two raids + this DOJ forfeiture + Trump’s wont see me for a while comment + the American thinker article in the last few days.

‘Election laws?’ You mean those election laws that apply only to Republicans? The first rule to playing a game is if you don’t like the rules don’t play the game.

It is not election law. It is a guidance from DOJ that has been ignored in the past. It would really only apply to candidates and their immediates.

It is not like Biden can successfully be prosecuted, try to prosecute a person who has dementia. Been part of one, waste of time, even if found guilty judge will let them go for good reason. Unless there is serous amount forensic evidence against him and his boss they are safe.

The “Kracken” if released will not really help the Presidents Campaign, it may even hurt it a little. He will be portrayed like a vindictive tyrant thrashing around desperately trying to save his “failing” campaign; and it will stick with some people. Some of his supporters might get so wrapped up in it they will not campaign as hard for him. I can not see it turning many non Trump voters to Trump voters in the short run.

          your “concern” is noted.
so, according to you, if the coup perps are prosecuted, PDJT will lose the election, so he should pardon them all !!!! And refuse to release any evidence of criminality !!!!
And slow-joe is so demented that he could not possibly serve as President or be prosecuted for his kickback crimes !!!
          good thinking !!!
You should apply to the PDJT re-election campaign to help them.

            Also, no need to apply.

              Beau Geste,

Sorry the first part of my reply to you went missing. Thanking you for noting my concernI appreciate that. 🙂

Basically, I do not think POTUS campaign would be doomed if prosecutions took place, neither will they guarantee victory.

As they may not be viewed by the undecided voter as not against the Democrat Candidate they will not hurt that candidate. They could take all the air out of the room and allow the Democrat Candidate to hide more. They will however help in the GOTV of POTUS campaign for reelection. Get out the Vote is key to victory in most races.

Oh, I am all for prosecutions, they are fun to do. Except when you spend many months going after a demented criminal who get let off to basically die at home; very frustrating. I kinda expect a September candidate to be named by the Democrats to replace Biden. He seems to look feeble, that is why he was riding a bike to change that look, but it is not working.

I did not say POTUS was a tyrant, I do not think he is. I also believe he is currently winning the election, if we do not have massive mail in voting that is.

The recent executive orders are interesting, I was surprised they came before Monday, I like what he said about voting in his press conformance.

Are those ‘election laws’ really laws or just tradition? I find it hard to believe there would be a law against indicting a candidate who, for instance, was discovered to be a major player in seditious and/or treasonous acts.

        • Paprika says:

It is just “tradition” to make sure politics are not part of the equation for indictments or prosecutions close to an election. But the more one actually thinks about that tradition, the more one realizes that that in itself is a political consideration that leads to as much mischief as an “October Surprise”!

Think about it. Law enforcement is suspended due to possible political ramifications. What does that tell you about not only the true state of politics but also the true state of law enforcement? And what does that tell you about our trust level in either one?

The more you think about it, the more pathetic it is that no can trust either the ‘Justice’ department or our political parties to be honest and do their jobs without interfering with our election process! And we worry about how much foreign countries may influence our elections?

          Liked by 1 person

          • ms doodlebug says:

You illustrate that beautifully. Being indicted and prosecuted for breaking our laws is not political. It’s what we call justice. When it’s suspended to serve the interests of a politician or a political party, we do not have equality or justice for all.

Both Dems and Reps are involved, it is not political. He couldn’t figure out why Congress hadn’t bothered to call Halper and some of the others to testify.

        Who could be protecting them?

I suddenly realize that if someone who was a willing and complicit party to this, such as David Ignatius, chose to actually write the truth, they could write the whole story from their experience, the whole story that SD and Judicial Watch have had to put together like pulling teeth. It would be the biggest story in the history of the United States. But in order to write it, they would have to admit their guilt and complicity in reason.

Talks about his relationship with Stefan Halper and the millions in payments Halper received from the Department of Defense ( Office of Net Assessment…most likely CIA money ) for which Halper did no work except to travel the world staying at 5 star hotels. 2 days before the hit piece on Flynn, Halper told Schrage that Flynn would soon be gone.

