? Probably not much.
Difference in control of the senate? Everything.
Sigh… why didn’t he get primaried?

I’m beginning to think everything is predetermined…voting is just an illusion…except for a Trump. He figured out how to circumvent the machine.

Because Trump endorsed him. I was going to vote for one of his challengers but PDJT endorsement changed everything. Graham won in a landslide because of this endorsement and he knows it.

Now, there is a snowball’s chance in hell I would ever vote for a demonrat in November, whatever my feelings. We need to keep this Senate seat.

Why can’t Ms Lindsey ask a member of the Senate Intel Committee at the time of the briefing who had given it to them? Am I missing something?

Lindsay is a snake in the deep state swamp. Like so many of these politicians who literally have destroyed the promise of what the Founders tried to give us, he is only interested in perpetuating his life style and income bracket, along with all his cohorts!

I think the only way we can take back control of these Uniparty Swamp creatures is to break up the Uniparty cabal that is in control of the Swamp. The leaders have to be destroyed.

The Uniparty rejects candidates that the People actually want. We’ve seen this over and over again. Ryan even threw the 2018 election because his paymasters demanded such. My Congressman a few years ago was the reindeer farmer here in Michigan, who snuck in because the incumbent was caught in some shenanigans post-primary and had to resign. He was somewhat a gadfly, but the people WANTED him because he was an actual conservative, and he won the general election easily. Boehner set about destroying him, and he recruited a greasy trial lawyer to run against him in the next primary. Of course, the Swamp was able to funnel cash to this greasy lawyer and he overwhelmed the reindeer guy with about $2M of attack ads in the primary, you know, “his own money” that he earned as a trial lawyer and don’t you dare ask where it came from because it’s all attorney-client privilege. Boehner blackballed the reindeer guy from all Swamp money and he had peanuts to work with.

    See how this works?

As they easily control the primary process and will even throw away seats held by their own fake “party”, so that they can maintain ironclad Uniparty control of the Swamp, we will eventually have to fight fire with fire. We will have to be willing to throw away seats in order to destroy these Uniparty leaders. It’s the only way we’ll ever get any traction on draining the Swamp. They have completely corrupted the primary process, as McConnell and the rest set out to do once he saw the Tea Party was a threat to his empire.

I suggest we destroy McConnell this cycle. Vote for the D sect of the Uniparty in his election, and the R sect will be stripped of their bagman. He’s the one who funnels cash to the Swamp creatures who work against our interests, and who do such as destroy the reindeer farmer who worked for our interests.

Destroying Graham might be just about as good. It would send a strong message to the R sect of the Uniparty that we will do whatever it takes to break their stranglehold, just as they will do anything to keep us under their moneyed jackboot. They are ruthless and we must be equally ruthless.

But this plan doesn’t work unless we accept that this is a Uniparty, and they are all the same. If we don’t accept that simple reality and instead mindlessly vote for a little “R” after some stooge’s name, we will continue down the same corrupt path, to our own detriment.

But target one of these vile Swamp creatures, remove them from their seat, and now you can get somewhere.

Irrational logic especially if POTUS Trump wins a second term. Vote D to get rid of the slimy Rs in the Senate and potentially give the Ds a majority in the Senate. Well, there goes any appointment confirmations, including SCOTUS, out the window. In addition, if the Ds retain the majority in the House, It’s impeachment for real this time. Of course, if the Rs regain the malority in the House but lose the Senate, still no appointments and MAGA gets reduced to a crawl. The only plausible way forward is with POTUS Trump at the helm and a R majority in both the House and the Senate. Time and options are running out.

There was another Sunday Talk that was of far greater import than anything Lindsey had to say. Mark Levin had AG Barr as his sole guest last night. We were fortunate to see it. I imagine videos are available at YouTube. He had some very worthwhile things to say, and Levin let him say them.

Re the Mark Levin-AG Barr interview last night:

Attorney General William Barr on Sunday voiced scathing criticism of the Democratic Party, claiming the left is trying to tear down U.S. institutions in a pursuit for “total victory.”

The comments came in an expansive one-hour interview with Fox News Host Mark Levin that touched on subjects including Barr’s recent testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, the Black Lives Matter protests and the expansion of mail-in voting amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Asked about the recent hearing, Barr said that Democrats’ accusations against him were a reflection of how partisan politics have become in recent decades. He zeroed in on Democrats, alleging that the party has “withdrawn and pulled away from the umbrella of classical liberal values that have undergirded our society since our founding.”

“I think the left has essentially withdrawn from this model, and really represents a Rousseauian revolutionary party that believes in tearing down the system,” he said. “They’re interested in complete political victory, they’re not interested in compromise, they’re not interested in dialectic exchange of views.”

The attorney general added that Democrats’ push for victory is their “substitute for a religion.”

Senator Graham. What is your difference from the coup from dems.
You have done nothing to expose the coup. No one held accountable for this disgrace.
This country is at the mercy of corruption and you do nothing.
Put on a pretense w Sally “mistakenyates” that she was innocent. When she refused to follow Pres Trumps first directive and she was applauded for going against the Pres of the US.
What more do you need to know.
    This country is lost.
Where are your ethics? They are not evident.
The country is aware. I say shame on you.
