Considering the Durham Timeline…

There’s a lot of debate about the timeline for John Durham’s investigation and when the information will likely become public. Toward that end here’s some food for thought.

First, *if* the “criminal investigation” (as confirmed officially by DOJ spox) resulted in evidence that would push toward a grand jury seating, it must be remembered that could not have started until after June 15, 2020:

The entire DC justice system was frozen in place until after June 15. Now considering a time-frame for typical GJ seating and processing, that would put evidence into the GJ around, say June 20th.

Now take a typical DC grand jury timeline of 5 weeks (Wolfe case May 3rd through June 7th); and contrast that against the complexity of the Durham inquiry (twice duration); and consider recent reports that investigators have only just reached principals (Brennan); then an approximate timeline would be two months +/-.

That puts a seated grand jury for Durham’s purpose around June 20th through Mid-August.

Coincidentally, when CTH first discovered the totality of the background corruption story back in the third quarter of 2018, the targeted date for a determination of whether the DOJ was willing to address the scale of the internal corruption issues was mid-August.

Absent action by the DOJ to address the most explosive evidence that outlines the totality of fraud upon American voters by the corrupt DOJ and FBI interests; CTH began compiling all the data into a comprehensive brief on a specific aspect that cuts directly to the heart of the issues.

For the past month, all in phase-one, I have been sharing the contents of that evidence with anyone who can make a substantive difference. I have traveled to several states and briefed staff, principals and some select media. Every person briefed is stunned by the specific evidence compiled and how the dots were never connected; nothing is refuted.

Phase two is making that briefing material well known to everyone.  That material reconciles everything that took place in 2017, 2018 and 2019.  Most long-time CTH readers are already familiar with it…. however, the rest of the electorate are not.

Today someone all of us think has a very granular understanding reached out and discovered they only knew a small segment.  This is good, very good, because they will likely be the bridge to the phase-two delivery.  More conversations are planned.

Hopefully Mr XXXXX and Durham will deliver on behalf of AG Barr and the American people.  However, if they don’t address the dual justice system -mid August- then things will be even bigger and even uglier.

Think about the lessons inside the hidden details of the Wolfe case. Think about the ramifications to the Gang of Eight; to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence; to the entire system of intelligence oversight; to the system of inspectors general in the intelligence community; to the separation of power dynamic; to checks and balances; to the entire purpose of the Mueller probe; to an internal coup to remove a sitting president by actions that touch all three branches of U.S. government;…and more importantly to the administration of justice…

Early voting starts in September. If this doesn’t get going SOON, the election could well be decided before it does and if that happens…well, lets just speculate on how many Democrats will be going to jail under a Biden administration shall we? Not to mention the DOJ policy of “No big reveals” inside 60 days to an election. Sept 4 or bust. We are cutting it awful close. If it doesn’t happen by then, IT AIN’T HAPPENIN’.
Hell, there may well be 8-10M votes cast before the first debate and if Biden waits much longer, before he even has a solid VP pick.
I believe Trump will win but it sure would be nice to seal the deal before voting starts.

At first I was thinking Nunes, but then I remembered a few things he’s said and it just wouldn’t make sense (that he doesn’t know as much as we assumed). So now I’m thinking of a different name. Someone who, yes, we assumed knew a whole lot… but if it turns out he DIDN’T I wouldn’t be totally shocked. I’m thinking… Lou Dobbs.

I was thinking more along the lines of Jordan or Nunes. I sometimes see them comment on things that remind me more of the narrative than the truth as Sundance has so eloquently laid out before us. I scream at the TV when this happens and wonder how they can not see the forest for the trees when I can. That shows how brilliant the research is that has been done by Sundance and how well informed we have been without any access to anything more than open source material.

I wouldnt expect anyone in the media to have a granular understanding. Despite Maria being a true Patriot that has been on top of this story since the beginning, she still has to contend with the culture of big corporate media that tends to blind one to truth.

WB I’d add these to the ROOT ISSUES

        1) ICA
        2) Steele Dossier
        3) Mifsud
        4) Assange

ICA: Did the IC have weak, conflicted, false reporting, selected to bias their findings?
Mifsud: It is ESSENTIAL that MIfsud have provable Russia intel ties otherwise the “proper predicate” (the PapaD story) isn’t intelligence…it’s meaningless bar banter.
Assange: The true source of the “exfiltrated” emails.
Steele Dossier: Based on what we can see, this is already thoroughly debunked. (And there’s probably more). The importance, though, is the now-invalidated FISA renewals 2/3 based on the Steele material and used/renewed by Mueller.