Halper leaked false allegations against Flynn regarding Svetlana Lokhova.

Schrage stated he disclosed everything to Durham and told Durham he was going public. He stated he cannot believe that nothing has been done in relation to Halper after 4 years.

A little concerned about this interview. Schrage didn’t appear to be too happy with the speed of the Durhams investigation which was why he said he needed to go public with this. I know that the corruption here has many tentacles, but this is kind of an important one. Hopefully Schrage is just impatient and nervous, which would be totally understandable. Still wished she had asked what Durham said we he told him he was going public.

Now, I ask you to remember, as you read the following, that the Lawfare Group is funded by thebrookings institute, which is funded by Soros. This is the same person who funded the Steele Dossier and Hillary Clinton.

          Sundance writes:
“There is no guarantee the full DC Circuit will agree to the en banc request. However, given the nature of the court, it should be anticipated. What really appears to be the undiscussed background is an effort to keep dragging this issue out as long as possible. This is beyond judicial activism running amok, we have now entered the realm of judicial weaponization.

The Lawfare resistance was strongly advocating for this judicial approach. However, what we can infer from the need for Sullivan to trigger the en banc request is that no individual circuit court judge was going to do it independently (sua sponte) which was an option.”

When you realize that the CIA is exposing one of their own, in an effort to supply yet another half baked excuse or should I say cover for “full DC Circuit” decision. We can appreciate their desperation to get General Flynn.

What you should be asking is – what does General Flynn know?

The meaning is pretty straight forward, do no be drawn into or overly focused on this “interview”, the shiny thing.

Like SD we become so engrossed on the coup, we forgot the NSA also collected communications involving major financial decisions. It is likely the source of the wealth accumulated by Swamp Creatures via their “blind trust” (//sarc) investments. This is a major element of the the trillions at stake with the re-election of President Trump and reason he as well as his associates need to be eliminated. It is the way the Swamp stays bought and financed.

Think of those DoD and US Big Tech interactions much touted during the Obama Administration, hidden behind the mask of being a “faster way” to introduce rapidly evolving I/T technology into the DoD. Micro-Soft, Amazon, Google, HP, SAS, IBM, et al had direct access into the bowls of the US Government. Consider, China Inc. is legally part of the corporate structure via State Department licensing authorizations over 24 years, of these same companies.

The removal of President Trump and his associates is a secondary (intermediate) defensive objective, to defend the major (REAL) financial strategic and political structuring Objectives.

Ouch. Whole lotta HK CCP in big trouble there. The replies (in English) are brutal; one can imagine what the Chinese characters say.
Other countries, especially UK and Canada, should help Trudeau’s BFF Xi out and revoke their citizenship for them where possible.
And send Fat Xi’s daughter back to him. Yale (Harvard?) shouldn’t culturally abuse Fat Xi’s daughter with our free market democratic republicanism.

  25. So, rather than throw Obama under the bus (as it was under his orders the treason took place) the actors will all throw George Soros under the DNC bus, then they go after the tech giants Google, Faceless Bookings, Tick Tock, etal to fund the commie line.

Old George is about to kick the bucket and his kids are to greedy to support the commie way.

Obama stays on a the “Messiah”

After all it was Soros who was the paymaster.

I know that 40 minutes is a long video, but Luke talks about what SD is referring to the last couple of days. You can start at 19 minutes and listen for 10 minutes and get the jest. If you do this you will go back and listen to the whole thing.

Thanks for posting this. The subject of the interview speaks clearly, coherently and quickly. Whoever is not familiar with Imran Awan will catch up to speed quickly but be advised, this interview takes place while Jeffrey Epstein is still alive. The 39 minute interview flies by. Great stuff!