Re-watching Mueller’s testimony it was probing of these four areas that had Bob the most ill at ease—signalling that these are vulnerable points.

If they have done something that proves in all this information, to be a part of it, then I agree. But, if they are just weasels acting like weasels, then watch for them to pile onboard as soon as they see the Winds of Sundance take over.

We know McCain had and turned over the dossier, he would have loved for it to have taken Trump down before the election… but Sundance is saying what information he is working on and spreading now is from 2017-2019.. so that tells me is more about Mueller and how they conspired to take down a sitting president. (Lawfare group) He keep posting that picture.

Durham is working on all of it. Jensen and Bash on earlier times. I dont need it all to be concluded before any of it comes out (report). We’ve seen how that works. I want to see action of Sundance’s timeframe and sounds like he is giving them another week to get their act together, or he has an army that will go public. Personally I think it needs to go public next week anyway.

I guess we are going to learn that “permissible” is in the eye of the actor. Sounds like the pleading indicates a lack of ability to counter whatever might be coming.

Resisting an investigation? Resisting due process? Why, that’s not the American way. Every citizen ought to be able to trust in our Courts and Law. What would give him any inkling that that trust is misplaced? As an insider officer of the courts, does he have information which leads him to fear due process?

Seeing as how no one has yet had to answer in court for any of these crimes, no one can make the case for an abusive prosecution, so….let’s just wait and see what the two sides present before a judge and jury. We trust our institutions, don’t we?

John Solomon was on Hannity in April, and reported that Durham had a grand jury going (or at least that’s what he appeared to say). It isn’t clear when this grand jury was convened. BUt if grand juries were suspended in March by order of the court, then Durham’s may have already been convened before then.

The grand jury’s proceedings may have then been suspended by court order, but so they may not have begun in June. The grand jury may have just picked up where they left off, and Durham’s group had material ready to present to them. Durham’s group may have been able to keep working during the pandemic assembling evidence for the grand jury.

Interesting enough, those were my thoughts this morning upon reading the following part of today’s Chuck Swindoll devotional.
“ The celebrated Scottish preacher, James Stewart, made a statement that is also challenging: “It is always upon human weakness and humiliation, not human strength and confidence, that God chooses to build His Kingdom; and that He can use us not merely in spite of our ordinariness and helplessness and disqualifying infirmities, but precisely because of them.”

  33. There were at least 6 sting type, set-up operations against Trump and Co. Flynn, Papodapolis, Carter Page, Comey-Trump briefing, Trump Tower meeting and the Vindman Schiff op. All of these were coordinated set-ups. Most were working with foreign agents and governments.
Furthermore, what has always got me the most upset is the DNC hacking, fake pc non-examination. Everything surrounding that smells fishy, and it seems like it’s falling thru the cracks.

Sunlight may be on the way there. We already have Shaun Henrys testimony concerning the Crowdstrike investigation showing nothing affirmative about Russian hacking and Bill Binneys word that it would be impossible to remotely download the server in the the time it took.

      Now this:
      https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/08/breaking-new-york-judge-requests-testimony-julian-assange-seth-rich-case/

We all know intrinsically that Seth Rich was murdered for his actions in downloading the DNC server and giving it to Assange. What we need is a definitive statement from Assange to push the truth into the American consciousness.

I know what you mean. It does seem that way for now. From what Sundance posted, the current information he is concentrating on is only covering after the election.. 2017-2019.

But if Brennan is being called into the GJ, that would have to be indicating they know he was behind the entrapments of PapaD and others before the election. So… have heart!

Sundance, you’re shift to action is nothing short of heroic. As I’ve said, the future will be determined by events at this point. That is where we are at. The days of winning of the argument are long gone. I don’t know what the “good guys” within our government may or may not have planned. But, I feel pretty confident that there is at least one really good fight left in what remains of the “good guys” in the country.

Although I see the significance of what is going on…I think our Republic is in danger…and I applaud and admire people like Sundance for doing something about it all…I must confess, after reading and reading and reading…I am not smart enough to understand the “granules.”