Ok. I just finished watching Maria Bartiromo and her breaking news 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
We at CTH have been talking about the unbelievable lies and attempted coup of our President for almost 4 years!
Everything “breaking” is nothing but a repeat of what SD disclosed years ago!!
Why did it take almost 4 years to start to figure this 💩 out?
And as far as I’m concerned the Sally Yates testimony was bull 💩! Other then 2 Senators the rest were USELESS!!
Thank y’all for letting me get this off my chest.. 💁🏻‍♀️

Miss Lindsey was on Maria B feigning outrage that the SSCI was lied to over the veracity of the dossier. In essence, he demands the FBI provide the scapegoat who provided that briefing and when they do they are in deep Doo Doo feces. Apparently, those who were lied to are not outraged enough to just tell you Miss Lindsey?

The comical part is that Ms Lindsey kind of overlooks the direct communications between SSCI members and Steele, FBI, et al discussing dossier, published by Judicial Watch.

Kindly notice that Lindsey said he was going to write a letter to Wray, but never said I called my Senator pals on the Intel committee to discuss this. Why is that Lindsey? Should they not be running with the ball on this? Is it not their responsibility? Isn’t it “them” that should be outraged and taking action?

Sure are a lot of very quite and hiding in the dark corners church mice in the Senate!

Of course WE KNOW why the Intel committee wants no part of this or any investigation into it. It would expose them! So Lindsey gets to run shiny bauble outrage gambit to divert attention from real story. Lindsey is the perfect water boy, now isn’t he!?! Get him to blame whoever the FBI sent over to tell the Intel Committee exactly what they want to hear and then throw the agent to the wolves. Problem solved! Or so they think!

To paraphrase Steinbeck; ‘The best laid plans of mice and corrupt men’.

This should not surprise anyone. The top level people will be extremely hard to prosecute. Getting actual evidence that will stand up in court and convince a D.C. jury is almost impossible. People at that level don’t expose themselves as easily. Maybe, if we’re lucky, they’ll be able to get one or two, but mostly it will be other people, if any, that will be indicted. A good prosecutor doesn’t charge someone unless the believe they can win and with a jury from D.C. it’s almost impossible to convict a top level Democrat.

        — A good prosecutor doesn’t charge someone unless the believe they can win —
Heh. Depends on what one sees as “good” and what is a “win.”
Weismann is a good prosecutor if the measure is destruction of opponents. And even though the Andersen case was reversed on appeal, by that time Weismann had secured the bankruptcy of the firm. WINNING!
Look at all the winning accomplished by Team Mueller. The amount of unfavorable press to Trump is huge.
Technically not a prosecutor, but impeachment was a success too, even though there was no conviction.

Pence….numerous reasons already stated but also in video footage of the Bush funeral, Pence was interacting with Hillary Clinton and he was so friendly and smiling, carrying on a lengthy conversation with her and even giving her a hug before they parted. His typically wooden demeanor was gone. They seemed like very good friends, definitely more than just polite social banter. Did he know the camera focused on them as it panned the crowd? Later when President Trump arrived and was being seated directly in front of Pence, Pence didn’t appear to even briefly acknowledge his arrival.

I think Maria B. is going full Honey Badger.

She seems done with getting the run around, too.

She tried to ask Sen. Graham, besides writing another sternly worded letter to FBI director – then and now – what is he going to DO about this?

Ok maybe launching another sunlight bomb/ photon torpedo may not seem like too much, but it is a needed step to destroy the concrete wall of darkness around the FBI and company…

Maybe we need a 2700 ton White Phosphorus Bomb to go off over the Swamp.

““The immunity of a state from suit has long been held not to extend to actions against state officials for damages arising out of willful and negligent disregard of state laws.165 The reach of the rule is evident in Scheuer v. Rhodes,166 in which the Court held that plaintiffs were not barred by the Eleventh Amendment or other immunity doctrines from suing the governor and other officials of a state alleging that they deprived plaintiffs of federal rights under color of state law and seeking damages, when it was clear that plaintiffs were seeking to impose individual and personal liability on the officials.
There was no “executive immunity” from suit, the Court held; rather, the immunity of state officials is qualified and varies according to the scope of discretion and responsibilities of the particular office and the circumstances existing at the time the challenged action was taken.”