I can see that the Deep State is powerful, and can throw up massive obstacles to the discovery of Truth, particularly with complete backing of the the Pravda-like Media.

    But I can’t understand how:

    1) After 4 years, we Americans not only don’t know what American spy agency Joesph Misfud was working for; and not only that, but Sally Yates could still sit before a Senate Committee and call him a Russian Agent with arrogant impunity.

    2) What Rosenstein and Yates have now done, under oath, is embarrass themselves by admitting that they were mere Rubber Stamps…Sergeant Shultz’s…really embarrassing, but it keeps them out of jail.

But Yates pointed to a set of DOJ lawyers who she relied on to assess the law, and they relied on a set of FBI Agents to present the facts…on FISA Applications which were ILLEGAL…admittedly illegal…illegal even by Rosenstein and Yates own admissions….we have ILLEGAL Warrants issued through this process…and here is what is more maddening than the crime….three and a half year later…the American people still haven’t a clue whether the DOJ Lawyers perverted the law, or the FBI Affiants perverted the Facts….or both…and it literally would have taken TWO WEEKS at most to find out..it the system wasn’t very severely rigged AGAINST the American people.

Godspeed Sundance. America needs all the help it can get from any true Patriots it has left.

Well, I believe it was you, yesterday, who pointed out that these DOJ lawyers in charge of the FISA Process, and who worked for Yates—were Kortan, McCord, Loughman, and get this one—Dana Boente, who Wray later made his crook his main man in the FBI.

There were probably 4 or 5 FBI agents working with these Deep State Assholes—so say 9 people who need to be seriously cross-examined as to how they created a fraudulent Application to spy on the President and his team—-and three and a half years later the American people still don’t know which of these 9, if not all, need to be IN JAIL.

        It is maddening.

Think where would we be now if President Trump had declassified everything in the summer of 2018, as he promised he would, repeatedly. We would have indictments now, because the corrupt system could not have stopped indictments if the people had all the facts two years ago. Now, we have only a tiny fraction of the truth, that which has been carefully selected by the very people who did the coup, to misdirect and to delay any justice. So, the question, why has President Trump refused from the beginning to declassify everything and let the American people have the truth? Maybe for the same reason he let’s Dr. Fauci direct our national shutdown strategy and the same reason the President is now the biggest salesman for masks and Social Distance insanity.

Mary, I don’t remember President Trump promising repeatedly that he was going to declassify everything by the Summer of 2018. Who was going to assign a special prosecutor in 2018 to indict the coup-sters in 2018 if he did declassify? Sessions? Rosenstein? Yeah right.

President Trump has an election to win so that he can make sure that the coup-sters are punished. Your comments are not conducive to that end.

Still waiting for the release of the information which would have been blocked and fought endlessly
      AND
President Pence would be running for re-election now.

There is no declassification magic wand that makes documents immediately appear.
      There is a process.

Did I read correctly – that the Grand Jury will be based in DC ? If that is the case, then we must assume SD will have to unveil the BU. We know that Trump got 4% of the DC vote in 2016, so there is almost zero possibility of a DC based Grand Jury making a finding against these people. Is there no way to have the GJ outside of DC ??

I don’t know what “specific aspect” Sundance has in mind, but for me the key was the initial claim, back in 2016, that ‘The Russians hacked the DNC server’. It was a phony claim that was used to cover up or excuse Obama administration spying on Mr Trump, General Flynn, and the Trump campaign, and to distract from the Hillary Clinton private email server. It was then inflated into the fiction that “17 intelligence agencies” agreed that the Russians were working on behalf of Donald Trump.

After Mr Trump won, the ‘Russian hacking’ theme became the raison d’etre of Stzrok’s ‘insurance policy’ and the appointment of a Special Counsel. It was all a fraud, and just an excuse for framing the President for ‘Collusion and Obstruction of Justice’, and thereby (it was hoped) to justify impeachment and removal.

Take away the initial claim by the Ukrainian-allied firm CrowdStrike that the DNC had been ‘hacked’ by the Russians, and the internal scaffolding of the whole conspiracy collapses. And the key to disproving that claim is an unfortunate staffer at the DNC named Seth Rich, who before he was murdered was apparently ferrying DNC data to Julian Assange and Wikileaks. Get Assange to testify, and everything will fall into place.
